Do you guys recommend combined the blocks after each stake my balance is 633 right now. They are staking, should i combine them or leave them as is?

My point is - our coin is NOT what it used to be for all its life.. as we had well known figures in the formula when we plan our budgets. Amount of coins, intrest rate, age... before this days everyone had chance to stake at 40% rate (0.0000x diff) Now for the first time it looks like we are going to have the coin that is different from what is described at the Official Page.. its not High POS any more and that can drive people away from the coin! We have to think NOT only about market conditions, but also the coin must perform the same way all the time so you can count on it (easy rules i.e. 40% at 30+ days) Now we have unknown Super Low Stake rate  If you want ~2% rate - go to hobonickles If you want all your coin compressed to 100000hyp blocks to get 1000.. then go buy HYP But this 40% is the main feature of the tekcoin and that what drives the demand... this mining is power efficient etc. It is stupid to just cut the supply of the coin which main feature is something that can be promoted as the Virtual Mining contracts with constant outcome peace P|S why we must stay with something that novacoin has ? Perhaps// is this true that we have 95% diff rise because of ONE adress? If this is the case, then it is bad for the coin? for all 95% of its users.. and we must take action if we see something wrong, so that we dont get into the same trabble in the future! Really think you're making a mountain out of a mole hill here. The APY on TeK is STILL hovering right around 200%. My most recent HBN stakes have been right around 84% APY. This is happening while the price of these two excellent coins have been moving in opposite directions. To me that says leave TeK alone and buy HBN...it's undervalued, but that's just me. There's nothing wrong with TeK, it's just evolving. It remains one of the highest yielding, oldest, well established hybrid coins out there. TeK is 87th in market cap, which is where free market forces have placed it. What would be served by overriding the inflation controls and tanking the value? This! I'd like to see a bit of a facelift on the wallet from time to time, and that's really it. TEK works as it should, and almost always has. I think I may have been the last to understand NVCS, and I'm still not concerned  Totally! If TeK had PHS or HBN's sick wallets I'd consider swearing off other alts entirely. Wonder what kind of a bribe we'd need to get Palmdetroit or Tranz to take an interest.  or Presstab I like the themes |

Weird i have one MN that keeps dropping after few hours but the others are running fine.
On the same machine? Got problem with my too. Yes on the same machine, i am running 5 MN and one keeps dropping. Weird, have you asked support on slack ? I believe I asked yesterday and noone answered, I have another issue, it might not be an issue, but I cannot send out coins unless i stop the MN by changing the conf file and restarting the wallet. |

looks like Cryptsy's wallet. A few things to consider: If it is indeed Cryptsy's wallet, that means they are making profit off this coin and less likely to delist it in times of low volume. I'm not defending their actions for sure, but we are vulnerable with only this one exchange. Bittrex seems fickle and would likely delist it in a bear market. It might be better to make a bounty and go for a big Chinese exchange like BTC38. With 2500+ BTC volume/day and lots of new eyes, TEK might do better there. JMHO. One more thing: The higher the difficulty, the less coins are issued, which means every coin is more valuable. So in the end, your overall wealth may be the same regardless. If you consolidate your blocks, you should stake before Cryptsy with its many small blocks. At least that's what I've noticed. Even at .003+, my big blocks stake almost immediately. They do stake immediately, but the number of blocks in that big wallet staking every min is what making the PoS difficulty go so high. |

yes, just take your coins out from Cryptsy, that will reset the wallet.
They should not be staking and dumping on the buy order.
Unless they are buying the coin for themselves like anyone else.

ya and they are getting almost all the blocks. I know Bittrex dont stake wallets, but I didnt know cryptsy did. Thats VERY unethical.

Will pos diff back to .0000x or not? That's the million dollar question. TEK seems to be gaining in popularity, as the rise in price and POS difficulty (+0.003 for the last month) tends to confirm this. Actually, I think we are in a secular bull market for all mature coins due to global economic turmoil, rising interest from Asia, and people growing weary of the quantity and quality of new alt coins. Here are the current diffs of other popular POS coins: CAP -0.00734, HBN - 0.008062, NVC - 1.74142375. So if you ask me, I would guess no, the difficulty will not go down as long as price grows. There is a point in time -- and I've not figured out when -- when compounding wins over waiting for low POS diff. I going to guess around 0.003 diff, but it would be neat if someone did the math. Anyway, you should adjust your strategy accordingly. Good luck. I started a second wallet and sent the coins to the address, but the MN is still not showing up.
I only have the first wallet MN showing up in the list. Does it take time to update?

Mmm...likely true. But I have two wallets running. Question then is can you have two wallets running on two distinct masternode keys but on the same machine (hence same IP address)? You can manage both MN from one wallet, make sure each MN has a different port. Are you running both wallets on the same computer? |
