2841  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do online gamblers think about their privacy and anonymity? on: May 22, 2020, 08:34:08 AM
if im not mistaken i think i saw a kind of survey like this before and i read that many gamblers do like to be anonymous while playing a gambling  . that could also be the reason why they are here playing with cryptos than on fiat because some things that are related to cryptos are anonymous while some still request for your names and other private infos.  for me i just  play traditionally like signing up a bit and provide name , email , etc as long as the site is legit
2842  Economy / Speculation / Re: Possible to Manipulat bitcoin price?? on: May 21, 2020, 12:13:22 PM
Shortly: It is definitely possible!

There are always manipulations, from whales, from exchanges on any financial markets, not only crypto market and crypto exchanges. Have you ever thought why we have news, real, fake, delayed ones? In addition, news always bring markets move up or fall down.

but for the crypto market the manipulation level has risen to another level. It seems that every activity of the whole market is manipulated by a group of whales. They control the market and all coins follow it. This is an unacceptable thing.
As for other financial markets, it has the limits of trading. and whales only dare to manipulate in one or two businesses, it is not capable of manipulating the whole market. This is something to compare and condemn in the crypto market.

We don't have any proof if there are certain groups of big whales manipulating the market since there's no any foot tracks directed it unto them but the one I see for the past years is manipulated by creating fuds which can create panic to the people to sell. But if this really happened already then we are playing on bad market and bitcoin will have no future since its manipulated as you said.

proof ? if you saw huge transaction outgoing or incoming then that is already a proof that its whale  . there are also articles and blogs about whale . they discuss if what they do on the market  . about the fuds , only weak people are only will be affected  .

fuds isnt serious than whale manipulation. . btc market isnt bad and manipulation isnt a bad thing too because this makes the volatility work . we can buy and selll depending on where the manipulation goin

This is the time where one should be trying to get rid of any addiction as this can make them break free and live the life in a different way after post Corona.

whats the difference with this period from the other ? people now are facing crisis and this is more important than the gambling addiction so people will try to solve this first  . after this period , that would be the time to seek for help but i see alot of arguements above saying addicted gamblers wont seek help  .

if not them selves then we that arent addictive will look for them and see if they are really addicted or not , then we are the ones that will aid them .
2844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What sports do you think that can resume amid Covid-19 scare. on: May 21, 2020, 08:55:06 AM
In.this situation individual.sports and those played outside will have advantage. So, tennis, golf, swimming, atlethics probably. Also, in.this sports it's easier to maintain some special measures if necessary.
Some people maybe still are afraid of pandemic but on the other side we all want life to be back to normal and sport is ideal way to start living again.
And all of us who like sport betting can hardly wait for competitions to.start again.
Totally agree with that! Individual sportsmans must continue to compete, as they are almost not at risk of infection and do not pose a threat for other people.

golf is single player but rest sports games listed above are also being played by two or more people , not to mention the crowd too and the other people such as judges , anouncers , scorers and other that are part of the game  .

there is still a risk if we will look at it  but that if covid still exist . if there will be no covid no more threats will appear and all kind of sports gambling can returned to normal but for now its too early to  go outside and live normally .
2845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The growth of cryptocurrency on: May 21, 2020, 06:46:40 AM
nice to hear that you are enjoying using crypto.  with the short time frame of 3 months , you already notice that crypto is useful in your life while many of us here that are pioneers now on this industry but still they can only say that crypto only gave them small benefits  .

the reason could be because they dont spend thier cryptos wisely , instead they spend for gambling or other unecesary things that cant really help to improve the status of thier lives .
2846  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy after COVID-19 on: May 21, 2020, 05:53:33 AM
Will central banks collapse to a point where only people transact with decentralized cryptocurrencies in the free world? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Smiley

It doesn't mean that if we say "digital", it means that people are now using cryptocurrencies.

The central bank will always be considered as primarily used for any payment. It's just in another form which is cashless.

Bank transfer today just takes up a second before the other party will receive it. So fast and convenient.

