Although a scam (as I posted earlier)
This is something men should do

The problem with capitalism and space exploration is we are not allowed to go to space and use it for profit
Which automatically takes away anyones interest to do that (besides the goverments) and I admire this because it is what free market economy should do
And that is explore and eventually profit from something that is good for all mankind!

This is nonsense, please ignore it.  The guy is on medication.  I apologise for his post.  He is not well.

I have spent a couple of hours reading through the religious threads and some of the beddeckers replies, and he has showed himself in a completely different light than I thought he was from this post and reply links

However, as a thinking being, I tried to weed out the useful information from the bullshit
And my beliefs are still a bit rocked

I have not thought that there could be something that started the big bang and created order, I mean I did.. But not in this way, and the machine like stuff got to me a bit too Cheesy

How do you know he is on medication?

Haggai 2:8 The silver is mine and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts. Does God also own all the Bitcoins? Grin Grin

The lord of hosts?? You mean Anthony Hopkins?

Haha Ford is
Harrison? Huh

He was referring to Westworld. Anthony Hopkins created a world of humanoids who are called hosts
Ah ok. I wanted Westworld for the first couple of episodes but lost interest in it rather fast. I am not a West buff but the advanced technology was very well portrayed.
As Harrison is a big regilious person too.

Try and watch the whole series, it's well worth it. There are multiple narratives which seem confusing at first, but everything comes together in the end. One of the best TV adaptations for years IMO, great acting/writing and some very interesting philosophical questions. I really enjoyed it, even though the pacing in the first half of the series is a little slow.

No, the God of the universe, Who is shown to exist in many ways like these:

Cool

WOW!

This...

This made me question my beliefs

I was raised as a Christian, only to figure with vast certainty that God is an imaginary being, I lived so far around 5 years as an agnostic and an atheist only to have my belief rocked right now, after 5 years (20 yo btw)

Damn

I... I... Can't..

This.. Damn

I'm wondering do you believe in a "soul"?

I can grasp an idea of a "creator", but I cannot grasp an idea of a creator who cares about what we do (10 commandments etc.)
3424  Other / Politics & Society / Re: After death on: December 26, 2016, 12:18:07 AM
There's been a question that's been bugging me for a long, long time now. What happens when you die? From someones side nothing, other say that your go to their versions of heaven and yet some say that we reincarnate.

That thing got me so bad that a few time's I've been on the verge of killing myself just to see what's happening then, it's killing me to think about it. What are your thoughts? I'm not interested in the christian or virgin filled muslim heaven, I'm interested in your ideas and what are your ideas on what might happen? One theory that stuck with me is that we are born again but in the different time or just born in the same timeline but as soon as you die, you're reborn on some other place.

There is one things i know. we can run/hide from the Death. about lifes after death? there is no evidence, or any logic can describe that. because it is not something we can see. If you had own faith it will becomes just likes you believe.again who know?..will be a mistery until it comes.

There is only one reason that we know life can exist at all. There is ONLY ONE REASON. That reason is, life is here.

We don't know where life came from. We only guess about how it can exist. We simply don't know why and how life can be here.

Anybody who thinks that there will NOT be a life after death, really does not know it. We don't know why or how this life is here, and we won't know until after death what the future life will be like.

We need to listen to God.

Cool

How do we listen to an imaginary creature?  Cool
And actually we do know where life came from, it came from our parents, which got it from their parents etc.
We can trace back life all the way to the earths formation

The problem is our technology is not advanced enough to figure out how the big bang happened
And what existed beyond it

We only know a fraction of the universe and its history

And throughout of known history, man has always described things he does not understand to - God and other imaginary creatures (fairies, ghosts etc.)

What do know is that we know very little

And describing our missing knowledge with a - God is even more absurd

For me the only acceptable idea of a "God" is a different name for "Alien"
3425  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Aliens found on the moon on: December 26, 2016, 12:11:14 AM

I just got intrigued and the links are all dead man  Embarrassed

Yes, we are those aliens as we're also aliens on Mars. Btw OP, your link are not working.

