guys ive been watching this thread since it has been taken over. all i have to say is the previous devs have left a gem behind and i wish to take control to bring stablecoin back to life.
Why am i doing this?
witnessing the success darkcoin is currently having i believe i can replicate its success. rather than creating something from scratch, i will take over stablecoin, as the majorty of the coding is done already.
i have a three man team who will work on this with me. we are experienced coders. as we will dedicate our full attention in getting this back up, we will leave any visuals to last like twitter, change of logo etc. our focus is o getting people mining it again.

I made 110x and I do not want to cash out now !  You didn't, lowest price of 1 dark was around 0.22USD/DRK back when it first launched and there was close to zero volume. Investing at that point would've 'only' gotten you a 22x increase in value. Stop telling yourself and other here lies. How much you bet, with a print screen ? Neah, completely legit orders. I had many "big" buy orders... You name them big buy orders, but 1-2 BTC its small... I'd say a 4 BTC buy order for a coin with only 14BTC volume is pretty big. |

Can I get the 25 missing shares I didn't get in the distribution ? As I received only 100 shares instead of the 125 shares for full member. Also, it seems there is a problem with the wallet, it loses synchronization while staking and ends up several blocks behind I can't give extra shares because it will messed up the distribution. Some people applied when they are newbies and now they are Jr. Member so I can't even change the procedure because every week the position changes. When I applied to that coin, I was already FullMember (I even mentioned the mistake in the list), however you used the list from another coin to which I applied when I was still Member (it isn't exactly the same) I will look into. Thanks I've got exactly the same problem. I was already a Full Member when i applied yet only got 100 shares. |

Any tips on how to improve the ppd?
Try pauzing your cpu. Might be that due fact that your using cpu to fold, gpus not getting the workload they should. Try :Update to catalyst 14.x (but be warned... can up ppd 20%.. can also be buggy and cause you to loose work.. had to learn that myself the hard way =)) Also, can always overclock your cards... Since folding will be less stress / heat on the cards so could push m a bit further then usual when mining Also wanted to state again.. for the complainers about the exchange... there's no school like old school : buy & sell thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=605734.0What would be the optimal engine/memclock settings according to you? If you search the official folding forums you will see the same answer many times, the F@H software detects your exact type of gpu and factory setting are best. Unlike normal mining where overclocking causes a few hardware errors that do not matter, in the folding world that one little error can mess up the entire work unit. I would go with what the folding pros say and use factory settings to ensure your WU's are not corrupted. If you insist on trying to overclock you will want to do some searching regarding your exact model of card with folding @ home to see if it can be overclocked any without errors. Ah, ok. Just asking since my GPU's are still netting 45kppd each where they should give me around 100k ppd each (According to others.) |
