From your post, I realized how necessary self-moderated thread is. Thank you everyone, I was wrong at some point. I have checked some service threads and found some people are insulting OP same as hilariousandco said. In addition, signature spammers also get a havven of fulfilling their weekly requirements on those kinda threads. Therefore, it's better to have self-moderated threads. I am locking this thread since some people started adding random reply without reading the OP. |

You previously never had deleted doesn't mean your post will never be deleted.
You may not consider as off-topic, the reporter and the moderator who deleted, considered as off-topic.
The deletion/checking reported posts is a process like waiting in the queue. Therefore, it may happen. Someone reported your posts at a row and moderator found it delete worthy. I barely doubt it as a bug.
Till now I have 3 deleted posts from which 1 is deleted through self moderated thread. 2 were deleted by moderator. Initially, I was also thinking my post was on topic but later I realized it didn't add any value to the discussion. If your post doesn't add value in discussion, it also falls in delete category. Posts which are off-topic, repititive are counted as "Add Zero Value".

After the hack in 2013, there was some issue with avatars. theymos disabled avatar and when it was re-enabled, this time, it was restricted to full members and up only. That's why people were not able to delete their avatar and it still remains same before the hack.

Oops,I thought the trust score will be based on the depth level of the members,so anyone knows how long time needed for a feedback to turns into green and what is the purpose of green into black after some time?
Here you go- Correct. At 5, the trust score is light green. When it reaches 15, it turns dark green. Examples: BitcoinNewsMagazine ( 14 at the moment) and Crypto-Universe ( 15 at the moment). |

Update- 1. When a user receives a positive feedback, he gets +1 in total positive feedback and the score becomes 1 0.
I was wrong. After getting a positive feedback, the score remains 0. It changes after each month. Anyone here can confirm when score turns into green? Initially, the score is black. Not everyone can be merit source. Check what mdayonliner quoted earlier. Merit sources are implemented by theymos. You can apply for becoming merit source if you think you are "somewhat established member." If everyone became merit source or get merit/smerit after a certain time, the system would not be introduced. You have to earn merit. You can earn through posting some quality posts. For each 2 merits you earn, you will get 1 sMerit to spend. And merit sources get sMerit not merit. #UpdateI have asked what and you replied what?

You can wait, it can be months or even years. For your info, currently, the situation of account recovery is the worst. I don't think you are getting back your account sooner. Anyway, soon there may be an automated way to recover hacked account, the system is being developed, afaik. That's what I have seen hilariousandco to say. You should probably just wait and hope that theymos implements the automatic recovery tool which he said should be ready by the end of the year, because your account just realistically isn't going to be recovered otherwise unless cyrus mysteriously starts to restore them or more staff are given access to do so.
