4141  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? on: July 26, 2023, 09:33:35 AM
I heard of a story about two gamblers that got into a serious fight on the grounds that a bet they merged an amount of money equally to place  using the online account of one person among their two. Luckily for them the bet won. But something happened, when it got to the sharing formula of the total amount won the owner of the account  insisted on taking a lion's share since it was his account that was used in placing the bet. The latter refusing to accept it that way they got into a serious fight. How pathetic!

What could make you get into a fight with your fellow gambler? And would you agree at anytime to double cash with your fellow gambler to place a bet using his account, on the notion of increasing the potential win.
I never thought betting through online gambling could cause a fight until I read through the thread, mostly a fight normally occurs in traditional gambling sites where individuals borrow money to gamble and refuse to pay back when they win or lose a bet or sometimes when there's a case of theft where one individuals steals another's ticket and try to claim the money if it's a winning ticket, I've really learnt a lesson from this story and I'll never merge with a friend or use another person's online account to stake on games to avoid getting into unnecessary fight with someone.
I think greed is the major thing that caused this fight because the owner of the account is a very greedy person in wanting to take majority of the profit, if it happens that their was an agreement with prove that he'll take major of the money then he's right but whereby theirs no agreement and they both donated equal amount of money then I think the account owner is a thief, he's greedy and the money should be shared equally, there are many lessons to be learnt from this, know who you call your friends, as a gambler do not merge money with anyone to stake on games prediction should be done individually, do not make friends with greedy people.
4142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Other Things You Can Bet on Aside Sports and Casino Games on: July 26, 2023, 09:12:04 AM
We love our gambling for several reasons. Some of us do it for fun and entertainment, some do it for the money, and some do it for both the money and entertainment. Outside of sports betting and online casino games, did you know that there are other things you can bet on?

Let me interrupt your reading at this point to tell you that I will be providing a list of some other things to bet on, which I have found on the internet. I will add the sources. Please note that I am not in any way affiliated with them, neither am I promoting any website. I do not own any of them. Now we have gotten that out of the way. Let's get back to the article.

Here are some other things you can bet on, aside from sports and casino games:

1 - Alien life and UFOs : Some of the bets you can place on this could be: Which country will be attacked first or which celebrity will be abducted by an

4 - Presidential Elections:  There is already a thread here for betting on who is most likely to become America's next president. I guess other countries would have a version of

11 - The Pope: You can make your bets on who the next Pope would be and the Papal Name. There are online betting websites where you can do this.

13 - The End of the World: As crazy as it may sound, there is an online betting site for this. People predict when the world would end. Don't know if they will be around for the prize money if they eventually win.

14 - Kim Jong-Un: Just like the Pope, the type of bets people place on him are: When he will stop being in a position of power, how he will stop being in power, etc.

What others do you know of?

I want to believe that the list is inexhaustive, but I will stop here for now. I have also provided the references below if you are interested to read them exhaustively.

- https://betzillion.com/blog/weird-things-to-bet-on/
Most of the things you've mentioned are very funny and entertaining, it really shows that people could have fun while gambling and one of the best way to gamble safely is by seeing it as a form of entertainment even while you make money from it,  since gambling involves predictions the casino games and sports betting are not the only areas where people predict on, you forgot to include.
The Russian invasion it might seems crazy as well but there are individuals that's are willing to place a bet by making predictions on when the war would be over or if Russia would successfully invade Ukraine and have control of their territory again.
Amongst all the you mention the one that cracked me up is placing a bet on Kim Jong-Un concerning when he'll step down from power, that's one tough bet because if he had his way he could remain in power forever, lol and I feel placing a bet on that is same as placing a bet on when he'll die, another one that would be very difficult to predict is the end of the world because no single human knows when the world would end, there are also other areas I know individuals could bet on like betting on who would be highest bidders or highest donators at auctions and charity donations, well I think placing a bet on which country would be attacked first by UFOs would be very interesting and since USA are currently world power they're likely to be attacked first.
4143  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you cheat in gambling? on: July 26, 2023, 08:35:37 AM
Correct, it may seem impossible not only to find those bugs but to the bugs themselves to exist at all, but as you mention the more familiar a person is with a particular platform the easier it will be for them to notice a glitch they may be able to use for their own benefit.