But we do not live on Mars, Russians will soon set up a moon base, but currently, there are 0 human moon bases

3427  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis-Mining Review on: December 25, 2016, 11:32:37 PM
At the current state, the bitcoin mining contracts would pay off in around 6-7 months, depending on the amount

Do you guys think it's a good idea to invest?

I was calculating the profits with the new Antminer S9 - electricity costs, and I would break even in around 6 monhts

However, here I can invest a lot less aka. for example 200$

I don't need to buy a whole antminer for 1250$

For me makes no sense. If you hold your $200 in BTCs you will have more profit after 6-7 months than investing on cloud mining.

The contract just worth if you can mine more BTCs than you invested, and it looks impossible for this kind of investment...

How come?

How will I have less profit if I will have more bitcoins in 7 months
It implies bitcoin price going down and me selling, which is unlikely  Cheesy

I mostly hodl Cheesy

Im sure it will be a successful ICO, I saw chronobank ad's everywhere in many site seems they really serious about this project

Indeed, ChronoBank is very well advertised, it caught my attention on a completely different website when I was googling something

I didn't stumble upon it on bitcointalk as I usually do with my investments  Cheesy

We got 2.5 million in investments so far, hoping for a big boom!

3432  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If nuclear war broke out where's the safest place on Earth? on: December 19, 2016, 03:19:35 PM
Mariana Trench probably  Cheesy

If we're talking countries, first we would need  to define who is included in this nuclear war
We must find neutral countries, with sufficient defenses + you would need to buy some basements and food stash etc.  Cheesy

I was thinking Switzerland but they're in the heart of Europe, where it's too risky, radiation spreads easily

Madagascar is a good option, no strong rivals who would have someone to bomb nearby  Smiley

I would invest in a 10 tb HDD, but it would take almost a year to repay the investment

I'd still have a 10 tb drive though and I could expect the price to rise, but a year is a long time to expect a new altcoin to last

I'm wondering if it affects electricity usage, it doesn't?

I would hardly call a coin that is almost 2,5 years old "new", I would more likely call it a veteran Cheesy

I am sure BURST will be around in a year.

Uhhh, what did I miss?

I saw the thread was made in November this year  Cheesy

I'll be continuing to watch this one too, perhaps not a gamechanger, but some interesting pieces here for sure

I see some potential in it

I feel bad I can't currently invest more

It's really an interesting concept, work hours as a currency
Ability to exchange work hours

Rather... Interesting  Cheesy

I'm waiting to see where this is heading  Smiley

The ability to exchange work hours is quite interesting. I definitely have to give this a good watch. I hope this one actually solidifies.

Well, FIAT is also a kind of 'work hour exchange', however, this way we avoid banks, fees and inflation!

3437  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How to survive in dictatorship? on: December 18, 2016, 02:01:30 PM
First you have to list your priorities

If you want to survive by being a pussy, you need to follow your "leader"

However, if you're not a giant pussy, you will join or form a resistance organization and fight with the guerrilas in order to overthrow the opressors for the freedom and well-being of everyone else, so they and you are able to survive  Cheesy

Or, if you're able to, immigrate to a free country and spread news about the oppresion
Oh yeah, immigrate if you don't have your shit together, you are all welcome in our developed countries, even without education, we take everyone in, even if there are no political conflicts in your country, come to europe for free money and housing...

I could understand you want to migrate to a free country, but man if everyone does that, how free is the free country, think about that for a second. However i do believe real asylum seekers should be allowed, eg Syria... but i also see alot of immigrants from safe countries, for example morroco, purely coming here for the money. I think that is really wrong and shouldn't be allowed.

I do not see how this is related, if we're talking about dictatorships, I see no reason how Morrocans have anything to do with it  Cheesy

Ofcourse these "immigrants" shouldn't be allowed to immigrate, but they should be armed and sent back to fight their dictator

Also that is harmful for us, but as he said, how do you survive
One of the solutions is escape to a free country

One of survival instincts is also theft, of course it's wrong, and bad for us, but for them?
It is one of the scarce opportunities to survive
