the only thing i have ever seen that lets you have more rom sell slots is https://yobit.net/en/bonus/and with that you have to pay btc for extra sell slots with some bonus things. but never have done it, rom is not worth spending more money for extra slots to take 10 years to sell to me. just tryed to buy some... but.... ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2F9H42VH5.jpg&t=663&c=2QgGLZQGnpiwjg)

Its the way for them to keep the price up, and people checking the coin. If you only have two sell blocks at a time and own 100 coin - I guess when it reaches a certain level the coin will be worth an enormous amount. (Crudely) If it carries increases by 20% between claims, but takes two months per claim you'd get a 50*1.2 rise on the final coins which is enormous but it would take about 8 years before the last coin is claimable at this rate (however the rate will slow at an exponential rate as coins get more expensive - so the 8 years will likely be much higher). If I get some time over the weekend I might look into the theory in more detail and work the maths out =)
Now im def curious about the time. with each sale increasing in price and resulting in a longer time between sells it would be extremely longer than 8 years. Def interested in seeing the math for it :p so when you do figure it out (if you do decide to do the math) please post it I don't think it is a good investment though. It take far too long to sell and by the time it sells it is worth more. If I wanted ti invest in about $1000 it would take forever to get it back if ever. Unless someone here can tell me otherwise I doubt this is a good invesment for spending over $10 or so. Indeed, you are right - its fine for a smaller investment. If you invest $12 (0.02 BTC) it should clear in a couple of months with about 17% profit (return of $14.04), for a years worth ~$50 could be invested at much higher returns, however the higher the price rises the more people have to put in to get your money out (you can only sell 0.2 BTC at a time, that's two slots). Its effectively an open Ponzi and it will get to a point where people stop investing. That point hasn't happened yet. The more you buy, the higher the risk but also higher (potential) reward. If you have 5 reff you can open 5 slots, 10 reff 10 slots, 20 reff 20 slots When you say reff, do you mean referrals or something else? Didn't hear about the possibility of having more than two slots before, if so, that really changes the dynamics of the coin. hi starmman! but YoBit.net have a signature campaign?? and what about referral! a'm not able to see in hobit.net site!!!

in Minergate I can't mine with GPU. My CPU is a Dualcore.
recommend another software to mine?
The time for mining Bitcoin with CPU/GPU's is long past. Mining programs don't even support them anymore. You need to get an ASIC device if you want to mine Bitcoin now. YEP!!! this is the stark reality

hi all!!! i'm on windows 7 64bit with Mist wallet it is possible to move blockchain from %appData% to other HDD??? there is something like bitcoin -datadir="folder dir" parameter??
thank you
I also tried to move the database from C drive to D drive without success. The Database is getting big very fast. Why don't you PM the Ethereum Foundation to find out whether the Windows Wallet-QT supports what you are trying to do? maybe you can try the slack ETH channel??

about that 121 watt for a 1070 mining eth+sia, how much is the hashrate for both? i don't remember such a low wattage for dual mining
Not overclocked, Windows 7 and not Linux 25.55mhs for each card, total 51.1 mhs 426mhs for each card, total 852mhs It may be the MSI model, because people are reporting higher ETH mhs with different manufacturer's card, but they may have bigger power draws. For example, I use to have some 750TIs mining Lyra2re2: Palit 750TI Storm Dual X used 75watts. EVGA 750TI FTW used 55watts. Pretty much the same hashrate on Lyra2re2 algo when I had them! The EVGA model used 26% less electricity. So, pick your 1070's out carefully - there can be a big difference in electricity usage between models and between different manufacturers. no one knows a report to understand better which GPU for dual mining with your miner??? something like this: MANUFACTURER:MODEL:GB:SINGLE MODE:DUAL MODE:MH/s:WATT i want to buy 4 GPU... but i do not know what. no benchmark about gtx 10603GB in dual mining?

Mmmmmmmmm. It seems Mint is really dying??? I hope not!

