2921  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: unspendable btc on: June 26, 2018, 01:02:34 PM
Just import the grade in Windows wallet and money was there, excellent support from limo team, and all this community, please those whom replied this thread pm btw address  Embarrassed

So did the Lumi Support Team solved the issue or not? I am curious to what went wrong with your transaction? Because I am guessing that it is related to their wallet software rather than the transaction itself. I remembered that I have a similar issue before and it was due to an outdated wallet app my transaction was successful yet it is not showing an updated balance also my app's version was not supported by the provider anymore.
2922  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How does the supremacy of bitcoin affect altcoins? on: June 26, 2018, 08:55:53 AM
I don't know how that simple question lead some members here into answering altcoins being worthless. The question is how BTC is affecting other cryptocurrencies in the market. The answer is simple Bitcoin being the market leader means that BTC basically has control on where the market will go, its influence makes other altcoins go on a rally or a correction. But does it make other altcoins worthless? I don't think so, Ethereum and XRP (which you have mentioned are worthless) also have their own value based on their own demand. If they are worthless their value right now would be 0. Also keep in mind that they don't always have a positive correlation in the market, sometimes when BTC is on the rise, others are on a fall as all traders have sold their altcoin position in order to participate in BTC's rally.
2923  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will probably reach 4500-5000, following seasonality pattern. on: June 26, 2018, 07:26:14 AM
I don't think that we are following the price history of the stock market as our basis on where Bitcoin will go, for one BTC is on a separate market compared to the stocks, and even that does not prove that we can have the same trend as what they are having. Also one of the most vital factors we are having is that we have a changing demand remember that Bitcoin has soared 1000$ in just 30 minutes if it wants to as seen before, and BTC being on the down trend ever since January I don't think that we will follow any kind of bullish or bearish patterns, this volatile market can go either way.
2924  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Zebpay Announcement: Your Rupee Withdrawals Could Stop on: June 25, 2018, 06:42:32 PM
It all lies in their Supreme Court now trashing the memorandum circular will be easy for the Supreme Court to do, now it all rest into who will the Supreme Court side, if their justice system is really fair and open they will know that what RBI is doing is out of hand, they are simply hindering cryptocurrency related businesses in order to transact to their clients freely. Without the use of banks they are crippling their business, and it really looks like they are doing it on purpose, they are simply giving this exchanges unfair competition. Now if the SC will not be in favor of them then their last resort would be going through petition that will hopefully be seen by the Executive department of India.
2925  Economy / Gambling / Re: SafeDICE.com ★ Bitcoin Dice ★ Monero ★ 0.5% Edge ★ Fast Cashout ★ Since 2014 on: June 25, 2018, 05:15:52 PM
Unfortunately my account is hacked easily here
She lost $ 200 because of the penetration

An unprotected site
How to define a password
Technical support No response more than 24 hours

not only tech support is not answering, people cannot get answers about their withdrawals
and you should always have 2fa on any account that have sums of money you consider big
unfortunately,it seems that you will have to wait days if not weeks for the answer
I have observed their thread for a long time now, and I don't see any kind of response about technical support, except for the time when their site was down and SDmod has posted that their site is right back up. I always suggest that they go through the proper email they have provided in order for us to reach their technical support but even that I don't see any updates regarding the members with complains. It is either fixed or they run out of patience waiting for the problem to be solve.
2926  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-25] The Wall Street Sharks Will Attract Capital to the Crypto Industry on: June 25, 2018, 04:05:55 PM
If the money of Financial Institution will finally come into play inside the cryptocurrency market I don't think that it is all positive, since we all know that this financial institutions will also be considered as new whales, more whales means more volatility in the market. As soon as their money is on the market I don't think they will sit on their assets for too long, they will try to manipulate the market for them to profit. So I see a lot of rallies as well as corrections in the  process, it doesn't generally translates into a bullish market when their money is in the market.
2927  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Smartphone Wallet is Insecure on: June 24, 2018, 04:32:55 PM
I am an Android User and I am fully aware of the security of Apps available in the Playstore. Before you can even access the apps Android will always ask you about this Apps Permissions in order to acces your Gallery, Camera, and even permission to change your Keyboard so before they can even harvest your data you will know if these apps are up to no good.

