This is where NFT will be a great help because of the market it provides where the seller will have no authority with the account anymore once he registered the account to the market. IMO, that's the safest way to buy an account or if you really know the person who is selling.

NFT will really be a game changer once AAA game companies starts to adopt to that type of technology. It will provide security to both side of buyer and seller of the account so no scam will happen. It will also open an idea to the game developers where they can create NFT items that players can use in the game or sell it to other player in exchange for a cryptocurrency where they can sell it on some DEX to receive real money.
3102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins that fell below negative 100% this bear market on: September 24, 2022, 12:40:02 PM
Here's one that was hyped by a lot of Influencers earlier this year: The Neighbours
Supposed to be a realistic game / metaverse where you could buy and furnish your own real estate.

Went from a peak of $147 to an unbelievable $0.006203  !!

It's my first time to heard about that game. What I know that was very popular earlier this year was pegaxy. It's a horse racing "game" where you can earn $VIS. It was really hyped on my country late January-February because you can earn almost $20 per day and that is more than the minimum wage here. It's NFT's peak price reached more than 2000$ and VIS token 0.25$. But now you can buy it's NFT horse for less than 1$ and its token is just 0.00011$ now.
3103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Go home with a profit and come back to end up losing a lot. on: September 24, 2022, 06:47:59 AM
At the end of the session he signed the self-exclusion.

Didn't know something like this existed and I guess not all countries offers this type of program.

How long does it lasts though? And is there a payment when you enroll on a self-exclusion program?

Has this ever happened to you or do you know of cases like this?

I think everyone goes through that experience. Controlling our emotion is really hard especially when there's money involved to it. When we win, we tend to gamble more thinking that our luck will still continue and will be able to earn more profit. But when we lose, we can't just accept it easily that we come back trying to recover the money that we lose.
3104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: btc alternatives to use when withdrawing from the exchange on: September 23, 2022, 01:23:16 PM
Do you think these 2 coins are the best options to use when withdrawing?

I suggest that you try using XRP when withdrawing on crypto exchange. It's network fee is just cents and it does not take a lot of time for your transaction to be executed. I've been using it since then when making withdrawals and I always receive it in less than 10 minutes. Just don't forget to include the destination tag if they require it so you will really receive the xrp on your wallet.

I also tried to withdraw less than $10 on bybit and binance and the exchanges would not allow me to withdraw...I think I saw a video a while back where they recommended withdrawing $1 first to test (to make sure I choose the right network etc). The other day I tried to withdraw 4 dollars with bybit and binance and I got the message: the withdrawal is less than the minimum allowed.

Afaik most of the decentralize exchange require atleast 10-15$ amount to make a withdrawal, did the video mentioned what platform did they used to be able to withdraw 1$?
3105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Twitch To Ban Gambling Streaming By October 18th. on: September 23, 2022, 11:53:36 AM
Do you think backlash received from influencers is enough reason for Twitch to ban gambling streaming on their platform?

I think they did the right thing because their platform is being used to scam people. According to what I've read, one of their streamer borrowed some money to his fans and some popular streamers so basically twitch is somehow involved on his gambling addiction because he was able to fund his gambling habit by using his popularity on their platform.

Some of the backlash came from popular streamers like Pokimane and Mizkif so Twitch really had to take action from gambling contents or else they will lose a lot of users.
3106  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much money do you leave in crypto casino? on: September 23, 2022, 07:00:04 AM
What about you guys? Do you leave your balance in your casino balance or you withdraw immediately regardless of the reputation of the casino?

I don't gamble that often so I never leave any amount on gambling websites whenever I play, it also helps me to resist the temptation of going back to that casino next day. I feel like I will just lose more money if I leave some amount since I will have the reason to gamble.
3107  Economy / Gambling discussion / Gacha Game on: September 21, 2022, 11:12:14 PM
Anyone here played games like FGO, Epic Seven, or Summoners War before? Do you consider it to be some kind of gambling addiction if a player whales or spend tons of money in the game just to get a certain item?

For those who don't know, a gacha game is a genre of video game where players pull, spin, or roll using an in-game currency to receive a random item. That item can be something that could make their characters stronger or sometimes it's just some limited skin which has no effect other than to make their characters look cooler.
3108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Importance of Multiplayer Gaming in Gambling Industry on: September 21, 2022, 12:57:51 PM
And I think this is where the metaverse will come in play, as it would be completely different to gamble in a virtual casino and interact with the avatars of other people than the way we gamble online today.

