E' da quando sono registrato a questo forum che dicono di voler vendere e ritrattano una settimana dopo.
Io volevo anche comprarlo un anno fa, il prezzo richiesto era una baggianata. (ora è tutto cambiato).

Once you have the chip on substrate there's nothing else to really do but test it... Pretty much as soon as the bitfury chips were taped out and in bitfury's hand they were stuck in a board and evaluated for function.  These are supposed to be direct FPGA ports from what I understand, and so they should already have to means to test them and figure out if they need to be respun etc.
Yes but how do you know that they have the substrate ready and that they already made the complete chip? I agree with you that since that some wafers usually comes out from TSMC faster and such, they should almost have a working prototype.

However there is no trace of such a prototype, there are only NDAs that forbids us from seeing pics of those PCBs, so i keep supposing that they don't exists yet. And this is where my castle of cards fails. Because trust me, i would love to believe that i will see back what i gave to HF!

"2 teams" that can't make a suitable substrate during the last month? Impossible if you ask me. We will know when the hashrate spikes, anyway.

The only positive news of the day is the crash of the BTC value, this way we will se our miners sooner.

Also he was proud to point out that while the BFL community made a lot of threats BFL had 0 lawsuits so far. Finally he thought Batch 1 customers were fine because the BTC price in USD had gone up a lot.
We gotta fix that. Completely screwed. This is what we are. Completely.

They should have the chips on PCBs by now and should be able to tell us whether or not they function.
Why do you think so?
1846  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 19, 2013, 12:36:12 AM
This story is anyway and somehow coming to an end really soon.
1847  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: BITCOIN PUMP! on: November 18, 2013, 11:29:33 PM
per i poveri studenti universitari che hanno investito in btc e ora stanno guadagnando qualcosina:  mica il 40% se lo prende lo stato?
Devi tirarli fuori i profitti per poterli dichiarare.
Semplicemente non farlo.
1848  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s on: November 18, 2013, 10:20:11 PM
Those messages make me think at the worst possible outcome. Out working? Out where? Everyone? And they didn't know that you where coming? They told me we have telephones and this weird thing called "the internet"...
Meanwhile, the printer doesn't work, and i will share that with you to hope in some compassion.

I was completely right when i said that they wouldn't have shipped before the end of the year after that delay and the lack of proofs to justify it, this time i don't want to say anything, but i'm every day more scared by what's happening. It could be even worse than what i initially projected.

They are just practising "dissolvence". I'm afraid that they will be really good at it, while they can't design a proper case or make a printer to print.

No way you are gonna get it in Jan. The promised delivery date fort that bj batch is the 28 of Feb.

The Avalon team was blocked by a flu at the time too. Funny.
1851  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] HashFast batch 1; 9GH/BTC (hosting included) or 10GH/BTC (bare hardware) on: November 18, 2013, 10:04:27 AM
Shipping delayed to (middle?) December.

If you want to purchase and HF will not send the miners by the last day of December you will receive a full BTC refund (as in: the number of BTC you paid). The refund is guaranteed by me, not by HF.

A price that seems fair to me is 10BTC per BabyJet. MPP _not_ included.
1852  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 18, 2013, 12:50:03 AM
Are you cyperdoc? Who cares?
1853  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 16, 2013, 09:11:56 PM
I was sure they would have shipped by their promised shipping date. Sure. What could have gone wrong?
Tapeout already done, Ubiquity that says chips in October... And then we know the rest.

We've created a captioned public album of the recent site visit to the data center. Here it is:
https://plus.google.com/photos/100533316768811011163/albums/5946837483879253265?sort=1

"Our racks and PDUs. Awaiting final dimensions from HF before setting up."

You're telling us HashFast can't tell you the dimensions of their flagship product yet that was originally supposed to have shipped 2 weeks ago?  This does not inspire confidence for even the delayed Dec. shipping date.
They will match that one.
The plan always was to ship late december.
1855  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 16, 2013, 09:16:19 AM
I´m not an paid troll.
I want only to improve the mood, not more.
You are not the paid troll, you are the customer in denial, just like me. Ice is the paid troll. Still wondering what its hourly pay is...

Anyway no, it won't be 800GH and no, it won't be 800$/btc, not for long enough for us to sell at that price at least.
1856  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 16, 2013, 08:06:13 AM
all will be nice, you will see.

I think its the same like knc. HF will also announce that the babyjet not have 400 Gh/s
and not 450
and not 500
not 550
not
not
not 800

it will be 888 Gh/s and the sierre will have 2,5 Th/s

One Bitcoin will cost 800 USD

and all is good Cool Cool Cool

How much hate for incompetent shills and paid trollers. This thread is useless, full point. Thank you HF for what you are doing, and please, go to screw yourself.
1857  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 15, 2013, 12:39:59 PM
I don't think driving HashFast into bankruptcy  will help us here.
That's the second reason why i don't do it. However having other people to lose money won't help bitcoin, either.

And they are probably earning something in the range of the million per week, i would like to see their batch 2/3 order history, why they keep that hidden?
1858  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: CAMPAGNA ELETTORALE CONSIGLIO DIRETTIVO BITCOIN FOUNDATION ITALIA on: November 15, 2013, 12:37:58 PM
Io vorrei poter votare paci anche se non si candida e se sono a 4k km di distanza.
E comunque non capisco la necessità di un consiglio direttivo, ma mi astengo dal commentare quel punto.
1859  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: HashFast launches sales of the Baby Jet on: November 15, 2013, 12:19:04 PM
I got to admit I'm a little baffled that HashFast has stopped talking to me.

You received your lousy discounts yet?
If so, don't use them Smiley

d&t, no, our discussions where useless. However i can't leave that spammer to try to convince anyone that HF is in any way good.
It's a basic principle for me. I can't stand it. I already lost too much myself. I should try to contact adwords and have their advertising removed from google, or bid more with a blog that explains their lies, but i'm too busy with my stuff for now.
However the idea is simple, if anyones wants to do it..