And a great example of this are video games, in which fans of a particular game are able to break it completely just days after it has been released, as they are experts on finding bugs they can use in order to end the video game the fastest or get the highest score.

Before the casino launches their project, they will release in a UAT or the user acceptance testing that will bring into their Quality Assurance team or the QA to test any bugs before launching to the production mode. During the live of course, we cannot deny that there's an instance that will show up with some bugs that didn't find in that time, in that case they will temporarily terminate the services of the game and fix those bugs to prevent getting abused by the players.
I have no doubts that casinos take this issue very seriously, but there are an infinite combinations of hardware and they cannot test them all, so their tests will always be incomplete and there is always the possibly a bug may appear out of nowhere where they least expected it, still if a gambler were to find such a bug they must refuse to give into the temptation as it is likely they will be discovered anyway and they will not be able to make a single withdrawal.
Exactly @Silberman  that's why you'll see some sites shutdown temporarily and claim they're under maintenance, most times they've discovered bugs that seem treatful to them and have to temporarily close the app to fix them,  no business man or woman would want to lose money hence why did they start up the business if not to make money, the casino is not a charity home, so they know there would always be treat and many would want to use different means, either by hacking into the sites or whatsoever, and since the casinos are aware about this they'll always maintain there security to fix bugs or hackers from penetrating.
Now back to the gamblers,  refusing to give into temptation is something most people find difficult to do when it comes to making money quick,  that's why about 50-60% of gamblers would want to take chances no matter the risk of getting caught, most of this people are poor or middle class people that's lost most of their money to gambling and would seize an opportunity if they discover any means of cheating the gambling platform to get rich quick or gey back their funds but the best way to avoid this temptation is by quiting even if it's not permanent, if you've lost enough money in gambling atleast pause for a while, study the game and how it works restrategise and you might be lucky when you try again after a while.
4144  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 25, 2023, 06:38:00 PM
Bayern Munich have been trying to sign Harry Kane and until now they have been trying to sign Harry Kane but according to the current market value of Harry Kane, Tottenham have decided to let Harry Kane go for a much higher price. No team will buy Harry Kane at the price Tottenham have set for Harry Kane at the moment. If Tottenham wants to sell Harry Kane, his market value must be reduced because no club in Europe wants to take Harry Kane with such a high market value. A plan to not release Harry Kane could be the reason why Harry Kane is priced so high. Because Tottenham knows that if Harry Kane is released at this moment, they will never be able to take a striker like him into the team, maybe Tottenham has set his market value so high.

Wait a minute, I'm a little confused by what you're saying. which market price do you think, because if I refer to transfermarkt Kane has a price of € 90 million. plus, if we refer to Romano's report which said, Bayern President Hainer : "I think here in the Bundesliga we don't have many international stars anymore. Bayern always try to sign stars". "Harry Kane is a very interesting player, England captain & top scorer, he will help us and the Bundesliga".

It is clear, with the report submitted by Romano we can examine, that, it is very likely that Bayern will still bring Kane to Bavaria. well, as far as we know, Bayern have made two proposals. Another rumour, Bayern will make a third bid to Spurs for Kane. referring to what you say, Tottenham could have priced Kane very high. assuming, no club is willing to sign him in this window. but remember, that the Spurs will suffer losses if they do not release it.
The reason is, Kane only has 12 months before his contract expires. that means, they will release their star player on a free agent status. so, there is no choice but to let him go in this summer's transfer window. let alone the rumors, Kane did not sign the new contract offered by Levy.
News have it that manchester united coach Erik Ten Hag is still considering Kane as an option after it was said that they moved on from the bid for Harry Kane, but I don't think it would likely happen because currently they're seriously bent on trying to recruit Amrabat and Hodjlund and would not spend close to €90m for Kane  when they still have other areas to concentrate on, however Tottenham chief Daniel Levy would prefer to sell Kane to another European team than a premiere league club, Kane has already agreed a deal with Bayern Munich and the club is expected to make another bid that could trigger Levy to allow him move because they can't lose him for free next summer.

