I have been tailing the top 20 for so long on the rich list.
It is hard to know when the market is up or down. I thought it was down @ .012 and bought like 6 btc worth then. Lol. It was a solid purchase.
Value is a funny thing like that.
It's good to be high on the rich list. Gives you goals to shoot for in your accumulation!

Topia has a wide spread, so tough to trade, but great to scoop bits of cheap uno in btc best to move "the market" to Bittrex
drain Cryptsy is a top priority .... why ... 200:1 tax best now at under $2 than when uno is at $25
Going to 83 on the cryptoID Unobtanium Blockchain Exlpoder Rich List, bitches ~ ! uMcNfnrRFXWLdgr4wLkeCd4SBNf91XrMvb I'm going to scale that wall... you just try to get out ahead of me. @sirsmokes As always, good points. I did not realise that it was a voting scheme, which could be manipulated / require significant effort. I simply thought we paid a token to get listed. Thought, another exchange? Why not? I, too, am very pleased with the MM. I think that not only does it help protect from the 51% attack, but that it adds sophistication and credibility to $UNO with such a high hash rate. Some people always ask why has $UNO not taken off yet. I always remind them that it is not a PND scheme, but a paced endeavour - like running a marathon. There are forces in the world right now such as NIRP and outright calls for bans on cash that will cause the broader market to seek out alternatives to the fiat world. It's obvious that the NIRP is designed to steal more wealth from the people and outlawing cash will not allow individuals to be outside the system... Presented without comment is an interesting article about those matters: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-09-25/goodbye-100-bill-ex-central-banker-demands-all-high-denomination-banknotes-should-be

I would like to be on more of the "high-powered" exchanges as well. However, I believe that more exposure is better. This seems like a cheap price.
I'm starting a pledge list of donors for this 30 $UNO project:

Assuming we move forward, Nat, since you've already been in contact with this group, will you head up getting them paid so that we get listed?

Looks like someone drained a little more from the mega wallet. It changed addresses again!

This market is in danger of de-listing due to low trade volume and lack of user interest. It may be removed on Sept 25th unless the average daily trade volume for the last 7 days exceeds 0.2 BTC. Again?
Not again, always. Bittrex posts this message often. If you look at the photo above, it is evident why the volume is low. No one wants to buy high and no one wants to sell low. The volume yesterday was > 3.5 BTC, so $UNO is still safe... They always leave the warning up even though the burden has been met.

I am not surprised about the move especially considering how aggressive the exchange market is, though not announcing it is a nasty little twist.
Aggressive market or not, a fee structure change of that magnitude without notice = #amateurhour

I am not anti-Cryptsy, but I would like to see that giant cold storage wallet reduced in size.
And also would like to see a more active market on Trex.
Nor am I, would simply like to see the giant wallet destroyed so that if there is a bankruptcy / hack, we are not again victim to a flood of stolen coins foisted onto a market... Storing at any exchange is simply unsafe and unadvisable... EDIT: BTW, there seems to be a lot of action on the big wallet today. Reviewing the block explorer, the beast changed addresses at block 664842 and then again at block 664869. Got 'em on the run! Also, hash is down to around 650k, did somebody big go offline?

Does Cryptsy have anyone in charge of PR or Marketing? I mean really, what a sham! No notice whatsoever certainly should give pause to anyone with balances over there. Similar to a brokerage house that would entirely change its fee structure without any notice. Vote with your feet and DRAIN THAT WALLET!

Are you trying to buy with BTC or fiat?
I'm guessing that fiat will always require identity papers.

I like this coin, its like my nick haha In fact... i dont like merge-coins
What do you mean you don't like merge-coins? I was wondering the same thing. What's not to like? Huge hash, protection from attacks, more street cred, etc...

@siameze As always, thanks for the detailed information. I had no idea about the security issue. Seems to me that the .conf issue is a non-issue then if it's that easy. The community has proved that it is certainly more than willing to assist any newcomer with issue resolution.
@FK Excellent analysis! Keep backing the truck up to collect the dumps!

So what method of peer discovery does UNO use? Is there a better method out there? If so, we need to utilize that method for Unobtanium. Problem solved.
UNO uses the same method as BTC: https://github.com/unobtanium-official/Unobtanium/blob/master/src/net.cpp Line 1069 or so starts the magic. irc peer discovery was removed in bitcoin here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/commit/c2efd981aa14e94cce4a0a888b6ee1f4e4347924 so UNO clients don't use this outdated method of discovery anymore, which can cause more problems than it solves. If you were around BTC in the early days, clients would often get k-lined for connect/disconnect issues. A properly set up .conf file is by far the best approach and can increase your security by directing your client to only connect to trusted peers. @siameze For the minority of people having this .conf issue, is there anyway to create an .exe install file that contains only the .conf file; for placing it where it needs to be?
