I think he's the future of Barcelona and even as young he is he's earned his place and would soon be part of the 1st team but i love that Xavi is protecting his youngster against injury or fatigue because if he gets feature very often he could sustain an injury that could turn into an injury prone playe, Lamine Yamal is a very good and skillful player and has lots to offer to the squad this summer.

 Realmadrid showed their class as the bigger team and Girona wasn't a match for them though they were very defensive and tried to hold Realmadrid from penetrating into their yard box but their defensive line wasn't enough to keep Realmadrid attackers away Especially Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham that were very impressive with their performance.

I believe he still got lots to offer even though he's not very younger and agile like he used to be, but he's got a lot of experience and it would be much needed by Ancelotti in some matches, but i thnk Realmadrid has already got a good replacement for him in person of Jude Bellingham and he's been very brilliant since he came to the club this Summer, so far he's been the best performing player for the team and because of Bellingham, Modric won't be missed very much if he finally leaves Realmadrid.

 I think Modric made the right call by extending his contract in his present team, his presence would be highly needed to help them challenge for the Champions League this summer, cause at some point Ancelotti would definitely need to rotate the team to avoid fatigue that could lead to injury.

They performed really good, but just the pressure was too much on them, they really needed to win the game but Tottenham was too good and they dominated the game mostly and Liverpool good booked too early and I believe that's why they lost the match, cause even with a man down they still stood their ground and managed to score a goal.

 If not for the fact that they got booked with two red cards i believe Liverpool would had scored another goal to get an equalizer, they were so unfortunate in the match and need to play cautiously in their next game so as not to get booked again, but the VAR wasn't fair with their decision making cause the offside call wasn't really the right choice and Liverpool deserved the goal, it shouldn't had been Cancelled.
 

Suffering 2 defeats from the EFL and EPL game is something that Pep Guardiola should be very worried about, it's obvious that Rodri's absence in those game was really felt because neither Nunez nor Kovačič could hold the defensive midfield properly like he does when he on the pitch andit also exposed the defense cause they couldn't also hold Wolverhampton attackers when they come up with a fast attack, City's defense was poor today and one of the defenders even scored an own goal.

  City where so dominant today but where very unlucky while wolves utilized the little chances they had properly and defended the goals but City only managed to reply with one goal, Pep needs to come up with a strategy that would make up for the absence of Rodri till he's back into the team, else he might suffer more lose.

Ancelotti would be happy to have on of his star player back into the starting 11, I guess that's why he didn't hesitate to play him I'm today's match against Girona and it worked perfectly because his presence alone in the squad is an advantage to Realmadrid and he really stressed the Girona defense with his pace and skills, Vinicius Junior has made the attacking line of Realmadrid more stronger although they'll still need a very good finisher, even though Joselu is adapting well to the team.

 Girona were no match for Madrid but they tried, it's not easy for a team with less quality players to be at the position where they're, it shows how ambitious they're and I think with the right investment of funds into the club they'll do more better under their present coach, anyways it's so good to see Jude Bellingham score again after few matches of goal drought.

So far they're the only team that's pressured Bayern Munich this season and it now looks like they know the secret of beating them but luckily for Bayern they escaped today's defeat, Bayern dominated the game most times but were so unlucky with their finishing but I love how the players of Leipzig were so composed and scored early goals that would that made Bayern got their first defeat in the Bundesliga this season.

 If only Leipzig defense were careful and not gave out a penalty, Harry Kane and Sane were the match heroes for Bayern Munich today it was their goals in the 2nd that made both teams to share the points, anyways this is a big advantage for Leverkusen to dominate the league for a while but I'm pretty sure Bayern Munich would come back top.

Fans would be very disappointed at their performance today, securing a point against Clermont foot that's got bad record in the Ligue one so  far and are even in the relegation zone, what suprised me is that after beating Marseille 4-0 last week PSG are struggling to get 3 points against Clermont foot who are a very weaker side, I expected them to be leading with 2 goals in the 1st half and even if Clermont foot were at home it shouldn't be a very difficult task to beat them.
 
 If PSG had won the game,they would had got a chance to top the league but they're currently 3rd position under Brest due to the unexpected draw even with the fact that they didn't rest any of their star player,I just hope they do better against Newcastle in the UCL.