Even though Bayern Munich doesn't get their man currently a deal is likely to be sealed by both clubs at the late period of the transfer window, Levy might be acting very tough in other for Bayern to increase their asking price, but if they don't sale Kane this summer, the club could regret loosing him out for free and cashing out on Kane means they'll have enough funds to strengthen other areas of the squad depth before the transfer window closes.
4145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 25, 2023, 06:23:31 PM
Milan were on the decline in the Serie A after becoming the champions in the 2021/22 season. Of course it isn't an easy task for any team to become back-to-back champions in the league from now on. The competition level has got quite high compared to the past. You know how much Juventus were dominating the league before.

But at least Milan could have still performed better than that last season. Pioli still have 2 more years on his contract. Milan wanted to trust him for a quite long time. Milan at least managed to balance things a little more by reaching the semi finals in the Champions League and finishing the Serie A in top 4 as well.

But this time I think the board will expect to see a title competition in the league from them.
An appreciation for AC Milan who went beyond expectations in last season's Champions League, when this competition was dominated by clubs that had sufficient financial support from their owners, such as Man City, Madrid, PSG, Milan were still able to reach the semi-finals last season. Juventus dominance in the last decade came at a cost last season with point deductions, a fact why AC Milan and other Serie A Clubs have not been able to challenge them at the top of the table.

The movement of the Milan transfer market so far looks very good, Tonali, who was legoed to Newcastle. Provided funds for AC Milan to recruit new players such as Pulisic, RLC, Noah Okafor, Tijjani Reijnders, a good step to strengthen the squad for the upcoming season.
I think AC Milan is one Club to look out for in Serie A, I mean they introduced some quality players into various areas of the squad depth and that's one of the steps a club that's very ready to challenge for a trophy needs to take, tough some new signings from other clubs across Europe might find it hard to fit in maybe due to language barrier or change of environment but with time they're be ready and make a squad that won't only challenge in the Serie A but other European tournaments, they were the least expected to reach the semi finals though they lost to their rivals Intermilan, but increasing the squad depth with quality players means they stand a chance of having a better performance this season.
And with the introduction of players like Pulisic and Okafor who are great potentials would be very beneficial to the team and their experience would help AC Milan be tough title contenders of their league, well I don't think the club is done with new signings yet, because there are rumours that chukwueze from Villareal be the number seventh signing this summer and AC Milan are expecting his arrival tomorrow and he'll undergo medicals to test his fitness and complete a transfer to the club,  judging from their match against Realmadrid I think The club should look into the defence area as well.
4146  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Eredivisie 23/24 - discussion thread on: July 25, 2023, 03:41:16 PM
Ajax were known to be the dominant club in the Dutch League over the years but Feyenoord has recently shown that the Dutch League isn't a one club show and that's a good advertisement of the league to the rest of the world.
Ajax main problem is how to keep their best players at the club for a longer time because they're always priced away from them by the big European heavyweights who are more financially capacitated than Ajax. Many European clubs are currently offering great deals to sign Kudus away from the club this summer

I would agree that Ajax has always been the dominant team in the Dutch league, but in my opinion Ajax also laid the dominant foundation with its "miracle team" in 1995. With the Champions League win and the money available, the academy was created and Ajax always needed talents and then sold them for a profit.

Due to the financially stronger leagues in England, Spain and Germany, it was unfortunately almost impossible to keep a team together to win the Champions League again, but that's the way it is. I think Ajax will again play a dominant role in the Dutch league for the next 5 years.
@Koal-84 i think they'll even be dominant for more than 5 years a estimated by you and continue to produce quality players because they've got a good scouting network, and an academy that promotes young and talented prospects also a chief executive officer in person of Edwin Van Der Sar who was a former player for the club before he moved to Manchester united and returned to the club, for the past years they've been dominant in the league and challenged for the champions severally and produced a very tough squad with young and talented players that challenged in the 2018/19 champion league tournament and reached the semifinals again after 1997 when they beat Madrid.