I'm into crypto but that's the reality.

banks also evolve too and now have thier online versions and apps . they work like how any digital currency work and they are infact more secure but the only issue is that they arent anonymous as what crypto can offer so that can be the edge of crypto on why people will prefer it . banks will not collapse but people will now be more expose to digial transactions right after the covid . i think that somehow contributes to the economy too ?
2847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: May 20, 2020, 02:35:46 PM
The definition of the top altcoin is not absolute and will change over time, we must correct such perceptions and again remind that beginners must know how to research on invested coins.

of course yes . ranking can change too on altcoins except for btc because the gap of btc between alts are too far   .

this is why beginners also need to check the rankings from time to time if they are investing based on ranks   . no doubt that ranked coins are a good investment because they wont be on top if they are no good anyway , am i right  ? this advice wasnt only for newbies but applicable also for veterans and pro investors too knowing that scams are on the loose these times   .
2848  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FOX prepared to add virtual fans and crowd noise to NFL broadcasts on: May 20, 2020, 12:11:43 PM
thats good that you confirm if the sound is done on an actual ring or not .  it would be weird if we see an empty stadium but with people shouting  .

i can imagine if what it will be sound or look like because i already saw/hear one like this on some videos.   we all know that they done this for a reason and that is because there are still a covid pandemic going on .  so people will just understand this
2849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling hiding, rules ignored. on: May 20, 2020, 08:46:48 AM
Gamblers are are a bit hard-headed.

Gambling is going on in my place as well, although mostly in the most concealed of places. Around my neighborhood, some gamblers are still meeting up every once in a while in one of their homes. I have also mentioned here that avid cockfighting fans are also caught holding matches at a building rooftop, at a hidden cemetery corner, and so on.

same here on our place , people here play mahjong and card games but i havent heard that they play cock fights so maybe cock fights on our place are still restricted but practicing of cocks on my own area is present everyday .

this only shows that gambling is unstopable in every peoples mind  .  no virus or any other crisis can stop people from playing but in the current situation , what can people do anyway . its boring if they will only stay on thier houses .
2850  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why the whales want to trade as anonymous on: May 20, 2020, 07:47:57 AM
Quote
Why the whales want to trade as anonymous?
I just want to answer this question because I have a few ideas about this topic. If we come to the answers;

- In order not to have any trouble with the state,
- In order not to pay taxes on their earnings,
- In order not to disclose their identity,
- In order not to attract attention,
- Easy to control the market without knowing

For these reasons, I think big investors keep their identities anonymous.
If you are trading with a huge amount then you cannot hide from the state and you will be paying the taxes to avoid getting into trouble and you only need to pay the tax if you are converting crypto to fiat.

Majority of the volume takes places in centralized exchanges and can you pinpoint one exchange where you can trade anonymously as a whale Tongue.
The exchanges will not reveal the identity of the customers unless there is legal issues associated with the customer. So basically the whales are not anonymous like you think Tongue.

If i sell usdt to fiat , do i need to pay tax for the earning?

so you are asking the question because you yourself is a whale ? whale or not whale i think both are still the same ,  all of us here on the crypto ecosysytem are equal and are anonymous so how can they know our names and charge us a tax ?

charged us with transaction fee maybe because that is part of the game  but when it comes to tax matters , all of those only exist on a real world imo  .
2851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of bounty projects that end in a scam or void bounty agreement on: May 20, 2020, 07:04:22 AM
i see people complain on here .  nothing really wrong with this kind of thread and i cant say that this is repeated because op only list the campaign that voided thier rules which i havent seen before on this section   .

though this still ended up as a scam  . i think this one is more harder to detect because they can make the project look like legit based on their rules but they will revise that rule anyway according to thier own likings

2852  Economy / Gambling / Re: JacksClub.io | Bitcoin Casino | Amazing VIP ☆ Rewards on: May 20, 2020, 06:42:58 AM
Please consider using Dogecoin in the platform, I really like to start testing with a few doges because the value, it's really good to first try and check how everything works before jumping to some bigger cryptos.

depends if the casino supports dogecoin but doge coin is indeed a cheap coin although i believe that there could be a cheaper alternative to it .

meanwhile most casino that i joined have always doge support and this is also the cheapest coin that they have . with doge we can depo small like 5 or below with it just to test the waters . but they said this site has a faucet ? better if they have rains and tipping feature too to acquire free coins for testing the site as well as testing strats .
2853  Economy / Economics / Re: The Coronavirus as A Means of Financial Reset on: May 20, 2020, 06:16:37 AM
The same meaning because corona virus make many industries stop for working and their business down, but have any country want to re open their business during corona virus have been clear, Waiting when my country better and corona virus could stop to restart agan economic crisis.

wait what , do you want to restart again the crisis ?  or you mean to say restart the economy again . that maybe  is . because we all wanted this current crisis to end but who wouldnt be ? when this crisis affect our job , hobby ,etc .

