301  Economy / Gambling / Re: LuckyBTCCasino.com - Provably Fair - HTML5 Mobile games on: January 07, 2016, 09:53:46 PM
It's working fine for me today. Yes I've used shapeshift a lot and it's a great service, however as some sites accept different altcoins I thought it was a nice addition. I think a better feature would be accepting no accounts deposits/withdraws on the fly for quick casual betting, that would benefit both sides like I said in a previous post.

As I said above for the name BtcCasino I really don't think any alts are needed to help it a long my guess is if you ask any of the popular gambling sites do many people deposit alts they will say no.

You're very right about on the fly accounts that can be a great addiction to this casino. I may pm the admin and see if that is something he can introduce in the near future. I will reply back here when I hear something.

Yes I agree that maybe alts are not really needed, it will only create confusion, I didn't take into consideration that BTC is already in the casino name. But no accounts betting would be a major pull in my opinion. A lot of casual gamers (specially with Bitcoin) just want to bet a few bucks. That's why Dice and Satoshi Mines are so popular and bring in so much money, it's very easy to play (and to lose hehe).

That is the only thing about adding alts with the name it just isn't a match. Having people being able to bet fully anonymous on the go is definitely needed. I'm sure when the admin gets time he will implement that and give it even more of a selling point.
302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In gambling, Money is more important than knowledge and luck on: January 05, 2016, 09:09:16 PM
Money to start.
Knowledge to manage.
Luck to win.
All three has their own importance and individual role in gambling. But which is most important one for gambling. Can we manage to be profitable with any one of them. What is your opinion.

Depending what you mean by money to start I think it doesn't matter. I mean if you have a ridiculous amount of luck then you could work it up to a large amount of money from licking the faucets. Money management would be a big deal but again if you have a lot of luck until that runs out money management wouldn't be that important either.

I don't believe that many if any would be profitable with just one of them other than luck. Even if you have all three the chances of staying profitable are small at best. Luck doesn't hold and that is obviously the biggest factor.

Luck while lasting would workout.
303  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Gambling Site to Invest In on: January 05, 2016, 08:07:33 PM
When you invest in a new gambling site you're likely to get the best return, assuming that site takes off and does really well. The risk factor with choosing a new/ish gambling site is of course the owner has not earned his stripes in the Bitcoin world and is more than likely not trustworthy. Skeptical I know but I have lost little to nothing being that way.

On the other hand you have sites that have been around for a very long time or have proved they're trustworthy like Just-dice, Bitdice, BetKing, Moneypot even though they are new owners at MP.

Weigh up your options do you want to risk a lot looking for big return investments or do you want to risk a lower amount by going with one of the trusted. No-one can can/should tell you, do due diligence and make up your mind from there.

I would start your search at this site and get an idea of what is out there and take your search further  from there. https://dicesites.com/
304  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would you trust your Bitcoins to a Bitcoin Bank with annual 10% interest rate? on: January 05, 2016, 07:53:30 PM
Hell know I wouldn't trust any bank with the one currency they don't have control over. Start letting them loan out your Bitcoin and extort interest rates from the victims/customers then in a very short amount of time they would corner the market as usual.

The above is a disaster for Bitcoin but you would clearly get many people fall straight into their game and hand over their Bitcoin. Tut tut.

It is against the Idea of Bitcoin, but if the bank can give good reasons to trust them, why not give it a try?

You answered your own question lol

306  Other / Off-topic / Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin? on: January 04, 2016, 06:24:33 PM
In 20 years I would like to sit back and count my earnings/winnings from a long working life. I would not like to think why have I wasted so much of my time within Bitcoin. Which is why I work outside of this.

Paying of any remaining bills/mortgage in Bitcoin would be ideal.

The option you offer us to answer are not varied enough. But to answer you I think the most likely of them is for Bitcoin to be worth $1000 or a few cents. Time will tell.
307  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In Gambling, Money is not everything on: January 04, 2016, 06:07:40 PM
well of course in gambling money is not everything i must agree with this, when you play interesting gambling games it gives good quality entertainment in my opinion also besides that i always get that thrilling feel of the chance to win millions of dollars in small time

Lets face it most of people here and in the gambling world, money is everything. The only type of gambling I would class as close to entertainment is poker. Auto spin on slots or dice is far from entertaining. Of course this is personal opinion and if you really find it entertaining well, well done.

