//spy stuff

Awesome new feature! I'll likely work this into an article soon to help you get some more coverage, Smiley.

It's a bit annoying that it opens certain in-site links in a new tab.
Otherwise, it's a pretty nice website.

I did that on purpose so visitors aren't always having to click "back" to get to other pages. I'd love to hear thoughts on this from other visitors, though!

And thanks for your input, Smiley.

Add referral data as well (All Data -> Referrers). Just knowing hits is worthless without knowing where they're from.

Sent via PM

Not sure why you sent through PM instead of publicly, unless you wanted to hide the fact that ~40% of your visitors are fake and that means there's more than 40% of your page views attributed to fake traffic.

Don't use autosurfs. Not only are you lowering your own SERPs, but you're devaluing your site at the same time.

I don't get this. You give cash back of $30 for 50 cards, but you give $37 if you buy them as 20/20/10 (15+15+7)? That makes no sense.

Great news everyone, Moneypot has incorporated!

This is awesome! And even better news (at least for me, Tongue) -- my main account magically started working after the last update to the site!

Lobos said something about database cleaning mebbe acct. stats for u were needin fix.

It wasn't stats, though... basically if I logged into my main account, the site would non-stop time out on me. All other MP sites worked flawlessly. If I logged into an alt account, I could access BB with no problems. Swapping between the two would result in main not working, alt working. But now it's working so I'm going to hope it stays that way, lol.

It should, database performance for certain queries was improved more than 10-fold. I'll keep an eye on it though and we still have some more cleanup/migration jobs to run.

Ahhh, got ya.

Also, as a heads-up (I sent one to Bjorn, I believe -- the one that runs BetterBets.io?), I did an update to my site today for you guys:

*Updated BetterBets Review
*Added article on BetterBets' dice rolling speed being the fastest

Looking forward to seeing the new game!

bustabit...  has half as many crashes

This is completely false. I've run multiple comparisons between the two (I actively play on both sites) and have found them to be equal. I don't get where these claims are coming from. The only difference is that with BAB there is a higher player pool, so the bonuses are bigger (note: bonuses are what push you over the house edge into +ev). Past that, both have been working the same as far as I can tell.

On TTM, the chance for instant crash (crashpoint = 0) is 1 in 67 (reference: https://github.com/TwinWinNerD/bustabit-gameserver/blob/master/server/lib.js#L146-L157), while on BAB, the chance is 1 in 101 (reference: https://github.com/moneypot/bustabit-gameserver/blob/master/server/lib.js#L73-L84).
As a result, TTM's house edge is roughly 0.5% more.

On the other hand, TTM offers a weekly rakeback to the biggest players and offers an opportunity for investment.

Interesting finding, though I'm not entirely sure that it actually boosts the house edge up that much more. Running various scenarios against each site has resulted in about the same results over a period of over 40k "rounds" of each. Over a much larger period it might, but we'll see, Smiley.

Hey Eric... did you all get rid of your referral system? I'm not seeing anything related to referrals anymore.

Yes, we decided to remove it after much deliberation.

It would help if you'd be a bit more open about that. Is there any way we can work out a more private deal with you? I know I've had referrals go through recently with my HaoBTC review.

I am personally pro-referral and the decision of canceling it was made without my knowledge. I will have a conversation with Wu Gang about it once I get back to Beijing in a few days.

Please do, and toss me a PM about it privately if you wish. And thanks!

Gelfman Blueprint is a New York based Financial-Tech company focused on the development of various Bitcoin and financial applications. As a registered MSB (Money Service Business), we currently offer access to a high frequency bitcoin hedge fund. In the past year, our customers have received a monthly return of 7-11% on their bitcoin.

I did see something about this in my post when i get some time tonight ill take a gander at it.

Note that the guy who posted that ("Gelfman BP") misrepresented himself as an employee of the business. He's not, and the place is apparently closed-doors right now regardless. Not to mention the first post there has a lot of wrong information, as stated by a real Gelfman employee.
3534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: August 28, 2015, 05:19:07 AM
If you can put large sum of BTC in your account, and then play - may be you can win. There are some players, which win a lot BTC. They just put some 3 -4 BTC in account, play and then withdraw  Grin
Yeah they are playing safe..after they doubled there investment they withdraw there earnings because they know that in the end house will win..Thats consider as strategy..win some in run away..

That's not really a strategy, because at some point you're going to bust. A strategy would insinuate that you can carry on, winning more. Otherwise that's like saying "a killer strategy for poker is to go all-in with more money than anyone else has. When everyone folds and you get the blinds, leave the table and withdraw all your winnings."