United where very unserious in getting De Jong,they weren't even able to come up with a better negotiation with Barcelona as they were short on their  asking price, if Manchester United had submitted a suitable offer maybe Barcelona would had considered giving them their player, however the  deal took very long and didn't bring up any positive results and at a point De Jong decided to reject any negotiation with Barcelona and decided to remain at Barcelona.

 However De Jong has become a very important player for the team, he's very loyal to the club and has impressed Xavi with his good performance, hence the plans to extend his contract for a very long period in the team, and to also put off Clubs that would come for his demand during the next summer transfer.

Arsenal risked playing Saka in the game, I saw him limping at some point during the game, hope he didn't sustain an injury, because that could cause Arsenal some problems based on the fact that Saka is one of their star players and they've already lost one of their player Martinelli to injury, though Saka was very brilliant today and even scored the opener goal for his team and even Kai Havertz which most fans have backlash scored a penalty goal today.

 I really enjoyed the game, Arsenal's performance today was very outstanding and they dominated in every aspect of the game and frustrated Bournemouth alot with possession I think Bournemouth were very poor defensively and that's why they conceded 2 penalties which gave Arsenal more advantage to put more pressure on them and score up to 4 goals

Even if Girona lost the match against Madrid, they coach should be proud of themselves, and the coach needs an applaud for taking them this far with not many quality players compared to the big teams, I just hope this defeat wouldn't discourage the players and make them decline in form instead motivate them to do better in their next match, atleast this is their 1st defeat and it's against one of the league gaints which is fair enough and was expected.
 
 It you check the stats you'll see that despite the lose, Girona still really tried their performance was good and they were even more possessive in the game and had almost same amount of shots with Madrid, Madrid are back to the top of the league again with 21 points, a point ahead of  Barcelona, and their star player added a goal to continue his goal record this season.

Leipzig have been a problem for Bayern Munich this season, they beat them in the cup final and today they almost won them I'm the league game,Bayern Munich were so lucky to escape defeat, but their Star player Kane replied the goal in the 2nd half then Leroy Sane scored the equalizer later in the 70th minute, atleast they tried to achieve a point from the game instead of losing it all, so even if Leverkusen tops the gap won't be very much and in future Bayern Munich could still top if Leverkusen are careless to drop points.

 At this point I don't have any doubt that Harry Kane would win the golden boot at the Bundesliga this season cause he keeps adding to his goal record  in every match, Thomas Tuchel would be very impressed with his goal scoring record cause that's why he brought him into the team, to help Bayern from having goal drought.

The both teams performed very brilliantly I loved how Lazio stood their ground and held Acmilan to a draw in the 1st half they didn't relent, for a team playing away from home and even created good chances a well but luck wasn't on their side well Acmilan were the favorites to win the game and they showed class in the match coupled with a nice display from their defense line who pressured the opposition teams attackers to make errors.

 Milan were more dominant and deserved the victory their created chances was not very much than that of Lazio but they utilized 2 of it to put them in front in the second half and Lazio couldn't get any reply due to the good performance from their defense, Acmilan are currently the league leaders with 2 points above their rivals Inter.

Today's matchday in the EPL was just full of Suprises,  Manchester City suffered their 1st defeat of the season against a smaller side Wolverhampton, it was a very frustrating defeat because based on City's performance they deserved to win but where very unfortunate to concede and only managed to reply with a goal.

 Crystal Palace where so lucky to escape with a 0-1 win against Manchester United who won them 3-0 in the EFL cup, there early goal in the 1st half really helped them, Manchester United really tried to get a reply in the 2nd half but luck wasn't on their side coupled with the very tough defence line of Palace.

 Tottenham really impressed me today, I felt the match was going to end with a draw but Tottenham suprisenly won Liverpool, they both team played very brilliantly bit Liverpool where so unfortunate to be booked by the referee with 2 red cards which gave Tottenham more advantage to win the game.

I think the board made the right choice when they chose Postecoglou to be their manager in replace of Conte this season, what suprises me is that Tottenham performance was no where close to being better last season but within a short interval of time, Ange Postecoglou has changed the mentality of the players and transformed them into strong contenders of the league this season, Tottenham are among the teams in the EPL that are yet to concede a defeat this season and I can't wait to see their performance against another big side.

 With the way they're performing they still got good chances of winning the game, and moreover they'll be playing in their home ground which gives them more advantage, though Liverpool is not a small team and would definitely fight back  cause they too are serious this season and would be so careful to lose the match.

