Hello My Dear Friends,

I'm new at crypto industry . I wanna take this as my career . Now I'm confused about what should I start with?

Here a few skills of mine:
1. Making Banner's
2. Expert at Microsoft Office Word & Excel and Google Spread Sheets / Creating form.
3. Pro at  HTML and CSS .
4. Few Knowledge about marketing .

What kind of work I can find here ? And where will I get it ?
I would be very happy and thankful to you  if you help me  Smiley

I am not sure whether those skills of yours could be of any benefit to the community. There is a lot of demand in this industry for those who are good at digital marketing. I think you need to work on that first but in the meantime, you can create a thread on the service board and advertise these skills. It will be also great if you can show some of your work as an example in that thread. As you have mentioned you are a pro in HTML and CSS, you can share some links of your work to give a boost to your advertisement.

One should criticize Shastri all day long but no one should deny the fact that under his tenure India occupied the of number 1 spot in test ranking for 3-4 years, this includes retaining Test mace back to back years. How many other coaches in recent time brag this sort of achievement, ZERO.

I also never liked Shastri as a coach because of his cheer leading behavior and fucked up selection in South Africa and England (2018-19). Indian team was supposed to win both series but he and Kohli messed up the team combination royally.

In limited overs it was collective failure (Selectors +Captain+Coach) but only in ICC tournaments.

Shastri days are numbered and its time for Rahul to take on the seat. Its BCCI who must look over the affairs of the team and must not give extreme powers to Captain not to Coach. Why BCCI and other authorities were silent when Kohli and Shastri were crossing there limits? Its natural when you leave a seat, criticism follows you.

What happened has been forgotten by BCCI because there were members who always supported these two. Now, things have changed Kohli is out of captainship and Shastri is out of coaching. There is nothing good these two did for the team and the country that is why criticism is coming out for both of them. Such criticism were not shown for previous captains and coach of the Indian team.

Actually BSC is just a copy of Ethereum and nothing more. The only benefit of using BSC is cost effectiveness and faster transaction. The failure of Ethereum to deliver those both has made BSC more popular and attractive among in estora and project owners. Most project which started on Ethereum have now slowly shifted to BSC. The only point that makes BSC risky is that it is centralized while Ethereum is not.
3364  Local / India / Re: indian users will be required to keep their coins in exchange. on: December 11, 2021, 11:44:21 PM
I don't understand , first they almost banned trading / exchanges in India then they allowed exchanges without any framework. Horde of people have already invested through those exchanges.

From news so far, it looks, they want to regulate it like Fiat currency ie. you can't do anything with crypto without informing Govt. else face prison term. So wan't to BAN crypto but don't want to BAN (atleast it should appears to not banned) .

Quote from: News
The Indian government has reportedly proposed banning the use of cryptocurrency for payments and setting a deadline for investors to declare their crypto holdings. Mining is also going to be illegal.

What, so now India is becoming China on this as its impossible for India to be China in other fields (like development and power). Next thing will be banning internet as then only it is possible to ban crypto in Real.

Wait for the bill to be presented in the parliament. These are all speculation created by the media house to increase their revenue. None of them knows what will happend as they are getting these information from their so called sources. When the bill is presented we will know the actual information.
3365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 11, 2021, 11:41:03 PM
The Australian board failed to check and verify these details and they had the worst experience in terms of umpiring decisions because they failed to identify no balls and the technology available for the match. With the advent of technology the on field umpires are becoming lazy as they failed to look for front foot no balls and they did not inform about the lack of technology to anyone as the on field umpires were relying on the third umpire to inform them.
Australians have history of many big failures and cricketing hypocrisies, but they never accept this and ICC never have any action against them because they are founding members of cricket and have role of superpower in cricket which is worst for this game.

In this match failure of technology or human error both things apply but still no noise or any apology from them if this happened in any other country specially in Asia then there could be too many noises and have some serious punishment about this all because here few countries are having nothing strong relationship with ICC or Australia. Still, it's a good win for them and two collapses are alarming for the English batting line-up which is already on ventilator.
That does not matter anymore now, they have won the match and won it in a commendable manner. Winning by 9 wickets is a big win. 4 more matches are left and England can still come back if they start working on their batting. For the second innings only two playes were able to bat and the rest of the team were struggling. Overall they have the potential and they can surely comeback.

