I believe this is what they call an instamine, correct?

VTC is going to benefit from this crap. Thank you MaxCoin
And Primecoin too, a lot of XPM miners from what I can tell had sights set on early mining this coin. I am sure XPM-running botnet owners haven't missed the memo either. VertCoin, congrats - looks like you outlived your first serious competitor!

Windows client working, mining in pool *ahead of release* by a longshot.

SCAM TAG - BECAUSE NO POOL ONLINE; BOTTERS AND INSIDERS TAKING OFF THE CREAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
I hate to say it but it looks like this is the case. Rocketpool just stopped accepting any www traffic with bad gateway, but they had about 20 users on there mining this coin before that happened, and one of them "ben" had 134 shares, with the next closest user at like 10 or something.

How many hours left to the launch?
Looks like none, several pools already mining the cream off this coin :|

Is someone here behind the sudden $23,000 buy support above 0.006 for VTC on coinedup?
|
|
|
$4.66 this beast keep going down fear is in the air $3.5 soon might move in right then I picked up 100 at 0.00401 on CoinedUp. Let it tank some more I reckon How did you manage that when there weren't even 20 for sale in the order book above ~0.0042 and below 0.006

Im just pissed that im still so shit at this....ended up panic buying at 90 when everything was taking off.... i feel you i wonder where the bottom is, gona move in with 0.1 or 0.2 soon 0.005/0.006 is probably going to be the bottom. VTC is at .005 dead on right now, I hope for the holders sake you are right!

coinedup is unbelievable slow, why do people still trade there? its impossible.. i have to refresh the page hundred times until i get to the wallet, when i do something there then booom site unavailable again, and i have to login again.. yeeeeees
You have to wait for the page to load. Do NOT refresh over and over, this will not help - it will only make it take longer or just fail. You need to plan your moves a good 30-45 seconds ahead there, but it does work.

Hi gang, I am still on my mission to tip out all of the MOWS sent to the reddit tipbot in the past day or so. I have tipped about 12000 MEOWS at this point, but I am waiting to let the Cryptsy effect take hold so that the MEOWS are worth more, which means I can tip a little less and still show people some good value, and thereby and get more mileage out of each tip. Hope you other tippers are doing the same - the more you tip (good tips, not just careless low-value tip spam - those will get the tipbot banned from various forums) the more awareness rises, the more people head to exchanges to see what the Kitteh Krew is all about, and the more valuable MEOWs become, allowing you to tip more, etc etc ad felinitum.

So there are approx 5 more days (at block 131913) of 30 second blocks still?
I know it looks like that was just answered above but I just need to be sure on this. I recall that this was happening tonight from what I understood previously.
side note - If you give 10,000 people 1000 coins on reddit you will send MEOW off the charts with hype. Think about how easy it would be to find 10,000 cat lovers on reddit. Keep bringing new people in and watch it explode. Think about all the new users of crypto that DOGE brought in with giving out coins.
on that note, do try to avoid tipping less than about 200 meows, because low tip amounts (that add up to less than about USD 0.05 ) will be seen as spamming, because they are. It's not worth the trouble to even figure out how to register with the tipbot (which isn't very obvious, by the way) for K70 or K100 even, so the effort just goes to waste and creates the notion that MEOW is worthless. Good point. We don't want to encourage spamming on reddit. Not sure what the best way to give out money is but giving an amount that actually means something is probably a good start. I guess 1000 is even a bit low. Yes very wise -- ty. places to look are /r/aww, /r/adviceanimals, /r/cryptocurrencies, /r/bitcoinmarkets (a lot of bored and antsy wannabe day traders there looking for something to play with that *is* new and *isn't* Doge) /r/animalrescue and make sure to include the link to the poll for the places to donate MEOWSs to for charity work, /r/hellokitty (pick posts that looks like they are by people at least late teen age), and of course, /r/dogecoin - be cool about it though, not adversarial, the thing making the doge community work so well is their very nonserious vibe, which masks the serious fact that at the end of the day, Doge is really money the same way all cryptos are.

