I don't think it should be up to a government to give away free money, maybe give money in exchange for efforts people have wput in to social distance, isolate or volunteer to help but you can't print enoghb money for everyone to start a company...

Why do you need an email? You can use a trusted person in the forum, everyone sends gold to him and after he is sure of the quailty of gold he tells you to send the money to the second party.
Selling gold requires trust and you will only get it through people who know the forum and work for a long time.
Have you confirmed the legal status as buying and selling of gold involves some legal waste?

You could start by trying to do a by gold by post for crypto? I don't know if anyone's on that yet and it might be pretty easy to do with little investment if you find a reputable 24 karrot/.999 seller/minter...
It might be hard to work out what's legit and what isn't and will take time (you might also have to process impure versions if you choose I've heard of black and white gold at least....)

This isn't logical at all. Wars happen when countries get strong and their economies can support the war effort. War also requires some political stability at home, because otherwise the opposition would be making anti-war protests that could paralyze the country. When people get hungry, they don't go to war, they sit down and die - history knows lots of famines, and barely any were they driving force behind a war. And you seem to be forgetting that we live at the times of nuclear weapons - WW3 would wipe the humanity out. You are also forgetting one important thing not all countries have democracies ,take China,India,Pakistan as example ... China not a democracy has nukes Most people in India and Pakistan are poor but does countries have nukes ... I don't think there would move into a war following the breakout of the coronavirus.
But rather, people might focus a bit more on essential services for the time being. I wish there would be fewer bailouts for non-sustainable businesses to be honest. I'd rather see more free market movement other than more reliance on government.
If any conflicts is to arise, I doubt it would be in the form of war, especially not internationally. Riots are not related to international conflict, and don't have much to do with corona-virus. Maybe income inequality. More about internal conflicts.
