361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esport Gambling with Crypto. on: August 26, 2021, 10:58:01 AM
Do you think Esports betting has a good scope in the future where most of the teens are getting into games like LoL and world of warcraft, Dota, etc?
Even if they don't hear this in ads they will most likely hear it from their in-game teammates.

It seems that esports gambling has existed for quite a long time and is also popular among gamers. the one are very popular in the past are gamble for MOBA and FPS game such csgo . dota2 . LOL . and the increasing number of new games that bring up new e-sports gambling, casino with e-sports category is already very popular among gamers.

363  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can I recommend a friend to buy Bitcoin now? on: August 26, 2021, 10:16:20 AM
They will certainly blame you if you're the one who's been encouraging them to invest.

would definitely feel bad for giving recommendations that didn't live up to their expectations lol. better to just educate the good and bad investing in bitcoin. and ask or explain more about of his investment plan for long term or short term . and provide a clear explanation of bitcoin price movements and volatility in market price.
364  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are panic buying right now! on: August 26, 2021, 10:09:48 AM
when the price starts to bull market, there must be panic buying in the market. and vice versa when the price starts to fall repeatedly, the fomo will also be on the market. in my opinion, it is this habit that makes people greedy in determining their trading style. if I myself because I have decided to invest and trade long term so stay relaxed looking at the market.
365  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: worst case scenario for cryptocurrency on: August 23, 2021, 03:54:04 AM
This is a simple question but it really bothers me,
the question is, if the world's governments collaborate to create a blockchain network that is the same as Bitcoin and functions like Ethereum, then will cryptocurrency can still survive? because currently I hold 0.5 Bitcoin and 5 Ethereum for the long term, therefore I want to know what will happen if my question comes true, although maybe for the near future it will not happen, but we can take the worst case scenario from now.

Then it proves that bitcoin or blockchain is indeed useful and must be adapted and there is even more good news because the legality is more perfect  if it really happens. in fact, the original will continue to grow. why move the new one from the original (bitcoin) will eventually be in the same form too "cryptocurrency".
366  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: August 23, 2021, 03:52:51 AM
Sometimes adding sexy ladies to the casino is part of the entertainment but mostly those girls are just add ons for their entertainment so the other people can see that beautiful woman

I've read an article that most seduces men in this world, there are 2 money and women.
367  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling on friendly matches on: August 23, 2021, 03:51:42 AM
That's how gamblers be like, in every opportunity to place their bets, they will come and bet on it, even friendly matches. They will take part in it and try to win.

In addition, for the favorite team, even though it is a friendly match, people will still bet on their favorite team. for those who really like gambling. because usually it's no longer about money but the fun and hype you get when you see your favorite team playing. this depends on how much he is a fan of the team. but if it's a completely random friendly match that he doesn't know, maybe those people really likes gambling in the sportsbook section even though he doesn't really know the match.

369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting Or Gambling ? on: August 22, 2021, 05:52:21 PM
There are people who play gambling only while there are others who prefer betting only.
Do you think both of these type of people have different mindset and one of them is willing to take more risk than than others ?

People who like sportsbooks don't necessarily like gambling in other games. but people who like gambling can bet on any game. what more if it's a sportsbook about football or basketball or other mainstream sports that have big fans. I think its reasonable. there are people who get more hype watching their favorite team's while betting.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies price and their effect on gambling industry on: August 22, 2021, 05:48:09 PM
For the last several months, I am witnessing extremely low transaction fee with the Bitcoin network. Today I sent a few transactions with a fee of 3 Sat/Byte, and they got confirmed almost immediately. ETH fees on the other hand was much higher than that. If you are using altcoins to make deposits, then the question is which one is more suitable for this purpose. ETH can't be used here because of high fees. Other alts, such as LTC, BCH and ETC are way too volatile to be used for this purpose. So if you are depositing amounts in excess of $50, I would still advise you to use BTC.