dunno if financial reset is beneficial or not  .  not because it firstly destroy the economic state .  beneficial because this refereshes everything . just like when we refresh our pc and cp  .  which makes them work better after this
2854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: so what to do with USDT ?! on: May 20, 2020, 05:18:42 AM
binance was a crypto exchange so i assume that you can only buy or sell cryptos on here and not fiats  but there are other trading platforms that supports crypto to fiat or fiat to crypto , i just only dont know if what site but you can try searching that on google  .

there are also wallet that allows you to do that like the one that i use right now although i dont know if this was available on your region because i heard this only operates mainly on asian region .
2855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins joins the bank on: May 20, 2020, 03:50:43 AM
not only him but i can see that many people have that reasoning e.g calling btc a scam or fake but eventually we will not know that those haters before are now silently buying and holding btc   .  your stated phrase is  " if you cant beat them join them " is correct and shows a good example on those people  but maybe i wont agree when you say that btc will be more stable  however i will agree on the part where you said that btc is unbeatable   . nice to know that jp is not into btc   . i am now expecting another rise in the future
2856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your stategy how to grow bitcoin on: May 20, 2020, 02:36:19 AM
you cant go wrong on hodling btc on a trusted wallet  .  i mean hodling wasnt that hard  ( except maybe if your an emotional person ) but other than that , any regular normal people can do hodling easily   . i dont believe that you wont grow your btc if you will not spend it and if you will only wait and watch the price sky rocket  ( exept maybe to some that arent dedicated enought to hold a promise  )    .  so if your an emotional person and impatient person , you need to cure those first then comeback again on here
2857  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Easiest Way For New Traders To Profit From The Crypto Market on: May 19, 2020, 09:57:43 AM
Copy trading can almost rekt you down so badly that you'll just regret sometimes that you followed someone else rather than trading yourself. You should be wary of the consequences where even the best looking traders may end up wiping out both their and your trading capital. In most cases, traders lose in the long run either through their own decisions or by copying someone else's trades.

I have noticed that if you copy the actions of a successful trader, you will still not have the same result as him. Most often, this happens because you will not enter the transaction at the right time, because the trader first opens the order himself, and then informs others about it.

good catch here . never thought of that before but i realized that you right  but sometimes loosing will still be unavoidable because the trader that you copy do also loose his trade no matter how accurate your time is or you follow him seconds later  before he placed his orders .

i remember the ads that i saw online where they also have this feature but not related to cryptocurrencies.  this is okay for lazy people as long as they will accept the risk that entails with it
2858  Economy / Economics / Re: Americans hoarding cash doing more harm to their economy? on: May 19, 2020, 09:31:16 AM
I think the Americans and every people around the world is not hoarding cash.
how did you know man . what bout the rishes people . for sure they have a stock of fresh cash in thier vaults but except to poorer one because they already buy thier cash with stock of food that they will be eating for a week or two in order to save .

Quote
The only reason they are spending their cash because they need to buy all of their necessities and feed their families during the pandemic of corona virus, since most of them temporarily don't have any jobs to earn money.
rish people already have alot of food stocks with or without jobs but poor people will have nothing more to eat without a job  . with the times that there are quarantine , poor people are affected the most .

hoarding cash does harm yes because its simillar to hoarding food supplies and other needs which can harm on the economy too . when they hoard for example , some people can hardly get the item . same goes to fiat because its printed limited only

2859  Economy / Economics / Re: Did COVID-19 Bring Any Positive Sign? on: May 19, 2020, 06:50:37 AM
what you describe on your post is not just a sign but its already happening  . people right now are doing those practice just to make thier life more fruitful and not boring or threatening .

there are also signs that virus now are getting weaker because people are now more strong and vigilant  . we are now seeing signs of recovery for the whole economy .  corona season is a good tool so that people can bond with thier family more often and open oppurtunities in the online world . so lets not blame it much
2860  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Physical Gambling Casino Simulation through GTA V on: May 19, 2020, 06:08:29 AM
i keep on staring the image because it looks so realistic better than usual graphics that we saw on online casino . that is because gta v file size is too big and game graphics are also close to being real  .

players can feel the actual vibe of physical casinos though the only downside is that you cant play real money with it right ?  if we gamblers suggest it , they could push those idea but gamblers dont want to play the entire game so better if they create a seperate casino platform or app/software only