But the best Ajax team is the 1995 squad that had 48 match unbeaten run, in both league matches and European competitions, they it would take a while to replicate such squad again that would be very competitive in the Champions League title well,  we'll know with time, but I think they'll face a competition this season with their rival like PSV and Feyenoord now very tough and competitive as them in the recent times
4147  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 25, 2023, 03:13:48 PM
I think that if it will take a very long time for saudi pro league to be one of the top league in the world. Saudi has a very big ambition in making its sport business become even bigger. Massive investment already made by saudi.
I hope that will pay off in the future. Saudi has been trying so hard to sign more and more top players in the world to increase the popularity of its league.
They might not even attain that, i know that money is quite important in the development of any league, but money isn't the only prerequisite, and for now the major reason why most players move to Saudi is because of the huge amount of money involved. Definitely the Saudi Pro League is now more popular than it was before, but that's exactly how popular the Chinese Super League was a couple of years ago, when they pumped money into the league, but it didn't quite end well for them.

I'm not saying that the Saudi Pro League is going to end up like the Chinese Super League, but it is a possibility, we'd have to wait many years to see how big the Saudi League is going to get and if their huge investment is going to pay off.
I doubt your statement because being financially able to develop their league to gain popularity is enough to gradually take them to the top, I means they're financially capable of building standard stadiums, getting quality training facilities, and employing good coaches with better strategies to help train and develop their league to challenge to the top, maybe it might not happen rapidly but in the near future I think it's  possible, because singing those quality players alone for instance Cristiano Ronaldo and other top European players is a motivation to those country side players that sees him as their role model, playing along side one of the best player of all time would be enough to boost their moral and want to train hard to be like him, it would also make them more competitive which Is one of the criteria of being classified amongst  the best leagues.
Of course the Chinese league declined after pumping money into it, but there were several factors that hindered the league from developing into a top contending league, according to research there were corruption cases and the financial issues they suffered due to the corona outbreak that made investors to look else where and i belive the Saudi league which is the most promising as of now would learn from their mistakes and not share same fate as them.
4148  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Casinos Go Bankrupt Because of Player Wins? on: July 25, 2023, 02:52:28 PM
Is it possible for a casino to go bankrupt because a player gets a very big win?

I think maybe that's hard to happen if we look at casinos that are already big and well known. But suppose there is a new casino, and there are some players who are very good at playing, so they can win continuously, can the casino go bankrupt? or do they already have an algorithm or a way so players can't keep winning?
Uhmm I think it's not possible, not even for a newly opened casino because the chances are very low and even if happens it won't take when long before they recover their lose, I mean we all know that  gambling has more loss than profit and the casino always stand a better chance of winning compared to the gamblers, you don't expect a casino site to start their business at let say about 100million in any local currency where it located and keep their maximum payout at same amount no, the maximum payout would be let's say about 20million or 50 then their would also be reserve incase they suffer multiple losses.
Anyways why I think it wouldn't take long for an online casino that go bankrupt is because most casinos have got insurance and could file for bankruptcy, however it's very rare and not common with casinos because they stand a better chance of winning compared to their customers, in gambling 100% winning is not guaranteed, no matter your strategies or how skillful you're,  majority loss mostly and win sometimes making it more profitable for the gambling sites
4149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: He Committed Suicide After Losing School fees, And That Of Friend To Betting.. on: July 25, 2023, 11:42:39 AM
It's really a shame, this is really one of those sad stories that really tell the dark side of sports betting and gambling in general, I could not help it, but had tears rolling down my cheek while reading this story..

Another future father, a future millionaire maybe, young 22 year old boy with a promising future lost to suicide after losing his school fees, and that of his friend to sport betting due to gambling addiction..

We are in the 21st century, until when before people realize that suicide does not put an end to problem, but rather create more for those living??

This is really a sad story though, ya all can read it on https://punchng.com/how-ogun-student-committed-suicide-after-losing-school-fees-to-sports-betting/?utm_source=telegram&utm_medium=social

I hope we all as gamblers learn a thing or two from this, and go back and look at our gambling life and see if there is a thing or two that needs to be adjusted..
I pray non of us, and any of our relative shall ever be a victim of such a sad story 😢😢.

