2541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Celebrities you probably don't know were(are) aggressive gamblers on: July 20, 2019, 05:17:05 AM
Celebrities are not really immune they have lots of money, they have a lot of free time they can go anywhere and they are treated like VIP in all the places that they are going, and Casinos are a place where they prefer to spend their free times, some of them are not playing there to win they just want an escape and a casinos is a great place to hang out.
2542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambler's Fallacy (The key to unbiased gambling) on: July 20, 2019, 04:28:51 AM

We're definitely not bad at gambling.
He might not able to see it yet he do generalize in all sorts of things when it comes to gambling.Even on the simplest decision

in life do correspond some sort of gamble which we would really need up to make such selection into things.

False, humans are awful at gambling: it’s a scientific fact whether you like it or not. It’s the reason casinos do so well and why the casino business is a billion dollar industry. Here is one of many huge articles containing numerous studies highlighting the psychology behind gambling.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3858640/

I agree, you cannot bring the house down however you try, there are few that are going to be lucky in a game of gambling in a particular day but the majority will have bad luck playing games, our government is right to create more casinos in our country it's a good revenue-generating venture
2543  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Thoughts on Video game gambling addiction? on: July 20, 2019, 01:14:54 AM
I believe that some gamblers started as gamers before they move on to gambling sites, because they are much familiar in the interface and they can do it easily, gaming is their training grounds and they are more likely to become a serious gambler because gamers can stay and focus on what they are doing online.
2544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Union Bank to released "Stable Coin" on: July 20, 2019, 12:38:39 AM
It's good for a local bank in the Philippines to be the pioneer on this, they have pioneered a lot of things about Cryptocurrency and this one is just a giant step, soon as many people in the Philippines adopting Bitcoin they will shift to Union bank for all their banking needs.
2545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A SHIFT FROM ICO TO IEO on: July 19, 2019, 11:46:30 AM
For sometime now all the upcoming cryptocurrencies are making a paradigm shift in our old ICO format and trying to do IEOs first. I know it's one of the best remedies for them even on this hard times in cryptocurrency markets. I want to know that is this going to help the upcoming coins or not?

Also is it that they want to just make their monies and run away because now they think the easiest way to make people buy their coins is to do an IEO??

If these low projects can do an IEO in exchange, we can only blame the exchange where they held their ICO, the burden now is on the exchange, they should be more strict, and not let this low project to use their platform to scam people, or they will lose repuation.
2546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will there be physical casinos operating with cryptos in the future? on: July 19, 2019, 12:05:23 AM
My thoughts here, I wonder if in the future, physical casinos will use cryptos

I know casinos use coins to spend inside and them people can exchange these coins to fiat money again

But maybe a casino can use cryptos inside, you buy a card with BTC or LTC for example, and you can play with this card

Have you ever think about his? What is you opinion guys?

It's possible to happen gambling and Cryptocurrency can go together, and if I'm a gambler I would love to see buy a token with my Crypto's and gamblers would love to see ATM Cryptocurrency inside the casinos too, it's a good promotion for Cryptocurrency among gamblers.
2547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: July 18, 2019, 11:19:00 PM
before I implement that strategy I make sure first that I have enough amount because I will be chasing my lost and it could go 15 or 20 successive losses to get a win, only high rollers are more capable of this, because they have the funds to do it.
2548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Campaigns deceiving hunters by changing rules? Read this! on: July 18, 2019, 10:48:13 PM
I support the flag for the simple that they want all bounty hunters to claim their token, this practice has to be stopped from delaying bounty to doing KYC to locking the token, this practice must be stopped it's ok to change the rules but not in a way that bounty hunters will not get their token or will have a hard time claiming it.
2549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Build yourself a solid portfolio with good projects on: July 18, 2019, 10:18:47 PM
A good crypto project is enough to change one's life so why not take the chances?all i keep doing is making sure i get a share hold of very good coins or tokens with real use case and yes i did have many coins but i believe that a good crypto project is all we need. Am I doing the right thing?

I hope we can hit 100% of good coins in our portfolios but it's hard for this to happen because there will always good coins and bad coins, some coins will have a good chance to develop and get a good price in the market, and some will not, it's just important that we have more good coins than bad one.
2550  Economy / Services / Re: Gamblingtec Signature Campaign | Get BTC or your own casino brand on: July 18, 2019, 04:46:14 PM
So if you take the time to earn a site by posting 500 quality links, it could have a very nice long term return.

It may be better to start a separate signature campaign for this, what do you think?

Yes, that will better to create a separate signature campaign so you can count each participant posts and I think that will not make you confuse. I still prefer to apply with BTC payment if there is a free slot.