I guess the question is what is the value of mintcoin and use. What is the development plan? is there a recent bootstrap?
Drama free, quick, and energy efficient transactions for over 2 years. A reasonable level of transparency with a strong community that is ready to support users. Original branding and a predictable wallet without unnecessary complexities and loopholes. Also noteworthy, the current minting rate of 10% will be changing to 5% sometime around the end of this year. Devs have been working to optimize the open source wallet further but are volunteers who also sometimes need to take on other, paid work. Official bootstrap from 3/31/16 is at: https://link.getsync.com/#f=bootstrap&sz=1E9&t=1&s=PLWY53LWFWGR67POGCCJIB7L2H2UXLVE&i=CRU6W3X7DMMZ2Q36C4LCTHC25VB3G5CXN&v=2.3User kiklo offers a newer, unapproved bootstrap. i'm out of thread for a long time.. just to know... but Mint is dying??? why POLO is delisting it, despite not so low trading volume??? i miss some news?? thanx!

Here's my dream list:
#1: Turn on/off outlets is key. #2: CT on each outlet. #3: Temperature sensor #4: Web interface - nothing special, just something to control and get data
I don't think it's a good idea to use a servo or actuator to reset a breaker - if you're throwing a breaker, something pretty bad is happening. And resetting it remotely could be REALLY bad, since you don't necessarily see what caused the issue.
I use a TrippLite server PDU's, and to be honest they're pretty marginal.
sorry but what do you mean about "#2: CT on each outlet."

Anyone knows some Antminer S9 Monitors ?? I had M miner Monitor with the S7 but it doesn't recognize the s9 ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Second Question of same category: I have all my miners with a hosting company and work individually with my miners remotely through a vpn. Is there a dashboard that I can view my critical information without having to remote onto each miner? I'm about to release a product for that, maybe a month and a half more of development. We have monitoring, auto soft and hard reset and other niceties like modem/router reset on bad internet etc. No need for direct access and we will release a cloud dashboard to boot. Here's a screenshot, of a couple of small S5 farms, sorry for the spanish language, that's one of our supported languages and my interface is on that. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FjiYRfLb.png&t=663&c=p6c9WHl28wlGSA) this could be interesting.. do you have a site or tweetter account to stay tuned?

there is an API reference to scripting and manage Ant miner S9?? thanx
Not at the moment. Do you want to develop your own external application and connect to a REST API provided by Awesome Miner? Awesome Miner also has a built in C# scripting feature, but this is not what you are looking for I assume? This is something I've had plans for, so is there is an interest in providing this, it could be added. just to know... Awesome Miner built in C# scripting feature, can read a txt file from a folder in my intranet, elab it... and then modify frequency of my miners?? The C# scripting feature don't have access to the Antminer Frequency command in the current version. However, I just added support for it, so in next version (that will be available quite soon) you will be able to write scripts like the following: IMinerBase miner = Context.Miner.GetByName("Antminer S9 #1"); Context.Miner.AntminerSetFrequency(miner, "root", "admin", 675); You can of course access all C#/.NET features like reading from file in these scripts, so the value "675" in the example could be read from a file. I will also update the documentation for the C# scripting API when the new version is available (not yet): http://www.awesomeminer.com/help/script.aspxi'm searching for a set up who can read current output Kw production from photovoltaic plant and setting up/shutdown S9 miners. this is what i'm searching for.

I'm looking for automatized software that allows me make bucks All the stuff I found for binary options are scams. Same rules over here?
i will only tell you one thing: if you think you can download an "automatized software" or bot and then just click a button and lay back and relax while the bot makes you money, then you will NEVER find such thing. you need to know some stuff about trading yourself and then use these bots for making your job easier. Indeed. There is no 'sit back and relax' bots that will pump out money. All of them (that i've ever used) require work to set up, which takes time and patience. One poster recommended tradingview. It is a great tool. Download some e-books on learning how to read the charts and making predictions, and using the various tools provided on the web and you won't be disappointed. I have a bunch of these e-books if you would like a few. They are great resources. If you still want a bot, be careful what you download. The web is ripe with assorted malware hiding in software marked as trading bots. mister coin, your e-books are specific for tradingview or more generically for automated trading? i'm interested. if you can share... i'm here. i use automated trading systems to trade stocks... how many years did you work with trading systems?