How good will Play2earn games be that someone can rely on them for daily weekly or monthly income? Axie infinity was a blast but now it's no more a easier option for people that are struggling because the requirements to play the game is highly costly, are there free to play crypto games available?
There are several other play to earn games around aside axie infinity,  though axie is among those that opened the door to this new tech, alot of other play to earn games have been launched, though not all is great but quite a few of them I know are very good.
One of the ones I think very good of is Deathroad, it's a car race play to earn game built on BSC, you can know more about this project by visiting their page on coinmarketcap where you get all information patterning to the project.
Yes, there are many new project coming up in this space but the most hyped one is Axie as people have left their day job because of the amount they are earning and are now  playing this game full time. I have not tried it but going through the comments I realized a lot of them have invested and are also making decent amount every moth as a side hustle. If anyone can tell me what is the minimum amount you need to invest before entering this game.
3367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Kindly suggest metaverse tokens which could lead the future on: December 11, 2021, 11:15:18 PM
I haven't invested my money yet into these tokens as I am still in the research mode. If I do invest the I would certainly buy a few of SAND. It has good potential and recently pumped from $1 to $7 and now being traded at $5. It will surely go beyond $10 by next year. I think this is a unique and good project and has a lot of potential because of the Metaverse hype.
3368  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 10, 2021, 11:59:48 PM

This is beauty of test cricket, first 2 days Australia was in command and suddenly third day we have England is some better position and if Root and Malan stay some more time than surely we are going to have very entertaining end of this first of The Ashes test. Right now partnership is already 159, and now they need some more time on crease for having good hand in this match which was slipping very badly after two days play.

Currently, England trailing by 58 runs with 8 wickets in hand and two set batsmen on crease mean very good fight back from them, and it's very good for rest of this series.
Nathan Lyon's wait for his 400th wicket is getting late now it's more than 11 months, he stuck on 399 and becoming fourth player in Australian test history with 400+ wickets.

Full credit goes to Root and Malan for lifting England up in the second innings but damage done by Australian bowlers in the first innings is huge. Though England looks good but I think they are still not in full command. Favorite for this game is still Australia unless England set target of 400 which right now looks not possible.

Good comeback by the English team, they only trail by 49 runs. Root is still going strong and in this manner, he should reach his hundred. Malan is out for 89 and I was thinking that these two guys will continue and put on some runs lead. In my opinion, Root needs to stay on the wicket till England has a good lead.
3369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 10, 2021, 11:54:04 PM

This was in plan, but they were waiting for something, so it's happen in this T20 WC, and they have done these changes which are very good because now Kohli can play without any pressure and his performance can help Indian cricket team for having some better results. Rohit is also having some good experience in these both short formats, so hopefully now he will also be having good time as captain in coming T20 and ODI world cup.

With all new management and having coach like Dravid it is very good new era for Indian cricket which is going to start at very bad time when we have new wave of corona in South Africa, and they are travelling lest see what's happened for them here.

So it means now Rohit will play under the pressure of Captaincy? Any info about Ravi Shastri, is he completely fired from BCCI or still has some portfolio there? Man he is too good in commentary. I love to see him back on the commentary box. He and Late Tony Craig are my all time favorite. Cant wait to listen his commentary.

Ravi Shastri is out completely, for now, he will now again come back to the commentary panel I guess. Rahul Dravid has taken over his job and I feel the team will perform much better than it was previously. Rohit was the better option than the others in that contention. Now, we need to watch Kohli whether he can start performing as he was before becoming a captain.
3370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 09, 2021, 11:44:47 PM
~
Yeah, this info came out later and i was watching live. Guess Channel 7 broke the 14 no ball news to everyone. For some weird reasons no broadcaster bothered to share single no ball footage on live feed except the 2, which got caught by naked eyes.
May be the third umpire was sleeping or he was not having the footage to call the no ball, the third umpire is responsible for these front foot no ball i believe.

Australia is in a good position and David Warner once again missed his century but he played well but Travis Head surprised me as he was playing as it is an T20 or ODI striking at over 120 and he is still in the crease and by morning they will be having a 200 runs lead and it is going to be a difficult match for England to recover in this match.

Just checked the highlights of this test match. Australia is in a good position at the moment. They have a lead of 197 runs and they will try to take it to 300 if possible as not too many wickets left now. Still better than the English team, what pathetic batting from them they could not even score 150.
3371  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it a crime? on: December 09, 2021, 11:30:43 PM
I do not think it is a crime as per my understanding anything that is copied blatantly is considered plagiarized. In your case, you are trying to get your English corrected by someone which is not a crime. But, if you copy and then use translate then it is considered plagiarized content and if caught you then get banned from the forum.
3372  Local / India / Re: Crypto related questions are going to be asked in Winter session of Parliament on: December 09, 2021, 01:00:26 AM
Does anyone here have any idea when will the crypto bill will be placed in this session of Parliament? I was assuming that it will be on the 29th of November but it seems they are busy with other issues. Will the government suddenly place the bill and try to get it to approve swiftly without any discussion? I past they have did the same for some bills.

The crypto bill is the 11th bill in their agenda. So I think early next week this bill will be discussed. I have the link of the agenda,

http://loksabhadocs.nic.in/bull2mk/2021/23.11.21.pdf

This link will download the PDF file from where you can check the details. But unfortunately, no schedule has been given. So it's not clear when it will be discussed.

