2901  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: October 05, 2019, 02:26:03 PM
Hi all,

I want to invest some money in Bitcoin (long term investment)
It's better wait the next fall down (like the situation on December/January), or buy now?
Otherwise fixing a target for example 7000 or 8000 $ and buy in that moment?

Thank you in advance for your suggestion

Buy now or wait for bitcoin? I think it is better if you will buy bitcoin because as we can all see and know, bitcoin are very low in prices because of the dump of the market that's why it is the good time to buy and invest to bitcoin for the good and wait until the very good pump up of the market in which you can earn a lot of profit.

Everyone has the right to trade because everyone who have money or funds that they can risk will qualify to start trading as long as they know the pros and cons of trading.
2903  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Tools to improve your trading on: October 05, 2019, 12:51:25 PM
Tools to improve your trading? What do you mean by tools? Do you mean tips or ways on how you will improve and become good in terms of trading? I think one of the best way is have an enough knowledge to know everything that is occuring or running in the trading industry or trading world. There are many ways on how to improve your trading just like watching tutorials on how to start trading and asking to those professionals on how you will start trading.
2904  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Savings Vs Investment? on: October 05, 2019, 12:10:21 PM
The traditional norms made us believe that savings are a safe option to store your wealth.
But is it true now?
With inflation, we all know that the prices of the wealth we have kept in our savings account will decrease. What is the use of saving when ultimately we are not even able to enjoy what we have been saving for years?
The smarter option?
Investment! Investment is not gambling if done rightly. Very often we see people not putting too much effort into learning and jumping into FOMO. They don’t have enough guidance that will help them to invest better.
For me I prefer both, why? Because in savings I am saving money in order to have extra money in case of emergency and etc. While in investments I am investing my money in order to have enough profit by just investing it and sleeping my money on the investment that I've made, for example investing in bitcoin, you are just putting your money in bitcoin in order for you to earn a money when the great pump up comes or when the pump up comes, but when you are just saving your money your just making it to sleep and no progressive.
2905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if Ethereum replaces Bitcoin someday? on: October 05, 2019, 11:06:00 AM
Ethereum, being the world's second largest cryptocurrency by market cap, has all the potential of replacing Bitcoin in the future. It's more than just a cryptocurrency, being a platform for the development and execution of smart contracts (aka dApps). With ETH, it's possible to launch alternative cryptocurrencies without the need to start a Blockchain from scratch. It's also possible to use the ETH blockchain for other purposes such as voting, proof of identity, verification of documents, and more. In contrast, Bitcoin's only use is for finance where it cannot be implemented in other areas by its own.

Given all of the benefits Ethereum provides on top of Bitcoin, it makes me wonder whenever it'll be able to replace the pioneer cryptocurrency within the future? As long as, Ethereum keeps progressing in development and mainstream acceptance, it'll be much closer to Bitcoin every step of the way. What are your thoughts? Huh
What if ethereum replace someday? Ethereum is one of the best coin nowadays in which it follows the path of bitcoin when it comes to the price and volume, for example when you saw the price of the bitcoin pump up it follows the price of ethereum to pump up also. Ethereum can really replace bitcoin someday in the near future.
2906  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Dealing with cryptocurrency (in my country) isn't easy as I thought on: October 04, 2019, 01:59:26 PM
Today, while I was surfing through the forum, I came across a post in which someone complained about bitcointalk.org not loading in Turkey. Under his post were several replies that explained that the site happens to be blocked by some internet service providers (which is sad).
A few days ago, I made a post in which I asked "What have you done to promote the Blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies?".
I went through several replies which were pleasing and supportive to the Blockchain technology. Amongst them, someone said that he wore bitcoin shirts around (an ideology I really admire). Another said that he created a facebook page (also interesting).
Just recently, I saw a complain from someone in my country. According to the screenshot which contained a mail from his bank, it said that his bank account has been frozen because they found out that it has something to do with virtual trading (cryptocurrency). Not only was I surprised, I was provoked. You know, one of my plans was to buy numerous Bitcoin and Ethereum polo shirt and wear them (to help promote). However, as it stands right now, I'm afraid I can't do that because I could be held as a user of cryptocurrency. Though this isn't any easy, I'll still keep trying what I can to spread the word. The Blockchain technology gospel must be heard!!!
It seems your government are not ready yet to accept the potential of cryptocurrency and its kind of sad. I guess the best option for now is to use a VPN so you could access the sites that are related to crypto including this website. Just bear this with the situation you were in now because I am pretty sure that soon they will acknowledge of the crypto so you won't need any VPN.
2907  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too many exchanges? on: October 04, 2019, 01:31:42 PM
We are seeing more and more exchanges nowadays. Is it beneficial to the community if we have more of these? What do you think are the benefits and/or the negative impact on having too many exchanges?

