Yeah, we beat that topic to death when it happened, and we really couldn't find a definitive conclusion on how it should have played out. But the outcome has been set and moving forward from that I kinda wonder what Aljo brings to the table much more than Yan. Not sure if he could still win, but at least we might get a better performance from him.
I'm hoping so, you can't really blame Aljo for winning in that way, so it wasn't his fault, and its not like hes got to where he is out of luck. The guy is talented, I just think Yan in particular is a bad match up for him. Although, Aljo has the quality to submit, and knock out anyone. I've always been impressed with his wrestling skills, and it wouldn't be the first time that hes losing, and pulls out a submission out of nowhere.

I'm not super hyped for the fight, however I'm hoping its better than last time. I'm not a fan of total dominance fights, I prefer you know, an actual competitive fight.

Aljo actually has no KO power.  He'd have to grapple with Yan or grind him against the cage if his TD's don't work to nullify Yan's tools.  And yup, Aljo is really pretty good in wrestling and BJJ.  He finished Sandhagen in under a minute or so via rear naked choke.

And I'm actually hyped for the rematch.  Aljo has a good coach in Ray Longo who's considered to be one of MMA's best coaches.  Let's see what kind of adjustments they have cooking.  Wink  But yeah the lean is Yan but the line should prolly be closer.  Dunno...
2842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 30, 2022, 06:07:56 PM
^  The best engineering teams are Ferrari, Red Bull and Mercedes.  I'd say the most noticeable improvement could come from Mercedes.  Being so dominant in the V6 hybrid era, I don't think they'll just be sitting down and do nothing.  They prolly get another engine mode up or find a loop hole to get an edge.

From a betting perspective, just get ready to bet on Hamilton at quali and the race if you see a sudden shift in momentum.  I don't think Toto Wolff and his boys are done.
2843  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MMA Info and Predictions - Bellator, KSW, PFL, ONE... on: March 30, 2022, 01:17:19 PM
^  I wasn't just talking about the match with Demetrious Johnson and Rodtang.  It was in most of the matches.  I mean I get it, they want it to be more entertaining for the fans but the refs shouldn't do that in matches that have something more on the line than just a W.  Like the title fight with Moraes vs Wakamatsu.  The ref can't pressure the fighters to get into action, even threatening to give a point deduction, if they're in the process of feeling each other out.  It's a title fight ffs.

And there were also a couple other matches...
2844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 30, 2022, 01:09:04 PM
^  Yup it's hilarious that Aljo was calling Yan the paper champ weeks or maybe even months before they went to the cage.  Cheesy

Anyway this weekend is gonna be a bit boring with no UFC and F1.  And I don't think the EPL matches will be even that good with the players just coming off international duty.

Here's a couple of Yans matches, one of which is vs Aljo.  Lol.

UFC Free Fight:  Yan vs Sterling
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NjFXoI89zMM

UFC Free Fight:  Yan vs Sandhagen
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a418C-e0i5Y

^  If Aljo loses vs Yan I think a rematch between Sandhagen and Aljo is in order.  Would've loved to see it go for at least two rounds.

Edit:  Here's one of the best of Volk's performances.  You guys should def watch it.

UFC Free Fight:  Volkanovski vs Ortega

Anyway..  I have a feeling Leclerc wins the Aussie GP.
It depends on the layout of the track,Ferrari was winning in the technical part of the track while on the top speed parts Redbull completely crashed it and it was just for the bravery of Verstappen that he won the race.Perez has a lot to offer I think but he needs just a bit more time, maybe he was "drunk" from the success of being the first Mexican to ever get Pole position in F1.I think the layout of the Australian GP offers both technical parts and both top speed parts,DRS should play an important role here also and I think from what I have seen in the first two races the win will be either a Ferrari or a Redbull.
This is basically red bull vs mercedes reversed for red bull Cheesy They are doing better on the straights right now which mercedes was beating them last year, but they are worse in the turning points which they were beating mercedes last year. In this case, Ferrari will have a slight better advantage if you ask me because there are a few very sharp corners in aussie track.

The first one is not bad but the second one and the one before the pitlane entry are very sharp and if they have to do like an "almost full stop" turn like we do in the f1 games, then they will certainly face a lot of trouble from Ferrari. It's cool to see the next generation facing each other, these two could dominate the next 10 years of F1 together, an amazing rivalry is getting born.

Again, swogerino might have gotten it wrong because in quali of the Saudi Arabia GP it was both the Ferrari cars that were the fastest in sector 1 which were mostly straights.  Red Bull was fastest at sector 2, the more technical part of the track.  Sector 3 was mixed with Perez the fastest since he might have made a fluke fastest lap at at Q1.  Lol.  But yeah..  You get the point.  We need coinlocket$ to chime in here and confirm.

Wtf is this shit?  I mean..  Lol.  It's like just the start of a little bull market and some huge holder does this kinda shit.  Just stay away from this if you're not holding any RON and looking for something to buy.  There's really a ton of better trades out there right now.  You don't even have to look that hard.

