Small circulating supply profits a project that's why Bitcoin has only 21 million supply and the price is around $30k because of the low supply and we have other projects benefiting from the low supply and we can see their price high which is why other projects with high supply like BNB is burning their supply so they can reduced their circulating supply to attract more investors.
If a coin like Dogecoin had a small circulating supply it would had been worth more than $100 because of the hype the project has but because it doesn't have a maximum supply, it'll be very difficult for the coin to pass $1. Other project like Shiba Inu will take forever because of the trillions of supply the coin has. Large communication also is important for a project success.
We have many things that contribute to the success of a project and having limited supply is one of them then we have the community support and the marketing of the project. Many projects aren't worth what they're valued but because of their marketing they're among the top projects. So a token having just small circulating supply doesn't mean it's a good project to invest into.

If Bitcoin reaches $100k or $300lk it's means there's plenty money coming into the market and altcoins will benefits from that money too. Many altcoins will see big gains and increases passed their 2021 all time high because alot of investors will be looking for alternative investment to make to get big profits and altcoins will be their favorably options to invest.
Newly created altcoins will benefit the most that's because they'll be focused on the trending topics like Artificial intelligence. And they'll still be new to inventors and people will invest hoping to be the first users to buy the altcoins so they can profit from been first investors. Next bull run is going to be massive and only those that buy now and be patient will be profitable.
While we're investing in altcoins we have to be careful because some altcoins will fail and won't make it back to their former all time high because they'll be forgotten. Ethereum, Binance coin are some coins that'll be profitable next year because of the quality of the projects. You can buy them while you're waiting patiently for the bull market to come after the halving of Bitcoin.

@Saheedu, i want you to understand that the bitcointalk is made up people from different parts of the world and from your statement i think the ban  is only applicable to those that are residents of Australia, and the prime minister of Australia doesn't have any legal right to ban the ANN thread from the bitcointalk, maybe the forum might only adjust their policy and restrict residents of that particular country from viewing the ANN thread if need be, which I don't think is likely to happen.
 The thing is different countries review their constitutions and set ban on things they see as threat or not right for their society on the other hands the government benefits from those gambling sites  through different means so I feel they'll later come to an agreement to make amends of those odd advertisements that promotes addictive gambling and also using illegal means to promote gambling but one thing I'm sure of is that a government can try to implement laws that would restrict illegal advertisements but it would be quite difficult to stop people from gambling because it's addictive, you can only encourage them to quit but can't stop them forcefully.

$600 is too small for investing as you should increase your budget to above a $1000 then you can invest $500 each into two different coins. If you're lucky to get a 10x on each investment that means you'll be getting $10k when  you sell and that can be used to reinvest again if the bull market hasn't peaked already and you can make more money from the new coins you'll buy.