Imagine a world like GTA where many players can interact, go to a casino and play together. That would almost be the same from going into a real casino. It will even be a good thing for all gamblers since they will be able to protect their real identity. We know that going to a real casino could be dangerous sometimes since it could be a hotspot for some criminals around the area that could attempt on our life.
3109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino and prisons on: September 21, 2022, 11:47:05 AM
What if prisons were given license to operate a casino will it be safe for inmates.

Is there a benefit if ever they will be given a legitimate casino license? Casinos inside the prison are illegal, that casino on Nevada prison were just able to operate for many years because the jail guards ignored them since it doesn't harm the inmates inside.

Even if they do it for a good cause like the profit goes for someone who will be released on parole to use it as funds on his new life, authorities will never grant them a license since they have criminal records.
3110  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Choices: Gamble or Help the poor ? on: September 19, 2022, 08:31:51 AM
Suppose that you are a responsible gambler who have allocated a certain portion of money to gamble each month. Now you came across a poor person/family who is in urgent need of money. Will you quit the gambling for that month and give the allocated money to the poor family or will you prefer to gamble as you can't live without gambling ?

It will depend on the situation like if I personally  know the person well and he works hard for his family. I would not hesitate to helm him even if it would cost some of my gambling funds.

While if it's just some person that I don't know anything about and someone will tell me to help him since I just waste my money on gambling then I will frankly tell him that it is not my obligation to help that person and he should not be the one to decide where I spend my hard-earned money.
3111  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why going for 1.02 odds and below on: September 19, 2022, 05:06:15 AM
-snip

Odds like that are almost sure win but ofcourse not always guaranteed, just think of a boxing match between Pacquiao and some rookie player. Many people would definitely not bet on some rookie which is not likely to win. Putting a huge bet on the player which has very low chance of winning would feel like winning a lottery if he really manages to defeat Pacquiao.

Sometimes it's fun betting on those sport games with that kind of odd, what I do is I bet a huge amount on the lower odd then put a smaller bet on the higher odd which will result to breakeven.
3112  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin as an electronic currency, can it be use for bet gambling on: September 19, 2022, 04:01:49 AM
As an electronic currency, I will like to know if bitcoin can be use in sport betting

Bitcoin is one of the reason why online gambling casinos became popular. It made the gambling more accessible to many people and you can also protect your privacy by using it.

apart from using your local currency, can I found my sport bet account using bitcoin.

If you are playing on a crypto casino then bitcoin is definitely supported there. You should check what payment methods they are accepting. Some also accepts other crypto like DOGE, ETH, XRP. You can also use some stablecoins like USDT or BUSD if they support that type of cryptocurrency.
3113  Other / Off-topic / Re: IT boosts up the economy on: September 18, 2022, 04:42:32 AM
Hello, community
I have a question about how a country gets benefits from freelancing, e-commerce, or any IT skills by its residents people

Do you mean IT freelancers where their clients or boss are located abroad? If so, then I'm one of those you're referring to.

To answer your question, our country benefits from us because we also pay tax to the government which contributes to the economy. We need to declare our monthly income in order to get some insurances and process legal documents. Our income also helps the economy when we spend it on commodities.
3114  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: September 17, 2022, 10:20:56 AM
I have been here for a while and I can say that I have never been asked my KYC before, I am not saying they do not ask it at all, all I am saying is that it is not mandatory like some other places. Some places ask you even if you want to gamble, some others ask you when you want to withdraw even 100 bucks, but blackjack is not one of those places, they only ask it if you gamble a lot I suppose, or maybe they ask it if there is a suspicious thing.

Maybe you're a long time user on their platform that is why they don't ask you to do KYC yet. But for new users, we should always expect KYC verification whatever platform that we try. Gambling websites have become more stricter now and each of them have different rule on their KYC, some will ask you to still comply even if the amount you will withdraw is just 10$. We are not in the place to complain if it's stated on their ToS in the first place. The only choice we have is to leave that small amount on their platform if we really don't want to complete their KYC.
3115  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this Gambling Bot real or fake? on: September 17, 2022, 09:34:13 AM
You absolutely, categorically and without doubt should never use any type of supposed gambling bot or cheating software. Hackers and scammers spend every day scheming up ways to get you to install software that can take control of your devices, steal your credentials and wallets. Gambling companies are in business to do one thing: Make money. They cannot make money if any single one of their games is paying out to customers on a regular basis. Even if in some bizarre alternate reality this was somehow possible (it's not) then why would anyone sell this software when they could just switch it on and make an endless supply of money. People will come up with all sorts of reasoning to trick and lie to you, but such programs do not exist.