It is a very sad story, I've heard of almost similar cases but this story is so touching and almost made me tear up, if only he had applied the risk management of gambling, I wonder when all this young lad would start taking precautions, because most times it's due to greed or peer pressure that's causing them to want to get rich quite and too bad they take their focus on gambling that's considered very risky, of course their is luck when it comes to gambling but it's not 100% guaranteed because luck doesn't shine on gamblers always.
As a student that's looking for a side hustle to survive in school the least you should do is use your tuition fee to gamble it's very wrong and shouldn't even be considered at all, because of the very high risk involved in it, that's why many experts advice people to invest money they could lose without remorse into gambling, do not go into gambling with an intention to get rich quick, because you could face the consequences of losing out completely which could trigger depression, heart attack or even make people commit suicide just like this young Lad, gamble with your spare cash, do not use  money meant for other bills to gamble, gamble without emotion and for fun, these are the common risk management people should take note of, anways may the soul of the young lad rest in peace and every gambler in the forum should be careful with their decisions.
4150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pros and Cons of Crypto vs. Traditional Gambling on: July 25, 2023, 11:21:52 AM
As crypto gambling’s popularity rises, traditional gambling’s popularity wanes. But before jumping into crypto gambling, it’s important to know the pros and cons of both. Below, we list three pros and three cons for traditional gambling and crypto gambling.

Traditional Gambling Pros
Familiarity
Online sports betting has been around for close to 30 years. We’re familiar with how traditional online sports betting works.

Most available sports betting options
Sportsbooks don’t allow betting on every available options. But they do allow most sports betting options.

Bets are in U.S. dollars or other fiat currency
It’s easy to bet in your nation’s currency. Traditional gambling allows us to wager in dollars if we’re a U.S. citizen or Canadian dollars if we’re Canadian.

Traditional Gambling Cons
Credit card companies may not allow you to fund your gambling account
Credit card companies are middle entities. They give you credit and then help you facilitate transactions. Because it’s the credit card company’s money, they have the right to dictate how you spend your money.

Credit card companies hate sportsbooks. Bottom line? They won’t allow you to fund your sportsbook account with their money. Also, funding with credit cards requires paying big fees, sometimes, over 10%.

The world has gone digital and the use of technology have enhanced various aspects of the human life including for those that gamble, so since cryptocurrency is the current evolution of money many gamblers would want to move the latest trend and move into crypto gambling, the online gambling with fiat currencies have also evolved and currently there are many crypto casino and betting sites, that accepts the use of cryptocurrency to stake and make predictions on games and it's been very beneficial because it's promotes fast transaction, safer and secured due to the introduction of blockchain technologies into crypto casino and so forth.
However the cryptocurrency is not generally accepted globally yet and is not even a legal tender in many countries, so since it not been adapted by many societies alot of individuals still don't know about it also there are people living in rural areas especially third class countries that are not used to modern technologies that still prefers to go to the local casino and gambling shop to stake their bet.
But however the Crypto gambling is more preferable and with time it would be wide known and adapted by everyone due to the vast spread of modern technologies and information world wide, the crypto gambling promotes saver and secured gambling system, offers use of divers Cryptocurrencies, promotes transparency, offers low service charges as well as fast banking transaction, compared to what the traditional gambling offers.

Is there an good site for Chinese.

So far

a lot of sites(gambling )  with bitcoin is not friendly to Chinese,

Because they need (google verify).and you know the google is blocked in China.

so any site is friendly to Chinese?

Thank you . Smiley
It's not a bad idea to try getting information from the forum but sometimes the best information or knowledge is gotten from research made by ourselves, according to research China is one of the countries where gambling was originated from and therefore would have their own online gambling sites, since the gambling system have gone digital and China is not left out when it comes to digitalisation.