The advantages of having more exchanges is that it will produce a competition among all exchanges to prove who is the best and the more competition will occur the greater service they'll provide and that would be a some sort of good news for us customer. However, this will be a nightmare for newbies because it can cause confusion since they had no idea that much with regards to qualifications of being a good exchanges.
2908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: October 04, 2019, 11:27:07 AM
It's possible, yes. But not very probable.

Most of the low volume projects will end up in a ghost town with no trade volume because of the long bear market we're in. It wouldn't be wise to invest on them, although some of them will be successful.
It is possible indeed. However, it is hard to determine what coin will be successful due to the fact that there's a lot of successful coin but wasn't able to pump. You must have an in depth technical analysis just to determine what coin has a possibility to increase but remember in crypto anything can happen so it is vague. Beware as well in those coins that have a competent volume but eventually as it goes the volume drops.
2909  Economy / Economics / Re: Differences between an investor and common man! on: October 04, 2019, 05:27:19 AM
What are the things differ from mindset of common man with investor, please share your thoughts.

IMO,investors never want to take loans for their consumption like home loan, car loan, etc then just save money and will buy the things for their needs but common man like you and me will buy the things immediately when we get the desire of it using loans but we are paying 20% of interest to those kind of loans.
Actually, investors also take a loan but what they make differ from a commoner is that investors have a high possibility to pay what they have loan in a short of time since they have an income unlike commoners is it will take a lot of time for them to complete the payment. Besides, in terms of money investors have more knowledgable or can manage his funds effectively.
2910  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin The King Of Crypto on: October 04, 2019, 02:36:26 AM

This chart is showing you the top 200 coins performance against bitcoin. It's clearly who is outperforming here. Bitcoin is the king of crypto. Alts got rekt specially when bitcoin made a move like Jagger on the 1st April. But that wasn't april's fools day! Or was it?

source
https://twitter.com/woonomic/status/1161320822344179720
There's no doubt that Bitcoin is still the King of Crypto. No matter how many alts could surpass bitcoin, if the king make a move all alts will be affected so it is likely they were connected somehow on it. As a matter of fact in the 10 years of existence of bitcoin no one shall able to replace it and made it to the top or even surpass its volume.
2911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hack any wallet? on: October 03, 2019, 03:06:04 PM
So there are 12 words chosen from thousands to recover any wallet.

If you iterate through random word combinations you will eventually generate a wallet that exists, correct?

I know the number of combinations is astronomical. But in theory if you keep generating random phrases, you might eventually stumble upon a wallet holding millions?

It totally impossible I guess. There are billions or even trillion word combinations in a passphrase. If it does possible probably in the future through usage of powerful computer but for now out current technology isn't capable to do that. Besides, this word in a passphrase might be encrypt first before saving to a drive. Another case is that even if you does able to hack a single wallet there's no guarantee that wallet account will have a worth of million balance.
2912  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This will help to improve your trading on: October 03, 2019, 02:27:36 PM
hi traders i am sharing my mistakes and experience so that it will help you

here are the mistakes i did and the with experience i got answers to my mistakes

1) dont (care or think) too much about your money while trading this will reduce your confidence and make our decisions to reverse
and put money which you dont need

2) learn about money management (i know you might have heard about this many times , this is a huge topic to explain )
in short

remember trading and investing is a business, you have to risk something to gain something ,
so here is what you can do , risk is in your hand and you dont know how much rewards you will get so all you can do is control your risk , so calculate your risks and then enter trades and wait with patience

at first your goal must be to protect your capital , and then protect your profits , dont risk everything

3) Do not get panic by watching others analysis , remember panic is not good for trading, be confident with your analysis

