3281  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥 Bitpr0.com | The Ultimate Crypto Directory on: September 02, 2020, 06:00:02 AM
Been a fan of dark themed websites as it is pleasing to my eyes, Good job having it like this. I think I will be using it as my directory since it contains very good compilation.

I will be glad if you add blackjack fun in your directory, Blackjack fun is a blackjack focused game so I think there will be a new blackjack site identification in your directory.

3282  Economy / Gambling / Re: Seuntjies DiceBot -Multi-Site, multi-strategy betting bot for dice. With Charts! on: September 02, 2020, 05:16:47 AM
As long as the response from the forum members will be positive like they actually earn even a small profit then I will try to download your application and will likely to start from a small amount. In my side, I can say that it is a little bit risky as I am not that familiar on how it operates but I think I can handle it as long as your application is safe.
You realise that the dicebot is NOT a "guaranteed to make you win" type system right? It is just a tool, like a web browser... that lets you automate certain aspects of your betting and allows you to create or run custom scripts so you can try various "systems" or strategies...

It is NOT guaranteed to win, it does NOT increase your chances of winning etc... the odds are exactly the same as if you used the site manually through a web browser.

Anyone that tells you otherwise, is a fool... and if they're trying to sell you a "winning" script, they're a scammer.
I think he is aware of the risk of this dice bot, It's a common-sense that a bot can't lead you in a sure victory just by using it, It also requires knowledge and strategy that's why it is called a tool. It's meant to be used for more proficiency.

Bots have the same purpose that is to help the gambler to help them with their rolls and bot makers are doing something to help the user like this bot, It has charts in it for the user to easily see the data of his session also built-in strategy is also nice.
3283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have shared about bitcoin on my class on: August 30, 2020, 06:44:45 PM
Asking that question shows that your teacher really wants to know what bitcoin is all about. He/she might have heard it in the past. So many people do not have an understanding of what it is but you jump into the conclusion that it is a scam or an investment scheme. I believe with time the bitcoin will be more discussed in an institution and public places and will change the orientation of the people especially those that have a biased mind towards the crypto and blockchain technology

It happened to me a lot since I have a knowledge about bitcoin sometimes I put bitcoin or cryptocurrency in the topic. And then most of the time my teacher ask me what is bitcoin etc. and then I end up explaining the bitcoin to the whole class. I think a lot of people or even professionals doesn't really have knowledge about bitcoin, bitcoin is not yet ready as an online currency and it is still in the progress of adaptation. A lot of people don't trust bitcoin-like my professor because it is just digital and doesn't have a physical form and he says that you are just investing in something that is imaginary meaning anytime you could lose it. I think he has a point but in my experience on the market supply and demand works.
I sounded like you before, Explaining the concept and bitcoin itself in the whole class, Honestly, it is a very satisfying experience to be sharing my knowledge to others and having many people ask more about bitcoin to me. The only thing that conflicted is the knowledge of my teacher, He really fights me that bitcoin is a scam due to recent news of bitcoin scam that time but I'm relieved that I changed the entire knowledge of my classmates on bitcoin. I don't ask them to believe but I intend to make bitcoin positive for them because of the negative impact on scams on bitcoin at that time. Sharing knowledge about bitcoin and blockchain is awesome!
3284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Barriers preventing you from using bitcoin today/advantages of using bitcoin? on: August 30, 2020, 04:50:11 PM
The most common barrier for me and for others I think is the lack of local merchant that is accepting bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies as a payment for their product and services though there are some online services that make it easier for other people to accept or to spend the bitcoin they have, But thinking ahead, Bitcoin will surely be adopted by many merchants as bitcoin grow, It's just the same as Paypal before who is not accepted by the most merchant but it came to the time that it is adapted by them due to convenience and trend.

There are many advantages that I see from cryptocurrency, Volatility is one of them since I am trading crypto and as a trader that starts on stocks before, I make more profit in the volatility of crypto hodlings than my stock assets.

