3001  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ETF bitcoin 2021 on: January 17, 2021, 10:17:27 PM
I hope so, i know white shirt involvement in bitcoin steps away from its very ethos but an approved ETF would make the price fly up. It’s something I’ve thought about for a while. New decision makers have been appointed now too so there’s more chance of an approval than previously.

According to latest, Milan is very close to Mandzukic, he can be in Milan even tomorrow morning for medical.

More news for sure in the afternoon if it is the truth.

Milan always get the old guys, they’re trying to get back to the good times & former glory. I think it will be tough with a bunch of mid 30’s players.

^  United is a counter attacking squad.  So higher posession by Liverpool doesn’t automatically mean domination.  And really you gotta watch the match and give it the eye test rather than just by looking at the live stats.
I followed the game in the first half before switching to handball and overall both teams relayed on counter attacks without success. The free kick after Shaqiri fault almost costed LFC a goal, otherwise I feel there was a lack of concentration.
Seeing their performance in the first half, I wasn't surprised to see the final result 0-0.

Neither team did enough to win. United were kind of cowardly in their approach & Liverpool are nowhere near as good without VVD & Gomez. Salah has been crap for a while too. It is Man City’s title for me.
3004  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could ether hit 100k? on: January 16, 2021, 08:37:57 PM
ETH could trade at $100,000 each sure but not in the near future. Maybe in 20 years or something but not soon. Bitcoin isn’t even half way to $100,000 yet & it’s the undisputed king of crypto.
3005  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is skipping meal a bad habit? on: January 16, 2021, 08:31:08 PM
Very often I skip breakfast, it doesn’t seem to do me any damage. I eat fruit & veg, I don’t drink much so no I don’t think skipping a meal is particularly bad for you.

Unconvincing 1-0 victory by Chelsea but you don’t get any more points for playing well. 3 points is 3 points, Lampard will be happy after they have lost their last 3 away games previously.
I doubt you watched the match Chelsea had 22+ goal attempts and 15+ shots on target with 80% ball possesion and you called it unconvincing? Fulham was lucky to have conceeded just 1 nill, Chelsea had the game under control just they weren't clinical enough in front of the goal post.

1-0 playing against 10 men for over 45 minutes (especially a team right down the bottom of the PL) is not a convincing win. If you think it is then I suggest you have very low standards of what good football is.

Being clinical in front of goal is kind of what Chelsea’s over paid players are supposed to do for a job.

Also Timo Werner, what a waste of money. The guy couldn't hit a cows ass with a pan full of rice from 5 metres away. Is this guy the same dude from Leipzig? Through with just the GK to beat at the end & fail.
3007  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua on: January 16, 2021, 08:10:54 PM
This is the fight everybody wants to see but they really should wait until fans are allowed back into stadiums until a fight of this magnitude goes ahead. It would be a shame if a fight like this was witnessed by nobody live.

Man, growing up Arsenal were the team to watch. I know football moves in cycles but wow, they are a poor shadow of their former selves. I wonder how long Arteta will get to transform them? They really are struggling right now for an identity.

Do you guys here really believe 100 thousand $ is possible in the year 2021?

I for sure hope so, I would be able to retire & provide everything to my children forever.
3011  Other / Off-topic / Re: I can't sleep :( on: January 14, 2021, 06:01:56 PM
I suffer from insomnia, I don’t even really enjoy alcohol but I find one shot of whiskey before bed can help me.
If you’re not willing to do that then maybe meditation will help you, deep breathing etc.
3012  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 14, 2021, 05:53:50 PM
Arsenal can't afford to loose at home to Crystal palace, i don't see that happening in this match. The worst that can be resulted to is a draw but that won't be so good for are Arsenal so, they've just got to win.

Arsenal aren’t doing great this season but surely they will have enough to defeat Crystal Palace at home. I really see no other possibility than an Arsenal win tonight.
3013  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 14, 2021, 05:51:55 PM
There are so few significant transfers being completed in this January transfer window. It shows how bad the pandemic is affecting the world financially when even rich football clubs aren’t able to make transfers like normal.
3014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Goldman says bitcoin is starting to mature but institutional money is a tiny fra on: January 13, 2021, 09:11:53 PM
If that’s true and only 1% of the money invested in bitcoin is via institutions then that’s a good thing because when they all finally start to flow in the price will sky rocket.
3015  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 13, 2021, 08:58:56 PM
No monster score of great game, but win is win for Manchester City. important points in a battle for the title, which is still completely open and looks set to be more exciting than ever before.
Tottenham leading now with 1-0

1-0 or 6-0, all that matters is 3 points. The title is very rarely decided on goal difference so all that matters is Man City are to continue getting wins. They are the favourites to win the title now after Liverpool losing Van Dijk & Gomez are inconsistent. I think Man Utd will drop away as the season continues & their Manchester neighbours will be champions.
3016  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 13, 2021, 07:34:20 PM
Manchester City are playing too much better than Brighton now. P. Foden scored a goal and they are 1-0 ahead. But I think this goal difference will continue to increase and Manchester Ciy will win so easily.
Brighton is not playing well at all. I am disappointed to see them play. Although I put my bet on Manchester City. Brighton is playing defensively. I think their main work in today's match is to prevent Manchester City's goal. 65 minutes of the match has over. Ball possession Brighton 30% and Manchester City 70%

Brighton has created some small chances, nothing too clear yet but it is still only 1-0 & 15 minutes to go. Man City seems in control but a 1-0 lead is always dangerous. Interesting to see how the match finishes.
3017  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot exploding why? on: January 13, 2021, 06:32:10 PM
It’s been increasing in price steadily for quite a while now. It’s a good coin, definitely worth holding for a year or so. I wouldn’t sell now, it more potential to increase in value even more.
3018  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think that bitcoin could hit 10 million ever? on: January 13, 2021, 06:11:58 PM
It’s definitely possible but the demand will have to continue to be high for bitcoin. Traditional banking systems will have to continue to suck, money printing will have to continue which will in turn devalue fiat. It will take a few block reward halvings too so the supply of bitcoin is really starved.
3019  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: January 13, 2021, 06:05:44 PM
I just tuned in to watch Man City vs Brighton, as expected the home team have all of the possession but it’s still 0-0. I don’t have much hope for Brighton in this match if I am honest.
