how to make a deposit pascal to polo? Huh

You click on Deposit Pascal in the Sell Box and send from your wallet.

From an exchange?

Yes, you need a Poloniex account.

Use Operations in the Wallet, then New Single Operation, then put in the two numbers, Polo's account and your payload in the box.

I did this with 4 coins in two operations, waiting for them to show up.

3304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BCN] Bytecoin. Secure, private, untraceable since 2012 on: January 22, 2017, 02:32:09 AM
All these old smaller coins like DGB, BCN, DOGE, and others, what really makes the difference long term is the Dev team.  If a major website looks broken and unchanged after six months, anyone in business knows that's a bad sign.  Comes down to hiring a college kid as an intern (probably don't even need to pay as foreign students usually are not allowed to work here for money).
3305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If LTC is faster than BTC, Why Don't We Use It? on: January 20, 2017, 12:03:45 AM
Not being used now so what i guess it can be used in tbe future. I suppose the problem is many people have btc or they have more info about it plus it has trust. I suppose there are many better crypto which are better than bitcoin but the biggest problem is of course trust and understandable. And now after that onecoin scam i guess it can affect a lot.

I wonder if Trump decided to throw a couple of hundred million in LTC could he now create a larger position than China and endorse its use?

3306  Other / Off-topic / Looking for a Mac Beta Tester for Popular Brainstorming Program on: January 18, 2017, 05:38:12 PM
I am looking for a Mac Beta Tester for ParaMind Brainstorming Software, a 25 year old company that makes a brainstorming program based on serious theory.  It's been mentioned in a few books, and has an intelligent customer base.  (www.paramind.net).

I've done beta testing before and I know some people are not very serious and professional so need to screen those people out somehow.  I am easy to work with but this isn't a free software giveaway.

Please PM me for more details.

A current user who is a repeat customer since the 1990s gave me a error message and send me the screen shot.  The Mac version is a Java console application.

Saying someone is a Christian or any performance based activity (like a "man" or a carpenter) is based on their own abilities and drive.

I have been using the wallet in Windows fine over the last five or so days.
3309  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate muslems? on: January 17, 2017, 07:53:10 PM
The problem is not muslims the problem is religion, id eradicate both christians and muslims, but the muslims are the only ones that look like a danger because their extremism.

Edit: By christian/muslim i mean the religion itself not the people.

This is a fascist response.  You have no right to control other people.

https://digibytegroup.com/project/challenge-contest-february-2016/

Why is the link for the current contest saying Feb 2016?

What is the story on that site, it comes with a chrome warning saying it's unsafe.

The site was created and maintained by Eric, he is on some kind of unpaid extended sabbatical. tbh, I know not if he intends to return. Anyway he has not maintained the certificate on the site but it should be completely safe. Should you find anything that isn't, please report it and I will attempt to contact him and have it removed. Otherwise it stays as it is until Eric decides otherwise.

Well, that's a year since it's for February...any chance of getting the password out of his hands into someone else's?

Hello and congratulations on the three year mark.
Is this team still running the Digibyte Gaming site?
My payouts and my friends are getting rejected, regardless of game.

We have just pushed an update to the DigiByte Gaming Wallet to fix the transaction proposal issue people were having:

1) Make sure to back up your wallets seed phrase (Settings Icon -> Backup)

2) Go to Chrome store, update wallet & make sure you are on version 1.8.9 https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/digibyte-gaming-wallet/lpmijfncbdjhcbockhipcncnhfgghkoj

Lets us know if you have any more issues.  Thanks for supporting DigiByte Gaming!

Worked once last night (16th).
Now on the 17th it is being rejected.

I cycled the web wallet address, no change. I downloaded the newest Chrome wallet and tied my wallet address to the DGB website. Still getting rejected payouts.
Now what?

I'm also curious how this all flows as well. The site reads from the public profiles (CSGO-LOL-WOW). Then moves funds from a collective wallet into the web wallet first or the externally recorded wallet? I'm curious about the hops that might be slowing down the process.

Also, is the rejected payouts still being held somewhere or is all gone once rejected?

