3421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do lot of people hate bounty dumpers? on: August 20, 2018, 12:45:19 PM
I've seen lot's of people who complain to bounty hunters who dump their tokens after they get them. Why hate them? They have all the rights to sell whenever they want and bounty allocations are only 1%-5% of the total supply of the coin. I don't think it will do much to lower the price of the coin. I mean it's even good for the ICO investors as they will have a chance to buy more tokens with lesser price than the ICO.

Holding the tokens also doesn't mean it will make you rich. Some tokens get abandon by the developers so it would be better to sell at a good price than be left hanging in the end.

Good assumption, but there are some projects that are destined to be like Ethereum, I'm glad I did not sell my Credits because I know that this is the kind of coin that is destined to stay put and challenge big name in the token creation, it's just a matter of time.
3422  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcointalk mean for cryptocurrency? on: August 18, 2018, 01:30:30 PM
I'm wondering, who are the bounty hunters and earn big profits for a long time from many rankings. They donate to bitcointalk to maintain the development of forums, communities and crypto markets. Because if Japan is the cradle of bitcoin formation, bitcointals are the source of nutrients to maintain and protection of bitcoin.

I don't know where we are all going to be if this forum was not created we owed a lot on this forum, in fact, everything starts here, old and new coins started their ventures here, we should all contribute to make this forum a good place to disseminate information about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency.
3423  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Ethereum without any investment?? on: August 17, 2018, 01:49:25 PM
How to earn Ethereum from scratch without any capital? Is there any highest paying faucet available? or any other way to earn Ethereum??

Faucets are slow earner although I started from faucets before I joined bounty campaign faucets are time-consuming and you cannot make big amount of ethereum, you can join bounty campaign and after you received your token rewards you can exchange it to ethereum right away.
3424  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many projects are dead? on: August 17, 2018, 01:42:12 PM

Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?

As an investor you should know if the project is for a long and short term, we need to understand there is a project that will not move and get beaten by competition, so you should know when is the right time to sell and to hold, so due diligence is very important if you don't want to lose in this industry.
3425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins BETTER than BITCOIN? on: August 17, 2018, 01:06:25 PM
Is it possible to happen? Altcoins crushing bitcoin in terms of price, trading, etc.? I am just curious about all of your thoughts, so don't hesitate to reply and get yourself justified Smiley

This is for all of us to gain knowledge between ALTCOINS and BITCOIN.

Wow I don't know how you come out with that, but that is a long shot just check Bitcoin's volume and price and popularity, in fact, the price of altcoins are very much dependent on bitcoin every time Bitcoin made a dip majority of the altcoins follow and some altcoins do not even get up even if the price of Bitcoin already rise.
3426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as the heart of all coins on: August 16, 2018, 10:47:12 AM
As we all know it when bitcoin price goes down, most of the coins are heading down too. That's because bitcoin it is the Heart of all coins if its sound then all of the coins are good, if it's Bad then all of the coins are going down too. most of the time other coins are following the bitcoin price. just look up the market right now.
Yes it is but there are some exceptions, I am following the market and I notice that some of these coins can stand on its own, even the market is in red these coins has a platform, great developers and good community support not shills but a real project that is tested to be part of the cryptocurrency industry.
3427  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can you invest in ICO in bear market? on: August 15, 2018, 12:15:56 PM
The hardest time to invest is in a bear market. You end up purchasing little amount of tokens for more ETH or BTC. But it's also a good time for projects to collect good sums of money during their crowdfunding, as ETH or BTC goes up, so does the value of the funds raised.

The question now is, will you invest in ICOs, or stick with investing in market dips (buy low, hodl and wait to go up and sell), or simply trade in bear markets?

Only a good project that I think will have a huge potential in the market in their Ico stage that I'm going to invest in an ICO but I still prefer to buy a stable coin in the bear market, or wait for the coin to hit the market, because the current trend is coin will have a lower value when it hit the market compare on it's ICO stage.
3428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: All my money in 1 altcoin - Too risky? on: August 15, 2018, 12:00:17 PM
Hi,
the altocoin market is so variuous and there are dozen of interesting projects that can be supported.

But  i'm a little investor (500$) and i'm seriously thinking to put all my money in only 1 project I think is very good which curretly is in the top 40 of altcoins. I don't want to say the name because my topic wants to be very general: what do you think is the risk  by doing so? Should I invest in 2 or 3 coins instead?

Thanks

Even if it is a small amount you should invest it in at least 2 or three coins and do not only rely on your profit in one coin, in fact my small investment last month  is only $50 from two coins  but I still manage to get a profit from my small investment, so however small you need to spread it.
3429  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you still holding when market price falls abnormally? on: August 14, 2018, 02:11:36 PM
I like to know your stand against the current market price falls down that relatively almost in the danger zone for the crypto holders if they still hold their crypto it might be one day that they will going to lose all their money. My ideals is different i had to sell it though it means that i had to lose some of my money. Anyway i could invest again when market price recovers but not for now seeing crypto market looks so bad. Will you still hold?

Why not free yourself and sell it, you should ask yourself if the current market situation is distressing you if you will sell or not, as an investors and traders you should know that this scenario could happen and you know when you are going to sell and if you have the confident and the patient to hold your coin until the bull trend comes again.
3430  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 80% of ICOs in 2017 Were Scams! on: August 14, 2018, 02:01:11 PM
Stunning research about ICO market comes from Cointelegraph:

A recent study prepared by ICO advisory firm Statis Group revealed that more than 80 percent of initial coin offerings (ICOs) conducted in 2017 were identified as scams. The study took into consideration the lifecycle of ICOs run in 2017, from the initial proposal of a sale availability to the most mature phase of trading on a crypto exchange.

