301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Everyone already knows about bitcoin" no.. no they do not.. on: January 13, 2018, 02:45:52 AM
Every time I go to the bank I like to ask them if they have heard of BTC, most of the time the answer is no.
I do ask a lot of people about BTC.. a restaurant near me.. near ish use to accept it as well, I asked to pay with it, they said it no longer exists.. .... ...

Most people I find still have zero idea what BTC is unless they are friends with the likes of us.. I don't think we are even in early adoption stage.. we are in "the chasm" .. it would appear we are going to survive though... appear anyways..

I dunno just something I have taken note of.

Pretty much everyone that has heard of it assumes it's worth like 5 cents and shits themselves when I say it's $1k (Cad) .. we are in very interesting times with BTC.
Although bitcoin is gaining muh popularity nowadays, you can't still conclude that everybody knows about bitcoin, there will always be an exception for everything. Remember also that bitcoin is not yet legal worldwide so the chances that it is known by everyone is less expected for those countries that does not tolerate the use of bitcoin. Someday, maybe bitcoin will be known by everyone.
302  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: January 13, 2018, 01:32:41 AM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
For me it is risky because bitcoin's value is known to be volatile so there's always a possibility that after converting your money to bitcoin, it will go down and you will end up disappointed. The best thing to do before converting is to observe what's happening in the market lately so that you may know if there's a potential dump coming which can help you avoid regrets in the end.
303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin the most popular cryptocurrency? on: January 02, 2018, 03:27:49 PM
I believe that they're popular mainly because well it was the first of all cryptocurrencies to be made. Honestly most of the other coins are scams and greedy ways that the developers make money. The only other coin I can think of that isn't a scam are dogecoins! What do you think?
Simply because bitcoin has the most expensive value among all the other cryptocurrencies of today. Bitcoin has a lot of unique features also which attracts many investors and as time passes by, its value rises more and more. We should also consider the fact that bitcoin sets no limit on who may use it or not that's why it is very popular even for those who are in poverty.
304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: January 02, 2018, 01:35:00 PM
My biggest regret is when I got introduced to this back in 2012, I tried to buy £200 worth, the platform was down and I never bothered, just recently woke up to it again at over £4k per coin, it is a physiological thing where I don't want to buy at that price.
I don't actually have any regret with bitcoin but I really feel bad that I wasn't able to know anything about bitcoin wayback when it is just starting. If only I had the chance, I am a millionaire already for sure. But I have no time for regrets, I am still glad that I was able to get to know bitcoin now and it is still profitable. I will cherish this chance and will not waste it away anymore.
305  Economy / Speculation / Re: how to predict bitcoin price increase or decrease? on: January 01, 2018, 05:56:06 PM
We see sometimes bitcoin price increase or decrease. How I can predict whether bitcoin price increase or decrease.Again, who controll this price.I appreciate if you kindly share your experience.
I think the best way to predict an increase or decrease is through observation on what has been happening in the market lately. If demands of bitcoin are getting low, then it means that an decrease is at high possibility anytime while if the demands of bitcoin is high, then it means that pumps or increase are yet to come. No matter when will this things happen, being ready is always necessary.
306  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: January 01, 2018, 05:44:57 PM
Are you a bitcoin fan?
Do you spend a lot of time on bitcoin? Reading news, trading, or even writing your own analysis.
But how did you first hear about bitcoin?
Is it some articles you read about? Or just from a friend who has traded bitcoin for a long time?

