361  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: September 02, 2016, 02:36:23 PM
the very first things that i liked in bitcoin is its amazing unique features where you can make a cash even on sitting and soaking on the front of your computer , send and receive a money from other or random people anonymously . i was very amazed when i realized that bitcoin is a new way of paying utility, postpaid or prepaid bills .

Exactly and its very difficult to point only single benefit of bitcoin, as it holds variety of features and benefits which is helping its users in the best possible way.
362  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how strong is bitcoin really? on: September 02, 2016, 02:34:50 PM
We know that bitcoin is strong and all the wallets have milletry grade security but one of my stupid friend today said that maybe someone can hack it with just a calculater because with math and correct formulas we can even predict gambling bets if that is possible then maybe there is any chance of this

I think Bitcoin has a strong security. Maybe if someone brainy will search for the right formula, he will be able to hack. But the chances are not great.
of course it has a really strong security, in my opinion the price of the bitcoin is going to grow because of that because more people will be into it

Price of bitcoin will go higher in future if adoption goes higher and that is likely to happen as more and more people and businesses are getting into bitcoin so it will be more stronger currency in future.
363  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you still believe in bitcoin on: September 02, 2016, 02:33:15 PM
I still believe in bitcoin like when I first knew about it, Of course at the beginning I was curious and suspicious but with time I learned more about it and understood about it, I believe it would be the best payment system if it was adopted right now, That probably shows how much I believe in it.

It is a best payment system and it is also an best investment for future and I have total faith in it that it will give me best returns on my investment in future.
364  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use Bitcoin? on: September 02, 2016, 02:30:52 PM
I try to motivate my sister and my girlfriend to learn this kind of stuffs online where you can earn some money and when they see that I earned from bitcoin and I already bought a new zenfone from bitcoin, , when they hear its all about money. They ask me immediately and I tell them all about bitcoin, and now they start earning even just small, but its worth it than doing nothing

Yes that is true, explanations doesnt work on women sometimes but output does. Especially in financial terms they will be only interested if they can earn something so they can buy and provide their vanity. But there are women also that are focused on bitcoin compared to men especially the housewife who has nothing to do all day are doing bitcoins and given the chance to earn.

Its not that they don't have to do anything whole day, as taking care of children and family is also an full time job, in fact housewives are the most busy as they have to perform different roles.
365  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doubling Bitcoin? on: September 02, 2016, 02:28:28 PM
I'm sort of new to bitcoin, I've made a couple bucks already from visiting ad sites, doing faucets, etc, but is there any other way to earn easy cash? Anyone got any suggestions?
If you want to double your money i prefer you to play gambling where you can easily double your money with gambling website for me it easy to play gambling where you gonna do is follow your gut because if you are going to faucets it takes time you to earn bitcoin and do some freelance also

Never recommend gambling to anyone as you are showing them a way to loose their money, we should never suggest gambling to beginner as if he will loose his coins then it will create negative impact in his mind related to bitcoins.
366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: September 02, 2016, 02:25:54 PM
Biggest problem of bitcoin i encounter is when my wallet got empty that is my biggest problem but in the transaction nothing bad i can say all is great, fast and very convenient to use it.

Same here, my biggest problem when there are no funds left  in my bitcoin wallet  Grin but mostly are positive things regarding bitcoin its uses and  its services and convenience that it gives to its users. Nothing to complain about but the thing also  worries me its everytime  it drops its price i feel so uncomfortable.

There is nothing to worry if price drops as it will bounce back in coming days, and price volatility makes bitcoin very attractive as most of the users take benefits of it in making quick profits.
367  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: September 01, 2016, 10:11:46 PM
It's very hard to compare, but both of them can bring to investor good profit, if i need to choose one of them, bitcoins is my choise so.

I will choose gold for making an investment as we cannot earn gold, we have to buy it and in bitcoin I don't think I need to put my money as I can earn it in different ways, so in long term I will be holding both gold and bitcoin.
368  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: September 01, 2016, 10:09:34 PM
Lets say I want to buy bitcoins today and store them for 20 years to use a my retirement fund.  Live comfortably, but don't need to buy a yacht or anything.  How many do you think I would need to buy?

This question is very tricky because we don't know or don't have the knowledge to predict after 20 years what will happen with the internet neither with the bitcoin.
I think that you should count a million dollar equivalent in bitcoin, so around 2,000BTC or more I think should be enough.

If you are a bitcoiner then there is no age limit for retirement, you can earn bitcoin till you are alive, so if you get retire from full time job then you can get full time in bitcoins after that.

When you get retired sometimes means that you are not able to work anymore so bitcoin is just money that is for the work we do, so just a kind of money.
Thinking from now about the retirement is a bit early but at least thousands of bitcoin at current value should be enough but who know what price will have bitcoin after 20 years.