The purpose of gambling bot is to automate the bets being placed in that particular game. It was never intended to guarantee some profit and if a gambling bot promises such claims then it is definitely a scam. What OP is looking for is something like Seuntjie' DiceBot where you can automate your betting strategy on its supported dice website. These bots are very helpful especially if you have a huge capital. Using a bot will save you from clicking the mouse many times which could get boring if you are playing more than an hour.
3116  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When betting becomes to high on: September 17, 2022, 08:44:56 AM
Have you ever had an experience betting in which you knew that you were going over the limits of you finances and still continued? I have one playing a game, it was absorbing plenty of my time and despite me knowing it, I was kind of hooked on it. It was not a financial problem, but left me wondering how easy is to actually fall into a bad habit and how difficult is to break it.

Gambling is really addicting and it's very hard to resist the temptation to play more when you are having a good time with it and winning some profit. I remember when I was new to dice games and was hitting winning streaks. It got me excited because it tripled my capital, I played longer than usual until I hit some lose streaks. Because of that unacceptable quick loss, I deposited more amount trying to recover atleast my initial capital but I didn't succeed with that attempt.
3117  Economy / Economics / Re: How to be more effective working remotely. on: September 16, 2022, 10:30:42 AM
Find the right space
Whether it’s a room in your home, a shared workspace, or a favorite coffee shop, the environment matters when working remotely. Make sure temperature and noise levels are comfortable for you, you have plenty of space for your equipment, and it’s somewhere you’re not likely to be disturbed. Look for areas that offer natural light to help you feel energized.

Living alone on a rented house is becoming option for some remote workers now. Focusing to your work is really difficult to do at home because there are really some unwanted noise that you can't avoid from your neighbors or people living in the same house. Telling them to stop is not that easy because it will also make them uncomfortable at their own house.

Get dressed
No, seriously. It may be tempting to work in your pajamas, but it won’t make you feel professional. And it’s not a good look on a video call. Clothes influence our mood and emotions, so wear something that makes you feel motivated, professional and confident. Getting dressed for work will also help you mark the distinction between work and home life, helping you switch off when the working day is over.

Proper attire doesn't have anything to do with being motivated to work. Developing a proper discipline is a lot better to become an effective remote employee. Plus I don't think employees that work remotely will bother to get dressed properly, they will think that it will just give them extra laundry if they wear proper clothes. Remote workers usually just wear a proper clothes when they have an important meeting.
3118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Bitcoin changed my life on: September 16, 2022, 09:26:04 AM
On a faithful day I received a call from my childhood friend in school those days that told me to quit the delivery job i was doing, that the money is too small for me to plan well for my future which I did by resigned from the company.

And I started Bitcoin investment in the month of October 2017 when the price of Bitcoin was $6,468, were I invested $10,000 all the money I saved from my delivery job in Bitcoin investment and hold for like 3 years before I released my bitcoins to the market in the month of  December 2020 during the Christmas period when the price of Bitcoin increased to $23,400 that helped me to achieved massive incomes from my Bitcoin investment that changed my life in the society.

I guess you found a different job between 2017-2020 where you hold your bitcoin. What you did in the beginning where you resigned from your job is a risky thing to do and you should not suggest it to anyone who is not aware yet about bitcoin. Investing all of your savings was also a dangerous thing to do because you could've sell your bitcoin at a loss if you suddenly need some money during those times if an emergency happened. Not everyone is able to make a fortune when they invest into bitcoin so you should diversify your profits from it since it's also a very volatile asset.
3119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Payment Processors are being used Globally? on: September 16, 2022, 07:39:19 AM
Here in our country, these 2 are the mostly used payment processors. Their platform offers many services that we need in our daily lives like paying the utility bills, insurance, or buying credits for mobile phones.

People here can also use Gcash to fund their binance account. It's one of the payment methods accepted in our country via binance's p2p. They plan to add more features soon which involves blockchain technology.

Maya also offers crypto-services where its users can directly buy and sell on their platform some popular crypto like bitcoin, ethereum, polygon matic. Though what I don't like on that service is you don't own personally the crypto, you can't withdraw it if you want to put it on a different crypto wallet.

Though many people here are already aware about what is bitcoin, no one use it as a currency to pay since it's very volatile. They see it to be more of an investment because of its appreciating value.

3120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC dumps on high inflation report.. on: September 15, 2022, 12:09:01 PM
I also wouldn't say that the price drop was caused by this inflation report. The high inflation was expected and I highly doubt that anyone is surprised by the levels of inflation in the US.

How can you say the cpi report has nothing to do with the dump. After their report S&P500, gold, bitcoin, and EUR/USD took a nose dive simultaneously. If this inflation continues to worsen, I'm pretty sure more dumps will happen and bitcoin might go lower than $18k. Many are speculating that we haven't reach the bottom yet in this bear season so I think this economic crisis will be the one that will trigger it in the coming months.
