Edit: Found it, this applies to cards bought on Ebay. I guess people overdone it there.

Anonymous cards are not allowed in EU. Period. Bullshit! They are perfectly legal up to a certain amount. show me the EU directive who is saying that. thanks Since you failed to find it, here you go: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32005L0060CHAPTER II CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE SECTION 2 Simplified customer due diligence Article 11 5.By way of derogation from Articles 7(a), (b) and (d), 8 and 9(1), Member States may allow the institutions and persons covered by this Directive not to apply customer due diligence in respect of: (d) electronic money, as defined in Article 1(3)(b) of Directive 2000/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2000 on the taking up, pursuit of and prudential supervision of the business of electronic money institutions (16), where, if the device cannot be recharged, the maximum amount stored in the device is no more than EUR 150, or where, if the device can be recharged, a limit of EUR 2 500 is imposed on the total amount transacted in a calendar year, except when an amount of EUR 1 000 or more is redeemed in that same calendar year by the bearer as referred to in Article 3 of Directive 2000/46/EC

Disregard all the emails you got. Use the PM function if you dont want to be scammed.

Dazu müssteste dich registrieren.

This is not how that works, you made the ridiculous claim, you show me the directive in place supporting your claim and i will tear it to pieces.

In Germany(way behind in many things) the ISPs change the IP every 24h.

I never understood this security feature, 90%+ of the users dont have a static IP.

WTF man? Have you read the posts or are you just randomly posting because you have been scammed with mBank cards or want to get out of the noob status?

Yup there is no authentic guarantee her. I will review it to see if it is real for the community if the OP is willing.
That's pretty funny, just seen your negative feedback: Blackmailer with a bought account trying to get freebies.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=145657 - Under untrusted feedback. Also: This user's password was reset recently. Look's like over a dozen member's of this forum have been scammed by you in your illegal credit card business, why should any one trust what you have to say? In contrast to you there is nothing illegal about what i do, and please learn to count and check by who the 3 negative ratings out of the other dozens have been given. Scamming, lying and stealing is illegal So stop doing it.

LOL, not only a scammer with a bought account but you cant count either.
