341  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is bitcoin a theat to economy and bankers as will on: May 18, 2018, 04:50:54 AM
This is still a question nowadays because not all country gives a go signal for bitcoin. They are taking a lot of things just to slow down the growth of this currency. If not eliminate the whole system. What can you say guys.

No, Bitcoin will never ever be a threat to economy and banks as well as long as they will regulate it to avoid of using it in illegal activities that may ruin the economy. Unemployment alone will be reduce in which it will make the purchasing power of the people to increase making the economy to become strong and stable.
342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value on: May 18, 2018, 02:39:24 AM
I've just watched the John Oliver show about cryptocurrencies and something struck me about what he said:

" like most currencies, the fundamental reason that bitcoin has value is that people agree that it has value"

I just want to know your thoughts on this. I only have a little understanding about the idea of currency and its value although i've already been at it all my life. Im new into this kind currency and right now its plumetting.

Yeah it is true that we are agree that Bitcoin has value and thats is why we keep on holding, buying and investing on this coins because we all believed that Bitcoin has a value, that it is promising investments and will change our lives. If we don't value Bitcoin then for sure it will hardly to continue to exist until today because no one will going to pour their investments on this coin.
343  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Right now should I wait to buy ? on: May 17, 2018, 11:10:25 AM
Reading this source, I understand that prices are likely to go below 8k. Do you agree with those analysis?

 https://www.coindesk.com/bear-revival-bitcoin-risks-fall-below-8k-after-3-5-week-low/amp/

No one can really tell what will be the future of Bitcoin price because it is very unpredictable  in which sometime if you buy the dip it dips even more and sometime you will wait the price to become more cheaper but the price become more expensive. So i suggest to buy Bitcoin now so that you will not regret it in the end because you might miss the opportunity. This current price of Bitcoin is already cheap as the most expensive price of Bitcoin was $19,800 so if you will buy now you have already nothing to lose because if the Bitcoin price will reach the former ATH again then its already a huge future earning.
344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: May 17, 2018, 04:45:18 AM
Hello Folk, is it the time for ethreum to lead from the front ? As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?

If Ethereum can actually surpass Bitcoin current price then maybe Ethereum can supersede Bitcoin but currently it very impossible for now because the market is not healthy in which all coins including Ethereum is in difficult right now then another obstacle for Ethereum is if ICO advertisment will start to fully ban by next month of June then i'm afraid it will be more difficult for any coin to replace Bitcoin market rank.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people/users are afraid to invest in Crypto? on: May 17, 2018, 01:49:23 AM
There are many things most likely to consider whenever you're investing money in crypto..

These are:
1. Volatility of the Market.
2. They don't have the knowledge about crypto.
3. Negative news that they see or hear in social media/TV Media.
4. They were scammed and afraid to invest again.
5. Threats of hackers in the internet.

But users can also protect their computer from hackers by using:
1. Virtual Private Network for Internet Protocol
2. MetaMask Wallet
3. Not saving any private keys in your PC.

In addition, they are afraid because they see the market performance average is not healthy at the moment in which they think that it is not right time to invest. Maybe if the market will go back to its former glory in which all top coins are in former ATH again then i guess people will not afraid to invest anymore.
346  Economy / Economics / Re: The market started looking green today. on: May 16, 2018, 02:25:31 PM
It appears the market started recovering today from one of the worse long-lasted corrections in bitcoin history.
The bitcoin now secure the 45% of the cryptocurrency market dominance. what you have to say about that?

This previous rise is just temporary to normal in which after the rise it will dip again so therefore we should be use to it because there is nothing new again in which these trends is just like a roller coaster ride. What we are really looking for is that the market will be on their former glory once again like last year in which the lead coin which is Bitcoin will be reach ATH of $19,000. Unless if Bitcoin will not reach above $10,000 again then looking green is just a normal thing.
347  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: Exposed? on: May 16, 2018, 02:31:27 AM
A documentary here in the Philippines entitled: FAILON NGAYON have exposed Bitcoin as a type of scam.
It goes like this: a callcenter agent guy invested on one of the sh*tcoins here. He invested a fair amount of money into it as a promise projection of 50% gain for about 3 months. After 3 months have passed and he was about to withdrawn the money, support system from that UK based comoany was suddenly became unresponsive.
Financial analyst said that bitcoin is being used by some scammers to phish for money from users through untrusted sites.
I think that due to anonymity, it is very hard to track down those people who uses bitcoin for scamming.
For me, I think you just invest amount ofnmeny that you can afford to lose. Secondly, just transact with secured sites and not fall for get rich quick schemes because most likely thisnis a scam.
What are your thoughts on this?