As a crypto believer, I believe that bitcoin will eliminate the problems that are existing today. It's just no one can stop me from using crypto. I feel comfortable here, Why would I leave?
3285  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Mobile Gaming on: August 30, 2020, 10:22:23 AM

Which is right. Those gamer are aware of using other digital currency and adding bitcoin is not hard to them. It's also adds great advertisement for those who don't know bitcoin yet, seeing that it's part of their options will give them time to search about bitcoin and
how things works using this cryptocurrency.

This cannot be implemented everywhere. The game developers will never integrate bitcoins as mode of payment in the games where the bitcoin are not legal. If they do, they might have to face legal complications. Other than this, many people will prefer it and use crypto currencies in games too.
This can be a possibility too, No developer wants to endanger their game because of the payment method and given the fact that not everyone knows how to use crypto as payment, Developers would probably go for crowds favorite payment method and the most common.

There are some games I know that are accepting bitcoin thru 3rd party services, It has some fees in it that's why I think it is one of the reasons why it is avoided, I didn't even try to use it, to be honest. But if the main plan is spreading awareness it could be effective since people are cautious living things and there is a high chance they will search it.
3286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RenVM, supposedly decentralised but control 9000 BTC worth of funds on: August 29, 2020, 09:56:02 PM
When you are responsible for people's money, then some things must give way, some of these DEFI projects realise they can't be 100% decentralised for now until the space truly mature and there is a better security. It is easy to be pointing fingers when you are outside the development team because you do not understand this, any vulnerabilities in the chain could resulted loss for the team
But as an investor imagine what they can feel about the bunch of money they invested into a promising plan. A bunch of people hodling your money and promise not to mess up with it. I understand that they need to give way in the process but I think it is wrong that they didn't include it in their plan given that they are a DeFi project. People are expecting it to be decentralized all the way.
3287  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg casino on bitcointalk? on: August 29, 2020, 01:43:51 AM
Does anyone have more information about them, are they legit and are they coming on bitcointalk forum?

They would be silly to skip the  best crypto forum in the world  Cool
Just heard them just this day, it's early to say that they are legit but something with 4k follower on Twitter I think they do but as I said it's still early to call them that. There are flourishing crypto casinos out there I guess that haven't got an introduction here in the forum it doesn't mean they don't introduced their casino here means they can't flourished.

Well, I partly agree with you since they'll get good amount of traffic if they get to advertise here rather than not.
Having them in this forum and take part some promotion here can be more effective since they are giving out worth $500,000 for their introductory promotion. Promoting in the forum will be no problem for them. We know that traffic is good here and it will be wise of them if they get by in this forum.

They are not functional for now but they seem pretty serious about it.

3288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins with 1000% Plus Profits on: August 28, 2020, 11:58:48 PM
This is obviously a manipulation, Common pump and dump scheme which most likely did by people who will benefit in this. Buying these coins will put you in trouble because this scheme only stays for a short period and there's a high chance that you won't get profit but will put you on loss. By seeing its volume, It can be proof that these coins can easily be manipulated. It's just abnormal in every way.

I really don't recommend to buy these coins because this can be considered as shit coins.
3289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest for quick gains only on: August 28, 2020, 11:35:18 PM
A reason why many had come into crypto and invest it is that they always think about easy money, quick market gains, and be an instant millionaire which is definitely wrong and only just an imagination. Nah, they can find it in real life when they invest cryptos.

It actually we can make money from here and become profitable but we also have to realize and not being blind enough to see the true market condition and don't live into hallucinations. If we have a good choice of projects, it all becomes possible but if we're not, we have to know also the consequences awaited us.
I can very relate to this one, There is time that my friend see me that I earn such amount of money in cryptocurrency and this instantly triggered them to ask me and teach them how to use and invest on it and they are thinking that I am earning easy money in crypto which is not true. Ups and downs can't be avoided if you are dealing with crypto and seeing only its ups will give a false impression about crypto that it's a money machine.

Today DeFi projects are being hyped up and I'm sure many who are unaware of crypto will think this as a money machine, I'm just hoping that they won't be scammed by fake scam projects because of being ignorant.
3290  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustabit – The original crash game on: August 28, 2020, 10:57:23 PM
Daniel ! Hotkeys are disabled! Even when I don't reload the page.
I lost about 20,000 bits due to this bug. Let's say if my battery runs out or my mouse is broken. How can I stop the game?