Though your country might not be bitcoin friendly but there should be other gambling and online casino sites that could gamble with your local Fiat currency and then when you make profit from it you could use your profits from those sites to invest in Cyptocurrencies your country is in support of, also since google is blocked with China you could try making research of sites that's supports other browsers apart from Google like Metamask and so forth, or better still move to a neighbour country that favours use of Google and bitcoin in various gambling sites.
4152  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on: July 25, 2023, 10:11:25 AM
The three teams that Brazil has beaten in the first three matches of this tournament are Germany, Chile, and Panama.
Germany is in group H, Brazil is in group F, they have not yet played.
Chile is not in the competition,
Panama is the only country that they have played so far, and that is the game they won by four goals. So what are you really talking about?
I want to mention the last three matches of the Brazil women's team. That is, including one match of the Women's World Cup and the two matches played by Brazil's women's team before that, I mentioned the results of three matches in total. And the performance of the Brazil women's team in these last three matches was great. In the first match of the World Cup, the Brazilian women's team was defeated by a margin of 4-0. Considering the performance of the Brazil women's team in the last three matches, I consider Brazil as one of the favorites for this tournament.
With the performance of their last three matches and having winning Panama 4 - 0 i think the Brazilian team are fully ready for the women's FIFA World Cup they're top of the group stage and won with a very good goal margin making then have the highest number of goal in the group F currently, but I think they'll faca a very tough  competition against France who are sitting second in same group and are among the top 6 country ranking for female football, well Brazilian female on the other hands are considered the best female team in South America, having won 8 out of 9 trophies in the Copa America and have some top players to look out for, I think they'll have some good game in this present world cup tournament.
Another team to really look out for in this tournament is the defending champions USA who had a really good opener in the group stage, winning 3 - 0 against Panama, and currently leading their table in the group stage against teams like Portugal and Netherlands, a tough one indeed, but obviously they'll qualify for the next stage, I'm not very sure if they'll qualify at the top of the group but one thing I'm sure is that the team is very strong and capable of causing threats to their opponents, though winning against Netherlands especially might seem tough but I'm sure of a good performance from the North American Giants.
4153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: July 25, 2023, 09:36:39 AM
The best option for PSG would be to lower Mbappe's transfer price and sell him somewhere. The problem is that Mbappe might not agree leaving PSG for a lower salary.
Realistic option for PSG have to lower transfer price for Mbappe if won't loss him as free agent after not reach agreement extending contract, difficult for selling Mbappe to Saudi Pro League teams have give bid offer 300 million euro because Mbappe won't to play outside European teams. Problem with several european teams won't to pay more higher price than bid offer from Al Ahli and they want sign him with free transfer for next year.

Complicated with Mbappe transfer in this season, not only about highest fees transfer but also Mbappe want to earn with the same salary accept with PSG but he won't play with Saudi Pro League teams have announce will give him as most expensive salary as football around the world.
PSG still have pre season match in Japan and Mbappe removed from squad composition, if can't get done deal between PSG and Mbappe seems has bad option for Mbappe keep playing for next season.
Yes I don't think PSG would want to lose a world class player they bought for €180m on a free transfer, they would want to cash in on him even if it means lowering their demand for his price, but the idea of Mbappe moving to the Saudi Pro League might not come through, though it's actually possible considering the news I came across yesterday that Mbappe could complete a world record move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal after Paris Saint-Germain accepted a bid of £259million for the French superstar, that's the Highest any team has gone to get a player and considering the wage bill he'll benefit I feel maybe  it seems possible.

But come to think of it mbappe is very young and talented and moving out of Europe to play in the Saudi league  might not be good to his career, despite the huge wage he would and and other benefits that comes with it but he'll consider remaining in euro and continue to challenge for the Ballon D'or title as well try to have a champions league trophy to his name, more Al-Hilal is not the only Club after him, it is said that manchester City and Chelsea are also in demand of the French star player he could decide to move to Manchester City if they table a bid for him considering the fact that they're in the Champions League competition whereas Chelsea ain't in any Top European competition and he stand a good chance of winning the UEFA Champions league trophy with Manchester City who're the defending champions.

What crypto do you think will be making good profits this year and why? I am watching firo, Aptos, dot closely
.

Aptos is a very good coin to watch, it's a layer 1 coin and they do very well doing the bull market when their blockchain get used by project for development. Aptos uses move programming language which is different from what most layer 1 projects uses. I'm also monitoring the Aptos project just because it's a layer 1 project and they're always profitable during bull market.
Dot is a very underated project and hasn't received much attention but since Solana is basically dead I feel projects like sot will begin to see some big interest in them I don't have Dot coin or monitoring its progress for me to make investment but I'm waiting on coins in the sidechain of dot to invest in them. I love moonbeams and I have been monitoring it
You didn't include any memecoins on your watch list. I believe you should include memecoins because they're becoming too powerful to ignore. Memecoins like dogecoin can make you good profits in the bull market because of its popularity. They're become more powerful as more memecoins are coming out and dominating the market as most traded.
4155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP - yes or no? on: July 24, 2023, 10:32:02 PM
With all the experience I had, what I have concluded is it doesn't matter much which established altcoin you use, it's a good strategy to buy when they are on lower and you hold till you get a higher price. It's easier to get easy profit if you are early to find out any good or bad news about the coin. There's no sense for utility for altcoins at the moment. Just go for hype. None of the popular coins are at current time used for utility. Ethereum rose to high prices due to it's utility but it also is just another trusted speculative coin for traders.

