2881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: June 05, 2020, 08:32:40 AM
I only tried it once of keeping a record or spreadsheet for my wins and losses in gambling, so I could track my money on how much I spend my money in gambling that everytime I make a bet I always record it in my phone, andd it only makes me realized that I really spend a lot of money in gambling and it is so disappointing. But I still gamble though for only entertainment and leisure time, but I can now control myself that I avoid spending too much money in gambling.
2882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I want to know whether it is right to join bounties? on: June 05, 2020, 08:10:39 AM
Hello friends, I want to know whether it is right to join bounties?
I have seen many threads where people say that your account should be kept clean.
Does the bounty task (Reporting) spoil posting history?
Actually, I want to rank up my account and do some earning, Is it possible both can be done?

Please help me with this what should I do?
let me start by asking how you became a high ranked member in this forum and you are asking such question now? you should the dos and don't on this forum concerning bounty etc, I expect this question from newbie or at most a junior member not from you.
Well, his account was created this January 2020, and he have been able to rank up his account in just a few months due to his quality posting and good topics. I think things wasn't clear to him about joining bounties from the time he posted his topic.

So I think joining bounties is right the only problems in joining bounties is there are still scam projects and sometimes the project don't go well that they didn't have a chanve to reach the softcap and hardcap, that is why it mostly ends up unsuccessful and you will only receive a few amount of rewards.
2883  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat Vs Cryptocurrency, which would you choose? on: June 05, 2020, 07:48:03 AM
I preffered both fiat and cryptocurrency because they both have a good use to me. Even most of my profit are in cryptocurrency or in my crypto wallet, I still used fiat in exchange of goods and services since my country still did not accept bitcoin as a legal cureency I still convert my bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies into fiat.
2884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: PAGCOR waiting for the approval to reopen land-based casinos. on: June 05, 2020, 07:16:45 AM

So it's going to be a big dilemma to me, should I go and play or think of my safety first? So we will see, if this will push through then I have to fight this feeling again as a value more of my health and I'm afraid to get infected. So probably I will pass, LOL.

And that is the best decision you are going to make, forget about your gambling addiction for just a second and think of the long term effect.

For sure many gamblers are going to be happy seeing their favourite casino open in other parts of the world, however, you really don't know what will happen to you. Philippines did a good job, trying to control the spread of the virus, and now that they are easing their quarantine, I do hope that the government did make the best decision for the Filipinos.
Indeed. You should step aside your gambling addiction and think about your own safety or your health because it will be the best for you and your family. We all know this community quarantine lockdown is taking too long and a lot of people are suffering because they can't do the things that they love, so they should still have patience and faith for the vaccine to come for them to the things that they love again like gambling.
2885  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What type of gambling do you want? on: June 05, 2020, 03:59:13 AM
The type of gambling game that I want in a crypto casino are table card games such as blackjack, baccarat, poker, and more because it is the most entertainining gambling game that gamblers want that it gives us thrill and excitement when playing table card games.
2886  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why people run away from trading!!! on: June 05, 2020, 03:29:45 AM
For me proper risk management is number 1 if you have the best trading education in the world but you dont know how to manage your risks that will be a very big issue. Many people see trading as a get rich quick scheme and believe they can scam the markets which is impossible in this way they loose their discipline and use a wrong risk management
It's true. Without proper risks management it will be a big issue because you won't be able to cut down all of your losses and you won't be able to protect your own account from having huge losses that will really makes you run away. Unable to control your emotions is also a thing for you to run away in trading that you can't stop yourself even you have experience three or more consecutive losses that you start to become greedy.
2887  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bitcoin at Banko on: June 04, 2020, 02:38:14 PM
2888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What casinos have forums? on: June 04, 2020, 02:13:40 PM
The forums I know about + the ones already mentioned:

- https://forum.luckygames.io/ (they are going to close the main website)

Something I am seeing is that most of the casinos are opening discord channels and this I believe is a good way to engage with their players.
You might want to check them too for your article.
Nice listing! Here are some of the forums in some crypto casinos, and these casinos are really famous and can be trusted. I think it is already enough to help you to create an article about crypto casinos forums that users mostly used it when they have complains and news about their crypto casino.
2889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best device for online gambling. on: June 04, 2020, 01:40:52 PM
Well,  many of us have already appreciated the benefits of online gambling whether it be casino or even poker. But what device is better suit for it, mobile or  big screen monitor connected to PC?

I'm feeling awfully uncomfortable being connected  via mobile, even the big mobiles of 6.8-inch screen  are not entirely satisfactory. Therefore I largely at my 32-inch & 4K  monitor when gambling online, primary  the slots machines. And what about you?

