though i haven't played there lately, i like the site and they have a good customer support. but i don't like what they did ie. adding his reward to current pool at the expense of previous weeks reward.
i am absolutely against batmanbad, bcoz it is because of him that i lost most of my referral reward.
his share of referral reward was added to this week and not distributed with previous weeks winners, me and taiwww and everyone else as it should be done.
the previous weeks reward is less than 0.2, while current weeks is more than 0.9.
i think that is a little discriminative.
i am with win88 though. it is their pool anyway.

I just hate all these new scam sites coming outta nowhere after JD goes down.
1) We are not a scam site. 2) We did not cheat anyone out of anything. We simply have been waiting for the user to acknowledge they broke the rules. So you think it's okay to not follow the rules, especially when this is the 2nd time after prior warnings? 3) Win88 has been online since before JD stopped accepting bets. We have purposely been growing slow before a big marketing push to ensure integrity across the board. |

For those who did not play in win88 or didnt get as far as depositing should shut up. You dont even play on the site!!! And batmanbad, did you get as far as depositing? If not.. Then you should shut up.. You are just one of those indonesians who play for free 16 hours a day!  I received horrible customer support before depositing. I was enquiring about the investment opportunity but their inability to answer my questions put me off. i am @ 0.275 BTC loss there  i suggest you reward people who lose there than for referrals. i don't mean the entire loss. Something like this: Highest losses till now: A - 1 BTC B - 2 BTC Total prize pool = 0.3 BTC So A gets 0.1 BTC and B gets 0.2 BTC I know, people may recover their losses there. But it acts as a partial refund/ cashback if you lose. And do it monthly or something.  I must top the list for last month. So, if u r going to implement this, i deserve something. And people won't be able to cheat now. Thanks for your idea and feedback. We are considering things like deposit bonuses and other things like you suggested, but no specific plans or timing as of yet. As Marco mentioned, the house edge is only 1% and there needs to be a balance of how those profits are used, especially since we also have a 2000 satoshi faucet every few minutes. I wouldn't say that the referrer is in the same team as the cheater ... I would say he is in the team of the OP if he tries to promote his site.
1) Multiple accounts, not cool 2) The person referred already had another account with win88 and had been using the site for more than a month. That should not count as a referral. Our automated rules for temporarily blocking accounts is a continued work in progress. In balancing fairness we are doing the best we can and will continue finding the right harmony. |

Recommending everybody not to use this site until this gets resolved the right way. You are just getting greedy by not paying out the .37. I talked to customer support, and it got resolved. I continued to use batmanbad and not once have I been notified that I should move back to "Candystripe". Originally, I made the account by accident because I forgot the pass to batmanbad, and I wanted to play dice on win88. I deposited into candystripe, and it didn't come for 20 hours (Admin, I think I talked to you about this). During that time, I found out the password to batmanbad and was able to log into it again. I can confirm I was warned two accounts were not allowed, but that was after I make the second account. I personally chuckled at some of your responses a little. You make a system like this, expect a whale to come in and get a huge share of it. There's no reason to put it into this week's pot and lose a ton of customers. You see the activity on your site now? You have a signature campaign running, giveaways and promotions, and everything else. Nobody likes playing a website with a greedy administrator that doesn't support his customers. Several times PD has come across issues like the one I will explain. You are manually martingaling, bet by bet. Then boom, you accidentally click the max button right beside the 2x button, and lose . All you have to do on PD is contact support and they will do their best to support you and keep you happy while keeping the game fair. They will refund you! They're so friendly and kind. "Frankly, other sites probably don't have as good of security and are exploited all the time." Your site has bad deposit issues, bad withdrawal issues, dumb rules like no two accounts, was DDoS'd today, and is always extremely laggy for everyone, even on a really strong and fast Internet connection. Now, when it comes to your own website, you only get one chance, one first impression on each user. If you give a bad first impression like you did to me, to everyone, your site is going to fail badly. You're wondering why your site isn't doing so well, your reply over this post is why. Again, I'd rather have you keep the .37 and put it into this week's pot, than payout to me. It would teach you and your site a good lesson that you need. It's almost like you are treating this like a "test-site" for an upcoming dice and casino. Talk to Stunna or dooglus if you want to learn how to run a casino properly. I can't tell you how, but what I can tell you is that you're doing it wrong. You make no one want to play on the website. @Candystripes: 1) You created multiple accounts. Against the rules as you well know. 2) Your second account was the only referral for the "winner" of the referral program. This was probably you referring yourself. In either case, it's very suspicious 3) We already added to 0.36+ from espringe back into the prize pool of this week. Espringe's account is active again - we just cannot honor what we believe was unfair practice (effectively a self referral even if 2 people, especially since the referral was your second account and you already knew about win88 for quite some time). This was a judgement call and we believe to be fair. 4) New deposit system is online. It's fast, robust, and includes realtime notifications on screen now about incoming deposit and when deposit hits min confirmations 5) Cashouts are automated up to a certain limit. There was a temporary reduction in that value over the weekend while most of our staff were offline but it's back in place as of late Sunday night. i.e. that was less than 1 day where auto cashout limit had been reduced. 6) We think highly of dooglas and stunna - they definitely helped pioneer the space. And now Win88 is on its way to pioneer in new ways as well. |