We are preparing to launch Pi (currency code NUMUS), I'm in the process of reconciling the records so that all who have deferred their compensation until now could be properly compensated for their work.

If you are an Admin, a Promotion Contractor, or Referral Agent please look over the PICISI assignments to see if you did any of the assignments listed and provide me with a link to that work so that you get credit for those assignments.

I have a list of 7 people who are due compensation, I will reach out to everyone on the list.

The criteria for payment is that you must have successfully completed the task, if you started something but didn't finish or matter has not taken place yet that would not qualify for payment as of yet.

Thanks

Just wanted to post publicly and say I got my reward today! I'm looking forward to helping move things along, Smiley. Though I do think a run-down of how "currencies" in NXT work would be helpful. I get the assets and such, but this is my first time with something classified as a currency.
3536  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Earn with free maptags on: August 28, 2015, 04:44:32 AM
I don't really get this... Who is paying for us to tag addresses?
You should explain how can anyone win BTC with this...
Ok I can add maptags with my fried's addresses but for what purpose?

His theory is that you'd take a tag like "amazon," so that the URL is mapta.gs/amazon, and then when Amazon wants to use that tag, they'd buy it from you.

The issue is this system is more convoluted than it should be, and everything it does is already done by other systems.

So for earn some BTC we need to sell the domain to demand/buyer right?
so in this case we need to promote the link/address which we have already shorten right? actually who pays us?
First make clear it is not a domain it is just a maptags to your address. Second you may or may not need to promote it if it is some premium or special word, someone might buy it from you

Sorry, i means short link.
actually how to make someone to buy a maptags from me? i need to share my maptags? so if i share it, people know the address for free Huh
but what as far as i see is this business is try to sell a premium name of short link on maptags, is not it?

I believe you can change the address to the tags. So you can use "Amazon" and link it to a dummy address. Then if Amazon bought it, they could point it wherever they want. I think that's the theory, at least.
3537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : now with added CLAMs : Play or Invest on: August 28, 2015, 04:43:06 AM
Here's an unusual strategy:

Seems like some kind of reverse martingale to me, with 50% or so increase on win.

It is really weird.  His starting bets are not always the same (as far as I can tell).  But it looks like he takes his starting bet and adds the winnings for the next bet.  So he won around 100 clams risking around 4.  It looks like he's actually losing quite a bit to get that 100 clam win...

Actually just in that screen shot, he lost around 37 clams to make 100.  That's not bad. of course that's just one screen shot.

I did a quick run-down and I came up with ~450-500 CLAM of profit through that screenshot. A far cry from your result.
3538  Economy / Gambling / Re: MoneyPot.com :: The bitcoin gambling wallet on: August 28, 2015, 04:29:41 AM
Does Costa Rica have like an online company directory so we look at the details of this corporation?

Yeah, you can get/verify the details at the national registry of costa rica ( rnpdigital.com ). The basic records are free and you can check online.

After you create an account and log in, you go to: "Consultas Gratuitas" and then under "Personas Juridicas" look for "Consulta por Nombre Social" and type in "MoneyPot" and you'll see us there =)

Since I had an account on there anyway:

Do they also have information of the company owners available? Just for transparency?

Right Cheesy

Thank you for the update.  Poker websites have to move to a 1 confirmation model because of the abuse that would take place for instant deposits with zero confirmations.  We are working on some innovations along this line as well.  Thank you.

I think the issue is more along the lines of having more things on your site that contradict other pages (like our whole "minimum deposit" fiasco earlier). There's so much misinformation being spread by your own pages that it's hard to tell what's true and what isn't. You really need someone to go through things like the FAQs, wipe them all, and start over with the real information. Especially when support will argue with you about how you're "wrong," when your own site says you're right, :p.

That said, it's all water under the bridge at this point. Just something you all really need to deal with so you don't have so much confusion from players.

On that note, can you please also respond to these sometime? One was bumped as requested and still left unresponded (which is why I hadn't bumped the other yet).

I'm not going to give you my private information publicly.  You've clearly demonstrated that you cannot handle that information.  Please publicly post an email address that people can email to get taken off of your mailing list.  Thank you.

Fine.  Next emailer you will get from me will have the unsubscribe link in there for your convince and mine.  Sorry again for the troubles.

He could have saved a lot of trouble by taking 2 seconds to create a filter. It's not hard. I understand the principle behind it, but let's face it: filtering emails should be second-nature to anyone on the Internet. It takes less time to do that than to even click "Unsubscribe" and go through the next page to confirm.
