How many U3s can the router manage without a powered hub?
I did 3 with a very cheap usb 2.0 hub and it had no problems at all. Not sure what is highest it's been pushed to. Also with it having external power I don't think powered/non-powered have near as much effect as a miner such as stick miners that run off usb juice. That's good to know. Looks like I'll be snapping up some cheap ones if I see them then ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Waiting on an antrouter to act as a controller as we speak ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Make sure when you get the R1 that you get Crazyguy's custom software for it, makes owning a U3 rather enjoyable as it all but cures the zombie issues that plague these machines. Already on the todo list ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) On a different note I'm going to be hooking up the U3 to my PSU via a 6pin pci cable that I'm going to sabotage and connect to a barrel plug which has screwed down terminals. How many of the pci 12v and grounds would I need to connect? Two of each to power the u3?

If you want to run updated software then you need to review the included ReadMe file and script with the correct commands.
And rather than 4.9.0 you should try using 4.9.2, it had updates specific for the U3 in it. Do not use 4.9.1, though, it will not recognize the U3 (bug). 4.9.2 fixed the freq and volts for me. Only way I could get 60ghs was to use 4.9.0. And change the settings. Only zombies once in 7 days so far. Just checking that I only need my btc address I don't need to have ".0" after it if I don't want a worker name. That right?
to mine solo, only a valid BTC address is the minimum requirement. worker name is optional. Brilliant. Didn't want to be wasting my time going solo when it's not actually registering lol

mint is currently an alias for us1. You can try us2 also, but I don't expect there will be a big difference in reject ratio. On the subject of servers I've got all my minera pointed at "mint.bitminter" they are registering and hashing but would there be any advantage if I pointed them to the eu server seeing as I'm in the UK?
Yep. Should help a little bit. Note that this is no big deal. But yeah, you'd probably earn about 0.05% more. Well after changing servers my rejected rate as gone from 0.05-0.07% done to 0-0.01%. So that did make a difference. Thanks DrH.

I can by some from you with PayPal. I know I haven't got a decent trust score but I've been dealing with a couple of guys and both have had no problems with me via PayPal transactions. One slight request (due to your trust being negative) is wait until 3 confirms before sending PayPal. If you happy with that let me know. Thanks.

Hi guys,
Ive got a corsair rm1000 running a standard S3 and an overclocked S3+. The pci-e cables split into 2 at the end but id like to run another set of cables to each miner to spread the load a little better. Trouble is ive only got 2 8pin spaces left on the psu. Obviously I need four. I do have 6x 6pin "peripheral/sata" slots available on the psu though. My question is, would one of these slots supply enough power to run the second supply to a board?
The psu is a single rail type.
Thanks.

Got any screenshots of the homepage you've described?
Only thing I can think of is resetting it and hoping it sorts it.