The digibyte wallets weren't intended to be used , why the fuck are people using this coin outside of Poloniex and bittrex? The wallets are not maintained because it's a pump and dump coin. We need to look at what they releasing next and let Jared market the new feature. $250 thousand isn't enough to maintain wallets and marketing.

As long as a coin stays alive, there is always the chance for it being used more.

As long as a coin can be mined somewhat profitably and converted to BTC, it has a reason to exist.

Each altcoin has a family of people who created it and maintain it and hence are the greatest benefactors of it's existence.  Granted
some might be scammier than others.

3313  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: BFGMiner 5.4.2: GBT+Stratum, RPC, Mac/Linux/Win64, Antminer S1-S5, solo stratum on: January 16, 2017, 11:51:11 PM
I know that sometimes miners get false positives and you can't trust Google to be on top of things logically, but why is bfgminer.org getting warnings and why isn't it cleared up if it's a false positive?

I am here:

I'm just starting in mining and trying to bring it to positive cashflow before I invest in bigger miners.  Been mining this at cryptopools with an old Antminer S1 that I was using at Kano.is and MMpool.org to bring in some additional hasing but it's good to mine DBG because it helps diversification and can be used for trading other coins.  It's not a bad return in colder months.
3315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If LTC is faster than BTC, Why Don't We Use It? on: January 16, 2017, 02:18:07 PM
My original 5 hour or more delay was caused by not paying attention and depositing from Coinbase to Poloniex to USDT.  They were nice enough to credit me.
3316  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If LTC is faster than BTC, Why Don't We Use It? on: January 15, 2017, 09:11:40 PM
Please look at the service section of this forum. Have ever seen a topic or a service which gives you LCT? Have you ever seen for example a faucet or a game or gambling service with LCT. We use BTC because it is more common and well known in the market.

I have seen many LTC faucets.  I have a LTC logo on my software and publishing company websites.
3317  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / If LTC is faster than BTC, Why Don't We Use It? on: January 15, 2017, 03:35:21 AM
Transfered some BTC from Coinbase and it's taking about five hours to show up.  Would LTC
be a faster transfer?  I use a LTC wallet on my hard drive.

If LTC is faster than BTC, why don't we use it more?
3318  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]CureCoin - Protein Folding Research based Proof of Work on: January 14, 2017, 09:20:36 PM
Oh my...

What a shame. This coin was pegged from start  Undecided

Also,

I come to the understanding that CURECOIN/FLDC hashrate were handled for free to private/gouv institution.  All research done is kept private, unlikely to ever reach the light of day, even if it's "ground breaking". If research is published they are published in medical and scientific journals that require expensive subscriptions and massive pre-requisite requirements designed to be a barrier of entry and allow only a select few to read...

This coin have no soul. The coin is just an incentive to f@h, created from thin air and with no major fiat/btc support behind. Biopharma/University research don't need the CURECOIN nor FoldingCoin. It's a major Issue and until the team realize this major economic flaw, CureCoin and FLDC is simply a doomed coin mined from generosity/benevolent. Miners have a 100% incentive to dump it at an exchange ASAP before it reach 1 santoshi ; What other purpose does it serve!?!?!

It's a great idea and the purpose is obvious.  The network of users who would fold the coin would be bigger because of no physical limitations on the computers.  A network of thousands of good computers is better than what a university can afford to do by itself.   You can expand the types of searches you are doing the more computing power you have.  That can save lives.  Lives are being saved by medicine (*although a healthy preventative lifestyle using herbs, exercise, good diet is a better focus for most in the here and now*).

One thing you said made sense, nothing should be given away for free by the miners.   Universities and drug companies charge way too much.

3319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does a President Trump mean for Bitcoin? on: January 14, 2017, 05:15:29 PM
I think all the wealthy business people know about Bitcoin.  I don't demonize them as antagonists to it.  It's a new industry and converts to fiat, probably always will go hand in hand with fiat.  A lot of big players would be against those who tried to do away with blockchain technology.   Everything "converts to fiat" -- a farmer's crops, an artist's painting, a plumber's service and so on.

Anyone have a good working link for a compiled binary for cgminer ubuntu 386/32 build or one that will work on that?
I did get one from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/vivid/i386/cgminer but my system didn't have permission to install it.
