So its been a month or so since the "anonymous" coins came out. The prices on avg between them have fluctuated between 0.5usd-1usd. Using this as an indication of how the market values anonymity services, its reasonable to infer that if SBC had not been a scam and implemented the mixing feature its true value would have been within that range. Therefore it would have been anti-climatic for everyone involved.

There is still not any anonymous coins on the market. Darkcoin is extremly instamined, very well promoted, but it is overhyped and falsely claming to be anonymous when it is not. Anoncoin have still not finished the zerocoin implementation that might make them the first anonymous coin if they are succesfull. And there is still no infomation regarding the launch of zerocash that probably got the best chance to become the preferred anonymous coin.

We still have to wait to find out what the actual price of an innovative and anonynous currency will be.  Smiley

"At nearest" at anonymity is actual Fedoracoin with its already released mixing service.

Market manipulation and weak hands being shaken out. I made an excellent blog post about it on that day.

Looks great! I like option 1 a bit more, though.

Tell us something about the big things...

can someone give me step by step instructions for how to backup my wallet?

This is my first time with crypto currency ever, and I don't want to lose my 1SBC hehe.

guys ive been watching this thread since it has been taken over. all i have to say is the previous devs have left a gem behind and i wish to take control to bring stablecoin back to life.

Why am i doing this?
witnessing the success darkcoin is currently having i believe i can replicate its success. rather than creating something from scratch, i will take over stablecoin, as the majorty of the coding is done already.

i have a three man team who will work on this with me. we are experienced coders. as we will dedicate our full attention in getting this back up, we will leave any visuals to last like twitter, change of logo etc. our focus is o getting people mining it again.

together stablecoin will have a future.

if you have any plans do post things you would like us to create.

it is not necessary yet, but i hope our work is appreciated when it is launched.

We could do a community backed development, a hard fork like Growthcoin did recently. The growthcoin developer abbandoned his coin a while ago.

We would just need a development team.

Too soon?

I encourage you to work with these devs who want to takeover.

And just so you know I've added StableCoin on coinwik.org

http://coinwik.org/StableCoin

If you know of other facts and links that can be added to the page, please feel free to update the page.

This coin will be ruined, soon, with the long block find times resulting in the wallet going in and out of sync.  Since the devs aren't maintaining or updating the code, StableCoin's demise is pretty much sealed.

The devs website is still working with many broken links and the forums are inundated with spam and posts that are unrelated to the coin.

What's the deal?  If StableCoin was truly abandoned the website would have been taken down and there would be no connecting nodes for the wallet.

Maybe Artos has taken a very long hiatus from StableCoin to facilitate growth, which is not boding well for the coin.  With that, I ask the same question, where are the devs?

Looks like Stablecoin is officially finished in its present state.  The Stablecoin website is gone because its one year IP lease has expired.  Took me until now to catch the drift.

The huge pump and dump occurred last November with Artos taking the cash and making an exit, what a PoS.  How he got people to invest, back then, is beyond my comprehension.