Again...  Stay away.  Somebody out there wants to sell their bags real quick.

2847  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 29, 2022, 03:56:29 PM
There have been some changes in the marketvalues of players in this month. It is clear that we are entering the hot phase of "meetings" and transfers, which is need to add a little extra now in order to cash in properly in June/July this year. One example is Phil Foden, who has risen 5 million euros to a market value of 90 million euros. This puts him on the second place of all English players. Only Harry Kane hase more, he has a value of 100 million euros.

There were talks about English players being really worth more in the market because of Brexit.  I didn't really read into it that much but it was said that it's the reason why Man City was willing to pay Aston Villa for how high the transfer fee went for Jack Grealish.  This is also why the guys at City are so hell bent to acquire Harry Kane next over Haaland as the second choice.  Whereas most other clubs would go for Haaland first then tend to ignore Kane.  Dunno...  If somebody understands the transfer market and Brexit thingy, please chime in.

^  Wha?  I honestly find Sportsbet lines more juiced than say Stake tbh.  But Sportsbet does have price boosts which make their lines competitive vs most sites out there.  But then again I mostly just bet football, MMA, a little F1 and boxing if there are more marquee match ups.  But overall I tend to mostly ignore boxing.  So yeah..  I could he wrong and the lines at Sportsbet could be better at other popular sports like basketball or tennis.

Anyway, just wanna ask if Rollbit has KYC for small withdrawals under 500 bucks.  I bet small to win small just for the lulz.

Hopefully Stake releases UFC live bets next or F1 group bets or mutli team head to head bets?  Let it happen please.
2850  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 29, 2022, 03:20:14 PM
it makes me happy to see Ferrari get back on track and challenge for the championship again.  I'm happy to see any team win but the Mercedes.  Lol.

I'm really happy they're back, too. The red car belongs at the front, challenging for titles. You're happy for anyone but Merc to win, I'm happy for anyone but that arrogant, entitled d*ck Verstappen to win Cheesy.
But really now that we have Ferrari back where they belong, I'd secretly like to see Alonso back at the front too, where he belongs, fighting for race wins and for the title. Doesn't look likely, though.

I think the Ferrari has the slightly faster car.

I think RB had the faster car here. I know Perez had an inspired qualifying lap, but there's no way he takes pole ahead of both Leclerc and Sainz if the RB is slower.
But it's certainly quite close, and some tracks will favour RB more, some Ferrari.

I get the hate.  I hate Hamilton too no matter how good he is on the track.  The other driver I like was hated a lot too when he was still winning, Vettel.  Lol.  And Alonso was somewhat of a d*ck too in his day when he was winning.  These personalities is what really makes it all more exciting.

And I dunno man...  That Ferrari power unit looks like it could still go faster as the season passes.

I think you got it wrong...  In quali the both Ferraris were faster in sector 1, which was the part with more straights, both Red Bulls was faster at sector 2, the more technical part of the track then at sector 3, it was Perez followed by Sainz, Leclerc then Verstappen.  But we'll see in a couple of weeks.
2851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 28, 2022, 11:05:11 PM
Ah yeah.  But third place was given back eventually after 3 or 4 laps wasn't it or did Sainz passed Perez under DRS?  I can't remember...  So it all worked out in the end for Sainz.  So there's really no 'robbery' there.

But don't worry coinlocket$, I know you're a real Ferrari supporter and between you and me, it makes me happy to see Ferrari get back on track and challenge for the championship again.  I'm happy to see any team win but the Mercedes.  Lol.

Anyway..  I have a feeling Leclerc wins the Aussie GP.
2852  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 28, 2022, 10:48:41 PM
^  Yup, I like Daukas but he just isn't on the same level as those guys in the top 5.  It was def bad match making by the UFC.  His last match vs Lewis should've been taken as a hint and pump the breaks on Daukas and slow down from moving him up the rankings.  Tom Aspinall is doing it smart imo.  After entering the top 10, calls out Tuivasa the easiest guy to beat in the top 5.

Anyway busted my parlays, even the last parlay to get it back to even.  Didn't expect for Askarov to look that bad against KKF.
2853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 28, 2022, 10:35:10 PM
Max won but I think they "robbed" the race with the safety car, they were 1.6 behind and after the virtual safety car they were on DRS range.

Fun race but feels like a robbery, they also did same shit with Perez vs Sainz before the 1st safety car

Overall if we're talking about a 'robbery', it was Perez who got ultimately robbed of everything.  He had pole at quali but got nothing after the race.  That sucks.

First safety car favored Leclerc and he had the pace to take first all the way to the end.  Second safety car favored Verstappen as it got Leclerc and Verstappen closer together and a higher possibility for an overtake.  All in all it was nobody's fault...  On to the next.

Edit:  I think the Ferrari has the slightly faster car.