Indeed, Bitcoin is not a scam but the bad people who use the Bitcoin platform to steal from the people is the scam so if fiat currency was also used in some illegal activities so it was the same for Bitcoin as it was a currency too. So anywhere in the world specially if Bitcoin is not legal we should be extra careful when joining an investments that will use Bitcoin platform.
348  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can a goverment trace you have BTC? on: May 15, 2018, 10:30:28 AM
How can the government discover I own BTC, let's say I'm from Venezuela where crypto is banned, what they can do to discover and arrest me?

For your information Bitcoin is not banned in Venezuela in fact the president of this country created their own version of Crypto currency name Petro coin. Your Bitcoin will not be discover by the government because it is decentralize that is why other nation is against of Bitcoin existence but still your transaction will be trace every time you will convert your Bitcoin to fiat in your local exchanges as per government regulation policy but that if Bitcoin is legal in your country but if Bitcoin is illegal in your country then it is very impossible for you to join this investment to earn.
349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bill Gates to Bitcoin on: May 15, 2018, 02:13:53 AM
Bill Gates: I’d Short ‘Crazier, Speculative’ Bitcoin If I Could

Microsoft founder Bill Gates issued critical comments about Bitcoin May 7, telling CNBC it was a “greater fool” investment and he “would short it if he could.”

In comments during the network’s Squawk Box segment, Gates, who in February claimed cryptocurrencies had “caused deaths in a fairly direct way,” nonetheless did not discount the idea of engaging with it himself.

“As an asset class, you're not producing anything and so you shouldn't expect it to go up. It's kind of a pure 'greater fool theory' type of investment,” he said.

I wonder this will be now against his last year interview which i watched in you tube that he fully supported the Bitcoin by saying nobody can stop Bitcoin then he joined the investments. After watching the video it convinced me to join Bitcoin investments and start earning more than i expected. Then now here is a news that looks like mocking Bitcoin but maybe he has his new reasons or maybe this news will need confirmation if he really is now against Bitcoin.

352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum is growing. Someone's pouring money into it. on: May 13, 2018, 05:23:26 AM
Ethereum in early April was not in the best shape. ICO began to withdraw funds and the coin fell sharply to $ 400. Miners in a panic, and traders saw the picture and bought. Now ETH grew up and went to school. But thanks to what he was able rage?
Do you think EOS really affects the price of Ethereum?

I thing the Ethereum pump was delayed and put it to bad shape again together with some Altcoins in the market. In my opinion not only EOS will make Ethreum pump but the whole Altcoins and the ICO too because they commonly used Ethereum platform to support their products but now the Ethreum is dipping i believe it will be worst if the ICO advertisement banning will take effect on June.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum 2k in 2 months? on: May 13, 2018, 01:06:53 AM
Do you think eth can reach 2k usd in 2 months time?

This was already resolved that after 4 months from this topic was posted the Ethereum is hardly to reach $1000 and which the current performance is now dipping once again at below $700. This means that Ethereum will need more real demand in order to reach some price speculations. I wonder what will be price performance if the banning of ICO advertisement will fully take effect next month of June.
354  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sudden Price Drop! What's going on with the Market? on: May 12, 2018, 03:56:50 AM
Few days back I was this close to buying BTC when it was around 10k, but halted for some reasons. Now I see the price is around 8.6k and I wonder why the sudden downwards trend! I see no major news out there (or maybe the statements of mr. buffet and gates?). What could be the reason and how dip the price can go?

It was MT.Gox who sell-off worth 8,200 Bitcoin and make the whole market truly affected here is the link https://www.ccn.com/8200-btc-moved-from-mt-gox-wallet-possible-sell-off-affects-bitcoin-price/. I heard that still they have 140,000 Bitcoin in their wallet but without links then this will be good as hearsay because if this is true and sell all of these Bitcoin then for sure Bitcoin value will fall to as low as $4,000. So i suggest we must be vigilant all the times to avoid future losses.
355  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Market Could Hit $1 Trillion This Year on: May 12, 2018, 02:08:56 AM
"Cryptocurrency market could hit $1 trillion this year with bitcoin surging to $50,000, experts say"
Hopefully, it will come true!!!