Earning bitcoin doesn't involve any physical efforts, you can easily earn it by sitting at home in front of computer so I will keep on earning bitcoins even if I get retired and older.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: September 01, 2016, 10:07:14 PM
Last few times I bought btc from "hands" using cash from friends, but also  tried localbitcoins once.

Localbitcoins is the best place to buy and sell bitcoins as I am buying from there since long time and I never found any security issue with it as all traders are most trusted people and will never scam you.
370  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: September 01, 2016, 10:05:11 PM
Just recently got into BTC; I have 2.5 saved up.
Plan on taking 25% of each of my paychecks and accumulating and seeing what will happen in 2017 or later in the year.

Thoughts? Ideas? Speculation? Advice? Tips?

 Huh

I think I have saved some bitcoins by earning online and by investing from my cash.
Your plan to save 1/4 of your paycheck is a good idea if it does not limit you to spend your other parts of you salary.
I liked to trade bitcoin for altcoins and vise versa but because of lots of dumps I have paused and I'm stucked with that amount for the moment.

Yeah even my amount is stuck in altcoin at a moment and I am in negative at a moment so I am hoping some price rise in next few days so at least it can take me to break even point.

I have invested and trader many different altcoins and saying the truth i couln't sleep well because of the stress.
And the trading consumes lots of time if we don't use any bot like c.a.t but I think saving bitcoin is better as bitcoin stays there where it is, like the clean gold.

Human minds are impossible to predict, if someone holds bitcoin he will keep on thinking to grow them, one who have invested will think when I will earn good profits from it, so its better we stay calm and take decisions actively.
371  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dump or long term goals? on: September 01, 2016, 10:02:32 PM
We have seen a lot of people waiting in high anticipation for a BIG increase in the price during the Halving event. How many people wanted this to happen, just to dump and run and how many of them

were ignoring this and are in this for the long haul? I was planning to sell some coins at a inflated price to enjoy the fruit of my labour, but decided to hold a little longer. I already more than doubled the

amount I spend on the investment a year ago, when the price were $200+ ... but greed wants me to hoard a little bit longer. How many others wanted to do the same? I will never sell everything, but I

want to enjoy the profits.  Roll Eyes

If you want to enjoy the profits then you have to sell them or at least sell them and buy at a lower price.

At the halving period I was wondering too to sell the bitcoin but then decided to hold for a longer time because I'm became addicted to hold Tongue

I don't plan never to dump my bitcoin unless I become in an emergency situation and I'm forced to sell my bitcoins.

I don't believe in holding for long term, I will sell my coins as soon as I see some profits in it, and I am investing my money in it to earn profits and if I miss the opportunity then its useless to invest.
372  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did I tell you? BTC will stay down under $600 on: September 01, 2016, 10:00:27 PM
it's funny how people are talking about the price to reach higher levels without knowing what is needed to realize such growth. even keeping the price at current levels requires effort. it's far from east to keep the price around the current levels for weeks, maybe months. that's something people don't realize.

Can you tell us what exactly is needed for price to go higher?? And its not at all funny people here are to discuss and everyone has right to say what they feel and what they speculate about the price of bitcoin, you are not an fortune teller.
373  Economy / Speculation / Re: If u don't buy now you will regret it for your entire life on: September 01, 2016, 09:57:45 PM
"It's never too late." Something that Bitcoin taught me. If you didn't buy at this price, it's okay. It might even turn out to be a good decision. Maybe later the price goes down and at that time, when you get that chance then you should grab it and buy Bitcoins. Imagine those people who knew bitcoin when it was just around 10$ each. They should be regretting it right now. They should have multiplied their investments as of now. But we don't see any of them complaining/ranting about it, right?

strong minded people don't look back and think that "if" they bought their coins back then, they would be happy people right now. they focus on the here and now. i also had the possibility of buying at very low prices (around $100 levels), which i also did, but accordingly to the amount i had for investment purposes, and what i thought to be safe. it's called get over it, and move on. Tongue

Yes if you think like that like damn I missed it again then you'll always be unhappy cause you will always miss out on stuff, just be happy with what you got and the oppurtunities you do manage to take. The other mentally will make you crazy depressed.

Past is past and it will never come back, so its better not to regret for the past and take present as an  opportunity to buy bitcoins as we can expect higher price in future.
374  Economy / Speculation / Re: Quick Survey: When will you Sell your Bitcoin? on: September 01, 2016, 09:56:04 PM
If the bitcoin price rise to $1000 in August, I will sell my coins. If it rises to $1000 in December, I will not sell.