Share your experience with us. Grin
I was able to know about bitcoin through social media wherein a friend of mine shared it saying how profitable it is. I didn't believed it right away since frauds and scammers are everywhere instead I just observed my friend and as I do so, I was able to realize that it is true so I asked him to teach me and without any hesitation, he did. I am thankful for my friend for introducing bitcoin to me.
307  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin a good way to invest your money ? on: December 29, 2017, 03:41:35 PM
Savings in banks Deposits in banks Property investments, such as buying property (land and buildings) are then leased or resold after some time later. Gold investment, such as buying gold and then stored for the long term. May be useful in the long run. and produce a decent and satisfactory. or farming to buy sawan and gardening and planting fruits and vegetables is a very good investment. Although a little vulnerable to failure but it could not hurt to try.
Bitcoin became more popular nowadays because of its credibility when it comes to investments. The value of it has also risen over the roof and I think that is one of the main reason why it is considered as a good investment. Bitcoin has already changed the life of the many and I think all of it is normal because bitcoin is know to be the best when it comes to investments.
308  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: December 29, 2017, 09:00:52 AM
Bitcoin is just a cryptocurrency, the way we use it as an instrument for escaping poverty is the thing that matters. If we are not going to allow bitcoin become legalie worldwide, therr would be a low possibility that it will not be known by many leading to the lack of connection with bitcoin. Therefore, we can not say yet that bitcoin will end world poverty unless its legalized worldwide.
309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: December 28, 2017, 05:25:03 PM
Bitcoin is changing the way we live.
Bitcoin is changing the way we do business.
Bitcoin is changing the way we travel and save our money/assets.
Bitcoin and blockchain technology has open new doors for people to do business with one another without the intervention of third parties.

What do you make of this, huh? Share with us what you think. thanks Smiley

As we all know, there are a lot of people who are saying that bitcoin is the future currency so I think it's just normal that bitcoin is changing the world so that when the time comes, we will not have any hard times in changing the way we live too. Bitcoin has proven enough that it deserves to be on top that's why we should keep on supporting it no matter what happens.
310  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: December 28, 2017, 02:38:48 PM
Even the blind can see that crypto Currency is making people millionaires all  over the world just because they present the holders of such currency with the financial freedom and opportunity to accrue large amounts of wealth base on currency investment . But my question is that, is it late to buy bitcoin? Should i wait maybe bitcoin price will decline after 1st August meeting? Please i will welcome your advice so that I can make my decision on crypto currency investment.
I don't think it's already too late because bitcoin has a volatile value so there are still chances that the value of it will rise still although it's already expensive. Bitcoin is known to be a good investment so buying bitcoin will still help you benefit a lot. You just need to be smart and wise with your decision and always be mindful on what's happening in the market.
311  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin the most popular cryptocurrency? on: December 28, 2017, 08:49:22 AM

I think it is all because of its very expensive price that grew so big this year. Bitcoin has been making a lot of noise across its existence and I think it will make more noise in the future as it innovates and improves together with its value. Bitcoin can also be accessed worldwide which makes world transactions easier than ever. We should not be surprised anymore with what bitcoin is making right now.
312  Economy / Economics / Re: Being a Smart Person or Strategic on: December 14, 2017, 05:34:03 AM
Is it enough to be smart with just nothing to lean on and go on with your life? Because i feel that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to handle their money with regards to see in the future. Is it enough to be smart and not be strategical or somewhat a person who has a lot of experience. Who would you choose?

For me it is required to be a master of both things like of course you can not have experience if you are not going to try and some people would think it's a waste of their time if they are doing what they know already like repeating their work over and over again. So it should be in a balance.
Both are needed here in bitcoin and you the two also cannot stand alone. The only way you can be strategic is by being smart on making plans on how you are going to store your bitcoin and earn some of it. It is a must that you can balance both so that you can get more better outcomes. You need to be wise also since there are a lot of trouble here.
313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: December 14, 2017, 02:01:31 AM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.
The only thing you can do to those people who don't like bitcoin is to atleast ask them why they hate bitcoin so that you can understand them why is it that they would hate something like bitcoin. There are a lot of reasons to like bitcoin and you should share it to them. If they will not be persuaded, you should just let them be and let them know what they are missing out.
314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 13, 2017, 10:16:09 PM
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
Yes it is but it depends on the situation. If the value of bitcoin is pumping, then turning all your money to bitcoin is a good idea but if the value is falling, you will surely risk it all since there are chances that your money will have a deduction due to the dump that is occuring. It may be risky but most of the successful people here happens to convert some of their money to bitcoin.
315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: December 13, 2017, 05:06:37 PM
Bitcoin is the future of money, or so they say.

I would like to hear your opinions on Why should people use Bitcoin?

They should use bitcoin because it makes life easier and it can make you rich as long as you are willing to work for it. It does not set any limitations on who may use it and who may not so you should take this opportunity to earn large amount of money. Bitcoin's value is also volatile so investing here would really make sense and you should give it a try.