Do you have links of these prediction to see who are these experts that you are referring with? this is to see if they are really an experts on this field. I need to see the smallest sign of this surge claim before i will make myself to believe as the market performance is down again below $8,500 now from $9,800 mark and continue dipping. For me anyone can claim any price for Bitcoin value but without specific details on how will hit that $50,000 mark then for sure the person is just for publicity only.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in bitcoins today late? on: May 11, 2018, 01:45:51 PM
In my perspective, It is not too late to invest in Bitcoin.

A very low percentage of people own Bitcoin.

Take a look around you. How many people actually have Bitcoin?

It’s a low percentage, perhaps around 4%.

Bitcoin is only owned by less than 5 million people worldwide and still has tremendous growth potential.

Everybody thought they were too late at $100, $500, $1000, $5000, and now almost $10,000.

Nobody knows the answer for sure but it’s worth researching and getting into with a small amount of money that you can afford to lose.

There's a saying in Crypto world.

Keep calm and buy bitcoin Wink

It will never be too late to join any form of investments especially Bitcoin investments as long as the certain investment has the potential to make our money to grow. Although joining Bitcoin investment has a risk but no investment of today are free of risks to earn so better to join Bitcoin now specially the price is not so expensive to purchase at this moment because sooner or later if the price will suddenly to increase it will not be too late but you just miss the opportunity to buy Bitcoin at a cheaper price once again.
357  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why Banks are attacking Bitcoin ? on: May 11, 2018, 09:44:08 AM
Banks have different approach when it comes to cryptocurrencies but most of them doesn't like bitcoin as they were kept saying that bitcoin is somewhat a ponzi scheme and can manipulate the price by those big waves, but some country/central banks sees this as an opportunity to lessen the transactions in bank each day.

I agree with you that banks have different stand against Bitcoin existence in which not all Central banks are against Bitcoin like here in our country that our major banks are in partnership with our local exchanges in which if we convert our Bitcoin to fiat we can use the banks withdrawal facilities so that we could take our cash out. So i think the main reason of why some banks are against Bitcoin existence because their profit will going to reduce in which a selfish act.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Long-term investment. on: May 11, 2018, 02:53:51 AM
How do you feel about long-term investment? Do you see the priorities in this? What do you think is the reason for this? Where to invest in your opinion?

Long term is good if your coins is worth holding for many years but if your coins is a crap then better dispose it. I preferred long term specially if the coins is cheap from the start and the commodity of that coin has a high potential to make the value of becoming more expensive in the future because it is feasible to the masses making it become worthy of holding for many years like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

360  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time To Exit Trading on: May 10, 2018, 07:26:00 AM
People nowadays are stuck in the world of trading that may cause their loss of capital, may cause their eagerness to recover their investment. Ending up sinking the money they have invested. AND Doesn't know how to exit in the game.

Also, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a normal feeling of traders when coins are actually dumped big time.

Here's how. We all know that media plays a big role in the dump value of some coins.

Accdg. To this site
https://cryptopotato.com/8-must-read-tips-trading-bitcoin-altcoins/  (contains also tips on trading)

BUY THE RUMOURS. SELL THE NEWS (not literally)
When media talks often about the dump and publish articles, then that is the RIGHT TIME TO EXIT.
News, rumours, speculations could have a big impact and can affect the price of altcoins. They concide the price movements resulting in pump and dump.

Believe me, I did that and it really works. Prevents deficits and prevents loss of investment.

Yeah you are right media also plays a big role in the crypto currency prices when the media spreads negativity about the cryptos the price will dump if they spread positive news the price bump because this is also a play by big whales so if you are smart enough understand that situation and make use of it.

But the problem is how will we know that the news is not a fake news? And how we will going to determine between the real and fake news? We all knew that some media was paid to provide a fake news just to make the market or a certain coin to dump not knowing that the coin has a big potential to pump in which we miss the opportunity to ride on because we listened to the fake news and exit the trading.
