281  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All of you Bitcoin Hodlers are mentally ill - *Must Read! on: November 25, 2019, 10:15:46 AM
Had enough pain yet HODL'ers?

Your money and reputations are collapsing with the bitcoin price just as I predicted! 🤣

The real hodlers are buying strong as the bloodbath continues Smiley
282  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It’s dying for the 378th time, so when’s the 379th? on: November 25, 2019, 10:04:06 AM
If they claim BTC it's dying for 378th time, then it is a buy signal. It's always been like this so far.

284  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Doers it matter what country you are in for wallet? on: November 22, 2019, 10:21:16 AM
Does it matter which country I am in for wallet.

In accordance with FATF recommendations on cryptocurrencies published this year, it will. You may find out that if you visit Iran/North Korea/any other blacklist country and try to log in there, your e-wallet account may become suspended and a deep through verification of you will be obligatory. This may as well apply if you will make first cryptocurrency transfer being equivalent of at least $1000/if you are using VPN.

These changes are expected to be widely introduced next year. And FATF stands behind all these banking and card payment system KYC and AMLP procedures coming into being since 9/11
285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will be Gift of Santa Claus in this Christmas for Bitcoin Hodlers? on: November 21, 2019, 01:03:29 PM
Usually, the price of BTC starts going down couple of days before Christmas, so then the gift is most likely cheap BTC...
286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that governments might one day ban Cryptos? on: November 21, 2019, 01:01:05 PM
There is a high chance the authorities may ban anonymous transactions, as KYC will be obligatory for any transaction.
287  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too many exchanges? on: November 19, 2019, 01:04:24 PM
Even with all exchanges on the market, im not satisfied at all, i remember one time i was reading an article someone had his account locked from that HitBTC exchange for 6 months with 12 BTC, asking for KYC and even that he sent all documents he was just getting random emails from the support team, keep in mind that HitBTC is one of the largest exchanges on the market, i don't trust any exchanger , Not You Keys , Not Your Coins.

6 months is like an eternity in the cryptocurrency market.
And as to "not your keys, not your coins" - 101: never keep on any exchange more BTC (or any other crypto) than you need to use at this very moment. Use a cold/hardware wallet to store your crypto as safely as possible.
288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All of you Bitcoin Hodlers are mentally ill - *Must Read! on: November 19, 2019, 12:55:06 PM
Quite opposite - BTC HODLers are the ones who are helping the system.

There are two 101 rules in life and economy: supply and demand and they have an influence on the price of anything.

HODLers are helping in regards to supply - if they do not sell their BTC, but instead of it accumulate more, then there are in general less BTC available on the market.
This, combined with the fact that mining difficulty is increasing and upcoming halving (so then miners reward for mining 1 block would be just half of what they get now) are the factors which limit the available number of BTC available (not to mention the coins lost for good).

This are (as long as there is demand) the clearly bullish price factors.

What you should complain about are rather the whales which try to control the market by artificially manipulating price thanks to single very big size orders. And as the market is relatively small now, it is much easier to be done than with stocks, precious metals or oil.

290  Local / Polski / Re: Odzyskiwanie kyptowalut ze scamów/hacków on: November 18, 2019, 04:00:31 PM
No właśnie, a co do pozostawiania śladów.

291  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why are people of today hates learning? on: November 15, 2019, 04:51:05 PM
This is because learning itself takes time and effort.

And sometimes you see the effects after a long time.

This is why we observed cryptowinter in 2018. The panic of uneducated people looking for easy and cheap profit, who bought cryptos at all time-peak.
292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is twitter a good source of info? on: November 15, 2019, 04:12:10 PM
If you follow profiles like "Whale Alert" - then it might be so. But if you follow influencers being paid for promoting specific cryptocurrencies and bash other ones - you might have a bad day.
As well please remember, that the price predictions regarding Bitcoin (with all the types of technical analysis) if often wishful thinking.
If happened thousands of times already that a single blockchain transaction was nullifying all what they ever said.
293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 51% attack now Possible by the Top 3 Mining Pool Operators on: November 15, 2019, 11:39:18 AM
Legally operating mining pool operators would not risk their reputation with a 51% attack. It would be a kiss of death to the company, risk of imprisonment for its owners and possibly a deadly blow to the cryptocurrency.

In the case of bitcoin - it would mean REAL nuclear winter for cryptocurrencies, including wiping out 90+% of all cryptos we have.
294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would it be possible to use Cryptocurrencies in China? on: November 14, 2019, 02:23:05 PM
China will create its own cryptocurrency coin, so i think they will banned any other coins.

Most likely it will be virtual renbi, controlled by the State. As well there might be highly limited scope of usage of cryptos (but this is going as well to take place in all the countries where FATF recommendations will be implemented).
295  Other / Serious discussion / Re: $100K by 2022 vs $100k by 2032 on: November 14, 2019, 02:17:33 PM
Or maybe there could be a negative scenario, where the price drops below 1k for example? In the past almost two years I have seen way too many predictions and like 95% of them currently failed. So probably the best thing is too wait for some more time and not concentrate on something what could possibly happen in 13 years.

Below $1000 rather hardly possible, but we may observe a real crypto winter for some time, due to the chaos related to FATF and new AMLP legislation, which can be a real problem for processing the transactions from one wallet to another (necessary verification of sending an receiving party wallet ownership, black list of countries and individuals - like with bank transfer).
296  Local / Polski / Re: Atak 51% on: November 14, 2019, 01:41:50 PM

Jeżeli jednak doszłoby to ataku, to atakujący miałby możliwość dokonania double-spendingu .

297  Economy / Economics / Re: US stock market's annual return is going to be 3~5% p.a. over the next 10 years on: November 12, 2019, 10:50:16 AM
Just remember, that we will have US stock market bubble burst in the next few years, starting a global recession.

This is guaranteed - after WW2, we have a recession every 7-10 years - the last one finished right before BTC came to existence.

So then even if you will see 3-5% ROI on stocks, be aware that you might lose 50% first.
298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a scam? What to do next. on: November 12, 2019, 10:33:44 AM
Many scams switched to cryptocurrencies, unfortunately.

This is because:
1. Blockchain transactions are not reversible (beside situation of ethereum hard fork couple of years ago, but this is an exemption)
2. So far there is, in general, no identification of the receiving party - you just type in wallet address (and with some other cryptos as well transaction ID).  This is supposed to change thanks to FATF recommendations
3. If a scammer is changing wallet frequently (or using privacy mode of privacy coins), it is very problematic to track scammer.

And if someone is offering you easy money fast and without effort - it is too good to be true, and therefore you should avoid such company at all the cost.
299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it advisable to use cryptocurrency to support my favorite content creators? on: November 12, 2019, 09:59:50 AM
Of course, it is, especially because such platforms like paypal can refuse to provide services to you anytime, without any prior notification.
