Gibt es hier jemanden unter euch, der sich Bitcoins mit Bargeld gekauft hat und diese nach Einhaltung der einjährigen Haltefrist nun gerne auf sein Bankkonto auszahlen lassen würde, oder genau dieses Szenario schon durchlaufen hat?

Würde mich mal der Fragen anschließen wollen. Ich habe auch vor einigen Jahren Altcoins bar gekauft, die ich bis heute rumliegen habe und es würde mich auch interessieren wie diese zu behandeln wären, wenn ich sie mal verkaufen sollte. Ich vermute allerdings, dass das ohne genauere Prüfung so durchgehen sollte (bzw. du diese dann gar nicht in der Steuererklärung angeben musst), sofern in der Blockchain ersichtlich ist wann der Eingang und Ausgang der BTC war, sodass die 1-Jahresfirst sicher eingehalten ist. Ich kann mir auch nicht vorstellen, dass das FA sich dann groß dafür interessieren sollte, sofern die BTC damals nicht mit einer größeren Summe Bargeld gekauft wurden. |

Haha, hatte das noch nie realisiert dass es so viele Leute bei youtube gibt die einfach nur rumlabern und anscheinend damit ihr Geld verdienen. Wieso haben die tausenden Abonennten? Wer schaut sich denn sowas regelmaessig (freiwillig) an? Frei nach dem Motto "Ein 20-jaehriger erklaert mir die Welt und verspekuliert Mamis und Papis Geld" oder wie  und dann immer dieses Pseudo (d)englisch, ist ja nicht zum aushalten. Bin wohl zu alt fuer sowas Trotzdem danke fuer die Links, sehr erheiternd Stimme dir da zu. Ich verfolge nur einen Kanal auf Youtube zum Thema Bitcoin und der ist fundiert. Es werden dann drum herum immer weitere Videos zu dem Thema angezeigt und so bin ich dann auf die beiden gekommen. Hab mich dann näher umgeschaut und erstmals bemerkt, was für Kanäle an "Krypto-Investoren" in den letzten 12 Monaten so aufgepoppt sind und welchen Unsinn da von "Experten", die teils noch aus dem Kinderzimmer streamen und die keine Ahnung von Tuten und Blasen zu dem Thema haben, erzählt wird. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass all diese Hype-Hopper bald raus sind und dass wir wieder eine normale vernüftige Entwicklung haben, die sich an den Tatsachen und nicht an Hypes orientiert. |

Is there a reason why on Cryptopia and other exchanges deposits and withdrawals are not possible because of a Maintainance (on request of the devs)? Waiting since Sunday to be able to use these features but I can't find any information if there are problems in the network. Does anyone have more information?
They are probably upgrading the wallet to prepare for the upcoming planned hardfork. Is there any information until when the upgrade will be conducted? I still can't deposit or withdraw on both exchanges I am signed up that list Komodo. I couldn't find any official info from Komodo with dates regarding completion of the upgrade :/ |

Almost all ICOs will fail. Most of them do not have a sustainable business model. Of 100 ICOs, maybe one will be left over in a few years. ICOs were profitable in the early days of 2014/2015/2016 and partly in 2017 because of the boom. The real gems like Ethereum, NEM, IOTA and others will not exist. Good and promising projects today prefer to get the money from big investors and offer little opportunities to small investors. So you better leave it and look at the current low prices for promising projects that already exist.

There are a few unresolved 'issues' in regards to existing QORA coins, and what to do there... as there have been many coins lost, locked in exchanges, stolen, etc... over the turbulent life of QORA. So we have a few remaining 'hurdles' to jump in that regard, and will need to finalize a solid idea for the future there.
It would be nice if you would disclose the possible options that are being discussed, then the community could join the discussion. My idea of how an option could look like. There are twice as many tokens for Q2 as for Q1. One half is reserved for the previous token holders of Q1 (swap) and the other half can be sold by the ICO. The swap could be 6 or 12 months, for example. All unclaimed tokens will then be handed over to the development/marketing/project fund. |

What exactly do you mean by better? Each of the two projects has its strengths so you should specify what you mean exactly. Both projects also have a different architecture and Komodo can be regarded as a privacy coin, whereas Qtum is not. |

I want to install WavesLiteClient on my Linux system. All I found on the website is a debian installation file (.deb). I do not use a debian-based system so it does not fit for my system. Can I find an alternative Linux file somewhere? A jar file for example? All I found was waves-lite-client-mainnet-v0.5.18.zip (unpacked includes a jar file) on https://github.com/wavesplatform/WavesGUI/releases, but for one thing it does not seem to be a lite wallet and the other thing the latest version is more than half a year old. i have installed waves-client without any problem on my ubuntu 16.04 from the official site wavesplatform.com/product it runs without any browser. i think that the waves-lite-app is out of date. Well, I think you have used the deb file which easily let you install Waves client on your Ubuntu system because Ubuntu is debain based. However - as I wrote - I do not use a debian based system. For that reason, deb file is not an option for me and therefore I need another option to install it on the Linux system. That's why I was asking. If I would use Ubuntu or an other debian based system then the question would be superfluous. |

Well, I understand what your intention is. Holders who already own Semux and haven't sold it should be rewarded. I basically support that, but the problem is that the project should win new users and that doesn't happen by rewarding already "wealthy" users in addition even if there is a danger that new users will dump the coins immediately. This is a basic problem of the cryptoscene but you should still try to distribute the outstanding coins to as many new users as possible. |

Even if I would wish for that, I always see a conflict of interest in such statements. Sonny Singh has an interest in the Bitcoin price having a positive outlook in this current downtrend for business policy reasons, so I would rather rely on external independent analysts. Nevertheless, I also believe that an ETF will have a positive impact if it is an ETF that physically holds Bitcoins and does not artificially map them.

I can't participate, but I'd be interested to know if Byteball has any plans or plans to cooperate with larger companies, which I think would be the next step towards greater adaptation. The software and the features are - unlike many other distributed ledger projects - ready for further adaptation in my opinion. |