Give me back the money now !!!

You still fighting for a problem that you know you won't win huh? At least fight with proof in your possession, Blaberring out with just assumptions will not matter. Checking your trust feedback seems you are attacking casinos without any basis. This should be a dummy account that giving a negative impression without any basis in different casinos.

Bustabit is running for a long time now and I am confident that they fix past bugs and won't do anything to stain the name of their casino.
3291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STC the first educational token on: August 28, 2020, 10:41:14 PM
We have to know the capacity of those that are involved with it before making a conclusion. There so many things that needs to be considered.somehow people tend to use big names of big people and big things to push sales of the token. Just be watchful.
Yah, Using big names is one part of the marketing and the concept of the project, They will basically use big school names such as Harvard University which has a very reputated name and a dream school of many students. Many projects did this kind concept and most of them now is dead and considered a shitcoin. I myself won't trust a concept that is repeatedly copied and failed even it improves such features.

Also, A thread like this shilling of such coin won't do much  Grin
3292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legal Matter on: August 27, 2020, 04:30:27 PM
I am sure that this would have benefits and advantages as well. Legalizing online casinos, does not necessarily mean that crypto casino are included. Unless, the country is open to also accept cryptocurrencies. But, by doing that it can compromise our anonymity and would also lead to taxes being charge.

Having a  certain country that legalized online gambling might not directly affect cryptocurrency casino but it can be a stepping stone for a crypto casino that could possibly start-up in that country.  Of course, the drawbacks of setting up a crypto casino on a newly legalized country can't be avoided because the regulations will be pretty in favor of the country and the government itself.
3293  Economy / Gambling / Re: Saito: Come help us test our games! on: August 27, 2020, 03:33:35 PM
To be honest, I am a bit confused about how to play games. I am trying to play chess games, but I don't understand how to play because it's different from the chess games. The same thing that when I play solitrio because I don't know how to play it. Maybe there will be guidelines on how to play on every game, so we can learn, or at least, we can understand. It's totally different than the other gambling games that I know.

The site needs to managed more because it's a new gambling site, and the site needs to develop more to get better.
I have the same experience, I can't figure out how to play with other players. I think this site needs more improvement and focus as what players point of view is, I also think that this site is not fully built, Unfinished design is one of the thing I see.

There are some comments here about the color scheme issue that this site use, I think it's subjective but given that they are potential customer, their POV is the most matter the most.

3294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: South Korean Exchange Coinbit Arrested For Fake Volume on: August 27, 2020, 03:01:24 PM
Looks like exchanges from South Korea and other shady exchange will be more careful about there schemes now, It's a good thing that authorities started their move on busting this exchanges who are doing this kind of scheme even though it takes them long enough but it's alright since investigations and procedures are required on a bust like this. This could be a sign that they are being more serious in cryptocurrency, This could be a stepping stone in crypto adoption in South Korea.
3295  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ BTCGOSU ★ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ★ on: August 27, 2020, 02:26:39 PM
I know the following information may not deserve a dedicated post but on the other hand... I just can't resist, sorry...  Cheesy

Guess what, when I checked my emails late last night, I found an enquiry from 1xBit to be featured on BTCGOSU...  Cool

Yeah, this, not much more to say here - I was making jokes not long ago with a fellow forum mate wondering when they would reach out and they did even earlier than expected! Wink