4) if you have got good profits then keep it as a back up capital , when there are bad days if you lose your capital this back up capital will help you

5) dont trade if markets are too much volatile , no trade is also a trade , relax on that days watch some comedy films

6) dont ever think to recover your losses , or trade against

7) if you have entered trade by calculating risk then dont exit in middle wait for your targets , fluctuations are common

8 ) one of my friend told me this --- to keep track of trades
like why we lost that trade , why that trade reached its target, keep a record of this   and just go through this when you are free trust me it will help too much

9) everyday you will not be profitable so set a limit for loss everyday if it is reached than stop trading ( i have lost money before without doing this )

10) If your finger is stuck somewhere, in real life you must think to get your finger out of there , but in trading if your finger(trade) is stuck then you must cut it and get out of that trade, because in trading finger(capital) grows back ( this i learnt by watching psychology videos )

11) I know many of you have heard this points before , but remember until you dont put your personal interest and do trading by following rules nothing will change
and success is  not easy we must work-hard to achieve it

12) i am sure if you follow this rules you will see changes in your trading ,

if any experienced traders do have some points that will help traders please highlight it

13)But remember, never put your eggs in one basket, this way even if one of your investments is on a down trend, you can still recover the loss from another investment. This point by (nydiacaskey01)
Thank you for sharing your experiences in trading. Right now I will share some tips and experience on the trading industry here in cryptocurrency. First of all before you start on the trading world or industry or before you start to trade, better if you will go find and ask for some person who are really know what trading is and what the trading platform is doing for, and to those who are failing in trading don't worry, remember every rich person takes the path where it is risky and full of problems to be solved.
Indeed. Don't ever afraid to make a mistake simply because this is where we learn. Mistakes are more likely a fundamentals of trading, actually the more mistake you make the more experience you will gain however, if you made a same mistake and never learn then I'd say there's a problem upon you. Don't enter in the industry without having any knowledge because this will be a problem. Another tips, always control your emotions while trade, risk only the money you can afford to lose and have a trading plan.
2913  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Would you buy a house? on: October 03, 2019, 01:05:10 PM
I think I would put it into a investment first and earn more money because it requires huge amount of money before you got an apartment. I choose to have an apartment rather than a house because I could make a money out of it by rent and get a return for what I have invest for that apartment.
2914  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying goods or services using crypto on: October 03, 2019, 07:51:46 AM
as we've been in a state of bear-trend for almost a year, i'm trying to find another usage of my eth and btc except hodling. do you know any real working crypto-marketplaces? probably it's not a bad option and i would find something really worthful to buy without any doubts of being scammed. kindly waiting for your feedback
Probably, it is better to use your btc or eth for something would be useful like to sustain your necessity or convert into fiat so that you could use it for whenever you want. Purchasing a jewelry is also an option so that if it comes to your mind to sell it in future the price might fluctuate and gain a high return.
2915  Economy / Speculation / Re: Time to buy Bitcoin? on: October 03, 2019, 06:41:17 AM
News flash: No one knows when exactly the best time to buy is. If you think bitcoin has a future and in that future bitcoin has a higher price that it's price right now, then just dollar-cost average! May it be weekly, bi-weekly(I prefer this), or monthly. That way, you don't need to rely on technical analyses from people you don't even know if they actually know what they're talking about.
Indeed. There's no right time to buy actually because bitcoins fluctuate we cannot say that this is the right time to buy just because of having a cheap price. Let say bitcoin will pumps in next year and you got a high return, in far future that price from next year will eventually low in our perspective and eventually it will pump even more.
2916  Economy / Economics / Re: Future of Bitcoins - What will happens to BTC on: October 03, 2019, 05:47:45 AM
Future of Bitcoins - What will happens to BTC

When discuss about future of Bitcoin there are lot of Articles on various forums with different opinions and stories. Few of them agree that Bitcoin will remain as it is and has the idea that value of Bitcoin will increase. Some of them say that Bit coins will collapse it's own position soon. What will happen to Bitcoin...?
Transaction using Bitcoinnis gradually increasing and I am pretty sure that it will eventually take over the world. What I mean is that soon bitcoin will become like a fiat where it can be used in daily tramsaction such as purchasing stuff and it will not be limited on trading and investment. Bitcoin will reach the moon and that what makes bitcoin a pretty good asset.
2917  Economy / Economics / Re: Paper Bitcoin eth, ltc and others on: October 02, 2019, 02:54:15 PM
Do you think its a good idea to have paper Cryptocurrency in circlelation too?