mikeymille, hows tiping going, need more?
So far so good. I just started up again a little while ago, trying to pick out more relevant and premium places to tip higher amounts to instead of sprinkling them liberally with no comments attached. It seems to be working, a lot of redemptions / tips now, vs only about 65-70% before. I seem to have gotten alot of MEOWS to tip with so I am fine for now thanks! Something like 30000 left or so, which is keeping me busy. I'll update when I have another 10000 tipped out.

Another speed demon of an exchange. But Vert is worth the chase. I can't believe this coin isn't already on Cryptsy or BTER. BTCe trolls even baiting the banhammer to talk about it.

As promised despite selling out a while back, I re-bought 5000 MEOW and went on a tipping spree on reddit. So far 3500 MEOW have been collected by people who I am sure have never heard of kittehcoin before, and several of whom I know to be big tipbot users themselves (in Bitcoin) so they are likely to re-tip. The remaining 1500 are pending, probably by people who dont use reddit every day or are not yet able to figure out how to redeem the kittehcoin, or have no clue in general About half a dozen people asked me for more info or followed up with a comment in other ways. Most tips were an average of 200, if you tip 50 or 100 that's nice and all but it's such a small amount that very few people will bother to figure out how to redeem. I tipped about 1/3 in dogecoin subreddit, and that one got the most consistent response and redemption pattern (not surprisingly) People sitting on millions of MEOW or more, if I can do this holding -zero- MEOW, you can sure do it too. If you want your investment to be worth anything significant you should strongly consider it tipping at least 5000 MEOW total, and honestly since you got in so cheap you should do 10x more than that if you honestly want it to have an impact. No MEOW tip, no moon trip. I'll send you some meow if you tip out at least 50% of it. You can keep the rest for your effort I'll tip out all of it, I don't really the money, but I am very interested in seeing who does what with the tips, poster below this is quite correct on that note. Not using my own MEOW is sort of a conflict of interest but that's why I will tip 100%. The only gray area is that I don't see how to recall tips that aren't redeemed so those seem to stay in limbo. MOONcoin's community has started throwing MOON around on reddit like there's no tomorrow, and coincidentally MOON has climbed back from the abyss of 6 satoshi up to 10 or 11 in just a few days (yes I am sure there are other factors like, 6 satoshi is damn cheap for any coin, but the curiously similar timing is there). I am at work right now so I can't do much tipping for a few hours but I'll PM you my tipbot address and you can load it up with whatever you like.

MEOW is consistently in 20's range in market cap, but consistently in 7-8th place in 24h volume. Not making any predictions based on this, it's just an interesting characteristic.
If there was a reddit tipbot I'd buy a handful of MEOW (5000 or so) to use it there for fun, but more to see how it is received by people who wouldn't seem to be the type to be aware of crypto at all.

I can't believe this is still sitting around 50 Satoshi. Once this starts to get some upward momentum I think we will see a buying frenzy. I just wish I had more BTC to put into it!
It's a little hard to move up when the order book has 10,000+ BTC in asks to ~60 BTC in bids. Here's hoping some of those sellers get a little more realistic soon, or another exchange picks up MEOW and some of the steam can get released.

It was Obvious that Mooncoin would be dropped like a brick after that rise. Only idiots bought at high 20's or even 30's and are holding stil in the hope that it will shoot up to 50 or so. I first put my buy order at 10 but then i even removed it, good choice giving today's price.
how was it obvious? The fact that mooncoin has nothing new to bring and then skyrockets withing a few hours, you really think that those values remain stable? I hope you are not the one still holding, are you? No, I just want to learn I was actually thinking of buying last week but I am so glad I didn't Looking for possible parallels with other coins? Funny, I am watching this coin's community as well, though I don't post here (except for now).
