Edit
More 10 extra minutes for South Korea to draw the score or for Ghana to maintain it

It was really an exciting match for me. And that is because I sided with Ghana to win. The 11 long extra minutes added was almost like it would never end. Now the Ghanaians have something to play for in their next match with Uruguay and will want to win it. We await the second match in that group H between Portugal and Uruguay. I want Uruguay to cause an upset to CR7 side.

Nigerian Youth even dey shunned  di CBN implementation of di e-naira. As 4 me di e-naira na abandon project, it is a project that wasted the country's fund which would have used to reduce inflation in the country for poor residents to enjoy and praise them.

E-naira weh cast almost immediately weh them release the project. I no just like the thing from the start and I happy as the thing cast. Body go don tell those behind the idea for the project by now. I know say that one no go too pain them because na benefit and gain from the  contract them deh after for the project. Naija na place weh pen and biro criminals hardly enter prisons. Na petty thieves EFCC and others deh fit prosecute. See all that cash weh some people pack keep for house weh don rotten so, the people weh pack that money keep supposed answer questions on how them take get that money but you go see say nothing go happen.

Ghana vs South Korea will be starting soon . This is the last chance of Ghana,  if they fail to win South Korea they will be out. The match Ghana played against Portugal their performance was not bad. This time they may be lucky to win because South Korea is not as tough as Portugal.

Already Ghana is leading South Korea by 2 goals to nil. It is showing strength today after it lost to Portugal in the last encounter in an anxiety filled match. Ghana narrowly lost 3 - 2 to the Cristiano Ronaldo side. If Ghana keeps up this pace and sweeps 3 maximum points against Korea, it will be a tough match against Uruguay in their last match. African teams are now growing stronger and I hope to see some of them in the next round. Cameroon is looking out in their group having lost and drew one in a match it should have won against Serbia.

Edited
The Koreans have pulled themselves back into the game. It is now 2 - 2 apiece.

Ghana leads again in the 68th minutes with another goal from Kudus Mohammed who has got a brace in this game. Am excited and want it to end this way. It is 2 - 3 now.
324  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Indian police say rats ate 600kg of cannabis from station storeroom on: November 28, 2022, 01:27:00 PM

Rats are capable of so many things. They are capable of eating up anything they can find when hungry. They eat woods, shoes, rubber, plastics, as funny as that sound. Once a rat can bite it, it can cut it. Anyone can say it is a huge quantity of cannabis and that it will leave the rats stoned but it depends on how long the cannabis have been there and the rate which the rats consumed it. If it is something taken in bits and the rats are many it will not leave them stoned.
325  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling winner identity on: November 27, 2022, 05:48:14 PM
As for why he hid his winnings from his family, it could be that he had evil intentions with the money he got,

It could also be that he has extravagant wife and children and did not want them to waste his lucky fortune. The lucky gambler does not want to return to days of want and lack. If am the gambler I will also behave the same way and hide my identity. Mine will not be from my family but for security reasons from outsiders. People are ready to kill you if they know fortune smiled on you.

We do not have to see any defeat of African country as a disgrace, especially when we know that our own country did not even make it to the world cup. This is sports, there is going to be winners and losers.

Just because Nigeria didn't make it to the world cup doesn't mean I don't have the right to criticize the other nations that are representing African at the world cup when they play badly.

Am not saying you do not have the right to criticise them but saying they are a disgrace is more than criticism when we know that our own country did not even make it to Qatar. It is like a student that came last in his class making fun of another student in a different class who performed woefully in his examination.

There is still time to judge if our Africa teams are failures or not at the end of the first round. For now the victories of Senegal and Morocco are things of joy and we have to continue to celebrate them. Maybe they will encourage other Africa countries to do well.

Money wey people suppose to dey use for business so dat e go born children,na e dem imprison cum make people dey suffer.

That your 'cum' come resemble something else sha. Abi na wetin you carry for mind write am?

This recent flood wey happen one commissioner die for Bayelsa due to Cardiac attack becos say e hide money inside room  before e go carry him family go Abuja for safety from the flood, for Abuja na e him hear say flood don reach e house before e go come back to Bayelsa flood don dey window level of e house, all the money don cast. Na wetin lead to him death. So the redesign go help small

E good as that wicked commissioner die for that matter. No time to condone rubbish. E go good make every wicked person die. Even bible talk say no rest for the wicked. Any person weh deh cause this country hardship make all of them die. Na my prayer be that. The wickedness for this Naija don too much. Na wetin self.

My qualms with the redesign of the naira is not even about the security purpose but how does this redesign help the economy?

We fit no see the relevance of it to the stability of the economy at once now but make we tell ourselves the truth, as CBN announced deadline for the old notes to expire and those weh pack money keep for house begin bring them out shey we see how the naira begin get strength? From wetin I read online from the office of the CBN, the money in circulation deh below half of wetin e supposed be self. Politicians them pack money keep for house, waiting for the election next year. And that is why banks go tell customers to wait for cash when you want to make heavy withdrawal say cash never deh. We deh think say no scope but na true. Now enough cash don enter circulation.

Copper membership costs as little as that?

Yeah. You can check the membership page @ https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

Thank you for that link, I checked it and you are right. I never visited that part of the forum. It means those buying the copper membership are not first time newbies. They must have been here that long enough to know there is something like that offer. With that we can conclude that user SCORUM.COMMUNITY has a bad intention of sending those pms.
330  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Africa Football Discussion Thread || Current discussion: African teams at Qatar. on: November 26, 2022, 11:25:52 PM
We see the other undervalued continent like Asian coming up with some impressive football and winning unwinnable games and yet here we had Africa nations disgracing us.

