Hey guys are these worth $35-$40 shipped?
If you're buying it to resell with a premium in the future. No
If you're buying it to support the innovation and future projects from Basorexia. Yes

Fucking pussies.

Hey look, teeGUMES is back! Spoken like a true 12 year old. I'm surprised you know what a pussy is.

Careful teeGUMES, you're calling your boy OgNasty a pussy!

I wish Vod had apologized and admitted he was in the wrong so we could have moved forward like adults and avoided this nonsense.

Still no apology

I'm not embarrassed by this thread and won't be locking it until Vod apologizes

Now, teeGUMES, you wanna stop being a pussy and avoiding my question or would you like to go quiet again?

--snip--
So again, do you believe the way OgNasty portrayed the chopped-up PMs in the OP of this thread is accurate and truthful?
--snip--
Not sure why I'd even start to care about or put thought into other people's PMs. Guess what ibminer I wasn't included in the private (personal) messages between OGNasty and Vod so I don't care to pretend like I was?
Now go find a post I made that makes it seem like I'm lying or something stupid so you can tell me I'm contradicting myself and blah blah blah the ol' spinaroo.
283  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: February 25, 2020, 02:02:02 AM
Petition to rename the forum to apologytalk.org theymos please. A safe place for males in their 20s, 30s, 40s and up to come and feel comfortable offering their best apologies to each other for any hurt feelings.
Fucking pussies.
284  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 24, 2020, 05:45:53 PM
Is everyone going to ignore the fact that his post said signed delivery and tecshare initially refused to allow signature delivery out of "privacy" concerns?
MagicByt3 has in the end done the right thing but there are so many things done wrong by so many people during this auction. Just a little snowball rolling down a hill turned into a huge snowball of death by the time this thing was over.
Two things to say here on this question by kryme

1. "Last edit: February 22, 2020, 01:28:52 PM by MagicByt3"
As the auction terms post was edited multiple times during this auction and was never quoted and left unedited by anyone I can not 100% say myself that this rule was in place before the feud started. Auction hosts should never edit their initial terms post unless it has been quoted in full by another member.

2. Communication by bidder and seller could have eased and avoided all of this nonsense. People that use bitcoin DO care about their privacy a little more than the regular person.. a simple PM reaching out with a kindhearted and reasonable explanation would have gone leaps and bounds here. Between buyer/seller or buyer/escrow/seller this could have been all avoided by just talking to eachother like human beings.
Every one went public and into attack mode from the very beginning. This doesn't just fall on one person, even I went on the offense in this thread aswell.

We go pretty strict here with how we expect auctions to run.. we have been doing them for a long time and a standard has pretty much been set for successful auctions and auction etiquette. Newbies to the Collectibles board some times think they are being harassed but it's just the older members stating how we guarantee that an auction goes smooth. As you can see from reading this thread this is exactly what happened.
285  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 22, 2020, 01:01:08 AM

I do not accept sending the bar to the buyer without proof of payment to the escrow (which I was told I could not have)

This is actually fair and I support you MagicByt3 in your slight skepticism after reading that if true. If it was your chosen escrow (meaning you sincerely trust the escrow) then I could see you being a little more trusting. However with TECSHARE asking for his escrow choice and then you being refused the escrow address is a bit alarming.
Even though I trust both TECSHARE and minerjones with easily over 1BTC I also strongly believe in "verify, don't trust".

Your fight here should be about blockchain transparency and nobody would be arguing with you. I have always seen the escrow'd address while on both sides(buyer/seller). This seems odd.

This user is also correct it's not normal practice in any light.

So lets just end this here i'll keep my last bar then since I have no way of proving escrow is holding any funds other than his "say so"

Your escrow.
Your rules.
No Proof of Funds.
No Sale...

Simple.
Neither was your auction "normal" in any sense. If you want to save face here and sell anything else on this forum I suggest you and TECSHARE come to some sort of compromise and YOU take the words and the trust of some of us that things are going to be okay here.

Things went public too fast rather than using and discussing options between the three of you. This drama was not necessary. I would advise you to even use any popular auction host here in the future rather than your format/understanding of how things work here.
286  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] BitcoinTalk Custom Hand-Poured .999 Fine Silver Bars - [ Now Sold ] on: February 21, 2020, 10:57:24 PM
When MJ replys to me with a TXID of the transaction I am happy to send MJ the bar and get this mess out the way..

