Quickseller is right spreadsheet made said by btcat should be post publicly so participants can confirm if the sending address is right and no error again.
There is no spreadsheet created by btcat, the one existing is by laikuf, one of the participants of this campaign.
Furthermore, it seems to be incomplete/partly incorrect to me.
Have a look yourself: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Q88quCnhK-ZjKrL70C1uaGOJ4iqq7cd3EUzVr_l6qY/edit#gid=0
3622  Economy / Services / Re: [CLOSED] Ophion Signature Campaign on: May 21, 2016, 02:30:59 PM
Since BTCat seems to avoid doing what he was hired/paid for, notaek has asked me to make the post count/payment calculations, which I will start with right now.
As he will be paying the amounts from his own pocket, we agreed that it would be better to have the payment calculations made by a 3rd party (me in this case).
Due to the fact that I wasn't involved with this campaign in any way, this might take some more time than usually.

I'd like to empathize that I am in no way affiliated with Ophion, BTCat and notaek,
I'm doing this as a favor for notaek and because I want to see the participants paid aswell.

I'll keep you updated.
3623  Economy / Services / Re: [CLOSED] Ophion Signature Campaign on: May 21, 2016, 10:17:18 AM
If I had controlled the funds I would have send everyone 0.025 without even counting posts, that would have been fair.
According to the PMs we've exchanged, notaek is ready to provide the needed funds out of his pocket, not immediately, but over time and in increments.

For doing so, he needs to have the payment information, thats btc addresses and the according amounts.
It doesnt fall in his responsibility to collect those, it's your job to do as a campaign manager.
Paying the maximum possible 0.025 to everyone you accepted without checking posts and with this being a pay per post campaign, doesn't seem fair to him.
'Id suggest you pick up on the job you were hired to do and collect/submit that information for him.
3624  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OPHION Escrow Notaek chooses greed over logical sense on: May 21, 2016, 03:07:25 AM
I don't think you are even in a position to judge or talk, because well. you are a signature campaign manager yourself.
Wouldn't that put me in the same situation? (If none told you yet, I manage signature campaigns myself.)
Yet I am, and will continue to, talk right here about right this.

And you are the only one one..The smater, wiser sig. managers  dececidd to keep away from this or the other threads, But you didn't that's sad man.
Which would make me as stupid as him, I guess.

Btw, you made a little typo in your avatar over there.
The guy is called "notaek" not "noteak".
3625  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OPHION Escrow Notaek chooses greed over logical sense on: May 21, 2016, 02:51:38 AM
1) You are enjoying this like Real enjoys a defeat of Barcelona and all signature managers, yahoo, zengry.
No, I'm not. You may believe me there or you may not, either way, I can honestly say I do not enjoy this.
While there is a little competition amongst signature campaign managers (obviously), I also tend to maintain good relations with some of them.
Notaek is one example, I've initially suggested him to the admins of NakedBitcoins, which led to him running their campaign.
Another example would be SFR10, who is in my campaign for a long time now, and who I value on a personal level.
Yahoo I had my run-ins with, but I don't hold any grudge against him (and I hope neither does he).

2) His plan? you have read his comment too. He is playing innocent.
I've also read the PMs we both exchanged afterwards.
All I'm saying is that I want to give him a chance to come clean with everything.
He might just yet have realized how big a mess he is in.

Integrity is important to me and this thief should be caught before he does more damage
I tend to think of myself as a person with integrity, which is a core value to me aswell.
3626  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] Ophion Signature Campaign on: May 21, 2016, 02:42:46 AM
So what do the members on DT think about all of this shenanigans?
I'm currently waiting on BTCat to come forward and join the discussion over here.
I've contacted notaek via PM (right after he posted that email) and from my judgement, he doesn't seem like a scammer,
but rather like a guy who did a big mistake and is now trying to sort out the aftermath.

