321  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you lose interest to deposit and play more..., on: December 11, 2021, 10:57:34 PM
Sometimes the casino ToS is written in such a way that the casino itself can interpret the rules in its favor, like Google or Facebook do, so I always side with the user who has all the evidence that he was not doing something illegal on the site. It seems to me that very often in a dispute between the casino and the user suffers is the user.

I try not to play on a gaming platform if there is strong evidence that at least one user was unreasonably offended.

It's hard to judge what is unreasonable though.

You need to make sure that the accusations are not false or temporary because every single casino has problems. It's more about whether or not they are actively resolving them.

But yes, if they are not resolving issues then it's certainly a telltale sign to stay away.
322  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 3billion casino with a crypto trading floor. on: December 11, 2021, 10:01:51 PM
I don't think that this is necessarily anything exciting.

It's just a crypto exchange with a casino business, and that is about it. It's two separate businesses.

I honestly don't even think that this will pan out well. It's two completely unrelated entities trying to mesh together - the pro traders wouldn't engage with this trading floor because of the casino affiliations, whereas the hardcore gamblers would rather go to the strip.
323  Economy / Economics / Re: Mortgage are most wrong financial decision you can make on: December 11, 2021, 09:32:46 PM
Not really.

Mortgages give you tremendous leverage at a cheap price (at least at current ridiculously low interest rates) which allows you to make great profits when housing even goes up by just a little.

It's the reason why housing markets are as attractive if not more so compared to the stock market - without this leverage, it is not very attractive at all.
324  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitVest, The worst casino I have ever seen on: December 11, 2021, 08:50:14 PM
No one is promoting Bitvest right now so I don't see how it's a problem, Bitvest has gone cold for about 2 months already so I don't think it's really the best for you to play there and @lightlord isn't active at all. I don't condone what Bitvest does to it's customers and their promoters but give them some slack at the least and if possible state your case and even provide evidence of a wrongdoing done by the site and hopefully you can get some compensation.

I don't think that they should be given any slack.

What they've done is seriously wrong and is borderline defrauding their customers.

Just because they have been around for a while doesn't mean that their behaviour should be condoned. Especially when it concerns the safety of customer funds - it is certainly no laughing matter.
325  Economy / Gambling / Re: bet365crypto.net - Crypto bookie on: December 11, 2021, 08:09:12 PM
I have not seen any reply from op since, I think they have conceded to the claim that the withdrawal of the person that claims he deposited withdrew such amount of money is false. I will like op to reply to such claims of withdrawal and deposit on his gambling platform. Even though it's true, it's very hard to jump into new gambling platform and gamble except their is high advertisement.

I mean why would you use a site that has just popped up and has reused the layout for their site that is equivalent to other scam sites?

Hopefully the OP does respond to the complaints, but I would not be surprised whatsoever if this was an exit scam.

Just another example as to why you should DYOR before choosing a bookie to play with.
326  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot Machine Strategy? on: December 11, 2021, 06:30:48 AM
One of my best friends and I would travel to the local casino some years back from time to time.  Wasn't a very fun casino but it was about as good as we could get for those times as gambling was very restricted back then.  He was a big fan of playing slots and always seemed to have some sort of strategy.  He would look for players who were sitting at a machine for a long period of time and then play them.  There were a couple other things he did that he called "strategy" but I can't remember what they were.

My question for you guys, is there any strategy you know of for slot machines ? I think this more so applies to in person casinos but maybe online as well.

Does waiting to get on a machine that gets heavily played a legit strategy?  Does it make more sense to play different types of machines or play one machines for a long period of time? Etc etc..

Perhaps there would be some strategies specific to individual games for the bonus features?

But other than that, I don't think that there is much you can do to determine the outcome.

