They see it as the perspective to become rich
323  Economy / Speculation / Re: Historic BITCOIN crash on: January 31, 2018, 08:34:37 AM
let me remind you of this, that this is not the first time bitcoin has crashed very significantly and is not the worst of it all. (correct me if i'm wrong) Based on bitcoin history, crashes occur on:

2011 jun- Nov: -97%---> From $ 32 to $ 2
2012 jan - Aug: -36%---> From from $ 7 to $ 4
2013 Mar 6 -11: -25%---> From $ 49 to $ 36
2013 Apr 10: -79%---> From $ 266 to $ 54
2014 Feb 24: -49%---> From $ 867 to $ 439
2017 jun 11-16: -36%---> From $ 3,000 to $ 1.869
2017 Sept 2-15: -40%---> From $ 5,000 to $ 2,972
2018 Jan 17: -48%---> From $ 19,783 to $ 9,496

If viewed from history, crashes often happen every year since 2011 and proved that this year is not the worst year of the year - the year before. What do you think, whether this crash will continue or not?

Yes, and hope as always bitcoin will recover.

Cheers!

Hello, i can share my thoughts, but they are not for sure, you should compare by yourself. As for me I like Dorado and Medicalchain.
326  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO bubble? Is it going to burst? How it's future would be? on: January 30, 2018, 08:04:56 AM
Not ICOs are bubble, a lot of them are promising, you just need to choose right one.
327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: January 30, 2018, 08:03:48 AM
I am not afraid, as i understand that cryptos are well protected, but all systems are hackable in general, so this is one of the risks of the crypto industry.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO 2018 on: January 30, 2018, 08:00:57 AM
You should read white paper carefully, look through team, assess idea of the ico, whether it is innovative. For me it would be better to invest in several ICOs, the percentage of success will grow up.

330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin? on: January 29, 2018, 07:37:00 AM
Hello there... I am from India, and Bitcoin is still in the grey area here. It is not legal, but it has not been declared illegal either. But the government has explicitly stated that Bitcoin is not recognized as a legal currency here.

The government is still working on deciding a framework for it, but we have absolutely no idea about what its verdict will be. So, people here are trading in Bitcoin for short-term gains. Make hay while the sun shines!

How are your governments reacting to Bitcoin and what's its position in your country?

Most of the governments in the countries, where are no regulations regarding crypto do not recognize crypto es currency, they do not wont to take responsibility for any risks which there citizens might take. Mainly this is a reason.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Women in the cryptocurrency industry on: January 28, 2018, 03:54:35 PM
Every so often I run into an article that talks about how few women are involved in this industry compared to men. My suspicion is that there are more women involved than anyone realizes; they're just not putting their gender front and center.

What do you all think?

https://moneyish.com/ish/all-the-reasons-why-women-can-be-the-future-of-cryptocurrency/

Yes they are not posting that they are women, i am sure there are a lot of women on this forum also, the gender is not visible behind the usernames. Roll Eyes
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or Waves? on: January 26, 2018, 09:22:55 AM
I have 3 ETH and i want to buy some Waves and hold it for long time. Which will be the best option? Buying Waves or Hold ETH!

Hold ETH, it is one of the best altcoins, and the price will grow up in nearest future.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO is the best way to invest? on: January 26, 2018, 09:20:31 AM
Do you think ICO is the best way to invest in?

334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IOTA on: January 26, 2018, 09:17:22 AM
I do not like this coin, it has nothing that convinces me that i can benefit from it. At first sight the idea was not good, but now i am little bit disappointed about it.

Absolutely, I was also attracted at the beginning, but now it looks that it will not have success.

Why do you think this, because you read a few FUD-posts? I can't understand people do not research a platform but just believe some random people on the internet spreading false information.

No it is not just about FUD posts, it is about pricing and statistics :/

336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is the most stable altcoin? on: January 25, 2018, 09:08:15 AM
How do you think what altcoin / token is the most stable one (ofcourse not tether please Smiley )? I'm interested in finding something with decent trade volume where it will be possible to save money doring such strong corrections (like from 20k to 14). Please  bring some arguments to your suggestions and add links to coinmarketcap Smiley

Ethereum has a stable price and is now more profitable using ETH coin than BTC
although the BTC price is expensive, but the ETH feature is more than BTC, and Ethereum is worthy of replacing the current BTC position

YES, agree, ETH is the most stable nowadays, i am not sure it will replace BTC position, but anyway it is good one.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 altcoins to invest on: January 25, 2018, 09:05:05 AM

338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which country is the best one for setting up mining farms? on: January 24, 2018, 07:19:32 AM
I think it will be really difficult to replace China. Undecided
339  Other / Off-topic / Re: What age to teach kids about crypto? on: January 23, 2018, 07:51:05 AM
When it is time the youth will get aware of crypto by themselves, they are smart and they have access to enough information through internet.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future is crypto currency on: January 23, 2018, 07:49:44 AM
Entire momentum of social media changed after rise up in virtual currency. people had started to trust on crypto currency.

    Yup! That is truly an undeniable fact. Everyday, more and more people are getting into not just bitcoins but also into tokens amd other altcoins out there. Also those ICOs out there. All my accounts in social media sites are covered with posts and news about various crypto currencies all around the world. Quite stressing if you ask me. Because it covers up  that posts of important people in my friend list. :/

Social media marketing is one of the most popular and efficient way for promotion,  so everyday more and more businesses invest in it, and it is especially for crypto currencies, as the concurrency has increased. But I agree, that this promotions are covering news from friends.