I looked into this quite a bit back in the S5 days - really, you can pick whatever miner you want, I think everyone who has seen the videos of Novec immediately goes "I WANT THAT!". I actually went so far as to buy some of it to experiment with a bit, and I had three big takeaways from it... The first is that the actual system in production is much more complicated than it appears. You aren't just tossing the boards into the Novec, you have to manage how the cables come into the enclosure, and this is surprisingly challenging (and I love acrylic, look at any of the enclosures I've designed in other threads). The other big enclosure issue is that you still have to have some sort of cold water loop to bring the gas Novec back into it's liquid state - and this leads to my second big takeaway, and that is that you're still left having to deal with the heat. The best way I found to think of Novec is that it's a REALLY efficient way of transferring heat from one place to another - in this case it's transferring heat from the ASIC to your cold water loop... But the net result is that the water loop now contains the heat. Sure, dealing with a radiator and being able to convey the heat trapped in water is much more convenient than air. And then that lets to my final takeaway - part of the system failed at some point in my testing, and the Novec turned to gas and ran away. All of it. $1000 basically vaporized overnight, oh, and they took the ASIC with them, since it promptly burned itself up once the Novec took off. The system itself worked fine for a few weeks, so I wasn't some catastrophic design flaw, but in the end something failed and it was able to escape. Now keep in mind that I'm in Arizona, so the ambient temps were 100f+, which certainly helped Novec in it's jailbreak - but the real bitch is that I never was able to figure out what failed. I poured over the enclosure trying to find the leak, but never was successful - and I suspect this is also why in some of the 3M units they actually do some really light pressurization, so they can detect a leak before it's visibly failing. So for me, the completed system (sealed enclosures, pressurization, water loops, etc) cost so much more than just fans blowing air - and the potential downside of failure being the complete and utter destruction of the system (and Novec, which ironically was the most expensive single component), made this a something not worth pursing - for me at least. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Hi Mark!!! i'm really interested to your experience! did you buy condenser coil or did you do by your self? If you can share... thank you for now!

I've also thought about it, honestly i think it only makes sense if a MFG designs a kit that is make for liquid cooling. For theorhetical purposes or R&D heck yeah, but for ROI it goes to crap. Bitfury uses the novel fluid in their containerized datacenters, that's how they're able to get so much hashpower in such a small space. it most definitely works, idk about a retrofit thought.
One thing i have thought about is water cooling with water blocks, similar to what you'd use on a gaming pc. i think water blocks would have to be custom made and then removing, cleaning, and attaching the new water block would be quite the intensive process... I'd toy around with it, but im not volunteering to donate one of my S9's to science haha
i think the same about ROI... but until i dont understand better, liquid price and condenser coil price.. i continue to search. Remember who whit this system... you get 2 important things 1) at the same power consumption, you can push miners preq veri high. 2) you definitely put out the risk of burn in your home farm

I have looked at this and it interests me, However having no experience in the field I walked away, I don't have the experience to be messing with that kind of stuff, Its also bloody expensive isn't it. Done a bit of googling and found this tho. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HcBTYOOXX2oi found a lot of video on yout ube on two phase cooling... but if seems easy to dip AISC hardware in novec liquid...it is less easy to understand how to build the condenser coil... no info about the liquid temp inside... i continue to search info

I'm interested to implement this solution to improve performance and reduce fire risk. I think ROI go away for the cost of the Novec fluid... but i think miners will be much more secure against flame and overburning. Non one can share experience with this solutions??
thank you