Guess you didn't sell yet haha I am also waiting for it to hit 1k cap thinking it will be 2017 though oh well i have enough time to HODL my coins Wink So answer is i will sell at 1k

We will see major dump in bitcoins when it will touch that price as almost all users are waiting to see that price and once dump is done it will again bring bitcoin to a lower level.
375  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now Everyone is buying on: September 01, 2016, 09:54:06 PM
Is everyone seriously buying bitcoins right now i dont think that is true because the price of not really trustable to buy right now because they are saying that the price will drop allot so if you wait a couple of weeks it will be better to buy them over then.

I haven't seen anyone talking like this that the price will get more down any further.
Do you think it will go below $500? Because I don't think so. It will get back to where it was, it only fell down due to dump by hackers.

Yeah I don't see price going below $500 in next few weeks as price is above $570 level and its predicted that it will rise in coming months, so thinking of that I am buying some coins at this stage.

everyone know this, so everyone will buy and the price will increase in the upcoming months, i can see it already, i'm buying few bitcoin, for the next rise that is expected later this year

yes i also think the end of the year at least there will be an increase, I believe the price could be increased by at least 10-50 dollars, or more likely it was excellent. I have bought and preparing for this, I really have a strong conviction about this.

Yup its better not to sell our coins right now and hold them for the later as price is expected to go higher by the year end so I think till then we should keep on buying bitcoins.
376  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will hit $3k-$4k by end of 2017 on: September 01, 2016, 09:52:16 PM
if it hits that much that fast then I predict alot of people will be crazy rich or more rich then they were I don't believe it could be that easy.
More realistic things are 800-1.5k with 1.5k being the ceiling for next year.

yes $2k seems to be difficult to achieve by the end of the next year  but to be honest anything is possible with bitcoin as we cannot predict the exact picture of future.
377  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 31, 2016, 04:05:19 PM
best way for that is to invest your bitcoin in good mining or other site
mining websites almost all the time turn out to be scams so i never use it to be honest, i think that it is better to just invest in bitcoins and thats it
Investing bitcoin in any site has become very risky now, either buy bitcoins and save them for future or start earning  by participating in signature campaign for steady income.
378  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 31, 2016, 04:03:22 PM
I'm only spend my bitcoin when I want to for example : when want to pay my college fee or monthly internet expense
Because of bitcoin, I can help my parent a little bit
im not spending any of my bitcoins right now too, i think that it will allow me to make some decent money so im just holding it all now

If you don't have high volume of coins then its better to hold them, as price is not too high so it will not give you better benefits if you spend them right now.
379  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: August 31, 2016, 04:01:20 PM
i dont have a lot of bitcoins to be honest but i also dont need it
Why you don't have bitcoins ? and if you have bitcoin there then donate the others to me if you don't need bitcoin because Letirary i need bitcoin badly because i am a students where i need money to support my self for my daily expenses in school and ride everyday i depend my earning in signature campaign

Nobody will donate you coins for free, no one is here for charity, if you want bitcoins then you need to earn it like fiat money, and if doesn't need bitcoin then he is wasting his time here.
of course you will not be able to get free bitcoins because there are no free money, i think that you always need to work hard for that

I think he know it already that is one of the reason why he is joining a signature campaign.  But honestly someone with a good heart give BTC to help someone to get started.  It happen to me because some unknow newbie member asked me to give him my BTC address, and guess what, he sent me 0.1 BTC transaction fee included.  And im still thankful to him because i got my first capital for free Cheesy

You are lucky enough that someone helped you to start off, as of now I have never received free money and whatever I have saved has been earned  by me with my hard work.
380  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 31, 2016, 03:59:00 PM
Most of the time i use the bitcoin as a investment you know i dont think he will come really far with just as currency because there are so many things that can go as currency so i think that bitcoins can be used as best for investments.

Well I would say that you should try to use bitcoin as currency because you are going to realize the convenience that it gives once you are going to try it as a currency. Me either, I am also using bitcoin as investment as I am holding some amount of mBTC and I am hoping that is going to earn once the price is going to increase.

Bitcoin would be a regular currency if there are stores  or merchants  already in your country thats accepts  bitcoins as a payment and then you would definitely spend those  bitcoins as a currency but as  we all know  bitcoin is not  fully adopted by some  countries thats why we treat bitcoin as an investment for now.
Yes maybe if the adoption of bitcoin evenly so many use bitcoin as a payment would be much use bitcoin as a currency. But besides the need to have many bitcoin adoption should also improve the transaction to be used as currency. Yes maybe now bitcoin is more appropriately used for investment because it is very profitable.

Bitcoin will be used as a currency in future when it will be widely accepted, and till that day come people will treat it as an investment as they don't have much option to spend it.