Nb. Having realized just now that they have paid ads here on bitcointalk, I am thinking if I should probably not have insta responded/refused their offer. Wink
I believe that they still have unresolved issue about their casino and this gave them a negative impression in this forum and forum members, Of course you have the rights to put them into your guide but I think it can stain your sites image since you are promoting trusted casinos. I myself think refusing their offer is a wise choice.
3296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will "De-Fi" replace traditional banking in the future? on: August 26, 2020, 11:46:13 PM
At the time like this, I don't think this can replace the traditional banking, The hype is so much that's why the hopes of the DeFi supporters is really high and creates a possible situation like this to give more charcoal to the fire. I'm not saying it's not possible but we know that traditional banking is well established and DeFi thing is new and this would take time for DeFi projects to catch up and to gain masses for it to fully replace traditional bank, For now, it is more logical if we ask the question "Can DeFi be on par with traditional banking?". We know that the majority of people is scared to try new things, It is the same as bitcoin, People doesn't really want to try it out because they are scared of trying something new and given the fact that bitcoin is on its 10th year now, The majority of the population hasn't tried or never heard bitcoin. This can also happen in DeFi.
3297  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would you try to accumulate now that there is a token pump? on: August 26, 2020, 09:56:41 PM
I'm sure this thing has happened to most of us trader, I myself also experience this kind of situation. Losing almost 90% of the value will surely have a reason behind that. The thing I will first do if a certain coin has risen from the dreadful dump is to re-evaluate the coin and the project, If the project is completely abandoned I'll make sure to sell all of my holdings just to reduce the loss and won't ever peak at the project anymore. But if it is the opposite I can make a reconsideration of trading the token again to gain back the losses I got from the coin but this will take me a really hard time to think.
3298  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: August 26, 2020, 09:33:04 PM
I think buy and hold strategy will only apply to some assets/token, Not everyone can get the way of buying and holding like not every token is suitable for that kind of strategy and just holding it means that you are giving your trust to that certain token. I myself only hold 2 coins and it is Bitcoin and Ethereum because longevity wise I believe that I can profit on both of them. As a trader, I like trading big coins but I ain't holding it for too long because I know I can make better profits in trading them. Each coin has different potentials you just need to find them then learn the strategies and how to execute it.
3299  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Google Opens The Door To Mass Cryptocurrency Adoption on: August 26, 2020, 08:50:33 PM
I doubt Google opens the door to mass crypto adoption, what they are doing with Google Pay only facilitates people who want to
buy cryptocurrency. Like any other company, this is done in order to profit from transaction fees. So google did this only for their
own benefit, not for mass crypto adoption. Actually what Google has done has already been done by Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
That's right, I think they just want to profit it out since people are more comfortable using their payment system so they take advantage of it but it doesn't mean they have an open arm in cryptocurrency. Also, they might collect data from the user who use their platform, This might be their plan since you are revealing your bitcoin wallet address and it will be stored in their databases.
3300  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Virtual trading before actual one - pros and cons on: August 26, 2020, 07:31:06 PM
Ofcourse.
Sometimes I think some sort of real rewards (maybe inform points, rankings, etc) on the "virtual trading" or demo could encourage people to stick to learning, and help them learn almost like they would on the real ones. The rewards should be useful afterwards, and not something that is useless to you after earning them.
In my country, it is advisable to use virtual trading first before risking the total investments, it is mainly in stocks market, sometimes it only focus on the familiarization of the brokers feature and possible price of the companies they wanted to buy. Those who really have zero knowledge in trading should be thankful that virtual tradings are available to be able to earn. I used it when I start in stock market but no in crypto since it's almost the same in use the difference is the companies and volatility is more in crypto. Those who are truly serious to learn and wants to avoid risk should use it.

I guess making it somewhat mandatory for people to learn with demo before trading the real stock could be an interesting way to incentivize newbie traders... Am not sure everyone will like this though.   You can be required to pass your demo trading before you are allowed to go beyond trading what you can afford to lose in real trading.
People could still be allowed to trade with real funds without going through demo (only with what they can afford to lose), until they learn how to trade, then graduate a bit to trading with higher amount.

Making a mandatory demo before the real trading sounds good in the part of newbies but it can be bad from the company knowing that there are some traders just want to try or switch to other platform and this mandatory demo can be the hindrance to them because they know what to do and this can be bad for the company since they can possibly be avoided by traders. Making the demo an option will be more efficient.

I'm sure that people who want to try trading would make a research first before dealing with money, No one wants to lose a money right? So it is a common sense that aspiring trader would learn how to trade first and learn the fundamentals of it, It would be nice if platforms make a somekind of practice range for aspiring users.