Like we have fiat currency digitally we also can have Fiat Currrency as paper.

I personally think its a good idea to have btc paper Currrency or metal coins too wich Will be accepted any shops!

Second point is that the dEvil is not the paper currency or any Kind of fiat currency the devil is the just the money printing out of thin air and lending this money out.

So nothing wrong with cash cash is not a devil!
It should better if cyptocurrency stays in online for online transaction like trading, investment and more. And leave the paper currency or basically the fiat in physical for daily transaction. Cryptocurrency is decentralize if it does printed in a paper then it wont be classify as decentralized because it will be manipulated by government. Transaction will never be anonymous and it will now able to track down.
2918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When thinking forward always think backward on: October 02, 2019, 02:25:19 PM
Holding is the only way for altcoin investors now unless you want to accept your losses and exit but its better to have patience, i have seen coins that worth 1,500$ a year ago and they are now 200$ , i have sold airdrop tokens that should worth 150$ for 10$ to sustain but i am not stupid enough to get rid of all my tokens and coins because market is not in my favour, be wise and remember that those tokens you are getting dispose off can turn something when market start turning for the better, be determined to win, when thinking forward always think backward as well.
Just like you I have a lot of altcoins stored in my wallet and I have no reason to dispose them for now because even they are almost priceless they can turn out into something better if the market goes well. We can't do anything on our alts now so its better to hold them rather than to sell in low price. I have confidence that they are going back to price as they were before or even something great.
2919  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it worth for me in my situation to start btc trading? on: October 02, 2019, 11:43:57 AM
Hello

I have spare $300 that my friend suggested to use to start cryptotrading, as this is the maximum amount of money affordable to lose. I have a month of free time to trade with btc. Currently I don't have income and I have three ways to set it: cryptotrading, freelancing as programmer, or full-time job. I chose to expirement and try luck with trading and freelancing, if there is no success with any for september, I will choose full-time job. If I can make about $500 per month with all of these methods or some of them, I can forget about job for a while, which is highly preferrable.

So my questions are:
  • Can I learn and do trading for month to make at least some money(around $100-$250), while doing freelance programming? I can arrange 3-5 hours for each activity per day.
  • Should I start trading on OTC exchange or regular exchange? I tried bisq to sell btc, but it seems like there you can do it with rather huge amounts of money I can't afford to make offer with. This is because of security deposit of 50% of trade amount. Maximum offer amount I can make is 150$ whereas there are more offers which range $100-$1000. They also seem more profitable for btc buyers due to less interest, than that I chose. After scrolling thorugh bitcointalk, my only options left for OTC are localbitcoins and paxful. And I don't really like any of these because of shitty customer support on both. Moreover LBC nowadays has attitude to KYC everyone, I don't like it because I would keep my personal information than send it to someone
It is still worth to start trading Bitcoin and it all ways will due to that fact that bitcoin is fluctuating so even if you purchase now you can still able to get a high return in the future however, the problems is the time. As what you have mention you only have a month to trade which is not enough if you have no idea in the industry. It takes a lot of time in order to gain knowledge and experience which is the most important thing unless you have already familiarize in this transaction.
With regard in you can able to trade while doing programming, I think we should leave the decision for you because you owns your time you are the only one who can manage it.
2920  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Invest in bitcoin casino bankroll on: October 02, 2019, 11:09:57 AM
You've heard it right! There are indeed few crypto casinos that offers such investment opportunities to the mass. I would not take name of any particular casino but I would want to redirect you to a bitcointalk thread,

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2445163.0

It is a very comprehensive thread created by an old member which talks about his experience with month on month update. You will certainly get some usefull insight!
Investing in crypto casino is pretty good idea. However, the problem is, it is difficult to find a best casino where I can put my investment to because there's a lot of casino that is not worthy of my trust so I'm for providing a thread where I can find a credible casino to invest. The good benefits you could get in gambling investment is that if their coin pump there's a possibility to receive a high return. But in some cases, if that certain casino loses then it my investment would be affected. So I think this is a little bit risky as well.