Those that bought XRP when it was very low and people weren't buying it will be in profits now and that's why it's good to buy altcoins when others aren't buying but rejecting it. When the altcoins start increasing you'll benefit just like those that invest in XRP at it's previous all time low are enjoying it now. XRP has always been a good coin to invest into because of the team behind the project.
I have some XRP and I'll the buying more when the initial hype ends and the price get stable then I can start accumulating more for the bull market. Investing in XRP is better than Investing in these newly launched project that you don't know anything about them or their founders. Altcoins aren't bitcoin that we don't need to know the founders, we do need the know with altcoins.
We need to know who they're because altcoins are becoming more of scams then legit project. XRP is a centralized coin but we have many centralized coins like BNB doing so well therefore XRP can also do well when the bull markets starts. XRP is very famous and has the support of lost of the influencer in the cryptocurency community so they'll using their fame to promote XRP which is good for investors.
4156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could XRP win in SEC case be a start for next bull run? on: July 24, 2023, 10:20:17 PM
After quite a while, this can be considered as some good news, and we all observed that several altcoins moved along with XRP. So, in my opinion, the market has definitely received a favorable boost. We are all aware that XRP has not been rising for a long time, but as soon as the news came, it seemed as if a new life was infused into XRP, like a rebirth. However, the bull run has not commenced yet, and we are all positively anticipating further positive movements in the market soon.

XRP won at the right time because we're about entering the bull market and XRP can be among some of the top gainers for the bull market and since they're not having the SEC sueing them, the price of their tokens can increase with others instead of staying down as it did the last time. XRP would had been worth more that $10 if the lawsuit wasn't active against them.
XRP is an old project therefore they're not like the new projects that might scam their investors. XRP would be around for a very long time therefore if you're looking for a long term investment then you can decide to invest in XRP and hold your tokens. The market received a boost because of XRP winning their lawsuit but their victory isn't enough to turn the market from bear to bull.
XRP needs to use this positive momentum to get the price to atleast $1 so in the bull market the price will be targeting $10 and that'll make investors to get 1000% increase and make a nice profits. I don't think XRP will keep increasing while the rest if the market is experiencing a correction because of Bitcoin price falling below $30,000 but the market will get support soon.
4157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the largest meme coin ever? on: July 24, 2023, 10:06:07 PM
When it comes to enemy coins I think it’s fairly obvious that the king will always be DOGE. It was created as nonsense and found its way to being Elon Musk’s darling even after the creator came out and said it was a scam. It was so successful that other meme coins were created like shiba just to ride its coattails with similar branding. I don’t gaf about doge, but it’s a funny story.

Dogecoin will always be the king of memecoins just like Bitcoin is the King of cryptocurency and Ethereum is the king of smart contracts or you can say altcoins. The first coins in a sector are always the king of that that sector. Dogecoin will always be the best memecoin because it was created just for fun and never had intentions of profits making as most memecoins are  today.
Another memecoins I love is Shiba Inu, it was created like dogecoin and grew in the community slower unlike other memecoins that are been created with intention of making money from the market that's why they're getting launched in just few days but they're already in millions of marketcao and that's because they're been manipulated by the founders and whales.
This bull market coming will make us know the best memecoins that can pose as a threat to dogecoin dominance in the memecoins market. Memecoins like Shiba Inu and Pepe should be monitored because they're looking favorite to me to overtake dogecoin position as the highest charting memecoins and the memecoin with the highest market cap.
4158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 24, 2023, 06:21:07 PM

Real Madrid has always been a team that had a good combination of individuals that can play their roles perfectly. Just because they brought in a new player who has been showing great potential does not mean that the team will suddenly change for the better and they will win everything. But it has certainly improved the squad. Real Madrid has been playing with midfielders that are quite old. But still, they were doing very well.

