Nope, just my tried entering my accounts balance or any number below it. Right now I tried this max amount thing too - immediately giving the same Service unavailable error. Tried Chrome, Firefox, several mobile browsers too...
We apologise for the delay. We are having some issues recently with our banking partner. We are working to resolve the issues. Just found out that most reviews on E-coin's FB page are fake. Found at least a handful of 5-star reviews left by E-coin employees or owners. Most of the real reviews are negative (1 star). Not a good sign at all. I guess I should say goodbye to my BTC.  Shocked Your bitcoins are safe. Actually we never have control of users bitcoin. We use BitGo for our wallets and security. Your bitcoins are safe. There are over 70 reviews on Facebook.