No proof no deal it's really that simple.

As this is a privacy thing for TECSHARE and you have broken your ability to keep PMs private I now wouldn't trust you to not release the txid in spite.
This just keeps turning into an even bigger auction fail.
I will send the funds myself to a public escrow address shared here by minerjones just to stop this from continuing further.
Horrible auction from start to finish.
Funds to be returned to me when TECSHARE receives bar and escrow released.

At this point I'd rather buy silver off this guy than OP.

~blob of inexperience~
I have consistently through my time here used various different escrows across the forum and never once have shipped my item to the escrow. It is always direct send. I have been the buyer and the seller for many high priced items.
Saying "you and I both know this isn't how escrow works" is completely wrong and shows your inexperience and stubbornness.

In your case if TECSHARE opted to have no tracking and USPS to ship this item then I would actually state to the escrow that in the event of a mailing mishap, due to no tracking and a cheaper form of shipment, that the buyer (TECSHARE) accept full responsibility for the item and shipping costs. Escrow terms can and should have input by both parties, aswell as suggestions from the escrow in the case of any disagreement.

There are many suggestions and explanations to teach and share here but I read how you took criticism and gentle explaining for the auction bids this last week. No one here wants to continue to assist you when you are a disaster waiting to happen. You have tainted a unique bitcointalk.org branded collectible and it will never be worth anything more than spot in resale value.

Good luck with future endeavors. This one didn't quite turn out. Maybe PayPal buyer/seller protection is a better fit for you.. on a different forum.. on eBay.. on Etsy.

BTCC Mint has "clean coins" mined directly from the block to the physical coins..
Now reimagine the definition of clean coins to include those which have been sold by the US Government.

Longshot but would be a very interesting concept.. and you've already got the name for your coin series.
**I have zero artist ability to make coins but we have some very talented coin artists here.

If you don't know what I'm referring to:
Lone bidder purchased 3991 of the 4041 BTC auctioned by U.S. government on Tuesday.

Also coins have started to move. Approx 800 left in wallet.
291  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [INFO]-Crypto Stamps- Collectable Blockchain postage stamps on: February 20, 2020, 04:31:27 PM
I have found this interesting table related the frequency of x-digits inside each token.
So even a black token (4 digits) can be an interesting stamp to collect, but I will not give so many importance or any surplus (just a curiosity).

Just curious how do you check the 4 digit on these stamps. Can you explain where to check this? It will be nice if you can provide a pic indicating the 4 digits.

Thanks
I'm going to take you on a wonderful journey filled with the power of deduction and brain power!

So we have these Crypto Stamps from Austria Post.. people keep posting pictures online of theirs and talking about these crazy 4 digit, 5 digit, EVEN 6 DIGIT numbers??? Black green blue yellow red what? My brain just hurts thinking about all of this information. Let's deduce!

Here is one! Lets take a looksie.

Interesting, lets take a closer look.

Maybe this is what they're talking about?

Ahhh silly alamj... acemax this is just a unicorn head, definitely not four digits.. hmmm what could they be talking about...?

THIS HAS TO BE IT!!!

Damn wrong again. This appears to be some sort of maze.. I've seen these before on the backs of my cereal boxes.

What about here??

Mmmm this can't be it! This looks like one of my favorite scratch n' sniff cards.

Waitaminute.... is this.... is this the only spot on the card with 5 6 whole digits???

Yes, yes acemax with the power of deduction we have solved this puzzle all by ourselves!

~asinine ranting~

So should we assume you believe the way OgNasty portrayed the chopped-up PMs in the OP of this thread is accurate and truthful?

If you need to start a sentence with the part I bolded you probably have no real reason to be making a post. If you open your eyes you can see that I made a statement and then further down the page quoted Vod. Your TDS for OGNasty is showing ibminer.
293  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: February 18, 2020, 01:19:39 PM
Final comment on this subject here on the forum.

OG calls me a pedophile but cares little about the children being abused.

teeGUMES - will you involve the authorities and step up when OG wouldn't?   Will you exclude OG for using children to further his agenda like this?  Don't you realize how this trivializes sexual abuse?

