- pool shares from like-minded trustworthy (or escrow otherwise) individuals

can anyone elaborate how this works? I have 21 shares on Bitfunder I would like to get on Havelock. Selling & buying would make no sense I would lose bitcoin

What I meant was to:
- find people who have 250 shares between them who want out of bitfunder
- find a person whom all of them trust.  push shares to mr.trustworthy
- mr.trustworthy initiates transfer out of bitfunder
- ...  [hours/days/weeks/months later, the transfer completes]
- mr.trustworthy transfers the shares back

for obvious reasons, the sell + buy back strategy is much faster and less risky.

If there is no other solution, I would be willing to set something up like this. I feel however, ideally, we should get some temporary transfer rights seeing we are getting strong-armed into leaving bitfunder

Hi guys
I am in europe and I have a few G-asicminer shares on bitfunder. Considering all the uncertainty should I be moving these somewhere else? Can i move them somewhere else? or are they ok for the time being? Any advice/suggestions appreciated. Thanks
Yes, move elsewhere, Bitfunder is a mess.

Is it even possible to transfer shares < 250 to somewhere else?
364  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Affiliate programs. on: October 17, 2013, 11:50:28 PM
Could you potentially add our Affiliate program to your list?
When you refer somebody, you get 25% of the house edge on all the bets they make, lifetime.

SatoshiBet Affiliate Program

I just want to give this a slight bump as I was checking our stats. Our biggest affiliate so far has earned over 20 BTC just by referring players to our site. Here's where it's get interesting, his/her total amount of referred players: 12.
So he only has referred 12 players and was able to earn himself/herself 20 BTC. I would say that's a nice result Smiley

Full tilt did not become second in the industry due to allowing bots - I have no idea where you got that from but it's ridiculous - they got to be second biggest player because they stayed in the U.S. post UIGEA and had and still continue to have the greatest online poker software ever created. Built by a team of more than ten of the most highly paid software developers in the industry.

Also the full tilt "Play with the pros" marketing campaign before black friday was huge. It was everywhere and anywhere.

For over 2 months we have been averaging between 2.5 and 4 btc per day in rake and tournament fees.

The 2.5 - 5 BTC in Rake per day, to me, definitely needs some further insight. I follow you guys passively and you seem to have a big challenge getting traffic, and if there is action it's 99% freerolls.
With the 2% rake that would mean you have a minimum of 125 BTC worth of rake-able pots/mtt-fees per day. To be honest I have a very hard time seeing how you would come anywhere near that amount?

I also feel 4000 BTC is an awful lot of bitcoins (and an even crazier valuation) to ask for just a "brand". As I see it you don't have any significant traction & you don't have a product. Or at least you don't have a product that you feel is valuable to carry the business forward seeing you require the bitcoin to acquire new software.
How much does Enterra asks for the software anyway?

Before you start asking for 4000 BTC, you'll need to (1) expand a bit on your current assets, revenue, growth, .. (2) convince people why you feel 20K is fair, cause that's one hell of a valuation
367  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: October 16, 2013, 05:23:08 PM
Sam, why would you not do these things?

These questions are not going away until they're answered.

Scamuel is busy wiring up AM Blades laundering his bitcoins.

Fixed that for you

tl;dr Most of the IPO funds ended up at Just-Dice. "Sam" is either a big gambler, or he is trying to launder the money!

Oh common BitCsByBit, dont be so mean. You give them false hope! Now they will think labcoin may win big on justdice and pay out 2x the IPO in dividends!

If it were exclusively between the two i would lean toward the latter. Him trying to wash the BTC so he can cover the trail in the blockchain, and get the coins to other addresses.

Well, the evidence is there, and it is available for anyone to check.

I'll post the link here as it ended up on the bottom of the page:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=263445.msg3347620#msg3347620

Edited.

Another alternative is that the address is mislabeled and isn't just-dice at all.

Yes I'm sure that's it.. :p Cmon man, it's clear this guy has scammed us all, we should no longer hope to get any bitcoin back. The sooner we get over this, the sooner we can take further steps/let it slide/whatever..

No he wasn't.  It ends 4 hours after the last bid. Your last bid was 59:56, his was 8 seconds later.  He was the last bidder.

Auction always ends midnight, Sunday, UTC. It does not extend after a bid is made.

Send payment, you can use the banner I used last time. Thanks!

Didn't bit356 beat you offer with 1.4 BTC?

A bidding war erupted the last minute before the auction ended, he was 4 seconds too late

What about us AKsplace? I see we are not yet rated?

We are provably fair. We have a perfect track record of paying out all our players. We have had several big winners/payouts that proof our liquidity. We are a real, incorporated business.

No players get special treatment at SatoshiBet. If there is a promo, you can claim it once.
We had players who request multiple promos, or a refund because they made a betting mistake or something, but giving it to any degree would be unfair to all other players, and we treat everyone equal.

However I always explain why I can't give him/her free btc, and so far everyone understands and respect that decision.. maybe we are just lucky so far :p

If someone would threatening with a DDoS or to post BS about us on the forums, I wouldn't even continue the conversation. I think the worst thing you can do is trying to negotiate your way out of such trolling Smiley
