I didn’t pay attention to the standings and thought Manchester City losing was a false step for them but now I am seeing that Tottenham is leading the Premier League until now.I doubt this is something that Mourinho brought though, these last years Tottenham was always up in the leaderboard and I think now they have made a quality step forward to be here.I doubt that they will be here for a long time though, they lack being comsistent.

Spurs can definitely get back into the CL (top 4) which would be seen as a step forward for them after missing out recently. It’s all about progress & they’re improving under Jose. I don’t think they can be champions but they can definitely have a good season.

Burnley 1-0 C Palace in a game you couldn’t pay me to watch (19 minutes gone).

Wolves vs S’ton later on tonight should be a good match up though, two teams in form who like to attack.

You had to be a really early bitcoin adopter to be able to afford to run a crypto casino or sports bookie. You need a massive bank roll to be able to cover winning bets. Sure it’s likely to be very profitable, most people who gamble lose but you still need a huge bank roll. I would love to run one but unless you have thousands of bitcoin or wealthy investors it’s a pipe dream.

I’ll give the Sheff Utd vs West Ham game a miss but Leeds vs Arsenal & Liverpool vs Leicester promise to be two crackers. All four teams play on the front foot so should be lots of goals. Grab yourself a beer or six & enjoy the show Cheesy
3085  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi protocol Pickle Finance hacked for $20,000,000 on: November 22, 2020, 01:59:07 PM
It’s just like the ICO boom of a few years ago, too many scams for it to all be legit. Probably inside jobs all over the place, the big guys attracting all the little guys in & then pulling the plug & running off into the sunset with all the money.

3086  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: November 22, 2020, 01:56:35 PM
Full time, Fulham 2-3 Everton, it was a really entertaining game. Everton dominated in the first half but Fulham really should have got a point, they were good in the second half. Three more games to go today  Cool
3087  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: English Premier League Season: 2020/2021 on: November 21, 2020, 09:34:23 PM
Penchester United are at it again, incredible how many penalties they keep getting, they’d probably be in the bottom 3 without penalties.
3088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Millionaires FOMO: 73% Will Own Bitcoin by 2022, Survey on: November 21, 2020, 08:35:20 PM
These kind of stats don’t surprise me at all. Millionaires are rich for a reason, they’re not stupid & know how to make money. Bitcoin is the best performing asset of recent times, smart money is entering bitcoin right now.
3089  Other / Off-topic / Re: Whats the true history of COVID-19 on: November 21, 2020, 08:25:44 PM
I believe the virus is real but it kills a tiny % of those it infects. All the national lockdowns & restrictions are destroying economies. The cure is worse than the virus, we are going to see a global recession, is it really worth it to save a bunch of old people who have existing health conditions any way?

It wouldn’t surprise me if there were other agendas at play here. Google ‘the great reset covid19’ & have a look at what it brings up.
3090  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which are your top 5 coins for HODL? on: November 21, 2020, 08:13:03 PM
Bitcoin is the best by far, anybody who says anything else is silly. Then the other four in no particular order are XLM, XRP, OMG & finally LINK. Most crypto increases in value over a long period so always HODL, don’t trade on emotion if prices go down.
3091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JPMorgan Says Institutions Ditching Gold ETFs for Bitcoin on: November 21, 2020, 08:08:40 PM
Big players are finally starting to wake up & smell the coffee. JPMorgan aren’t stupid, they make money, serious money. They’re not about to start losing money due to what’s happened in the pandemic. They will be looking for a hedge & bitcoin is as good as any.
3092  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 21, 2020, 08:05:13 PM
Spurs were boring as hell, it’s what Mourinho does though & he’s done it his whole career. City are really struggling this season, they’re not out of the title race but they need to fix up sharp.
3093  Economy / Speculation / Re: Forecast Bitcoin and other currencies in the next few weeks on: November 20, 2020, 09:02:56 PM
Bitcoin is the best performing asset of the century, anybody who doesn’t have at least some in their asset portfolio is an idiot. If you want my advice it is to put as much of your net worth as possible into bitcoin now.

If’s difficult to predict the price for a few weeks away but we are at the beginning of a big bull cycle.

Khedira has been called from Ancelotti to Everton, can this finally be the end of the Saga Leave or not Leave?

https://www.tuttosport.com/news/calcio/calciomercato/2020/11/20-76576662/juve_ancelotti_chiama_khedira_all_everton_mi_piacerebbe_averlo_/

Good professional player but now old and always broken, out of the plan of Pirlo he is useless now.

Wow are we in 2012 Grin
I loved Khedira, he was a beast but injuries & age have caught up with him now. He would probably command a high salary too due to being a big name. I always worry about these kind of deals, Everton should look elsewhere.
3095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 19, 2020, 08:16:18 PM
According to Tuttosport, Ansu Fati and Barca and his agent Jorge Mendes are in a war.

From the agent's point of view, Ansu Fati couldn't sign a long-term contract since for UEFA under age players cannot sing a maximum length contract of 3 years (I think he signed for 5).

Basically if he will not sign a new contract he can sign for free to anyone from 1st February.

https://www.tuttosport.com/news/calcio/calciomercato/2020/11/19-76537888/clamoroso_barcellona_e_mendes_ai_ferri_corti_per_il_contratto_di_ansu_fati_/

I think Fati has a really good future in the game, that young guy has so much potential but he needs to play regularly to develop. I don’t know if he will get the required games at Barca so he may have to move for the good of his career. I think the EPL would suit him.
3096  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2020/2021 on: November 19, 2020, 01:11:56 PM
There are 16 players that tested positive for covid19 in premier league since the last test from 9 to 15 november.
Some of them not disclosed but we know mo salah and havertz is one of them.

Which just confirms how stupid it was to play these internationals during this pandemic. I really am still shocked the the international football calendar wasn’t cut this season.
3097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Polkadot can take place of Ethereum? on: November 19, 2020, 12:53:07 PM
Polkadot really is an alt that interests me, it’s still so cheap so you really have nothing to lose by taking a punt on it. Buy some, HODL & forget about it, don’t obsess with checking the price. You might be surprised in a few years at where it goes.

I think Guardiola’s contract with Man City is finished in the summer. There are rumours that he will move to Juventus in the summer, we will see how it develops.

Seems as if he agreed to a contract extension until 2023.

Sky Sports just announced it so I believe it's legit info.

Jokes aside, great business by City to tie him down. Messi next? Grin

Oh damn, just checked various news outlets & it is confirmed. This is good news for Man City fans but perhaps bad news for the rest of the EPL Cheesy

Messi is a weird situation, with the wages he might cost & his age is it a good deal for somebody to sign him? I know he’s one of the greatest ever but at 33 is it a good signing? I suppose with the amount of shirts he would sell maybe it is good. I just don’t know if signing players at the end of their careers is a good idea.
3099  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: November 19, 2020, 12:38:00 PM
The game I am most excited to see is Inter vs Real in Group B. Real can’t afford to lose this game, I can not imagine the CL last 16 without Real participating. I expect this game to be very intense.
3100  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: November 19, 2020, 12:32:07 PM
Lionel Messi plus Pep Guardiola in Manchester City is, to me, a win-win.

Let's see what happens eventually, it seems that it is not the best moment for Barça, so it wouldn't surprise me. Anyway, it is being an atypical year, because of the coronavirus and all, and it may be too early in La Liga to judge the team's performance.

About the Champions League Cup, it could be won if the tandem works, but maybe we're speculating too much Cheesy

I think Guardiola’s contract with Man City is finished in the summer. There are rumours that he will move to Juventus in the summer, we will see how it develops.