Hope this helps!

When this is going to happen? Any dates available?

Hey! @avikz has written earlier that it is the 11th bill on the agenda. No, specific dates have been mentioned yet. But, looking at the current scenario and what happened yesterday this bill might get delayed. If it does then we will still have time till the next session of parliament starts. I hope it does get presented this time only as we will be clear with what needs to be done by us.
3373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 08, 2021, 11:31:33 PM
I really think that the cricket board selectors should do a better job and I say that to almost all the cricket boards and especially those who are not doing their job right. And this hurts me to say but the West Indies team could have been a lot better if they did not face certain problems from their own cricket board. We can see this problem happening in also cricket boards like Zimbabwe and South Africa and also in recent times with the Bangladesh cricket board.
West Indian biggest issue is they are grouped of seven independent countries and all countries are having their own quota which is concern and sadly no one country able to have separate cricket board and his own team, so this is main dead point for them, and they are losing some very good and talented players and now sinking down day by day from all three formats surely in near future they will be able to have just good matches against teams like Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Ireland because Afghanistan is also going to be very good team in next few years, and they will be not able to compete with them.

And Issues in Zimbabwe and South Africa are completely different from here because here mostly white guys are better in quality and blacks still struggling to adopt this all with some good love for soccer and rugby.

I really don't know about White guys being better in cricket and black guys being better in football and rugby. Certainly not when I see Makhaya Ntini and Ronwen Williams. So I think that the black guy white guy thing is not totally right. But they do have some problems surrounding this issue. And West Indies also might not seem to be in these problems but I don't think they are completely out of it altogether.

We are near the end of 2021 and still some people are discriminating between white and black players  Huh
The color, region and religion does not matter and the only thing which matter is the performance of the players. Although i do think that black players do not have much facilities like the white people to excel in cricket and other sports.

I do not think facilities should be the reason for this divide. It basically is an infrastructure issue that the SA cricket board should work out. In many south Asian countries, players still do not get the required facilities but they still make a difference. Again this is a problem with the board and its corruption. The board should ensure every race should be given the right infrastructure for training.
3374  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 08, 2021, 11:26:10 PM
It is team Bangladesh. After losing all their wickets for just 87 runs in the first innings, they started batting in the second innings today. They lost 4 wickets in just 25 runs. With such a weak team and weak batting lineup, it would have been better not to play a Test series against a strong team like Pakistan. Bangladesh should have played T20 and ODI series against Pakisthan. Then they could fight a little.

If the team can't win or perform well in the test matches, don't expect any better performance from them in T20's and ODI's. After bangladesh scored 86 runs only in the first innings and were followed on, there was no way they could save the match. They showed a poor performance in the WC previously and now the recent series was a complete disaster for them.
I don't know how can Bangladesh be so inconsistent in their performance and that also at the very same venues, at once they will beat the world t20 champions in a t20 series by 3-2 and immediately after that they will get defeated from Scotland and struggle to even play respectable cricket in front of other teams. If they want to become a good team on the international stage, they have to become consistent for the least, you obviously cannot be so inconsistent in your performances in same format and expect the world to think of you as a great team, currently Bangladesh gets to play against top cricketing nations only because of their viewership otherwise their performance isn't worth that lately.

Although Pakistan won the series but I do wish Bangladesh should have performed better. The only way teams could do better and learn from their mistakes is when they have been given the equal opportunity by the ICC to play a series against different teams. After this series, when is the next series plan for Bangladesh?

Shakib Al Hasan is my favorite batsman in the team and he performed well. Bangladesh need more of domestic cricket and more international matches and they would become much better team.

Bangladesh performance in this test match was the worst one. Getting beaten by an innings and eight runs at home ground suggest there is a big problem with this team. Sajid Khan bowled impressively for Pakistan, he took eight wickets in the first innings and then 4 wickets in the second innings. This might be his best bowling figure in an international match. 2-0 wipeout in their home ground suggests the Bangladesh board needs to make many things correct with this team.
3375  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can we talk about airdrops? on: December 08, 2021, 06:53:01 AM
I would never say airdrops are bad. There have been a few that I personally participated and have earned a good amount too. But, most of them were back in 2018-19. Nowadays most airdrop are just scams or are shit tokens. It does not mean that good ones do not exist. They do exist but they are not free. You need to do more than just join telegram and follow social medias of the project. You have to perform actions like bringing in new users through the referral system or invest a little in that project and earn free rewards. Always remember before joining any such airdrops you need to do your own research about the project.
3376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: December 07, 2021, 11:23:38 PM
it should not be happening at least in a developed country like South Africa. It has been a problem for a lot of countries about the Caste system. But I also think that sometimes people take it too far. They think that they are being neglected because they are black but they are not actually being neglected. But that is not mostly the case. I think the selectors are there to judge who plays cricket better, not which color of player plays better.
South Africa is not a developed country they have some serious issues, and recently we watch on media how things are going the worst due to corruption and bad management.

