Stupids are mining it while the difficulty is still 1. Stupids because its a scam and its worthless.

They still claim the jalapeno will be USB powered.
With n+1 USB ports they can do it.

I bet you people waiting for BFL to ship before you order regret that now. Actually, no.

I tried to email the DHL support of my country. They replied me that they won't change the destination address without the permission from the sender. However, i've tried myself in the past, it is simply not true. You just have to be cool at the phone.

Something is really wrong. Why we don't have the page #1400 in this topic already? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

6 non delivered units out of a batch of 300 is hardly 36% I'm excluding libertybuck because there has to be a story behind that one. (China people got their units first, shipping is far simpler inside the country) I'm basing on the data i have. I cannot take as sure that everyone who didn't received the units posted there. You can take as certain that nearly 300 Avalons are in the field. Just look at the network hashrate during the time they were shipped. Yes, but who is mining with them? The customers or DHL? Let's hope the survey to get more data.

I will not complain if you send me an unit without PSU and FANS but with a tracking number so that i can sleep the night.

7 vs 19, 37%. Someone is mining with these units. The network hashrate told me so. Also, libertybuck is missing 18 units out of 50. That's 36% and fits perfectly with the other data.
Someone eaten 36% of the units (since that they shipped "at least 90%").

4 vs 16, 25%. I'm not considering the negative pool votes as valid, for the reasons I explained before.

few people however, like OP can not wait and are impatient, then something like this happens.
You see his point of view? Its our fault. We cannot wait for the divine gift they are giving us and so we don't deserve it. When I will not receive my units I will complain and it will be my fault.

What you can do is to give out tracking info. Will you do that for batch 2? Or you will enjoy us going mad for this investment?

I haven't found a john the ripper implementation for ECDSA, or it doesn't exist. From the code you pasted, it seems that the real issue here is the 10000 rounds of SHA256, not the ECDSA. It may be worth trying to put only the "stretch_key" method on a gpu, and then do the ECDSA on the CPU. Probably much less work to implement, but still a significant speed-up compared to naively running this python script. A friend of mine said that he tried but he can't run ecdsa at a good speed... Not sure of why this doesent agree with other posts here...

The flaw in your poll is that any random anybody can vote in the poll and they might not have even ordered a batch 1 Avalon.
Therefore, this polls results are meaningless.
In fact, as of now, there are only 2 units "confirmed" missing. What I bolded in the first post should be enough to have an idea of the problem.

EDIT: I hope customers will get tracking numbers for next batches. That would help monitoring the package from the very beginning, thus avoiding this awful situation. +300

Luke-Jr got the first ones, how convenient, why didn't Josh got the first?
You trust Luke more than Josh.
