Well good morning Bitcoinland. I see we have a wee leg up and we're solidly back over $4kUSD/$5kCAD... currently $4096USD/$5070CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Altcoincash is still going sideways at $450USD/$558CAD (Coinmarketcap). There's still a half a week of September left to maybe see $4.3k-$4.5k and feel like the beartrap/FUDstorm is really over and we're ready to resume the quest for new ATHs. since Jimbo's daily update has started to include bcash I guess shitcoins are fair game now...
The only reason I include AltCash is that most of us hold it without ever having to fork over our hard-earned Bitcoin or fiat cash for it (puns intended). It was a gift to most of us and when we calculate our holdings we should include it. It may be a shitcoin but it's Bitcoin's shitcoin.  |

Will the Chinese BTC mining pools be shut down?
Why would they be? The PBoC isn't anti-Bitcoin. It's all about capital controls and money leaving the country. Mining is productivity. I wouldn't be surprised if the PBoC themselves got into the BTC/CNY exchange business. They could limit BTC withdrawals within the current foreign exchange limits, steal the big three's business, and make tons of money. Why outlaw something profitable and create a black market when you can legalize it, monopolize it, and tax it? Kinda like Justin Trudeau's cannabis biz or what's happened in some US states. |

MaxKeiser is a cuck, I don't understand how anybody can like him. Does nobody remember MaxCoin? He used to shill MaxCoin constantly on his RT show, sold it for several dollars a unit. Can anybody explain to me the huge price difference of 500$ between China and USD? Is the market this inefficient?
Because of recent FUD regarding Chinese exchanges, many Chinese investors and traders are panicked. Hence the low price. Also, China has serious capital controls which restrict CNY/USD exchange. Hence no arbitrage. |
