What you all have no answer for is, how can someone truly prove they were actually hacked? Because if I had a lot of coins and wanted to suddenly declare that I no longer have those coins, I could claim I was hacked.

What is secp256k1 encryption methods? elliptic curve doesn't encrypt anything, it's just a numbering system with 2 sides, negative and positive. Here is an example of how it is possible to "break" the key : Imagine this is your private key : 368812095337 and this is your public key: 023eb3a5c5c9e1303055215b2f2f455288bda053e1791a2b06d2c385cbc94eb51a Now imagine you have zero knowledge about private key, can you or AI tell us how we can reduce the size of private key down to 368812 without even knowing the actual key above? If you guys can do that, I'd be concerned. |

Debatable, I'd say many of them are alt accounts gaming both DT and sig campaigns while suffocating the normal members, and if there is anyone who is unable to earn their share by contributing and doing something deserving, it might be better for them to find something they are good at. But from a moral standpoint, yes he is responsible, however, how can we be sure those hundreds of accounts are not being controlled by 20 people? So it's a grey area with a lot of room for debates. |

It was clear when the government started going after mixers that they were not only unsafe to use, but also were considered illegal. People here defended the illegal operations because they were getting a couple hundred bucks per week, claiming it is about privacy and not them getting easy money. I imagine once the ban is in place and these people find other sponsors suddenly they’ll have a change of heart and admit mixers were bad but they didn’t understand the entire problem.
It's a grey area, they can both be bad and good at the same time, if you are going to say they are all bad, then think again, what are they actually doing? Mixers are considered a Bitcoin service, if you are against a Bitcoin service then you are against Bitcoin. But please save us the morality lessons. Because guess what? It might have been very recently, one source was removed, one was added.
Regarding OP, I can only say my experience, I haven't followed them to check other things, but one thing which really made a difference was meriting someone threatening me with negative feedback, and that was the green light for Nurotic fish or a name like that to go on with the tag. I don't say OP is a scammer or untrustworthy, no, he is just a bit extreme bias IMO. and some people when saw his merit, they backed off from that case because OP is a known campaign manager. So I would say consider these facts first. |
