Matthew, thank you for sharing with us an opportunity to be part of the Ellet:

Quote
I've been advised by our manufacturing and engineering manager to bring in some more seed for UI and form factor before we move towards manufacturing the final prototype ($100k investment),

Since investments are investments and money is money, and I already confirmed your identity and am no longer worried about you being a thief, I'm unofficially inquiring as to your interest in investing in the Ellet electronic consolidated wallet device.

I would like to donate 2000 BTC towards the Ellet Team!

That brings up the total donation to 5,000 BTC.

Zhoutong, INTEREST is adding up.

Maria.

344  Economy / Computer hardware / [WTB] PCIe riser cables... 1x - 1x or 1x to 16x - Closer to Ontario the better on: June 22, 2012, 01:44:40 AM
Hey,

Looking for some quick riser cables, I would prefer not to wait for a dropship from china thing..

Need these fast, not in a month..

1x to 1x, or preferably 1x to 16x, need a couple at least, and a 16x to 16x if ya gots..

I would prefer someone in Canada, or at least someone close in the states..   I live in Ontario...

Will pay graciously for any expedited help..

Thank you
345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: VirtEx Bitcoin app for Android now on Play Store on: June 21, 2012, 04:28:01 AM
now i need an Android phone

very cool

i would like to see Best Bid & Ask tho

I had planned to implement it at first. Unfortunately, the cavirtex.com ticker API does not contain those values. There is another method that is possible but will require a bit more coding.

Cant for the life of me find the virtex widget..
Got the virtex icon..  of course.. but....

Im using a galaxy nexus google phone..

Any help would be appreciated

According to feedback I have gotten on Google Play, you might need to reboot your phone for the widget to be accessible.

Ha!, good point, you are correct, thanks..

Just got this phone, new to the quirks.. but that makes a lot of sense..  got the widget now..

Thanks

351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] The world's first handheld Bitcoin device, the Ellet! on: June 20, 2012, 03:01:54 AM
Im sooo sad about this...

This is sorely missing the boat..

No one is throwing out their wallets, or getting rid of their purses..

Its ANOTHER device people dont need, a luxury, specially when everyone NEEDS a cell phone and can have a wallet on it..

And most men will still carry a wallet..   Im sad to say, a card I can fit into my wallet will win everytime..

Matthew..  What are you thinking! Sad

Im sooooooo heartbroken this is the design your going for..    Cry

Long answer, malaimult is a dick.

353  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [3251 Gh/s] DeepBit.net PPS+Prop,instant payouts, we pay for INVALID BLOCKS too on: June 20, 2012, 01:31:21 AM
Is something up ?
Im seeing my usual hash rate..
New blocks being found and listed on the stats page...
Yet my payout has remained the same for the last 5 hours...?
Everything is fine.
If you are still worrying, PM me your login name to check.

Ummm I think it was a false alarm..

I somehow saw new blocks found, but not credit at that time..

But I noticed there were a few long blocks..

Im guessing the timing is not exact on reward versus blocks found due to the 1 hour latencey of blocks found...

Thanks though...

354  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why aren't I filthy rich yet? It's been like two months. on: June 20, 2012, 01:27:28 AM
Just make a site called Bitconica, and go from there...

Oh, dont forget to leave doors open so you can be "hacked"

After, denounce bitcoin, and move on to greener pastures..

Just by the sheer spamming of these forums I was not interested in anything they have to offer at all..

Zero points for forum diarrhea..
357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ANN] Coming next week-- the world's first handheld Bitcoin device, the Ellet! on: June 18, 2012, 06:34:25 PM
uh ohhhhh...

That watch looks like an Ipod nano, the ones they have wristbands for..

Thats fugly, just like the ipod nano watches no one wants.....  I pray that isnt it..   Undecided

Im really really disappointed if this is it..

I really hate to be negative on this, I had high hopes, but this is ugly as hell..

If it isnt a high tech usb stick, or a creditcard design, I cant see everyone flocking to a watch, I dont wear watches, as many others dont.
Specially when my cell phone IS my watch..

I dont wanna be a fashionable bitcoiner, I want to be a functional bitcoiner..

Watches are for fashion.. plain and simple..
You think watches are only for fashion?  I believe these 10 million dollars disagree with you...

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/597507018/pebble-e-paper-watch-for-iphone-and-android

I for one will likely still prefer blockchain.info's app running on my phone.  The ellet still sounds interesting though.  Especially if it comes out anything like the pebble.

Besides the fact that you perfectly proved my point...

Do you think its because these people need the time ? or its a FASHION statement, and e-ink is the fashion statement in this case..

Please think before you post..

I do understand there is a lot of watch wearer's..

But think of all the failures in watches..

For example.. the dick tracy, walkie talkie watch... The calculator watch..   and so on...

The problem is, they are too small or too large to remain functional yet not obnoxious..
358  Economy / Speculation / Re: Rally!!!!! on: June 18, 2012, 06:24:47 PM
There are two threads I hate the most on this forum, one is the "Rally!!!!!", and the other one is "Crash!!!!!".
There are two threads I love the most on this forum. On is called "Rally!!!!!" And the other is called "We finally did it! The price is stable!" or something. Seriously, these threads are the greatest!

Just a hunch, but without shortselling I doubt a lot of posting will go on in the latter one ever again.

This, exactly...
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A Public Plea to Bitcoin Developers and Supporters alike on: June 18, 2012, 05:09:11 PM
I agree, BFL is spreading FUD..

And this wont be for quite a while I presume..  Well after the reward halving.

And then, when they ship the first one..  they wont have enough to go around..

Just look at how pathetic they are handling the FPGA's, which are easily obtained.

Their stats, and prices is just FUD, a game to stop other companies starting up..

So yes, they are being stupid, and killing the spirit somewhat..

Im not a fan of how they do biz..   They have a lot to learn..   And customer service has to exist eventually..

Because at this point, the FPGA's were a scam..   how many are out in the wild?   100-250 ?  whoop dee doo

Jesus..   people still dont have their coins ?

this is laughable...

Im sorry for people's loss, but this is becoming a huge scam...

The long con, again...

No wonder ZT wants to distance himself...