3rd Party apps available on the other hand that is available for download in the internet, you know the ones you can download the ".apk" are not safe in any way as if you don't have a device virus protection the malware included will never be detected by the system. So downloading apps that came from websites not directly related to Playstore are not safe.
2928  Other / Meta / Re: Strategies to prevent shit-posting on: June 24, 2018, 11:25:38 AM
1) Allow forum moderators to penalize users by revoking signature display rights for a month for poor posting habits.
The idea of removing the signature display is good, but how can it actually prevent prohibited members from shit posting? Because they can still post just without the added benefit of being part of a signature campaign, chances are these prohibited members will take it personally and bring their worst in the forum by complaining of unfair treatment as well as to ruin some threads with shitty posts after being banned from having signatures. This strategy will take some time and I don't think this shit posters will even try to improve their post quality on a month of prohibition.
2929  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup Pool Discussion Thread on: June 24, 2018, 09:14:53 AM
guys I was thinking since the people here are mainly the only ones interested in sportsbetting in this forum , so how about creating a telegram group where we can chat like daily and share some info about the plays and the sites we discover
it would be fun and useful to pass the daily grind , if someone is experienced enough with telegram please go for it and share the link with us
Not a bad idea, but we need to see what other players think off about the group chat and knowing not all are active in a group chat we need to have a considerable amount of members to start also someone needs to make the voluntary act of creating the telegram group channel as I don't think someone will do it on its own knowing that no one will be joining the group chat. I have been to similar groups about that but it soon has died down as suddenly the activity in that group chat decreased as the days go by especially if that group chat doesn't have a healthy conversation.
2930  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin holders will have to pay their tax? on: June 23, 2018, 05:23:26 AM
The real question is if Bitcoin or cryptocurrency earnings are tax exempted in the first place? The simple answer is no, I don't even know where the misconception of cryptocurrencies being tax exempted started. The only problem the government is facing now is their respective classification of taxes. Should cryptocurrency trading gains be counted as capital gains or should cryptocurrencies earned via mining be considered as income and be taxed via income tax? Remember our earnings from something is not just for ourselves the tax burden is our contribution to both our country and the government. Being a cryptocurrency earner does not exempt us from anything.
2931  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 Treasure Chest Is Back! 🎰🎰🎰 on: June 21, 2018, 04:54:33 PM
Just in case any one is wondering if justpoor is a real whale, go look at his other threads. He recently won over 2000 Litecoins at another casino, and it seems they weren't able to pay out as quickly to him as BitDice did on his 100+ Bitcoins!

Do you know any other site that can pay out almost 700k USD instantly? I don't!
I am not here to disagree with you but I don't think that other gambling sites are doing what BitDice is doing which is saying their congratulations everytime there is a big winner who have withdrawn their winnings. Except of course for their on going promotions and they are only posting it for them to announce who the winners are. I don't think other gamblings sites think as big withdrawals as a way of promoting their website in the forum. I may be wrong but that is how I observe it in each Ann Thread of a Gambling Site.

We've not been advertising with the big withdrawals. I only post the big bets going on. Usually when they are actually notable. We don't advertise big withdrawals. Justpoor88 mentioned it by themself which is why it's being talked about. I took part in one discussion made by Justpoor because I thought it was relevant.

EDIT: I think quite a few sites mention when there's big betting action going on? Not sure why you think we shouldn't. Unless I misunderstood something.
Hey there BoXXoB l didn't mean it in a bad way. I am just saying about my personal observations in the Gambling section of each Ann Thread. Yes I do see a lot of gambling sites posting screens of players doing big bets and I know showing those numbers will also show other members how this big players trust gambling sites just like yours.
2932  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-20] Will bitcoin recover? Will BTC go back to $10,000? on: June 21, 2018, 02:01:14 PM
As usual you will read something called "news" in the internet, particularly this one didn't even answer its own question the article even is indecisive on where it will go. This is really called recycled news where they show previous data which are not noteworthy and of course they will link some previous news in this case is the hack in Bithumb that they say will "affect the market" even though they didn't say how will it affect the market. You can go ahead and read it for yourself and you will find that you have wasted your time reading this so-called news.