It is only the last season of whether they realised they need to reinforce the midfield. So this is a very good move from Real Madrid. I believe this is certainly going to bring in positive statistics from Real Madrid. Probably it is true that Jude Bellingham will take some time to get settled. But once he does, he’s going to be very important and destructive player.

Jude Bellingham seems to have become more suited to the Real Madrid game. When following his first debut in Real Madrid against AC Milan, Jude Bellingham was able to give a good game. he is in the position of attacking midfielder in a 4-1-2-1-2 formation. Although no goals have been created from Jude Bellingham's feet, most are satisfied to see Bellingham's action for more than an hour on the field. Now the ball is in Ancelotti's hands as coach, regarding Bellingham's permanent position. Because the 20-year-old player is fluent in attack and also helps in defense. Regarding that position, Ancelotti sees Bellingham as suitable to play as number 10, aka attacking midfielder behind the attacking duo.

Right from the very first day I saw the transfer news saying that Jude Bellingham would be moving to Realmadrid, i had known that he'll be a very fantastic player for them, also adapt well to the league and make their midfielder area more stronger, and he's proved himself in the pre-season match against Ac Milan, by showing that he'll be able to control the midfield in the absence of Modric and kroos, Bellingham is a very young and talented, he's very promising as well and would help them challenge for and regain the title this season, moving to Realmadrid would be very beneficial to career as a young lad because he stand a chance of not only winning the champions league but competing for the Ballon D'or title in future.
His ability to adapt to their style  of play very fast would make it very easy to move into the starting 11 and pairing him with the ĺikes of Modric, Kroos or Camavinga would cause a treat to the opposition in midfielder area, one other area I feel Madrid needs to look into is position of the striker cause I'm not still convinced with Joselu, I don't even think he'll be a treat in that position for the opposition teams, also I feel Madrid are the top contenders for their league this season and might probably win a trophy or two.
4159  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: July 24, 2023, 05:56:41 PM

It can be said that the change of coach will determine the percentage of success for next season, in addition to the entry and exit of players. The surprises haven't ended as long as the transfer market hasn't closed, anything can still happen and not only Napoli. At least the most realistic target is to finish in the Champions League Zone next season, because it is profitable in terms of income and players will stay at the club. Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, AS Roma and Napoli are the most favorite clubs.

What's interesting to look forward to is luck on AS Roma side, Jose Mourinho hasn't won the Scudetto since coaching the Capital club, becoming a motivation for him as a strong contender for next season.
Sometimes the change in the managerial role in a club really affects the team negatively because players find it difficult to adapt and understand the tactics of the new manager, just like the situation that happened when the ownership of Chelsea was changed and the new owner had to replace their manager with a new coach with potential but it turned out very bad because his style of play and was too hard for the player to adapt to.
Napoli had a very successful season and were regarded as one of the toughest team in the world but there's going to be a big doubt over whether they would be able to replicate the success rate of last season and perform better than they did to be able to defend their trophy this season, the good thing for them is that majority of the players they had last season are still intact and their new manager Rudi Garcia have had experience in the Italian league coaching AS Roma even though he's not had a trophy in is coaching career. Napoli is going to face a very big competition from Juventus and intermilan mostly and next season would be very tough because Juve would want to get back to the top as champions of Italy.

I was in a discussion with some of my friends oveer who would be the winner of the Ballon D'or title and most of them where like Messi would win it over Halland and Mbappe, but what I don't understand is what they'll be rooting for mbappe to win the title with reasons that he had a good performance in the FIFA World Cup, scored about 8 goals including a hat trick in the world cup finals, scoring about 30 plus goals and winning the league with his team PSG, while some people said Messi is the goat and he's won the world cup, aslo scored a hat trick in the finals and won the league with PSG with a good number of goals, but what I don't understand is what most people would be writing off Halland a player that scored, 52 goals with 9 assists, has a champions league trophy, a premier league trophy, the golden Boot, European gold shoe, EPL player of the year, young player of the season award, to me he's the preferred man for the tilltle and chances of him winning are very high, if am to predict I'll, pick Halland over Messi  or Mbappe.