There are some online casinos who only supports mobile devices or desktop/PC, and there are some who supports both mobile devices and desktop/PC but they have their own user interface when you used it. But for me, I am more suitable and convenient to play and gamble in desktop/PC because I am already used to play games in PC than smartphones and I always love to used my PC.
2890  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: June 04, 2020, 04:39:20 AM
Very many regrets that I experienced, this is because of the greed that is in me, but my biggest regret is not buying a lot of bitcoin in 2012, I ignored bitcoin at that time
So many people were regretting it too when they were not buying bitcoin. I was also regretting my decision to buy a very small amount of bitcoin in 2016 before the bullish trend happened for bitcoin and it goes to the moon right now.
Same here mate. I also regret that I didn't take the risk to invest a huge amount of money before bitcoin gets bullish or go to the moon from the year of 2017 because since I am a newbie, I am too afraid to invest 70% of my profit in bitcoin that time, so I only invest 5% of my profit.
2891  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin ever get past $10K? on: June 04, 2020, 04:19:54 AM
I thought today in this thread there will be more comments  Grin
The price has reached 10k two times - both bottom and top. In general, such a movement is very similar to a game against traders using margin trading. Apparently soon we should see a really big movement (I do not presume to predict in which direction).
in fact, I think a little bit that the price of bitcoin won't last long above the current $ 10k price. maybe it takes time. well, yesterday, the price of bitcoin exceeded that price, and the price suddenly returned to the initial level. it seems like many people are targeting to sell their assets at that level.

This is one of the main problems of the ecosystem - most participants only want to sell their bitcoins for a dollar at a profit. The rest does not interest them. Obviously, in such conditions, the bitcoin volatility will not decrease and I think this is a negative factor for serious development.
Most people that buys bitcoin only waits for bitcoin's price to get past $10K, so they could sell their bitcoins for fiat that there onky interest is really to get profit, not to use bitcoin as a currency or other interest. That is why it takes long for bitcoin to increase because people immediately sell out their bitcoins.
2892  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: June 04, 2020, 03:58:26 AM
In my place I can't live without bank because my country doesn't let us to use bitcoin as a legal currency. Also, I have to pay my versity fee in bank, my payment from Upwork comes in a bank. So, I'm a having a tight relationship with bank  Grin . I can't ignore bank if I want. Because I can't use my bitcoins to buy anything here. That's the real fact.
Indeed. There are really some countries who don't let us to use bitcoin as a legal currency, that is why we end up storing half of our profit in banks and the other half is in our crypto wallet. We still need banks, even we hate it because we still use fiat in our daily transactions and to provide our necessities.
2893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Home Court advantage = Not an advantage now because of no-live audience? on: June 03, 2020, 11:44:49 AM
Teams playing in their homecourt is really an advantage whether it is a game of basketball, baseball, football, etc. That is why they called it a homecourt advantage because players are getting hype up and motivated due to the cheer of their fans for them to show off and outperfom their opponents.
2894  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is the best to earn more? airdrop or bounty? on: June 03, 2020, 11:12:17 AM
Bounties is the best way to earn simply because rewards are higher than airdrops, bounties thus have many disappointments compared to Airdrops, Airdrop campaigns easily pay participants, also bounties requires lots of time and energy but Airdrops requires few minutes to hour
That's right, if you find a good campaign and join them. Surely you will get quite a lot of money, personally I also just participate in bounty because it doesn't really waste my time. Just do research before you join, I believe we will avoid bounty scams
You will definitely receive a more higher rewards in joining or participating bounty campaigns rather than airdrops because most of the time airdrops only distributes a small amount of profit. Unlike in bounty campaigns, if you join a good and legitimate bounty campaign you could receive fantastic rewards.
2895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Devs please have some respect on: June 03, 2020, 10:46:18 AM
Developers shouldn't put all the blame to bounty hunters, even they immediately sell off their rewards because they only received a small percentage of their total circulation supply. Developers should be put all the blame because they didn't make a precise plan to attract more investors, instead of using attractive discounts.
2896  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you believe that bitcoin will have a stable price in the future? on: June 02, 2020, 01:59:15 PM
Do you? I believe yes, after some years, if more people get into bitcoin, the price will stop somewhere and it will change slowly.
I think it's impossible for bitcoin to have a stable price due to it's volatility bitcoin will still have an unpredictable movements to it's price whether it is up or down. That is why even more people will engage in bitcoin it is not possible for bitcoin to have a stable price.
2897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Life soundtrack for Gamblers? on: June 02, 2020, 10:58:47 AM
I think the best soundtrack for gamblers is some old songs like Tumbling Dice by The Rolling Stones because before I enter inside a casino I heard this music and I asked some of the staffs what is the song. There is always a background music in the ground floor, and they always play old music because it is very relaxing and it can definitely change your mood while playing gambling.
2898  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Panahon Na Nga Ba Maging "Cashless Society" ang Pilipinas? on: June 02, 2020, 07:05:42 AM
This explain my thread, and siguro nga ay di pa napapanahon para sa cashless society since marami paren talaga ang walang sapat na kaalaman tungkol dito. Maybe in the next 5 years mas maaachieve naten ang pagiging cash less society since patuloy na naggrogrow ang teknolohiya at dapat lang natin itong pagtuunan ng pansin.
Tama.
2899  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ways in which you can promote bitcoin. on: June 01, 2020, 03:53:00 PM
Based on my experience, my ways to promote bitcoin and blockchain is by joining different local groups or community, and I will start to open up a topic to them about blockchain and crypto, which I simply show them the benefits and uses of bitcoin in our daily lives. But it is not that easy because there are only some people who has an interest about bitcoin, while most of them don't that they assume bitcoin is just a scam.
2900  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Cash Less Society - Nararapat naba? on: June 01, 2020, 03:31:58 PM