@espringe - if you are indeed so honorable, then kindly explain why you referred someone that already had an account on win88 (which our system detected and also was openly admitted by the user account you referred to one of our customer service agents). If you want to use the word fishy, then this type of activity is what I think everyone else will agree is a better definition of "fishy". You had 1 referral and that referral has multiple accounts which is not within the rules. Why would someone with their 2nd account sign up under anyone unless that someone is themselves or they cut a deal? Either way, not within the rules and of course seems suspect.
I am happy to give you benefit of the doubt, but I cannot give you a reward for referring someone that has multiple accounts.
Based on the constant whining from your referral (and the comments they make), it honestly appears that @espringe is actually a 3rd account and not a distinct referral.
In terms of other sites, I cannot comment on their procedures good or bad, but I will not apologize for out automated fraud detection.
We always listen to people's cases and will always re-activate accounts and even with full balance if either their was no foul play or if the user was honest about what they did wrong (and were proactive about it). In this case, instead of interacting with our customer service to get good support and also look into things further, you just start a public complaint.
Frankly, other sites probably don't have as good of security and are exploited all the time. We do not tolerate cheating and we take a proactive approach to potential fraud. This is something that will gain more customer confidence not less.
Talk to our other customers about our fairness - the collective opinion is that we are always honest and fair. SolidPro won over 1 BTC with free play.
When we offered 99.99 edge (0.01% house edge), we returned all of the original investments even though we did not have to since it was not our choice for people to take that risk.
In your case, this is what we will do:
1) Put your winnings from the referral program into this week's Prize Pool
2) Re-activate your account
We cannot reward a referral that broke the rules with multiple accounts.

Interesting idea Marco. You're effectively building a variation of multi-level (in this case 2nd level) affiliate program.
Until we add a multi-level referral system (if we ever do), this sounds like it should pay our for everyone involved
and combine the efforts of many.
Writing for win88, I can say that this is within the rules and from what we have seen so far, Marco pays people out and has been honorable all around to date.

I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and waiting for their response -- but I'm smelling a scam at this point... 1) Like everyone else, please follow proper channels for customer service. Chat with our customer service on the site or leave a message to create a ticket. This allows for fastest response. Did you notify us these ways? No you did not. 2) Scam? Seriously? We were informed by some of our users that you run one of the other Dice sites. Saying that is just putting down someone to pump yourself up. 3) Since you want to start throwing around words like "scam" and start making things public rather than talking to us first, we can say that there are some questionable things related to your account which are looking into further. |

Otherwise, if one referral bets 100BTC (around 10BTC now), others won't get a good reward.
The rank 1 now gets 0.3866 share of 0.5
If not implemented, the presence of a big referral will demotivate others.
Raising the reward as wager increases is not a good idea, because the ability of a site to pay cannot increase above a limit without affecting the term in which the bonus will be available. Also, the big referral will get more and more of the site's profit. Not profitable for the site in the long term
A fixed reward will improve competition and improve wager
A flexible reward say 5% will cost the site a -4.9% lose for wagers of referred players, which is not recommended.
Have you considered implementing this? Also, for my giveaway, i will need info of my referrals. Will you be able to give that? Thanks for the suggestions - we will continue improving and refining the system. A few particular points: 1) Rather than set a cap for the Max win, we are instead thinking more about "min rewards" for the first X places. We will also consider doing both of course - mins and maxes. 2) In the short term, our rewards exceed the income we earn from referrals, but soon that will not be the case. At that stage, we think it makes sense to continue increasing reward in line with wagers from referrals and not setting caps. i.e. Allow users to perpetually earn and it will be profitable for us since increasing the prize pool will be in line with profits. 3) We are well funded so this is sustainable for us already - we look at this also as a marketing expense (i.e. rewarding people for sharing the site) Thanks again for your ideas - the referral program will continue to adapt and improve to be as fair as possible across the board. |

The cashout for user Candystripes was processed within less than an hour (and was done manually because it was above the auto-withdraw limit). If you experienced any delays on another account, it would be because you broke a rule of some sort and your account was flagged for further review. Reminder: 1 account per person. |

My btc waggered from referrals dropped hard  It dropped from about 0.07 to 0.0066 ... What is this shit  From what point? If you are talking about last week, then it's a new week of referrals (wagers from last week don't count for this week). The other possibility is if someone you referred was doing something against the rules and their account was de-activated. Examples of some possibilities there are holding multiple accounts, someone self-referring themselves, automated play with scripting, etc. |