 Well there's been rumours concerning several players Realmadrid might likely go for next summer to lead there attacking line, and with Son's currently performance I'm not suprised his name was mentioned but I doubt if it would be possible cause Tottenham just lost and important player and won't likely lose another captain next summer, more Son Heung-min in an important player for Tottenham and I believe Ange Postecoglou gat plans for him.

Lazio no doubt had beaten Napoli, but If you observe well you see that Napoli performance this season is no where compared to that of Acmilan and even though Napoli are the tittle defenders that shouldn't justify Acmilan might lose to Lazio because Napoli lost to them, same Lazio who got beaten by Juventus, Acmilan are strong league contenders and have only been beaten by Inter which is  another top contender, and I don't think beating Lazio would be a tough one for them, because they're the most preferable and so far have better performance than Lazio.

 Milan are currently in the 2nd position and would be playing with a home advantage, winning against Lazio would put them in front as league leaders but I feel Lazio would try to make the game tough for them to win, this game is looking like a draw match but I don't think it would end up in a draw, I strongly believe Acmilan would win this game.

The EPL has become so unpredictable that when you've feel you've arrived another team would just shock you, and that's what makes the league more interesting than others, Brighton have been in good performance since the season started but ever since they lost their match in the Europa League they've began to underperform, a 3-0 defeat in the 1st half is so embarrassing and know De Zerbi won't be pleased with his teams performance, they're more possessive but are finding it difficult to create more chances and allowing the home team to utilise most of their chances created.

 They're currently in the 2nd half of the game and thanks to a goal from their recent signing from Barcelona, Ansu Fati,  atleast it would serve as  a consolation goal in a case where the match ends with this current result, one player that's caught my attention in this games is Ollie Watkins, he's been very outstanding and scored a brace to put his team in front in the early minutes of the game.

They were doing fine without him and I felt that instead of rushing to play him against Las Palmas, Ancelotti would had allow him to rest and be fully fit to play against  Girona which is a more tougher side, Vini jnr just recovered from injury so I won't be suprised if his performance was not very welcoming especially since he's not fully recovered, but Vinicius is a star player for Realmadrid and I believe he'll  be fully fit and ready to face Girona today.

 Girona's form came as a surprise this season cause I didn't expect them to be at the position they're currently, well I'll love to see how they'll do against a bigger team, if they're ready to be among the league contender this season, it would come as a suprise if they win Madrid today but I doubt because we could see them suffer their 1st  defeat against Realmadrid today.

Well in football you should expect the unexpected because anything is possible, but to be honest they're no class for Al-Nassr especially with the presence of C Ronaldo in the team, the Ronaldo effect has really helped Al-Nassr this season and though they're not currently the league leaders but they're very strong contenders of the league and o believe they'll do everything possible to win the league this season, they've already won a trophy and more are yet to come.

 Though they match Al-Nassr's  shots but they're still no match when it comes to dominance in the league and should channel that energy to teams that match their strengths and win games because if they're able to perform well against a big team then they should be able to win against small Saudi teams of their standard, Al-Nassr has won 6/6 out of 8 matches and if only they secured winnings in the remaining 2 they would had been the current league leaders.

One thing I like about Jose Mourinho is that he admits his faults when he makes one instead of blaming his players unnecessary, though the players have their own share of the blame, but coming public to admit his failure shows that he's aware of his faults but needs to work hard to improve his teams performance because the pressure would get worse and if there's no change he might end up losing his managerial role at the club, in an embarrassing manner, cause  the board would start becoming impatient with the teams poor performance.

 Jose Mourinho is a coach with a good managerial career in the past, he's kept a good record but I fail to understand why it's becoming difficult for him to perform well with AS Roma under his control, he needs to act fact because getting sacked at Roma would be very bad for his coach career.

Lens where very serious last season and even tries to finish 2nd below the league giants PSG but I fail to understand why they  are so unfortunate in this new season and started the league with a slow pace,  so far they only won twice with about 4 loses and a draw, but I'm suprised they've secured a point against Strasbourg who are 6th in the table to get their 2nd win this season, though it was a goal they scored in the match but anyways a win is a win, no matter the amount of goals.

 I pictures Strasbourg to win the game cause of their previous performance and the fact that they're playing with a home advantage but suprisenly Lens outplayed them at their home ground and were more possessive and even created more chances, they performed very well and deserved to win the game,  they'll need this energy against Arsenal in the Champions League match if they want to do well in their group.