Maybe a poll is in order as to how many would waste their time spinning a roulette table, slot machine, rolling dice if money was not involved and it was just for entertainment. My guess is hardly any would play for nothing.

besides that i always get that thrilling feel of the chance to win millions of dollars in small time

I would like to hear from anyone on this forum that has won million dollars at all. Especially in a short time with the budget that again 90% of the forum has to gamble.
308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why you mostly like bitcoin compare to other digital currency? on: January 04, 2016, 03:50:10 PM
Because Bitcoin was the first digital currency I came across and needless to say has by far the biggest following and people trying to push it forward from all crypto.

It is safe and many other currency you speak of are just of shoots to the Daddy of crypto.

It has made me extra coin so I can further invest in other coins but we have something awesome with Bitcoin and no other can compare yet.

7 Years of going strong and is not broke, so don't try and fix it.
309  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you be up for a Poker League for members of this forum? on: January 04, 2016, 03:37:18 PM
What about poker?

Would you like to see a monthly Poker League in this forum?

Yes I like poker and would definitely get involved and help out if I can.

If so what would you like it to have?

Because of the following question I believe that is meant to say where' so Betcoin.ag or SWC would be a good place to have it and by the looks of this interest they should snap it up and even sponsor a game or two.

Let me know what you think about this. What would you like to see in a Poker League?
Maybe one tournament a day allowed to enter for two different timezones. A small percentage from each game goes towards the end of month prizes you spoke about.
310  Economy / Speculation / Re: What are the chances to reach 1,000$ this year ? on: January 04, 2016, 02:30:22 PM
So as the title says What are the chances to reach 1,000$ this year ? in your opinion ?
I know we are probably not going to reach that before the halving block reward but well .. do we have any chance to reach that price before the end of the year ?

The chances in my opinion of Bitcoin reaching $1000 this year are slim. If we are to reach it at all it will before the halving in June. I think we may go to around $650-$750before the halving if we're lucky but it won't last.
311  Economy / Gambling / Re: Which site you don't want to gamble in 2016? on: January 04, 2016, 02:17:54 PM
You have many on your list I would not even deposit a few satoshi on. We will start with yobit and the shady dealings they have got going on with scam ICO after another is enough for me to not play dice there.

I wouldn't play at crypto-games for when a member found a method and the way it was handled put me off.

There have been accusations made against 999dice from what I can remember.

If I had to pick just one then that would be 999dice I wouldn't deposit or gamble at.

312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What keeps you coming back??? on: January 02, 2016, 02:09:11 AM
I do not know why I do it, why do you?

Sorry for your losses but as you said you have won some back and you have fun while playing most of the time. That is probably why you keep playing aswell as you wanting to win a nice amount.

I personally play when I feel like it and have some spare funds about but if I have lost I won't ever come back and try win the lost funds back because I started with what I could afford to lose.

The thing that I come back for now and again is entertainment.
313  Economy / Gambling / Re: Worst/Best Betting Mistake Made By You? on: January 01, 2016, 11:09:40 PM
My worst and best mistake was after playing 8 hours on a 50$ rebuy poker tourny I found myself on the final table with just 4 of us left from a field of around 600 and I was small stacked fighting away.

I come to hold 73 of spades and 3 bet the nackers of the initial raiser, he flat calls and the flop 4s 6s Ad. Chips go in and he has AAA I hit 5s for a straight flush and dominate the rest of the game winning over 5k.

If I never entered that hand I would have leeked my chips until having to shove with random hand. I believe because I done what I done was the only reason I won the tourny.
314  Economy / Exchanges / Re: C-CEX.com Trusted, Secure & Friendly Exchange Since 2013. 100+ Alts,USD,Low Fees on: January 01, 2016, 10:48:56 PM
PayPal option available for USD withdrawals!

That's amazing. Its working now? If so Im ready to try it.

That is awesome stuff. I am yet to use it but will when and if needed. I like the improvements you made admin. c-cex will be one of the top dogs this year imho. I won't call names but it hasn't been somewhere I wanna be at lately and the other is just disgusting. Get ready for a new user base for sure. Well done.
315  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best BTC casinos? on: December 30, 2015, 08:15:06 PM
I have a couple of BTC/Crypto only casinos I play at when I get bored and have a few satoshi to throw away. FortuneJack has always been good to me since I played there and never had any issues with deposits nor withdrawals.

Recently started playing at LuckyBtcCasino as I advertise them and wanted to know a little bit more about those who I was advertising. All is well, my deposit was fast. I had a good choice of games to choose from which was very responsive.

