I know nothing of the code involved or really how it works but it seems strange to me how it arrived and we all trust it yet we have no idea if it's part of something bigger.
... The code is open source... the entire idea of BTC is you cannot trust any human ever. Many people DO KNOW how it works... Don't expect to have it explained to you.. it's like trying to understand the Imaginary number when you still don't get 2 apples + 2 apples is 4 apples. |

haha, holders are getting more ridiculous by the day: "yeah we're only 3 months out from the next spike, no 6 months, no 2 years just wait!" There is a very good reason I gave that year. Although TBH I have a feeling we are going to be in a bear market until the inflation is below 1%.. I've got nothing but time. |

the thing about the "don't invest what you cannot afford to lose" mantra is that i don't think people really take it to heart. they think, "bitcoin can't go under 400, or 266." they don't psychologically prepare themselves for much, much worse. i get a strong feeling that many people who say "0 or 1 million" really are not at all psychologically prepared for 0.
I can personally promise you the price will never drop below $10. My group will own every single BTC in existance and use it for our purposes. |

Unless something major drives speculation (China) or a flash adoption (Cyprus) We are going to go down to the low 100s and possibly to the 50s..., it is not unreasonable to say Bitcoin is worth only $500 million today based only on its penetration in the real world marketplace. To say it is worth more means you are simply banking on events to drive price that haven't happened yet.
Mentally you better be prepared to drop to the point where it is lower than you ever thought possible. Because it probably will.
At that point you should either go all into Bitcoin rather than sell, or go all in to its biggest competitor. Because there will be another crypto bubble, it is coming, guaranteed.
Like.. 99% of golds value is speculation.. that is all. |

If one drove the moral on the this forum to heavey bear they could achieve a massive position of BTC as it would seem this forum is filled with people that own a large amount of BTC.

That has been a losing trade this year so far. Good luck! It's a losing trade when I sell them.. seeing as I am 28 and plan to sell around 60.. I've got 32 years.. I'll bet $1k silver is worth more in 32 years than it is right now.. although.. hosting a 32 year bet is kinda crazy. PM's are my savings account, Crypto is my high risk investment. |