2934  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My first 2 weeks on Bitcointalk and Ranking up!- READ IF YOU'RE NEW HERE ;) on: June 21, 2018, 12:09:16 PM
At first I thought this is one of those "How to Get Merit" tutorials or "My Success on Getting Merits" thread most commonly created by low ranking members, but then I gave it a try and read what you will say in the forum and I truly am shocked on your suggestions and tips to your fellow members in the forum. Keep up the good work, reading is one of the biggest key here in order for you to have more knowledge about cryptocurrencies in general. And you don't need to go on as I think your fellow low ranking members have got your point.
2935  Other / Meta / Re: I see we still have the nazi moderator here on: June 21, 2018, 10:39:09 AM
Like what you have said that he didn't take you up on your bet, why are you still making this an issue if he didn't agree to your bet? And that kind of conditional bet achow101 has more to lose than what he will gain? You leaving the forum does not outweigh the position of achow101 here in the forum. And what will you do here as a staff in the forum anyway, when you obviously don't have the knowledge achow has when it comes to technical discussion?
2936  Economy / Reputation / Re: FAKE NEGATIVE TRUST SCORE FROM CORRUPTED USER. on: June 21, 2018, 08:51:55 AM
No, but I can delete the trust if you can tell me what is fake about it...
It's fake because I have not scammed anyone, therefore there should be no issues with trusting me.
It's also fake because you have not been victim of anything I have done.

If people start giving negative trust just because they don't like what the other person does, then the whole trust system will be ruined! And apparently it already is.
Vod does not need to transact with you in order to tag you. Vod is known for cleaning out spammers, scammers and cheaters just like you away in this forum. Even though reddit is a different site using BCT as a transaction for cheating another site will give this forum a bad image. Also being a DT member his negative feedback can be seen by all the members unlike non-DT members which won't leave any red paint in your account.  If you still want to continue with your “business” I suggest you look for another site elsewhere.
2937  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Market manipulation on: June 21, 2018, 06:40:50 AM
These financial institutions will always be caught as moving those large amounts of money will always get the attention of the authorities. Sadly the fine they are paying is nothing compared to what they have earned in the manipulation of the market, they would rather pay the penalty instead of facing jail time which I think is not possible for them, they would always make the company being in a "juridical entity" as a defense from this charges. What I want to see is that this kind of justice will improve and will also cover the cryptocurrency market, as the US government has an ongoing investigation about fraudalent fake bids, volume and important data being feed to us by known crypto exchanges.
2938  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-20] Retail Adoption of Crypto Would “Bring the Internet to a Halt” on: June 20, 2018, 08:33:19 PM
The headline of the news is totally unrelated to the news itself. Basically the news report is saying that the internet will somehow halt when BTC enters into the stage of mass adoption yet they target the main issues of Bitcoin is facing now which is volatility, scalability, and efficiency which has no direct relations on how the market will "halt". To tell you honestly mass adoption won't even happen if those three mentioned in the article are or will be problems in the first place.
2939  Economy / Gambling / Re: JETWIN – Casino/Live Casino/Sports – $65 Free No Deposit Bonus on: June 20, 2018, 07:43:42 PM
what security feature can i add to my account?   i dont see 2fa or other means of security beside email and password.

2FA functionality will be enabled this week.

Why has it taken you 5 years to figure out how to do this?

Better now than never. Grin
Agreed, why look at the negative side when you can see it in the other way? As you can see Jetwin has listened to its customer and he answered the question with the addition of a 2fa to their gambling site. The customer service if they follow through with their word will be impeccable as they are adding what is missing to their site. Also before this I have read in the previous page of the thread that a member complained about the site being not compatible with his cellphone, they answered that the mobile version of the site is currently in development which is another proof that they are listening to their customers.
2940  Economy / Speculation / Re: What kind of price movement do you want for Bitcoin? on: June 20, 2018, 06:06:26 PM
A gradual increase followed by an increasing volume is the most ideal scenario for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market in general for me as it will tell us that BTC is on a bullish market. We all know what happened when Bitcoin started to spike up last December, the price rally was fast and it ended up badly for some who didn't shorted and we are still experiencing the bear market right now. And when the time comes that Bitcoin will break out of this bearish trend I just hope that it is not one of those short term price rallies.