I only won a small amount and have left it on there for now so I will come back and edit as I go.
316  Economy / Gambling / Re: LuckyBTCCasino.com - Provably Fair - HTML5 Mobile games on: December 30, 2015, 08:02:30 PM
Site is down for me, hopefully it's back up soon. I forgot to mention in my review that the option to bet with different altcoins would be great, I didn't seem to find it. I understand if they want to focus on BTC though.

It's not easy to make altcoin as bet option since many altcoin have unknown trade volume which make fluctuation and the casino dev need to learn more about that altcoin and will be problem when users want to withdraw. Imagine you deposited 10k goldcoin worth $40 and withdraw worth $120??
And it will be another task to do behind how busy the dev.

definitely u are right, cause first reason is that altcoin is fluctuating constantly, second reason, there are so many scam altcoin, if op accepts one scam altcoin, their reputation will be ruined, third increasing btc wagering amount is the priority to them, it is uneccesary to add new coins

You can use shapeshift api if the admin did want to integrate new alts. I for one don't think that is needed as if you want to play you will play either way and the vast majority will gamble with Bitcoin. The added negative to introducing alts is the casinos name. Lucky(btc)Casino and that is how it will no doubt stay. I'm still having problems getting the site up is anyone else able to play?
317  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bear market ended. Now going to $500 on: December 29, 2015, 09:10:12 PM
Lol if anything the bear market is growing.
Sentiment is very negative. VC is retreating from bitcoin investments. Early adopters are selling massive amounts...

Links please?  Roll Eyes

Links please? That is crazy talk Smiley

You have no chance of getting proof/links from our troll the kwukduck.

op we will be hitting $500 again but not on this run and $1000 is not happening for quite some time.

Just be happy where we're at and all will be good.
318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: December 29, 2015, 08:20:28 PM
Probably not because it can be profitable...

That is not the greatest of rational. So if something can be profitable then it probably isn't wrong? Need I say the wrong one can do and the crimes committed that can be profitable? My point obviously being just because something can be profitable doesn't make it right or probably right,- just possibly profitable.

To me gambling is not wrong when I play so rarely nowadays with the amount I can spare. I see it is wrong when others make threads about losing all their Bitcoin like 50-100+ at that matter anyone who loses more than they can afford and then try to get loans to cover their losses or even worse steal. It is wrong on them and on their families should they have them.

The sooner people wake up the better.

319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: December 29, 2015, 07:06:33 PM
I have found that regular meditation and yoga helps take the edge of more compulsive/obsessive acts like gambling
I still gamble but definitely feel more mindful and in control of the situation

I like that one. I heard medidation is good for the body.
Right now i try to focus on very less stress related things, which calms me down.

That is probably the best advice on here to stay away from playing the house gambling. That and a post a few up that says do some basic mind numbing math over and over to wake you up to playing against a negative house edge.

Strange but that and meditation are very similar and will give you a good chance of getting away from thoughtless gambling. It is not about stopping but gaining control. Me the easiest thing I do to stop me wanting to gamble is think what that money can do for my child, it is near impossible to gamble then lol

For someone without that, the above advice and something physical will help out for sure.
320  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dragons.tl: Manhandle a Cow and Earn 8.8 Bitcoin on: December 29, 2015, 04:27:44 PM
Reputed and renowned Bitcoin casino platform Dragons.tl has introduced attractive Bitcoin payouts to its Cow Tipping game.
The game, as explained by the casino’s wiki page, requires players to learn a number of techniques to tip cows; while their chance of earning payouts depend on the reaction of cows on the whole. For a minimal 1 btm bet, a player can take the rewards worth 0-8.8 BTC (the maximum reward is reserved for players that successfully manhandles a cow.)...

http://www.newsbtc.com/2015/12/28/dragons-tl-manhandle-a-cow-and-earn-8-8-btc/
Lol "manhandles a cow" used to reward like 88 btc when i was playing dt, i know a player who had manhandled a cow like twice. in dt it chances of winning .8 btc with 0.001 btc bet is super low and getting that technique is likely impossible now.

Congrats to the player that successfully manhandled a cow and won 88btc! That is crazy money for such a small bet. Even the 0.8btc-8btc is worth having a game for, if nothing else you get to tip some virtual cows for a bit of dust.

I'm not sure why it would now be impossible to get the technique, whats changed? I am going to take a look this evening- thanks op as this is new to me but I like different.