At the end of the day you are just going to press a button to bet regardless. But if you do get into a bonus where you have to proactively make choices, there may be a possibility that you are able to maximise your chances (e.g. an inbuilt game of blackjack as a bonus feature, you might want to play basic strategy).
327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 11, 2021, 05:24:59 AM
Anthony Davis out tonight and they finally let Dwight get the start and a few minutes… They win by 21. Biggest win of the year? Maybe. Normally you would think with their star player out and the team struggling they wouldn’t be getting their biggest win (or close to) of the season. I think AD is overrated, not playing up to expectations, and a constant injury concern. The Lakers really need to be considering what they can get for him. Resigning him to a post-LeBron contract or losing him to free agency will doom the team for years.

Completely agree, and Charles Barkley put this in a very straightforward way for us as well.

I think that AD is very injury-prone and even when playing actually is incredibly inefficient. Even though he's got a good looking jumpshot he faces up way too much and plays in the midpost more than he should.

He needs to dominate down low or move completely outside of the 3 point line, not float in between honestly.
328  Economy / Gambling / Re: LuckyDiamond.io - multi crypto casino. Faucets, contests, special events, dice on: December 11, 2021, 05:15:04 AM
Would you possibly allow non-registered accounts to play?

E.g. just have a sign in URL for people to access so that people when they access the webpage for the first time can start playing right away if they wish.

I feel like that is a powerful strategy that you must explore. Just my two cents. Good job on the multicurrency support btw.
329  Economy / Gambling / Re: Very immoral marketing strategy. on: December 11, 2021, 05:03:55 AM
So it's almost a real-time war between big casino brands. Most are trying to capture that new gambler market, and try to be the one who will produce the most money for casinos. I'm not a big fan of fake youtube streamers and I don't follow them, but I'm guessing many new players do. In fact, I think a significant part of the interaction between newbies and casino games is via these youtube streamers. I feel this marketing strategy is making it's way into gaming promotions, and we will continue to see casino brands try to attract newbies in this way.

Just because it has always happened doesn't mean that it needs to continue, nor does it mean that it is acceptable.

I just think that it is completely ridiculous that one is able to have the full faith and backing of the casino while acting like as if they are actually playing with their own money to give the appearance that making money is easy on a certain site.

The dramatic edits certainly don't help their cause either.
330  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bonus of over 1000 Euros stuck behind wager wall, fml on: December 11, 2021, 04:56:59 AM
Well, everything has to have a catch.

These casinos are not charities so I don't even know why you would expect them to give you such high bonuses without some sort of a restriction on withdrawals.

Definitely don't deposit in case that they are actually a fraud. Just let it go man.
331  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚡️⚡️Betplay.io - Lightning Network Casino - INSTANT & ZERO FEE Payments ⚡️⚡️ on: December 11, 2021, 12:40:52 AM
The house edge on the provably fair games leaves a lot to be desired.

For instance, I think that you are actually charging a 3% house edge on dice? That is approximately 3x what the industry standard is given that most places have a house edge of 1% or less.

Definitely take this into consideration as a lot of people care about RTP these days.
332  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀Bitgame.com|🔥LUT Lightpaper is Launched|⚡️Crypto Betting + Weekly Divs|⚽️🎮 on: December 11, 2021, 12:29:06 AM
I'm not a huge fan of the site design honestly.

It just feels a bit too much and the cursor isn't even natural.

Also, when I first load up the site it seems like that the tab has Chinese text in it? It's all very chaotic and it can be organised a lot nicer.
333  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitVest, The worst casino I have ever seen on: December 08, 2021, 08:16:47 PM
I was having a problem while deposit litecoins into the bitcoins wallet on their casino. After I contacted Binance, they said it was transfered to the hot/cold wallet of the receiver wallet. So I went back to contact the admin, they told me to open a ticket. After waiting 3 days there is no any answer at all, there is also whenever I hit a big win. Their hot wallet will be always empty? What a garbage site that I am still seeing there are many people in this forum still promoting for them??? Fuck I really hate it but their slots was my favorite and that why it's keep me playing here but after this I won't ever never put a sinlge dollars in this casino again. Please everyone should be aware!!!

It's pretty bad but definitely not deserving of "worst" status.

I think that all the problems have stemmed from management not being able to top up the hot wallet regularly enough, whether that is intentional or not.