Perez got the god LAP.
Side note, Tsunoda got another fuel problem, is it a red bell for RBR?

Yup it's def a red flag for Red Bull especially if you're thinking of backing either Verstappen or Perez.  I think Leclerc wins this tbh.  And if really one of the Red Bulls win, I think it's more likely Verstappen than Perez imho, even if Perez has pole.  Verstappen just has better race craft and better pace.  The first 5 laps should be interesting.

Do the teams declare which tire they start with or is it a surprise?  Verstappen could start with the mediums, pit later than Leclerc and go for the undercut after Leclerc makes the pit.

Ok...  I feel like I missed out on these Sports Rollbots NFT's.  What's the cheapest way to get one?  I see that you can spin for them in the site.  If I spend a hundred bucks in one of them 0.96 cent spins, how big are my chances to get lucky and get an NFT?

And how much were the Rollbots NFT's during the sale?  I think I should pay more attention next time.  I kinda took it for granted.  Lol.

The hype around rollbots is high before the sale. Its impossible that you havent seen it if you were really that interested.

That's the thing.  I wasn't really interested.  At least I thought I wasn't going to be interested til I saw the benefits they had in Rollbit's sports betting.  Oh well.

Thank you very much for sharing information about this casino. I've thought about whether I should play on Rollbit or not for a long time, and I think I should play at least a week on this site!
And you won't regret your decision of playing on Rollbit due to lots of games available with user friendly interface and quite lof of benefits to players as well.Just check the site as you could see there are lot of things like the latest NFT launch from them.If you like sports betting then also it's right casino choice for you because they have developed sportsbook which you could find on the site.So just play.

Also in regards to the Sportsbook, what I have found is that they offer slightly better
odds than 2 other platforms I compared on some games. Its not massive but its nice that
they offer a slight advantage to playing.

Yup...  Wink  I'll start using Rollbit for my weekly MMA parlays.  They also got an ASL 13 SC/BW market up which is good.  Stake seemed to have stopped offering them and moved on to other epsorts games.

The football markets also look good.

Anyway, Demetrious Johnson next...  Let's see how he does at Muay Thai.  Lolol.

Edit:  He sleepin'.  Lmao.  Demetrious Johnson won via sub.
Yup, it didn't reach round 3 and won by sub as predicted.

DJ landed some good punches and knees but he somehow survived round 1 by clinching a lot. I don't think real Muay Thai fighters would have done that but kudos to DJ's camp because that was still a smart strategy.

Isn't the Rodrang guy a legit Muay Thai fighter?  I really have no idea but DJ had nothing on him in a pure striking battle at R1.  Rodrang was applying pressure most of the time.  But come the second round you could really see MMA's advantages vs pure strikers.  There's just more ways DJ can go to win the match.

But yeah overall it was a good event.  And a looong one.  Would be nice to have a UFC like that.

^  Maybe...  But if they're all sand bagging then it's prolly closer than we think and the difference could just be by a hair line.  It could also end up with Leclerc on pole then Verstappen - Sainz - Perez.  I'm def not gonna be surprised.  But will I put my money on it?  Nope...  Will I bet on Verstappen at the race if it does end as I predicted in quali?  Nope.  It's just hard to trust Red Bull right now.  Gun to my head I'd rather bet on Leclerc.
2859  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 26, 2022, 03:24:18 PM
^ ^  No idea why but that mugshot of Masvidal is hilarious af to me...  He looks like he's one wrong decision away from being homeless.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

^  Daukas is def live during R1 as he has fast hands and has the KO power esp early.  And did I already mention that Blayeds is chinny?  Grin  So if you're going to take Daukas, taking him to win via KO to get better odds on it is prolly the way to go.  I can't see it going for the whole 25 mins and win via decision.
Yeah, we haven't really seen what Daukaus is like outside the second round, as he rarely gets there. However, Curtis has gone the distance a few times, if Daukaus can avoid the take downs successfully, which I do doubt he will. He could potentially win by bigger output. Curtis isn't really known for volume of punches, and kicks, but rather his knockout ability, and as you said wrestling.

Even just betting straight up Daukaus you get some nice returns, whereas Blaydes' odds are absolutely crazy, I don't consider him that big of a favourite, a favourite yeah, but not by that wide of a margin.

Yeah but I feel like Daukas is gonna take it easy the first couple of rounds.  So it prolly could go over 2.5?  Dunno but I wouldn't be surprised.

Btw...  This ONE FC main event is the nuts!  Watch the replay if you can.

Oof...  It's Leclerc - Verstappen - Perez at FP3 with the Red Bulls running the softs this time as did every other car on the track.  But it's close.  The gap is just .033 of a second.   Qualifying should be fun in a couple of hours.  Smiley

The Mercedes drivers are nowhere close to top 5 with Bottas finishing ahead of them at fifth place.  Lol.  Looks like it's RBR vs the Ferraris this season guys.  I could already see it happening.