It was a dramatic outburst though.   Roll Eyes
Are you admitting in the bold that you are abusing children?
I re-read each of your accusations here and initially I thought you were claiming that OGNasty was actually abusing children (and that you had some sort of actual evidence). What I realized after was that you sincerely believe OGNasty calling you a pedophile on the internet is your definition of child abuse.

You type in a way that is very deceptive and furthers your agenda while it in itself is a very weak argument. You're going to call some random people who you think are OGNasty's neighbors and say "hey this guy called me a pedophile on the internet and he won't call the cops on me"

You're delusional and pathetic Vod.

The good thing about Collectibles people versus Meta/Reputation Scam Busters is that we actually do things to make a change in the world.
Charity auction right now for the recent and on going fires in Australia here.
In the future I will suggest our next one be for victims of child abuse because this word "pedophile" is tossed around too easily on this website and we are all guilty of letting it happen.

Take your apologies and shove it, words on the internet mean nothing, DO SOMETHING to educate / help heal the abuse.
294  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar. on: February 18, 2020, 12:04:45 AM
An apology makes these alleged sex crimes against children go away Vod? If your research and allegations are true then you go to the fucking authorities. You don't ask for an apology and say you'll let it slide this one time. Children are not to be fucked with. ANYWHERE ANYTIME.

The heart on this guy...
I was going to write up a big congratulatory block of a post but my nomination and geophphreigh's gesture after winning speak louder than anything I can say here.

The Collectibles board is quite a unique space on this forum. I could argue that MANY of the well known aliases on the forum would never be able to meetup or connect their real name/face to their alias in fear of meeting up with somebody they may have "wronged" in their time here. The community we have in the Collectibles board is quite special in that we are active at conferences, exhibits, and local meetups. It is pretty special and I am very happy to be a part of it. Thank god none of the WO newbies were nominated Wink

Congratulations on your win geophphreigh, well deserved.

297  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Collectible Cards of Bitcointalk Users. on: February 16, 2020, 04:53:22 PM

Today I do not think that I will number the cards. Yes, no problem, upon request I can create copies.

I believe you want to make these collectible. I think that If you reprint the same cards at buyer request, same buyers can sell the same cards multiple times to many people which will devalue the cards.
Basorexia has gone from creating beautiful digital cards for members to now being able to produce beautiful physical cards. I'd say he's doing something right as he has some of the largest names in Collectibles lining up for their cards.

Basorexia your transition from digital to now physical is a joy to watch and I hope you keep on innovating. Love to see what you're doing. You don't need suggestions and ideas that will make you "bigger and more famous than Casuscius"
And on that note acemax, we all know that you are alamjob239.
298  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod's Change on: February 15, 2020, 01:17:39 PM
I told Theymos from the start what happened to me.   The night I posted dox on the forum was one of the first times I'd "had a few" at home since the stroke.  I literally went unconscious in my chair after posting that, and when I awoke in the morning I deleted the post and worked with Theymos to clean up the damage.  I've never gotten drunk since - two beers at a social function is my absolute limit.  This may explain why Theymos suggested forgiveness.

I'm sorry if my initial post sounded like I was joining Theymos VaderAgain, I believe Theymos feels the good that people do can outweigh the bad.  I feel the same way, but for me the "bad" does not decay and builds up.   I want to forgive faster, like he does.
I'll let you edit this before I red tag you for lying.

300  Economy / Collectibles / Re: RARE - 2oz .9999 Gold NastyFans 50 Minted Seats for possible sale on: February 10, 2020, 02:48:11 PM
I don't see how that's a scam, the gold gilt was originally 110 right?
Is my understanding that when payouts are made, that payouts are made to all seat owners/addresses? If this is correct, then how can the above address only have 1 transaction in its lifetime? Do different seats get paid at different times? I do not know, and am hereby asking some of the people that are more familiar with this (and hope I don't get attacked just for asking..).

Thanks.
Very valid question that I have also wondered about. I figured the 1 seat coins would have have fewer transactions due to needing dust to buildup to even be worth sending. Seeings how this is 50 seats you would think there would be more payouts.