People want to get paid on Bitcoin or any other tradeable coin, instead of the shares of the company, but I would like to see the results if many participants will agree to get paid with option 2, in my case if I am going to join this bounty I prefer to get paid in Bitcoin too.
2551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fact about Cryptos on: July 18, 2019, 08:36:46 AM
There is one big fact about crypto that's above all other facts, bitcoin and altcoins can't be banned physically Grin
Either U.S ban crypto or not it won't hurt at all
We are aware of that even if some countries are now banning Cryptocurrency, they can't stop their people from participating in the crypto revolution, from trading buying and joining bounty campaign, they can restrict IP, but we all know there is a VPN to rely on.
2552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Please stop betting with 1xBET scam! You have been warned. on: July 18, 2019, 05:15:16 AM
I never tried that gambling site, but thanks for letting us know about this we should have at least a thread of gambling sites that are considered scam or not paying their big winners here, some members are not aware of the scam section, and other seldom visit that section.
2553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: July 18, 2019, 04:24:13 AM
There are some tokens in my ethereum wallet that have lost value to the extent I don't think they can ever recover even if the bull market starts tomorrow due to the level of competition in the altcoin market. I also bought some coins but can't remember the password or name of exchange i bought them on (thinking it was cryptopia) I didn't bother transferring it off the exchange and most of them were bought around 1satoshi.

Back to my ethereum wallet, each time I see those worthless token I just laugh and continue with what I login my wallet to do. If you ask me why I'm still holding does tokens in my wallet I can't give a reply. Why are you still holding those shitcoins sorry altcoin

Maybe the name of that exchange is Yobit, there are a lot of tokens, that are worth 1 satoshi and ready to get pump if you bought it on Yobit, it will be used to pump all these coins, they are very notorious on pumping dead coins, but it's not recommended to buy coins that can be considered a shitcoin because they will always remain a shitcoin.
2554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Managers do not Determine the Legitimacy of a Cryptocurrency Project on: July 18, 2019, 01:00:49 AM
It depends on the character of the bounty managers, we all know that many bounty managers are competing with each other, they would sometimes get a project that is considered high risk,  just to get more projects in their portfolio or to get more jobs, of course, they put disclaimers on their participation, to keep them in a safe side.
2555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30 days x2 with DICE on: July 17, 2019, 11:35:06 AM
Good luck mate, seems like you are going to a hard journey due to the fact that you have to beat the house edge every time you play.
If you can make a long term win, like 6 months, I'll salute you, you can be one of the lucky Dicers in the crypto world, hope you enjoy your ride and I wish you success.
Thanks bro. I understand the fact that i'm facing the house edge everyday haha, But if i won't try i won't never know how far i can go. I used too earn 15-20%/day and last for over 2 weeks, then i got busted, So 2%/day seem possible right?

You are really lucky to get extended for two weeks, some only a matter of days, it's hard to beat the house I tried doing it but I'm lucky for just a few days, until now there is still no established method, on how to win in a dice game even in a week, so congratulation if you extend it to two weeks.
2556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambler's mindset! on: July 17, 2019, 11:02:41 AM
I have tried to think what goes through my mind when ever I am trying to place a bet. I think something strange do happen to me and that is I always have this thinking that what if I lose, how am I going to feel! I have never want to lose in my mind I want to win always but I think this is impossible. Gamblers here did you always want to win all your bet? If you win all how will the gambling company makes profits?

This is very stressful if you do not know how you address your feeling, whenever you lose or win, you should accept the fact if you lose or if you win, this could only mean that you are trying very much to win, if you are going to gamble make sure you are having fun and it should be excited and enjoyable, not the other way around.
2557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to invest long term aside from Bitcoin? on: July 17, 2019, 05:55:58 AM
Hi, good day guys! Newbie here so I'm asking you to help me with my long term investment. Aside from bitcoin, where should I invest my money and Why?

Ethereum Tron and Litecoin are the three that I highly recommend that I can guaranty profit, every time a market goes up or stabilize when it comes to acquiring more coins in your portfolio, go for coins who are already on top, who has huge community support, widely marketed and of course guaranty to make you profit, it doesn't get easier than this.
2558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Ranking Website on: July 16, 2019, 02:53:26 PM
Is the any bounty ranking website? It would be better to have one, if not, I am thinking of be creating one. Can you guys please share me some if there is any bounty ranking platform?

I don't know of any bounty ranking website, if you want to set up one, go set up one, but do not offer premium listing because you will not gain the trust of your followers, you will end up giving good reviews or rating in exchange for cash.
2559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swap your Zilliqa token or lose them permanently! on: July 16, 2019, 02:29:40 PM
Zilliqa (ZIL)  is in the process of shifting to mainnet. Soon, ERC-20 ZIL Tokens on the Ethereum network will be frozen.

More here: https://www.hb-wallet.com/post/swap-your-zilliqa-token-or-lose-them-permanently

I am not a holder of Zilliqa token but it's good that you posted here in behalf of the team I have a bad experience where I am late in swapping my coin and losing all my tokens, that's the worse thing that could happen to you if you are a big holders of a coin where you forgot to swap.
2560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IS there any ICO rating websites we can trust. on: July 16, 2019, 01:53:43 PM
I'm aware that there are still trusted ICO rating but I don't like the big names in these ICO rating businesses, they are selling their reviews and rating if you buy their premium listing, and we all thought they can help us fight scam but they are the one promoting scam projects.
