2701  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you handle stress? on: March 08, 2021, 01:55:57 PM
Stress during corona virus has been bad for lots of us. I’ve taken up walking though, long walks in a rural area. It’s kinda boring but it does relieve stress, being in nature away from a normal busy life.
2702  Economy / Speculation / Re: $1.9 trillion stimulus passes senate on: March 07, 2021, 12:40:02 PM
When the first stimulus was passed the price was in the $6,000 range. I’m not saying this latest stimulus will bring that kind of % price increase but more money available to so many people means some of it will end up being invested in bitcoin surely. Exciting times Smiley

2704  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 07, 2021, 12:33:45 PM
+Westbrom vs Newcastle: I think the are evenly matched and I predict a draw between these sides

+Liv vs Fulham: it's been bumpy for klopp and his side repeating defeat at Anfield will psychologically affect there mentality, but they should win Fulham

+ Manchester city vs Manchester United: this is going to be war, two teams closed by distance but apart by rivalries  I think city win may end by ole's men.

I am watching WBA v Newc - It’s really dull, could really do with a goal. It doesn’t seem Liverpool can buy a win atm, worst champions ever. I expect City to dispose of Man U with minimum fuss.
2705  Other / Off-topic / Re: Give a man a fish or teach him how to fish on: March 05, 2021, 11:22:28 AM
Good advice OP, also remember it should be advised that people only invest what they can afford to lose. Some people chase unrealistic dreams by investing too much into a specific coin because somebody they know is wealthier or doing better than them.

My advice is simply buy & HODL bitcoin but not everybody is that patient & they panic sell during downturns.
2706  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal Experimenting with smart contract !! on: March 04, 2021, 06:35:11 PM
If & it’s a big if, Paypal incorporate bitcoin into their payment system options then of course it’d be a good thing. It’d be hugely bullish, let’s wait for an announcement before we get too excited though.
2707  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 04, 2021, 06:28:40 PM
According to AS, Aouar will be in one of these 3 teams the next year, Juve-Real-Liverpool.

The price should be 60m in pre-covid situation.

I’ve seen his name mentioned many times but not watched him live. Obviously I’ve watched youtube clips but that isn’t enough to gauge a players ability. Is he good enough to star at one of those three massive clubs?
2708  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which is the best life? on: March 04, 2021, 06:14:59 PM
Which is the best life and why?  Huh

1. Childhood Cool
2. Married Grin
3. Unmarried Wink

Explain not mandatory here, just show your positive response.

It depends what stage of life you’re at, happiness comes in many different forms. You can be young, single & happy, you can be married with 5 kids & be happy. Keeping good people around you is important & to maintain a good level of positivity.
2709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 04, 2021, 06:10:50 PM
Two interesting matches in the next couples of minutes Fulham vs Tottenham while West brom vs Everton before the match of the day interesting tie indeed Fulham another relegation battling team squaring up against Tottenham who struggled lately before routing Burnsley 4 nill their last match interestingly Mourinho  starting the duo of Bale and Alli. Everton is also eyeing the top 4 too sitting on the 7 position with just 2 points separating them from top 4

I decided to pick WBA vs Everton, 0-0 after 9 minutes but both teams are showing good attacking intent. Hopefully the match will have goals & I didn’t pick the wrong one to watch Cheesy
2710  Other / Off-topic / Re: What good deed did you do today? on: March 03, 2021, 05:01:25 PM
I haven’t done any today to be honest but I often give money to the homeless I see when I’m in my town. I always feed stray animals when I’m on holiday too.
2711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Democrat Senator Warren attacks Bitcoin on: March 03, 2021, 04:54:50 PM
Bitcoin doesn’t care what these bookers think any more. Comments like this used to send us crashing but it doesn’t matter any more. The market is far too mature now to give a damn.
2712  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 03, 2021, 04:50:35 PM
Next target $60,000, wonder when we hit it? I’m thinking before April, not quite sure on an exact date but definitely this month.

CBOE files to list VanEck's BTCitcoin ETF

Cboe Global Markets—the global equities and derivatives exchange—filed a request with the Securities and Exchange Commission to list and trade shares of VanEck's bitcoin ETF. The firm's filing reignites VanEck's journey to launch an ETF tied to bitcoin in the US.

Great news but only if it gets approved. We’ve had so many failed ETF attempts so far, why would this one be any different? The Fed hates bitcoin, I don’t see why they’d approve one. Really hope this could get approval though.
2714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a Lifeboat on: March 03, 2021, 03:09:49 PM
I’ve been on that lifeboat for many years & I don’t intend on getting off any time soon. Fiat currencies & traditional investments are collapsing right in front of our eyes. Bitcoin is the lifeboat, don’t waste any time getting on board.
Inflation & negative interest on savings are coming, don’t get left behind.
2715  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your spec? on: March 03, 2021, 02:42:27 PM
I suppose as I’ve got older what I look for in a woman is different. I’m mid 30’s now, so the slutty, big tits, plastic look probably isn’t my bag any more. These days I look for girls who are fairly slim, attractive but not fake looking & half a brain. I can’t be doing with anybody I can’t have a proper conversation with.
2716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: March 03, 2021, 02:35:47 PM
My predictions for this evening -

Burnley vs Leicester - Away win
Sheffield vs A Villa - Away win
C Palace vs Man Utd - Away win

(Away win treble)
2717  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Arizona: babies show the first signs of racism at three months old on: March 03, 2021, 12:34:42 PM
Arizona is largely populated by caucasians. I wouldn’t class familiarity & preference of people around white people as racism. Babies are bound to gravitate towards what they are familiar with.
2718  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 03, 2021, 12:32:11 PM
new rumour from the island about Raphael Varane...

Quote
One potential destination for Varane, who has made 32 appearances for Real across all competitions this season, is Manchester United, who have renewed their interest in the defender, according to The Telegraph. The English record titleholders already wanted to sign the Real Madrid player under José Mourinho three years ago, but failed with their efforts. Man United are understood to have been willing to pay £100 million (about €116 million) at the time – an amount that is no longer realistic in view of only one year remaining of his contract.

Varane is a great player but he has struggled when he isn’t partnered by Ramos. Would he improve Man Utd though, I believe yes. I guess the question is can Man Utd afford the transfer fee in this pandemic?
2719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 02, 2021, 06:34:03 PM
West Ham hope to sign Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham and Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah at the end of the season. They are also after Brentford's young and talented striker Ivan Toney who scored 25 goals and made 9 assists in 32 games so far in the Championship.

https://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/football/west-ham-chelsea-tammy-abraham-23588320

Abraham would be a really good signing for West Ham. I think he’s good enough to start more with acheleea but he never seems to get a fair chance to be the main man.
2720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Still market not show bear signals on: March 02, 2021, 02:23:28 PM
You’re not seeing bear signals because bitcoin isn’t even half way to the top of this price cycle. 2022 will be tge start of a crypto wide, multi year bear market. 2021 is mostly only up, so don’t start shorting anything.