I didn't notice the fee from bitcoin network that low, I almost rarely do bitcoin asset transfers because of high exchange fees  Cheesy. maybe some people has their assets in some exchanges that have a fixed fee. we know the fix fee on the exchange for bitcoin and eth is high thats why most people who use exchange wallets choose coins that have low fees from the exchange.
371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Staking Coins a Good Idea? on: August 22, 2021, 05:45:53 PM
Actually, I heard about Staking the coins gives apy. I want to know is really a staking good idea & what will be the staking months like 1 month, six months or 1 year.
Annual percentage yield (APY) rate of return on an investment for a year . mostly they will show you percentage you will get for staking or holding for 1 year with them . and that percentage is for 1 year . so you can calculated your self if you spend in some amount of money how much money you will get. good or bad idea you decide.
372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet on climbing challenges on: August 22, 2021, 05:40:27 PM
in my country, this sport is not popular because there are no rocks mountains in my country
anyways, I don't really like this sport of climbing, the winner is very difficult to predict because luck is very influential too
[/quote]

I doubt that there is no rock mountain in your country  Cheesy maybe there is a special community in your country for this hobby. but indeed rock climbing is not as popular as ordinary climbing boards. and climbing board  is exist in several big tournaments like the olympic games , asean games etc, and yes sport with only single player hard to choose espicially if you dont really follow that sport.
373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sell BTC and take profit in usdc or usd on exchange. which is safe? on: August 21, 2021, 09:29:56 AM
Lets say i want to sell btc today and reenter after months.
Should i keep money in usdc/dai/paxg(coldstorage) or shoud i split the funds   on bitstamp, kraken, ftx in USD.

So that means you won't withdraw your flat and don't want hold any coins. well this depends on your own opinion. Which stablecoin do you think is safe for long term storage? if I still prefer to withdraw with a flat only. you  if i planned will not hold any coins. why keep money in exchange for that long ? and usually im using usdt as my stablecoin but i never hold stablecoin for 6 month.
374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is not Legalized Despite the Many Benefits on: August 21, 2021, 09:27:56 AM
To my knowledge the first cryptocurrency was Bitcoin. Do you agree?
Since 2009 Bitcoin was launched by a person on behalf of Satoshi Nakamoto (aka) there have been very many positive things that have been obtained by people in the cryptocurrency space. Because Bitcoin has a limited stock, thus making the price of BTC expensive and then in anticipation of people being

Blockchain technology created by sataoshi Nakamoto is true. and for the coin to be named bitcoin it is also correct. maybe we as a community of crypto users feel that the existence of blockchain and bitcoin provides many benefits and conveniences in many ways. but so far the government of a some country also has a different view of bitcoin which is a barrier to the legality of using bitcoin.
375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Can We Expect Gambling on Axie Infinity? on: August 21, 2021, 09:18:36 AM
By the way, yesterday I found a section on twitch dedicated to this game - https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Axie%20Infinity
I wonder if the game is recognized as gambling, will it be completely removed from the twitch? It would be logical. In general, I see that the developers have taken too many risks on themselves - firstly, the game can be recognized as gambling, and secondly, all the risks associated with cryptocurrency.

Twitch has a special category for gambling games including slots . virtual casino and poker https://www.twitch.tv/directory/tags/71265475-e0b0-411e-a0cf-b93c33848b2b but right now it looks like NFT games still not recognized as gambling game (according to their list)  and yes maybe there will be new sub-categories for gambling games on Twitch like "NFT games" or "game finance"  Grin
376  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The houses always win, are you the house or the gambler? on: August 21, 2021, 09:14:35 AM
There are still Casinos who are losing much money and that is not because of the house always win but because of the government pressure, mismanaged of funds so technically Casinos are still vulnerable for losses. Anyway, gamblers are losing money because of their own behavior and mindset about gambling, we know the house will do everything to earn money and we should understand that probability of winning against the house.

Exactly. Surprisingly, the average comment tought the gambling business is an easy thing. even though there are many other things to consider besides requiring a very large capital. maybe when the casino is successful it can be easy because it already has a lot of players. but for a new casino to compete with others there are also many challenges. such as casinos that exist today are competing to provide a lot of bonuses or provide better promotions. just to get more players what is difficult in business gambling is building a reputation and getting players.
377  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Basic Bitcoin skills on: August 21, 2021, 08:56:49 AM
I have a very simple question on Bitcoin:
What are the principal technical skills a bitcoin lover needs to have if I want to buy a large amount of Bitcoin and hold it for long-term purposes?

There is no technical skill for holding coins. all you need is faith and trust in bitcoin. no other way. You are the one who judges for yourself whether you are able and sure to hold coins for the long term. Becoming a long term holding only requires strong faith and determination in bitcoin and keep positive with what you believe in. and believing in bitcoin is not a bad thing.