I've been asked for (/and offered) my help with that, but more regarding this later.
Based on all the above, I don't think it's necessary to issue a negative feedback on notaek (yet), others might disagree though.
3627  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Twitter Signature Campaign on: May 21, 2016, 02:30:10 AM
I think they no longer see twitter campaigning ad as profitable for them.
With more twitter campaigns coming up, users saw the potential of having high follower twitter accounts for the sake of advertsing with those in said campaigns.
Initially, this led to the farming of twitter accounts, especailly cut down to the taks of performing (/earning) well in the campaigns.
While this might seem like a good idea from a users perspective in the beginning, it drastically lowered the effectivity of the advertising method, which led us to the situation we are in right now.
3628  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OPHION Escrow Notaek chooses greed over logical sense on: May 21, 2016, 01:35:55 AM
Notaek made a mistake here, which I think he by now is aware of.
However, he also seems to be ready trying to fix that mistake and work things out.

I request BTCat to prepare his spreadsheet and send me the amount I need to repay.
Lets see if I can find a solution to this.
I'd at least give him the chance to react and do what he plans to before joining in together and bashing him to the ground (which will help no-one right now).
3629  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: OPHION signature campaign halt ... on: May 21, 2016, 01:02:50 AM
He is also a signature campaign manager :S
What's wrong with these so called campaign managers
Gianluca aka the Spam King
Notaek a greedy bastard who double cross to make profit and then act 'stupid'
Don't take this out on the wrong peoples back/generalize, please.

I believe notaek made a mistake here.

As an escrow, he's supposed to act as a 3rd party between the runners and the participants of a signature campaign.
That's the job he was hired for, and that should be the base of his decisions.
Based on that, he's obligated to review both sides and in case of a dispute make a decision on how to proceed.
(The reason users are more eager to join escrowed signature campaigns is, that there is a sort of second safety net in case the runners don't come through with what they offered.)
Notaek failed to see his responsibility towards the participants, and acted rash when repaying the escrowed amount to the runners.
3630  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] Ophion Signature Campaign on: May 21, 2016, 12:42:13 AM
Let me know if I was wrong with my decision.
Yes.
3631  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [TEASER] Something new coming, and you all might be interested in... on: May 21, 2016, 12:29:49 AM
But with the pictures posted till now it don't seems a silver coin, and with this amount of bitcoins i think the coins have to be made of silver, not from cheaper metals.
what do u mean by this amount of coins .Has the OP stated about the number  of coins anywhere yet??
I think it's a hint at the (possibly huge) amount of various coins being teased/presented/sold currently,
not one at the numbers of coins minted for this specific series.
3632  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] Ophion Signature Campaign on: May 20, 2016, 11:01:36 PM
Just curious how to archive my posts?  I've never dealt with anything like this before in the past... is it something that I need to type in URL somewhere maybe?
There are sites for that purpose, archive.is being one of the most populare ones.
http://archive.is/nVszz#90% (your post)
http://archive.is/FlYG0 (profile page)

P.S. Does someone knows how long archive.is stores it's data?

How long the page will be stored?
Virtually forever. We have a lot of free space and alhough the archive grows with time, the storage and bandwidth get cheaper.
(From their FAQ.)
3633  Economy / Services / Re: [FULL] Ophion Signature Campaign on: May 20, 2016, 10:14:54 PM
I'd like to make a suggestion to all participants in this campaign:
Stop advertising them, immediately.
(Yes, even though the site is down at the moment, doesn't really matter.)

You can make a post in this thread, then archive it or just post an archived version of your profile page (archive.is).
That way, when deciding the payouts, notaek and BTCat both can see that you were wearing the signature for the full time of the campaign.
After that, remove them from your signature.
3634  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: OPHION signature campaign halt ... on: May 20, 2016, 08:51:20 PM
woooahhh, so now it's the escrows "decision" if he wants to pay out people now?  That doesn't sound good...
Yes, it is. That's why they were entrusted with the money, to make a decision, as 3rd party, in case something goes wrong (like it seems to go here right now).
Ofc notaek should pay the participants, which I'm sure he will.