We do not have to see any defeat of African country as a disgrace, especially when we know that our own country did not even make it to the world cup. This is sports, there is going to be winners and losers. Those who win are not better than those who will lose. It is just a game. We have to cheer those on the pitch of play for their efforts. There are countries that lost their first matches but went ahead to win the trophy in the past. Africa to the world.
331  Other / Meta / Re: Watch out for user SCORUM.COMMUNITY on: November 26, 2022, 11:05:35 PM
He was able to get across to me and I believe to others also because of his copper member status, and not as a newbie. It shows that restriction on pms does not work against copper membership.

Oh, that figures. At least he's down 30 bucks.

Copper membership costs as little as that?

when I open the link they provide, I only see a blank screen means I'm safe?
I'm afraid because my device stores a lot of important files such as wallets and other important documents

is there a way to see if my device is in danger?

Am not trying to sound wiser than you on this but I need to point it out. You have been here a long time to know that links from newbie accounts are treated with suspicion of malware.
332  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crisis wars and bad situations why they Are good ? on: November 26, 2022, 04:18:23 PM
Simple reason:
Crisis making people better more humble.
If you look the older people they Are more humble ...reason why ? Becouse theybeen through crisis.

Maybe people get humbled not from encounter with crisis but from general experience about life. The older you grow, the more experienced you become about life and other stuff. Older people are faced with the reality of death while it may not be so with younger people who think they still have a long time to live. People get scared about death and that sobers them up.
333  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: November 26, 2022, 03:39:28 PM
Cock fighting is a kind of gamble that bet is placed on the two cocks whereby if cock A wins all cock A supporters wins.

Cock fighting is animal cruelty. Not only it, every form of animal fight set up by man for the pleasure of gambling or not is animal cruelty and should be condemned. It is like setting up toddlers or teenagers to fight so you can catch some fun or make money from their pain.

In the westside of my country during sallah, the Muslims buy rams for celebration, if the ram is bought before the day it will be slaughtered, one of the youth in the family will secretly take this ram out to the field were other Muslim people are with their rams for gambling.

It is a common practice in Nigeria, among the Yoruba Muslims. Am not sure the Hausa Muslims do that. Another sad thing here is that Muslims condemn gambling just like Christians too but why engage animals for sacrifice in gambling? It is pretence of hiding to do what you condemn openly.

You will feel it is fun because you are not the one in the fight. Imagine being forced by a superior authority to fight another against your will. How will you feel? Will it also be fun?
334  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Election in Nigeria,a do or die affair. on: November 26, 2022, 02:34:57 PM
Nigeria is one of the countries that make election period a time to have enemity all over because they believe election can never be free and fair, and therefore, blood must be shed to get into certain political positions. It has been the way they operate,so the 2023 election is already giving heat about what will come.

Those who make enemies with their friends over politicians during elections are not smart because politicians are not worth fighting for. They have a common ground they agree on and that is how to loot the people's money. In Nigeria, the set of politicians we have are career politicians. They have no other trade or profession except to be in politics and steal public funds. This is why it is called a dirty game in Nigeria. In this coming election in 2023, we should not make it a do or die thing. Just be obidient and vote wisely.
335  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the world turning into?? on: November 26, 2022, 12:58:19 PM
and also they will state that they don't know how to use a condom and they are shy to buy it in the pharmacy.

Not being intelligent or smart even if poor is a disease. How do people like that intend to pull themselves out of poverty which their parents are surrounded with. How can someone not know how to wear a simple condom? If they can not know how to use a condom how can they know a complex thing as pregnancy and its early signs? This ones must be living in caves.
336  Other / Meta / Re: Watch out for user SCORUM.COMMUNITY on: November 25, 2022, 04:33:46 PM
At first glance, I read it as SCROTUM

Oh goodness me, you have a dirty mind  Grin

On a side note, do newbies have limitations to sending PM? Perhaps the site could restrict it to like, 3 daily.

He was able to get across to me and I believe to others also because of his copper member status, and not as a newbie. It shows that restriction on pms does not work against copper membership.
337  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Signature Campaign | Sr Member+ on: November 25, 2022, 08:23:58 AM

150 weeks of the signature campaign is a great achievement, but there are less than 2 months left to complete 3 years of continuity, which sounds much better.  Wink

Superstition is that when you praise something too much it goes wrong. I hope BestChange will not stop the campaign on the date of its 3rd year now that it is getting many praises because I have my eyes on this campaign and will be happy to join and wear its green logo.

Infact, he spammed my inbox three times with it serially. I was alarmed because I had disabled allow pms from newbies. I them realised he was able to by passed it because of his 'copper member status. Maybe the forum will have to also create a way for anyone to disable receiving pms from copper members or any other ranks too. Not just restricted to only newbies.
340  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What is the world turning into?? on: November 24, 2022, 10:28:30 AM
12 years old is a record-breaking age. I haven't heard this either. We have here 15- and 16-year-old girls flexing their tummies in social media. I mostly see these cases on TikTok that this generation mostly does it for fun, like telling the society that it is okay to be pregnant at this age.

Maybe I need to download that tiktok app and  start watching to update myself. But is that not immorality at that age with minors? Where are their parents? Has the society become this dysfunctional that there is no shame anymore? Those days of my infant years, teenage and unwanted pregnancies were seriously frowned at. And those caught in the act were almost excommunicated from their communities.