I would definitely avoid playing with them but I highly doubt that they would do an exit scam either.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think it is safe to buy coins that are only listed on one small exchange? on: December 05, 2021, 04:13:18 AM
I want to start investing in early projects, and I want to ask if you buy coins on small exchanges? Is it safe? And to what extent are such exchanges protected from hacker attacks?

I am interested in such coins as nwc, cdt and mana, what do you think of these projects? Should you buy these coins?

I think that there is no reason to not invest in something just because they are only listed on small exchanges.

However, MANA is definitely listed on more than just small exchanges. I think that it has some potential as a project and it is also on Binance.

Just be careful that you are actually buying early stage coins, where it is natural to not have large listings. If it's an old coin that has been around for a while already, it's probably a sign of things to come if it's still only listed on small exchanges.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metaverse - Wait a minute? on: December 05, 2021, 03:54:38 AM
Well, it's just an umbrella term to describe anything that is hosted on the blockchain that allows for mass modal interactions.

So all of the projects that you have mentioned are indeed metaverse projects. There is no central metaverse that is the be all and end all.

Meta/FB is simply trying to get that first mover advantage with the branding and the name change right now.
336  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 bet365crypto.net Sports & Live betting 🔥 Online Casino 🔥 Instant payouts on: December 05, 2021, 03:14:14 AM
Site looks good.

However, I'm skeptical of your bonus structure.

What sort of wagering requirements are on these deposit bonuses? Because 100% and 50% of deposit seems almost too good to be true in my opinion - unless they come with some clause that lock people's funds up for a while. It would be good if you could notify people of these things before they sign up and depo.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good metaverse tokens. on: December 05, 2021, 12:15:43 AM
Hello,
Can anyone introduce a list of good metaverse tokens for 2022?

Thank you.

MANA and SAND for me.

These are the foremost leaders in the metaverse space.

ETH if you want to diversify into the basic infrastructure that hosts all of these metaverses. But other than that, I would avoid investing in a lot of the new NFT projects because most are just flat-out cons.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High ETH withdraw Fees, how to Solve on: December 05, 2021, 12:06:49 AM
I use Binance,  Kucoin etc crypto exchange for Trading, Binance use very often and I use Kucoin very rarely. But my main problem is high eth withdraw fees from Exchange to Personal wallet (MyEtherwallet). Have any crypto exchange with low withdraw fees?

No.

If it was the other way around (MEW to Kucoin) then you could potentially lower your gas and save fees.

But given that Kucoin/Binance is in control of the wallets and the withdrawal fees, there is no way for you to save fees unless you somehow convince them to lower them for you - which is not probable.
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it good to penalize airdrop hunters? on: December 04, 2021, 11:44:15 PM
Airdrops are a great way to attract people into newly-fond crypto projects. They're basically "free money" for not doing anything in return. Some projects have been widely successful after an airdrop, while others have gone all the way down the drain. There's been a upsurge of airdrop hunters looking to "milk rewards" from the system, effectively dumping all of their coins/tokens on the market for profit. While most projects have been quite flexible in the eligibility for an airdrop, one project decided to take the stand by adopting measures to prevent abuse. Parachain Swap's airdrop has been quite controversial as it only rewarded a small portion of its users. The vast majority of the people weren't rewarded (especially airdrop hunters), resulting in a decline of the token's price.

Do you think it's a good idea to penalize airdrop hunters? Will this do more harm or good to the adoption of crypto/Blockchain tech? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley

I don't think that it's a good idea.

The more evenly the rewards are distributed, the more likely there is community hype and liquidity around the project, and the more chances of the project actually being successful.

Makes no sense to penalise those who helped your brand to get to where it is.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Forecast for SHIBA to the end of the year. on: December 04, 2021, 11:28:51 PM
Rough estimate? Please.

SHIB is one of the most volatile coins out there. There is no way to predict the price of any crypto, let alone a meme token that has no intrinsic utility or value.

I suspect that the bubble is going to pop and prices will -80-90% from this point on, in line with the rest of the crypto bear market.