Currently South African biggest issue is corruption after death of Nelson Mandela ANC is completely failure in many cases, so they are also failed to bringing some better way into this cricket if they started some better way from start and bring kids from high schools then surely they don't need this quota or anything related to this for encouraging black players but sadly their leadership have no plane for this and doing quota which never help anyone in all cases now it is badly killing game and having serious issues.

I beg to differ SA is in a far better position than most South Asian countries. As per my understanding, there are two major problems in SA. The first is corruption and the second one big economic inequality. SA cricket board is the most corrupted board in the world and this has caused the decline in SA cricket.
3377  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 07, 2021, 11:09:35 PM

So I think that the black guy white guy thing is not totally right. But they do have some problems surrounding this issue. And West Indies also might not seem to be in these problems but I don't think they are completely out of it altogether.
If blacks are inferior in cricket, then how come the West Indies team dominated test cricket scene for many decades? The issue in South Africa and Zimbabwe is different. Cricket is being seen as a relic of colonial hangover, and blacks are not interested in this sport as much as the whites. This is the real reason why the cricket board came up with the quotas. Have you ever thought why they don't need quota for the South African football team? West Indies is entirely another issue. It is a mix of regionalism and racism which is ruining the game there.

It is absolute rubbish that black people cannot play cricket. Well, we did not say this when Brian Lara was in the pitch. I think that it is OK for people to love certain sports more than another and there is no need to force someone to like something. And it is not absolutely necessary that you have to play a black person in your team or else the team would not be great. I think anyone who says this is capping. And if it's not a cap then and they must have lost their mind.

From where did you come our with the synopsis that only Whites can play cricket? There are legends in cricket who are black and if that was the case then these legends would not have existed. Anyone who has skills can be trained from an early age can play any kind of sports. There are so many examples out there you need to just see them.
3378  Local / India / Re: indian users will be required to keep their coins in exchange. on: December 07, 2021, 12:18:20 AM
they won't find out as long as you transfer bitcoin from one wallet to another.

but as soon as you do p2p trade and a bank account gets involved, it leaves the door open.

if the trader you're dealing with gets caught, they will trace all the transactions sent/received from their account.

so, like i said, if this rule becomes law, holding/buying/selling bitcoin will only be done through sebi recognized exchanges.

u can keep trading p2p but u risk getting caught sooner or later.

P2P trading doesn't only involve bank accounts but there is also hard cash involved. A P2P trader can opt for a bitcoin for cash deal and nobody will ever find out about it.
Also, P2P trading is not well established yet. If it becomes full fledged then I think there will be people who will operate a network of P2P traders.
So if there are so many people actively doing P2P trading then it will become difficult for banks to find out who is behind bitcoin transactions.

Eventually, this P2P dealing will become similar to Hawala or Hundi transactions and I am sure the government of India will not try to encourage such things. I am sure the government are aware of such loopholes and will try to safeguard itself from such activities as it can become a huge tax loss for the government.
3379  Local / India / Re: indian users will be required to keep their coins in exchange. on: December 06, 2021, 01:24:22 AM
Just chill guys. I would say we should all take this very lightly because government decisions take long time to be finalized.
There will come many rumors like the one mentioned in OP and will create a buzz in the community.
If anything then we should just patiently wait for the "official" announcement from the government and wait for their instructions to be followed.
I personally don't think that the government will ban cryptocurrencies or hard wallets because it just doesn't make any sense in doing so.
The government is better off at regulating cryptocurrencies and allowing it to be used as tradable asset and get tax from the capital gains on trading.
Absolutely correct. If a bill is passed from both the houses does not mean that it will become a law straight away. It takes time to become a law. Also, the government would give time to the community to make things alright. I also feel that this ban on private wallet won't happen but if it does then we do have the option to challenge it.

That's not the point, this is about the new variant which is creating havoc in South Africa. The only thing we know it is very easily transferrable than the previous variant. We also do not know how effective are vaccines with this variant. If these things are considered then I also feel this series might get cancelled.

My friend when ipl was taking place in India almost 50k people were dying each day still nobody was bothered about that and you are supporting that point. It was postponed when voices from inside India rose up. That variant was also very deadly but everyone cares about money more then covid.

IPL is a revenue generating event and because it was successful last time in Dubai, BCCI was adamant in its completion. Please do not compare IPL with a bilateral series. Also the same voices can again start asking BCCI to cancel this tournament. You cannot compare a higher revenue generating event with a bilateral series.