Ah, what I was trying to say was, 'what if the campaign manager just doesn't give him a payment report of who did what? Does he now have to act out the duty of campaign manager and escrow/payout guy?'
Basically, yep.

I don't think notaek will scam, because his duty is to pay the participants if the manger doesn't. It is much better to have an escrow than not, what will happen if there were no escrow? 2. If campaign manager doesn't give the report to escrow then or people will count themself the posts or a new manager will count them, don't know about this situation, notaek should decide this probably.
People shouldn't count their posts themselves, that's only bringing up more problems than solutions.
It's the escrows job to distribute the funds entrusted with them in such cases.
Either they get a report from the signature campaign manager about whom to pay what sum, or it's aswell in their responsibility to determine that themselves.

From knowing notaek some time now, and from the fact that he runs signature campaigns himself as a manager, I think he will either way be abled to make the right decision about distributing the funds.

It is much better to have an escrow than not, what will happen if there were no escrow?
We've seen campaigns with no escrows run perfectly well, and we've seen escrowed campaigns going down in chaos.
Both things have happened, and both things will happen again.
It's good for a new campaign/project to have an escrow set up, but there are arguments for both sides, and sometimes, escrows aren't necessary.

a new manager will count them, don't know about this situation, notaek should decide this probably.
From how I understand this situation, there won't be a new manager, since the project got abandoned.
Since the current manager is a hired one (not part of the project itself), he should be completing his job.
If that doesn't happen to be the case, notaek is abled to do it himself.
3635  Other / Meta / Re: Necroing on: May 20, 2016, 07:39:41 PM
If the service is still releveant, rather than creating a new (additional) thread about it, bumping it is the better option.
Necro bumps are only then a problem, when the topic at hand is already sorted out or irrelevant due to some other factor.
3636  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can more transaction reduce halving time? on: May 19, 2016, 11:29:49 PM
Is more bitcoin transactions mean more block creation?
No.
3637  Economy / Gambling / Re: List of Bitcoin sportsbooks # Collection on: May 19, 2016, 11:14:30 PM
There's OneHash.com aswell.
3638  Economy / Reputation / Re: Gianluca95 is spamming on: May 19, 2016, 10:31:52 PM
Just for clarification the OP is not me here
Oh, we have to do that now? Well, it's me neither.
I might agree with OP, but would have to have a closer look at Gianluca95s post history.
(One thing I can say for sure: His alt is spammy for sure.)

Why don't the one's paying him for doing the work for all those campaigns just with hold payment from him and just fire him for not abiding the rules of the forum?
Possibly because they don't care. But we will see how the campaigns under his management continue.

As long you have proofs to base your opinions and desire to fight the case I think its fine.
That would have been nice, though.
A few examples from their post history to underline the argument made by OP.
(And yes, you could take being banned for spamming as proof enough, but having examples is always better.)

Disagree. If some one is going to slander or make a accusation it should be from their main account as then we can judge the accuser and the weight of the accusation more clearly. If you where accused would you rather not face the person or just have this unknown person accuse you of wrongs?
From having faced a [farfetched] similar situation (for those who want to look it up, MisterMiyagi about mexxers/my position on DT2), I can say it doesn't really make that big a difference.
Although I found out about the person behind the account at one point, which was relieving to know (the situation cleared up at that point anyway).
3639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is it just me, or does GDAX make you think of GOX? on: May 19, 2016, 09:32:26 PM
First thing I have been thinking about when reading that "news" was [^GDAXI] (German DAX Index),
which doesn't make the name any better than thinking of GOX, to be honest.
3640  Economy / Lending / Re: The Ledger, listing open and defaulted loans. [Updated at least once every 24h] on: May 19, 2016, 09:27:49 PM
You Seem  to have forgotten update The Ledger Smiley Lot loans is already full repaid.
Yes, we somehow did. I was inactive for a while and so seems whywefight.
I don't have access to TheLedger currently, but I will try to update everything over the weekend,