So what about year 2018, will it bring us more of scam ICOs or less?

I based it on my experience, yes a lot of ICO are scams, some of them are paused, some didn't pay bounty hunters and most of them failed to enter the market, and if they managed to get in the market, the price is very low compared to when you bought it in their ICO stage and there could be more scam project this year because majority of the investors are so picky.
3431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is happening with ETH? on: August 14, 2018, 04:39:11 AM

There is bad news https://www.ccn.com/saudi-arabia-bitcoin-trading-is-illegal-in-the-kingdom/
But I'm not sure just because the news above the ETH price dropped.

There is a contrast on their announcement, they prohibit trading of Bitcoin on their countries but they are also cooperating to United Arab Emirates to launch their own cryptocurrency, they should first allow their people to trade before they can create their own.

3432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Crypto Currency? on: August 11, 2018, 10:55:41 AM
I just wanted to  know what are your plans on your cryptocurrency in the future?

Do you plan to keep on investing?
Do you plan to exchange your crypto in fiat and leave crypto?
Will crypto survive?

I believe it will survive that is why I'm still holding my coins when the bear comes you'll see who is very patient to make a profit, and I'm one of them I strongly believe that it's just a matter of time before the price surge again, like what happen last year.
3433  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Auctus - Smart Contract Powered Retirement Planning on: August 11, 2018, 10:53:41 AM
a project that is interesting, they use the theme tenta retired workers who are already in the work of his slesai maybe Auctus can get a lot of support

I hope they can I have a small amount of Auctus, but no way I'm going to sell it, this project is made for long-term, they have a long preparation going to their ICO and I'm confident that the team will do their best to increase the value of the project for a long haul.
3434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Campaign no more!! on: August 06, 2018, 01:27:07 PM
Do you agree that facebook banned all that promote ico's and bitcoin?

No, I don't agree but they are now implementing it now in their paid ads, but there are still a lot of ICO that offer facebook campaign, so the facebook campaign is still on, only the facebook ads, I still see so many people posting ICO, airdrops and cryptocurrency in their timeline.
3435  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How did you feel about your first payment???? on: August 06, 2018, 12:59:32 PM
Because even tho i got just $4 dollars he felt really good because i know if I could get any money out this, it means it can only get better and I could probably get thousands of dollars from it

My first bounty was a signature campaign on Yobit and I was getting $15 a week then not really a big amount but just enough to cover my internet connection then, I was so happy everytime I received my cashout but I have to left the campaign because of none payment for almost three consecutive weeks.
3436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CREDITS - New Blockchain for financial industry [OFFICIAL THREAD] on: August 06, 2018, 12:37:41 PM
I really hope for the success of the project, I am your token holder and ,of course, the price on the exchange does not please me, but I joined you not for the sake of 20-40% profit, I still hope that you will be able to repeat the success of Bitcoin and Ethereum.

This is Credits' early days and I am very confident that this coin does have a good future ahead of it, I have never been part of a coin that has a lot of updates and development, Credits will become the next ethereum I'm fully confident that it will become one please don't treat this post as a shill post, I'm just an investor who believe in Credits.

I like your optimism but it's like saying uber will be the next facebook. Honestly Credits and Ethereum have very little to do with each other. I do think credits can go far and it has a solid usecase, but ethereum has been tried and tested for years and its almost essential for the advancement of cryptocurrency in general, a feat credits will never have I'm afraid.

Thank you we should all have good optimism we are all investors and supporters of Credits, it's up to us beside the dev team to invite others to adapt and invest on Credits I hope after a year my optimism bear fruit, sometimes i lose my patient but Credits still very young, there are a lot of things to be done.

3438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to use your brain on: August 05, 2018, 12:12:29 PM
This is an old post but I still merited it because the thread starter has a good point and he is posting about the future events that are happening now, we really need to analyze the situation and how to secure our coins and ourselves a well good point from an old post.
3439  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do when being scammed on: August 05, 2018, 12:08:29 PM
Hi readers,

Two days ago I have been scammed a message lured me to sent btc's to be rewarded with btc's. Is there a way to undo the payment?   I bought with a credit card for the first time btc's and open an Electum wallet where my btc's can transfer to. From the wallet I did the payment to the scammer(s).

Hope it can be fixed.

Kind regards,

4everfriend

Stop hoping that it will be fixed, this is cryptocurrency, you seems to be in an unfamiliar territory, you need to educate yourself on how to secure your machine and your self, before you can advance here, it's a newbie trap, you can't do anything on it but to just move on and charge it to experience.
3440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the most glorious coin now? on: August 05, 2018, 12:03:55 PM
During the long depression of the bitcoin this question is rather interesting! I know that there are a lot of traders, who fixed their income in Tether, somebody in TrueUSD.
But there are a lot of good tokens like ADA, IOTA, EOS.  Do you think if btc continue to stagnating is other tokens will die too?

Based on the crypto news there are some really huge companies which decide to invest in crypto. Probably, this is the way to rocket alts and pump btc?

I'm not a holder of the coins you've mentioned, but I do have Ethereum, in case people stagnate ethereum will likely to take over I have high hopes with Waves and Credits, they are two coins that will sound make a big noise come in 2019 and will be in the company of the coins you've mentioned.
